My XOLO Q900 handset had touch screen problem, IMEI no. [protected] so i went to service center(Deprosys Technology, t.nagar, chennai) on 26 sep 2014, they said, it got manufacturing problem, and screen had to get replaced and it will take 25 days, i didnt had any option so i said ok, after 25 days i dindn't got any reply from service center and xolo so i called to service center, they said your handset is in noida office when it will come they are going inform me, then i called xolo customer care, they said the same, i asked how much days more it will take to get repaired, they said they are not having that information and they have raised my issue to their higher authority, and like this i called so many times but got same reply, and it continued.On 17 nov i got message from xolo that they are going to replace my handset with XOLO Q900s and on 19th i got message that they have despatched the handset, i called so many times to service center they were telling when it will come we will inform you, and customer care were telling it will be deliverd soon, on 28th when i called to customer care and i asked the same question that when my handset going to come, he told that it is already deliverd, i went to service center on 29th, i ask for my handset, they told its not yet came, after arguing with them for more than 30 min. they told me that they received my handset in broken condition and on 21st nov.and they send it back and the new handset is going to come on 8th dec.then i called to customer care a girl named savita received my call i asked about replaced handset, she told it got some battrery problem so it was returned from service center, and she told your new handset will get deliverd on 8th dec., it is more than 2 months since i gave my handset so i don't trust xolo so i want a conformation from higher authority from customer care, so i asked savita to transfer the call to any higher authority she told she cant transfer, but after my forcing she put my call in hold for 3-4 times and each time after few mins. she told all higher authorities are busy.now i don't trust xolo anymore.
