Courier delivery awb[protected] not delivered and updated that my home office was closed but i was there at home full day. He is updating fake update that house was closed why the hell you guys pick the courier when you do not want to deliver. This is very bad why your delivery people update wrong information. You should deliver it or you should give correct information. Why you are making fool of people

    I order multiple time parcel through paytm mall and that was delivered by xpressbees,
    Your courier man is very very rude and unprofessional, in first parcel he did not delivered parcel and still show that he delivered it, and while contacting him he reply with rude answer and deliver a parcel after many days of expected delivery date.
    In second parcel he did not deliver hand to hand and just throw (!!! Things inside the parcel could have broken!! Really bad experince) in home..

      My shippment tracking id is: [protected]. I got my oder is out of delivery on 29 october. I didn't receive any delivery till now. When i try to call the customer care it asks you to type registered number or id and when i do it says it is wrong and automatically disconnects the call. The delivery guy who has to delivery the oder when i call him about my oder he says "i don't know in which bag it is". I don't know how careless is this xpress bees delivery is? I really hate it.

        Hi,
        My order from rustorange.com with awb number:[protected] was shipped via xpressbee couriers. I last received a message saying my order was out for delivery on 27/10/2018. Then k didn't receive any call or message for your delivery agent. But the status of my order in your site states delivered. I haven't received my package yet and i'm neither able to contact your customer service. Hope you would look into it at the earliest. It's no joke you take people's packages so lightly. Hoping to hear from you as soon as possible.

          The courier tracking ID is [protected] by xpressbess service company. The courier company sends me out for delivery message every morning, and on two occasions with details of delivery guy. The guys never call to schedule delivery, and when I call I get rude responses. The tracking site shows absolutely incorrect details. I have been available at the mentioned address on all days. Very poor service. Will advise others to stay away from this service provider. Not a trustworthy website.

          The product was marked as delivered even before it reached me. Post several complaint at various forums, I finally received it yesterday.

            I had ordered an item from the firstcry wherein i wanted the product for an event on 27th oct 2018 and this was mentioned to firstcry on 25th already. With n updates on my product till 27th morning, i called up first cry, they said the product is out for delivery and gave me the courier guys number saying you can call him and ask him to deliver before 4:00 as i needed it before that time.

            I call up the guy around 2, 2:30. H assures me he'll deliver the parcel by 4:30 pm anyhow. Till 5pm i receive no updates, so i call him up again. He doesnt answer the first 4-5 times. Then calls up from another number. Since i have mehendi applied on both my hands, my husband talks to him:

            Husband : i am talking from p&t. You were about to deliver by 4:30. Where are you

            Courier guy: sir, my bike was punctured, so i couldnt

            Husband : by when would you be able to reach, we have to leave

            Courier guy: you can leave, i'll drop the parcel with the watchman or neighbours

            Husband : but we need the parcel, its urgent, we cant leave before that. And why did you commit for 4:30 when you couldnt come

            Courier guy: i wont be able to deliver before 2 hours. Do whatever you can

            Husband : it hardly takes 10-15 mins for a puncture fix, why are you saying 2 hours

            Courier guy: i have other work. I cant deliver. Its easy for you to sit and home and talk. Come out in the sun, then you'll know how it is

            Husband : who are you to tell me that, talk properly

            Courier guy : 5-6 extreme vulgar abusive words (In marathi), do whatever you can, i'll make sure i dont deliver your product. I am going to see that

            Husband : get pissed off, you come i'll also see

            Disconnects the call

            I call him back and record the below conversation after this incident:

            Me : who on earth are you mister

            Courier guy : who is it

            Me : i am calling from p&t. You assured me delivery by 4:30, now i have an event and you say you cant, i have been following up with firstcry since 2 days. I understand you have work, but isnt there something called as priority

            Courier guy: i was not said your product is to be delivered on priority, so i am going to deliver when i want to

            Me : dude, do you understand, you are spoiling my event. The parcel contains my 2 years daughters dress and its important for the event. You come home and see

            Courier guy : ok, then tell your husband to come and collect the parcel from me. I am at nandivli. (Its like 200 metres from my address and he says he cant come)

            Me : i am not going to sned anyone to collect from you. And how did you talk to my husband. Who are you? Should i complain against you

            Courier guy : please, you can do whatever you have to. Even we have recordings.

            Me : fine, i am not scared coz we didnt say anything wrong.

            Courier guy : keeps muttering something which sounds abusive

            Me : disconnects

            He delivers the parcel in 10 mins, but just rings the bell, throws and runs away

            My concern is my husband felt so humiliated, he was so angry the entire event that is he bound to listen to abusive words of any random guy. Our event ultimately was spoilt. And he spoke to me as well rudely so i cant just imaginge the way he would have spoken to my husband. I could hear his voice clearly out of the phone.

            I seek justice here and strict action against such guys as they think they can say and do whatever they want beacuse they know their company is going to take no action. Why should we as customers suffer so much..

              in tracking shows order delivered but not received

              I ordered a watch from paytm it is reaching via express bees in tracking colum it shows that it is delivered but i have not received. Awd no is[protected]. I had complained about this to customer care center but i did not got any response about the issue. I want to raise a complaint on it. If not i will reach consumer forum of india regarding this cheating....

              I have ordered a redmi note 5 pro mobile from flipkart and xpressbees is the courier service. The expected date of delivery was 24th oct to 27th oct, 2018. On 25th oct, xpress updated the status out for delivery, i waited whole day nobody came and next morning they updated the status the delivery failed because the home /office was locked. Same thing they do yesterday 28th oct 5:03 pm updated the status for out of delivery, i eagerly waited and nobody came. This morning again they updated the staus home / office is locked so cant deliver. Very disappointed.

              They are just cheating, even the delivery sms they send doesnt have any number for delivery person because there is no such person. Just by sitting in their office they play this # game.

                I got an sms that the order will be delivered and i didnt recieve my product later when i tried to track the status was order delivered successfully and agent no provided was fake one whuch was switched off the awb is [protected] i think even the awb also seems to be fake one. I never expected this kind of service i really dono with whom did they leave my product how can they act like this... Im really upset the product is really costly and indeed a prepaid one

                  I ordered a product in firstcry.com and they dispathed it on 12 october 2018 as per their application. Tentitive date of delivery is 26 october 2018 which is almost 14 days. I am wondered by seeing 14 days transit time, i have not received the item till date. I demand huge penalty because they just solve the complaint by delivering and continue with their work style.

                    I had ordered the product from hindustan unilever n it's a prepay product. The delivery boy has not delivered the product. I had raised a complaint but i am not getting proper response. So finally i decided to raise a complaint against your co. On a fraud n cheating case. It will spoil the company reputation.                       I want to complain regarding the behavior of an xpressbees courier delivery person named durgesh gupta, mobile no - [protected], zone - south extension, delhi-49.

                      I have recently ordered 2 packets of medicines from paytm which was expected to deliver on 26 october, 2018. I received the message from paytm that the product is out for delivery on that day, but no one contacted me from the other end and product got postponed to deliver on the next day.

                      On the next day, 27 oct, i called the delivery person at 11am to let him know that i have 2 products waiting to be delivered on the day, but he said my voice is not clear. After an hour, i got a message that my product will be delivered on 29 oct. I called the delivery person durgesh at 1pm and asked for the issue for continuous delay twice. He said he don't have the product with him and will deliver after 2 days because of contact info issue.

                      I told him that i tried to call him 4-5 times before this final call to ask when the product will be delivered. But each time, he didn't responded to my question well and terminated the call.in the final call, he behaved in a very inappropriate manner, that too when there was a whole day to deliver the items i ordered.

                      I have attached the screenshot of the messages from paytm that includes the product information and delivery dates. I'm looking for a resolution on these type of behavior of the courier persons as it is getting very common these days.

                        Yesterday courier called me to delver the parcel, i clearly explained the address after he said please wait for 20 min i will delver your package. I said ok but after 1 hour also no response, i waited almost 3 hours for him. He not picked my cal also. Sorry to say this i totally dis pointed with your service so i decide to solve this issue in consumer court. Hope you understand. Thank you

                          I have not received any delivery neither anyone tried to contact me but everyday i got a message it could be delivered because i was not reachable, and later on 2 delivery guys number were shared one said he cannot come other ones number was switched off the whole day, later on i tried reaching the customer care and i get a message that my parcel was not delivered because i refused to accept it so finally i had to cancel my parcel. This is the worst delivery service i have seen.

                            I have an order from club factory cf order awb:[protected] and is delivered[protected] at 1135 by xpressbees the total amount was 2438.38 but the courier name ashu [protected] take 3440 as i was not at home and my sister receive the product. It is very unprofessional cheating the customer i want the expresses to return me the extra which took by ashu and take necessary action it happen for the first time experiencing such situation i'm looking for the respond from the company

                              I've been told to collect my parcel in the morning from the xpressbees courier bivar road, shillong as my place is out of delivery area and that is fine with me but the sad part is that when i go to the office to collect i was told that the parcel was kept in the bag where the parcels are cancelled and to be return back. They had not call me if i'm going to cancel my order or not but they did it on their own terms.
                              I just want you to make sure that none of this will ever happen again in the near future.
                              Please check carefully which one is to put where because it is highly unacceptable to do things like this.

                                My shipment no - [protected]

                                Yesterday i have received sms from the customer care saying that we could not deliver. I was in my house address from afternoon onwards and no one has came to my house address and how can they say that couldnt delivered. I didnt get any call from the xpressbees delivery guy. Please ask the executive to contact my registered mobile no. I have contacted the customer care they are telling that they will deliver to my secondary address and i have to wait for 48 hours. I am not at all happy with the service.
                                Please deliver the shipment at earliest.

                                  Hai dilan mh here and my registered paytn number is [protected] I have ordered for puma wallet one week before till now I didn't receive my order the tracking status shows that today the item will be delivered by Arun KUMAR c and his contact number [protected] the delivery boy did not come to my address or call my contact number so I tried calling him many times his number is switch off from 3 days so I kindly request you to give some other delivery boy number or let me know the address of the hub so that I can collect my parcel I hope you understand please solve my problem as soon as possible

                                    One if your courier representative is not delivering the products properly and they are saying our phone is not reachable which is false and they are returning the product with out any prior notice to me

                                      Hello, my name is sachin, i have been repeatedly having this trouble with xpressbees, now this is the fifth time i'm facing it, the delivery person in Osmanabad is highly fraudulent and negligent, they never deliver the package on time, and they mark it as delivered. Despite of many complaints before even to Consumer forum online, i'm again having this same trouble.
