Company had taken my phone for repairs...after 45 days they provided me with a replacement...however the new piece was defective as its volume button was damaged...When I went to service center they told me that currently they dont have the parts...its in transit...Its been more than 10 days now...still the parts are in transit?? Also the area sales manager Mr Bhukto is not replying to my message or call... Dont force me to go to consumer court!

    Dear sir my name is DR AMIT N VISPUTE i am using your xolo q3000 mobile, having great feature but i want final update of kitkat in nashik service center, i am visited service center last week and yesterday also but they don't have kitkat ROM please help us, we have 6 xolo q 3000 in circle and one more think please increase internal application memory at least 4gb or 6 gb please help fast and sent kitkat final file in nashik service center thank you DR AMIT VISPUTE [protected]

    I have Purchased Xolo Q3000 Model during April'14 and facing lot of issues while operating this handset.


    Pls. note Major Problems Faced enlisted below:-

    a) Network Problem:-Weak(Poor) Network on Sim1/Sim2 Both(already confirmed by your Xolo Care Centre that there is Problem in Handset) & this handset need to send to Noida for further analysis/rectification which shall take approx 2 weeks time as confirmed by Bright Communication today over telephone.

    Pls. note I also tried by replacing the same SIM into other handsets where I was getting Full Netwrok which itself proves that there is something wrong with the Handset.

    b) Weak Batttery Backup:- Battery Gets dischagred within 4-5 hrs even after charging 100%.
    Pls. note there is no any apps running at backend.

    c) Handset Hangup:- Many Times the Handset gets Hang and very difficult to Handle. I have to either Restart the handset or Power Off and then Power on the same.

    I had handover My Handset Xolo Q3000 to above service centre on 21st Feb'2015. Enclosed Work Order No.[protected] dtd.21.02.2015.

    Pls. note this Handest was purchased (On Line Purchase Amazon.in) through Paragon Telelinks Pvt.Ltd.vide their Inv. No.MH[protected] dtd.05th May'2014.

    This unit is still under warranty and looking towards the poor performance and Very Bad Experience, I am requesting your company to replace the Handset with New One as I am totally unsatisfied with the performance of the Handset.


    LOOKING TOWARDS ABOVE SO MUCH TROUBLES, MY SINCERE REQUEST TO XOLO TOWARDS REPLACEMENT OF THE HANDSET WITH A BRNAD NEW ONE WHICH SHALL EXPECTED TO PERFORM AS PER XOLO'S PUBLISHED SPECIFICATIONS.

      Dera sir, Good Day I Ravina from ahmedabad and i purchase xolo one mobile at bhaiender mumbai maxis mall At 7/11/2014 and and back ahmedabad 8/11/2014 when i will try to on the mobile it was not working then i will visit in your's othorised service center he said that mobile died and he prossed for DEO lateer after 2-3 days i gote the call from the service center Conformation of DEO Latter approved he tell me you replaces the phone at only mumbai billing address. Sir why costumer suffer for that kind and how can it possibel i will go at mumbai and change this phone plz sir i requist to you arreng replacement at ahmedabad .         Sir, I bought a XOLO WIN Q900S Smart phone from - mobile shopee - DYNAMIC HUB on date 04/11/2014 (by Bill no. 21). As I detected and observed some defect in it I informed to that shopkeeper, in turn he told me to go to the Service Centre. I could manage to go to Service Centre on date 13/11/2014. There I was told that they will send the phone to company to get repaired and will be returned in 25 days. The also to me that had I come in 7 days, they would have replaced with another piece. But I replied that while buying I was neither told nor written on bill about 7 days, instead I was told by the shopkeeper that XOLO COMPANY does not repair but only replaces with a new piece upto one year. My complaint is that company sold me the defective phone and the company ought to give immediate replacement. Why the company make me to suffer by waiting for 25 days for no fault of mine?           This is 4th time i submitting my mobile at service center after purchasing in 1 month, As per my previous conversation with xolo company had dispatched new a A600 phone as i submitted my A600 to service center as its not repairable, but its sad to inform that phone i received from xolo is most worst thah previous one. WHOLE DISPLAY OF PHONE IS CONTINUE BLINKING WITHOUT ANY TOUCH AND THAN BECOME CLOUDY, PHONE IS AUTOMATIC RESTART(ON AND OFF), NO MEMORY CARD DETECTED IN FILE MANAGER AND GALLARY WHILE SAME MEMORY CARD CAN DISPLAY IN ALL OTHER PHONE AND ALL OTHER MODEL OF XOLO.This problem is from the day i receive i phone from service center, when i told to service person than he told me today you take it, we will take care same after diwali, and most important thing 2nd phone company provide, this phone is already retured by 2 different customer, this information is i got at servicce center only.WHAT KIND OF QUALITY XOLO COMPANY PROVIDE TO CUSTOMER, and company. The mobile i purchase is become faulty within 15days, than company agree to replace my mobile with new one after long struggle.Even after that new mobile is more problematic than previous one and 2times DIO letter is issued by other customer. If new mobile is like than how one we call its new?Your A600 model has company falt, so now dont give me the A600, instead give me other model of xolo because same model, 2 times submitted but more critical problem. So please help me for these, i really hesitate by xolo company.

            I had camera issue on my XOLO Q900 mobile and gave it in F1 Info solutions & Services P.Ltd, Coimbatore on 11th Oct 2014, I have received the message from xolo with workorder no :[protected], with Expected date of delivery as 05th Nov 2014 . Now its Nov 17, almost 1 month and 6 days gone . I called many times to the service center, no one ready to attend the call .And I have raised two complaints to deliver my mobile within a week of time, if it gets late kindly replace any other mobile for my use to the customer care executive . But no use in that, they wont replying right path to get the solution .Finally I mailed to the Xolo care about the issue and informed the improtance and urgency of the issue ( If I didnt get my mobile back within a week of time, Definitely I will put a case on company ).                   Dear sir, I had purchased a XOLO Q 1100 on Feb. 20, 2014, from a local shop in our city Dehradun.(M/s Shweta Traders, Shop No. 6, Chakrata Road, Dehradun. TIN No. : [protected], vide cash memo No. 2040. In first week of Nov. 2014, I met with an accident, and my phone (referred above) was broken badly. I contacted to local service station at Rajpur Road, Dehradun, and they took my phone with notification no.[protected]. I got a message from your center that it has been repaired and I can collect it from the service center. I received the phone and checked it. It was completed in first sight, but when I made a call to my wife, she was unable to hear me. I immediately informed the service center regarding the malfunctioning of the device. They took my device and repaired it in 20 minutes. Now the voice was heard but not very clearly. Again I informed the same to the service station. They checked it and said it is perfect. After one day now my phone is still in the same condition that call is not heard by the receiver. Kindly look into the matter and direct me accordingly. As it is not possible for me to visit your service center frequently, hence kindly help me out what can I do? Your early action will be appreciated in this regard.                     i feel very bed, when i go at your yagnik road center. the staff is not co-operative at the center. they talk with me rudly that time i feel that it is better that i have bought gionee mobile or samsung. even if i have a bill and there is still warrenty of the software they refuse and demand money. then why you provide guarantee or warranty. the time is not more than 6 months.

                        I had camare issue on my XOLO Q800 mobile and gave it in Jayanagar 4th block service center on 2nd may 2014. They repaired n gave but that day only same problem occured so they told they will give replacement mobile and its been 6 months 10 days and i have still not recieved my mobile, i am calling Jeevithan (head of xolo service) but he doesnt pickup the call. I got a message from xolo 10 days before that my handset has been delivered i can collect it from my service station but when i go n enquire they are not giving me the mobile.

                          dear sir/madam, my imei 1-[protected]/87 I have deposited my phone in Guru nanak commmuncation in uttam nagar, delhi .But when i went to collect my phone, it has been missing in the Guru nanak communication, bearing address: wz-254, 1st floor, main najafgarh road, uttam nagar, near metro pillar no 67, near Shiv mandir delhi .They have missed my phone and giving me an older one when i visited again and again.please resolved my query asap and help me to get my phone which was in warranty oy else.

                            I submitted my xolo x1000 set at the service centre outlet at sec 62 noida on[protected] whose work order number is[protected], there was some battery problem which they said they will replace it, i asked for the repairng cost but they said they will messege me whithin two days, and said you will get your set done within 20 days max. Now its 2nd nov and there is not a single update from the service centre and the xolo company about what will be the cost of reparing or when will i get my set back, i have called service centre and xolo company several times but they are not giving any answers, i am very much disappointed with the response of the company. Please do the needful...

                                    I bought Xolo Q3000 on May 2, 2014. It stopped charging within 5 months. I had given it to Shrishti Service centre, Rajajinagar, Bangalore for repair. Upon no response from them for around a month, when I went to them again and enquired, they said that the Xolo factory had sent it back without repairing. So they had to resend it to Xolo factory/repair centre and I need to get in touch with g.[protected]@xolo.in. After writing a couple of mails to Xolo care, XOLO care mailed me the charges applicable of Rs 4915.10. When I enquired with the XOLO care of the charges as my phone was in warranty, they asked me to coordinate with the service centre. When I went to the service centre (Shrishi services) they said there are no charges and they cannot say a tentative date of repair. I have undergone enough of ping pong between the service centre and the xolo care. It has been around 2 months and I have not got my phone back. Hence seeking this platform to take the necessary actions and resolve the issue.                                       Hi, My self a new customer to XOLO family getting irritated to be part of this family . i bought XOLO Q1010i three months ago now device got dead . Went to service center in kolkata (INFOTEL SERVICES) asking for replace as its just 3 months they said only they can try to repair it but would take days time . First shocking news that they need 15 days . next, after one day I received one SMS saying that repair done, collect it from service center. called them but they said ignore that SMS and wait for their call. 8 days gone still waiting and dont know why then they send me SMS. Is this the quality of XOLO product ? Is XOLO really thinks to increase market capitalization ? Is XOLO as a company really care customers ? second time i am raising my voice hope I will get reply on this . Regards, Shantanu

                                        Sir this phone is totally ertated me about I am baying this phone just 3 months only .My first xolo q2000 with in 7 day phone is damage and replace then replaced phone all so damage with in one and half month so I am going to customer care center at Cochin near south bridge then my phone submitted to service after one month I got the phone but the damage is not verifying so kindly
