After long deliberations and umpteen choices I brought a Xolo Q1100 phone from one of the Xolo retailers as he had convinced me that service is a plus in your case. But my experience not been good (euphemism) . I had given my handset to M/s Service point, Jayanagar, Bangalore for service on[protected] for a cracked screen to be replaced. They had informed that the same would be done in ten days and on that assurance I had submitted my phone. After ten days I promptly called them and was informed that since the spare was not available it make take another week. My further calls to them was met with curt replies that it may take another week. One fine day out I visited the service centre and told them to return my handset. To my Surprise they curtly replied that I can take back my phone and were ready to hand over the same. This is the nadir of any customer service I or any of my acquaintances have ever seen. I have even called xolo customer service toll free number and was given the following details : Job Card Number :[protected] Complaint No: 967823 I have reposed faith in an Indian brand given the emphasis on our domestic production and the clarion call given by or PM. But I have been left disappointed at the choice I have made. And also if you ask for the rating of the service centre I would give it anything in the negative. Am having a horrible experience there. There have been very bad reviews of the service centre floating around on the net. They have asked for 10 more days . I am left with no option but to approach a consumer court.

    On 11/2/2014, I purchased a new phone, Model No.:A500s and IMEI No.:[protected] for XOLO.Unfortunately, the product does not work as intended. While the phone starts up fine, it turns itself off after just five or ten minutes of operation. Now, it has stopped taking the charge as well. I am disappointed because I have paid for a phone that is clearly not in working order. As I purchased the phone specifically to save time and effort, this is unacceptable to me. I paid cash for the phone, and thus prefer service in return. Although it is under the warrenty period the XOLO brand store people refuse to repair it.They say it will be charged Rs.4000.00 incase I want to get it repaired.The details of the Brand store are as follows: Work order No:[protected] Code:1300406 Name: Infotel services Address:1, Ekdalia Road, Kolkata-19 I have tried every possible way to get my problem resolved.       Complaint Details I bought a new xolo Q1010i mobile handset worth 14000rs from dehradun few months back.. The handset had problems with camera as well as the speakers .. I got it replaced after putting them under a lot of pressure but all was wasted because after a few more months the same phone got heated up to an unimaginable tempEratuRe .. I was oN my way on my bike when i felt the heat in my pocket .. I tried to take out my phone but the leather cover had melted n even had burnt my thigh n was stuck to it .. I got off n pulled out the fuming phonE fRom my Pocket n threw it Away .. All pAsserby Were amazed to see the fumes .I quickly put water on the phone so that it doesnt blast n hurt the passerbys .. I went to the xolo care centre who said they wi.ll help me with it.. But There has been no response sinCe then .. I m amused that the company which has an approximatelY 8%Market share in india is running with such disheartening customer service .. Plz Kindly look iNto the matter n do the needful as this thing that happened could have been Fatal if i wouldnt have stopped .. The consequences i dont even want to think .. Plz update me on the matter .. N provide me justice in the so called world where each company prophecisess the CONSUMER AS THE KING .. CONTACT ME AT [protected]..

        I Got Very Bad response for XOLO service center & XOLO customer care When I was Submit mobile XOLO service center That Time set has two problems its a within warranty 1) Display colour problem 2) Sim1 Network issue. When i received my XOLO Q2000 mobile then solve only one problem, then i go XOLO service center and i tell them my problem is not solve then he says your warranty is expire. its a chargeable basis 7 Time visit xolo service center 4 Time request your XOLO customer care (Priyanka, Bhupendra, Harivander Singh...)           I have purchased my mobile xolo q1000s + (iem no. [protected]) on 9 sep 2014 and only in 30 days the mobile display stoppped wroking and when i given my mobile to xolo service center at kolkata infotel service and they told me that mobile will be sent to nodia for reparing after 40 days when i went to service center to collect the mobile but when i checked the mobile it was not starting ... the company again told me that it will take more 25 days to repair the mobile and they just issued the new work order number with out informing me and in the records of the company they are showing that consumer had already recived the mobile and customer is submitting the mobile again with new issue .. so the company is just a fake company ... please take some action regarding this ...

            i purchase a xolo q1000 opus in april 2014 ..my handset imei no is [protected] ..my handset display is very faulty it dead 3 times in these months ..each time ur service centre take more than 20 days to replace it ..today my handset display is again dead ..when i go to ur yamunanagar service centre namely Grover communication they not behave properly with me and just say they will check and can't do anything ...i m very disappointed to this bad handset and ur service centre ..i want a new proper handset otherwise i will go to consumer court after ten days .. i m very disappointed to ur xolo company ..pls take appopriate action otherwise close this bad company ...

                To, Xolo Head-office, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This is to inform you that XOlO Q 1010i EMI 1- [protected] EMI 2- [protected] (Purchased seal packed on 21st of May 2014) Phone caught fire and burnt vigorously in my pocket (Jeans) causing injury (Serious burns ) on my left leg. This happened on 27th of September 2014 when I was standing in a shop in a busy area and the phone was kept in my pocket of my pants, this accident was published in almost all of the newspapers in Dehradun. The same day (within 30 minutes) I went to the service showed the burnt phone, bill and burnt leg to Mr. Devender in the service center. Since that day Mr. Piyush (Area service manager) has only called me a couple of times and asked for the burnt phone and requested me not to go to the consumer court or post any kind of blog over the internet against XOLO. Just due to his request I have not taken any strict action against XOLO. While I told very clearly I want the compensation for the Injury, phone and the worl and monetary loss I have suffered due to this accident More than two months have passed since this accident happened and I have not received any kind of aid from XOLO to compensate my loss and mental/physical trauma, loss of work/money I have suffered due to this as I had to be in my home due to the injury (was not in a condition to even wear pants). I have waited a lot patiently for a long period expecting compensation from XOLO but now this is my final e-mail to you before filling a case against XOLO for this terrible incident in the consumer court if I don’t get a genuine response from XOLO till 3RD of December 2014.                     Since last 1month I have given my xolo Q900 for repair in the service centre. I have been calling the customer care several time to know the status, but everytime i get the reply that it will take more 10 days. I am very disappointed by the service of xolo. Would not recommend anyone to buy xolo.

                        Hi Xolo team, I have Purchased the XOLO8X 1000 mobile from Pune PCMC. The Mobile got battery problem within 10 days. As it was not getting charged. I have rushed to the OXLO Service center PCMC. They said we have fixed the problem and now use the same phone, but they do not mentioned what was the exact problem. So i said with in 10 day on this mobile given problem so i need the replacement, they said OK, and now its around a Month they having my mobile and now they asking me to use the same phone.                           Hi, My Handset touch screen was broken and given to Bangalore service center on October 9th 2014, nealy 2 months still i didn't got my set and getting the reply as one more week from service center from last 3 times.                           Hi Ravi,

                          Did you get a resolution from the service center. I have given my Q1100 to the same service center i:e service point in Jayanagar and it has been one and a half months since the handset is lying there. I have even sent a mail to xolo customer care but I doubt if they have even read that. I too am contemplating filing a consumer case against them

                            I have bought a Xolo A500L before 6/7 months ago within this much time i need to visit many of the time to service center and the response form them also was not good.every time i submited the phone they reply that you will get it after 20/25 days .2/3 time i have suffer from that thing.once they have replaced a older one with new A600 but still i was not happy with that too .again the same situation arise after 15 days of stay in service center they returned the instrument.what to expect from them they have returned the instrument but forgot the "BACK COVER & THE BATTERY"NOW I AM waiting for that.i just get RID of them and just feel like to throw the phone to the face of the head and get my money back.not only the customers but the service center incharge are also tired of them.they are also not getting the spare parts at the the right time.so how can they give service fast. at the end i just want to say that improve it rather just leave it if you are not capable

                              Dear Sir, I was purchased a hand set Modal Name Xolo q2000 IMEI No.[protected] on 12.04.14 but on 14.10.14 sim 1 & sim 2 is not working in this mobile due to this reason I went to your xolo care service centre “Roahn Tele Services”, Bahajanpura and submitted above said phone for solving above said problem vide Work order no.[protected] dt.15.10.14 under warranty period. They said to me that your hand set will be dispatch to company for short out the problem but after one month when I went to your services center they said to me that your hand set is received from company in dead condition and the mobile hand set again will be sent to company vide work order no.[protected] but now till date my mobile is not returned from company and in this regard I went to service center so many times they told me that your hand set is not returned from company till date. When I ask how many time to sort out above said problem but nothing any reply receive from your side. That why I am facing so many problems, if my mobile phone problem is not short out within 10 days after that I’ll have to go to Consumer Court and file the case against your company.                                 My XOLO Q900 handset had touch screen problem, IMEI no. [protected] so i went to service center(Deprosys Technology, t.nagar, chennai) on 26 sep 2014, they said, it got manufacturing problem, and screen had to get replaced and it will take 25 days, i didnt had any option so i said ok, after 25 days i dindn't got any reply from service center and xolo so i called to service center, they said your handset is in noida office when it will come they are going inform me, then i called xolo customer care, they said the same, i asked how much days more it will take to get repaired, they said they are not having that information and they have raised my issue to their higher authority, and like this i called so many times but got same reply, and it continued.On 17 nov i got message from xolo that they are going to replace my handset with XOLO Q900s and on 19th i got message that they have despatched the handset, i called so many times to service center they were telling when it will come we will inform you, and customer care were telling it will be deliverd soon, on 28th when i called to customer care and i asked the same question that when my handset going to come, he told that it is already deliverd, i went to service center on 29th, i ask for my handset, they told its not yet came, after arguing with them for more than 30 min. they told me that they received my handset in broken condition and on 21st nov.and they send it back and the new handset is going to come on 8th dec.then i called to customer care a girl named savita received my call i asked about replaced handset, she told it got some battrery problem so it was returned from service center, and she told your new handset will get deliverd on 8th dec., it is more than 2 months since i gave my handset so i don't trust xolo so i want a conformation from higher authority from customer care, so i asked savita to transfer the call to any higher authority she told she cant transfer, but after my forcing she put my call in hold for 3-4 times and each time after few mins. she told all higher authorities are busy.now i don't trust xolo anymore.

                                        Respected Boss, I will disgusted with my decision to buy a Xolo Smart phone. Please refer to work order No.[protected] IMEI No. [protected] submitted for complaint of E-mails not opening at Voice Plus Kochi on 05 Nov 14. It has been a tragic story of stupid feedback from the service centre on 3 phone checks and 2 physical visits by me stating that the phone has been sent to Noida and has not returned yet. Meanwhile on two different calls to the toll free no.[protected] reveals the truth that the phone has not been sent at all for repairs. Nor have anything been done in last 24 days. I am sure such agencies will never ever build your brand in the Indian Market. Please check on the issue at a very very serious level and penalise those responsible.
