I've been told to collect my parcel in the morning from the xpressbees courier bivar road, shillong as my place is out of delivery area and that is fine with me but the sad part is that when i go to the office to collect i was told that the parcel was kept in the bag where the parcels are cancelled and to be return back. They had not call me if i'm going to cancel my order or not but they did it on their own terms.
I just want you to make sure that none of this will ever happen again in the near future.
Please check carefully which one is to put where because it is highly unacceptable to do things like this.

    Dear sir,

    My shipment no - [protected]

    Yesterday i have received sms from the customer care saying that we could not deliver. I was in my house address from afternoon onwards and no one has came to my house address and how can they say that couldnt delivered. I didnt get any call from the xpressbees delivery guy. Please ask the executive to contact my registered mobile no. I have contacted the customer care they are telling that they will deliver to my secondary address and i have to wait for 48 hours. I am not at all happy with the service.
    Please deliver the shipment at earliest.

      Hai dilan mh here and my registered paytn number is [protected] I have ordered for puma wallet one week before till now I didn't receive my order the tracking status shows that today the item will be delivered by Arun KUMAR c and his contact number [protected] the delivery boy did not come to my address or call my contact number so I tried calling him many times his number is switch off from 3 days so I kindly request you to give some other delivery boy number or let me know the address of the hub so that I can collect my parcel I hope you understand please solve my problem as soon as possible

        One if your courier representative is not delivering the products properly and they are saying our phone is not reachable which is false and they are returning the product with out any prior notice to me

        So please take some action on them and when we call them they are not responding properly to us so please take some action on them so that they do their job properly

          Hello, my name is sachin, i have been repeatedly having this trouble with xpressbees, now this is the fifth time i'm facing it, the delivery person in Osmanabad is highly fraudulent and negligent, they never deliver the package on time, and they mark it as delivered. Despite of many complaints before even to Consumer forum online, i'm again having this same trouble.

            I received a call for delivery last week while i was out of station. I told i'll be available after 5 days. Till now i didn't receive my order. While i tracking it shows like package is in delhi now mentioned reason as rto. Please arrange delivery immediately.

            You people having a single customer care number which is always busy. Couldn't able to contact even.

              The delivery was delayed by 5 days in total.

              Even after the package had reached destination city, the package was delayed by 2 days.

              I contacted your customer care twice, but all they did was asked me to wait.
              The first time i called your customer care, i was told that the issue is raised to concerned team via email.
              Then, the next day i called to get update on the issue, and found that the issue was never raised to the concerned team.

                  I am living in mahendragarh (Haryana) with pin code:-123029. Your service is worst here your delivery boy never delivers product on time and delays for 3-4 days even after i am present to recieve the order.
                  The name of delivery boy is sunil. Please take some action him so that the customers are satisfied by otherwise stop your courier service here.

                    The package has been over a week back and there is no movement of the same from xpressbees. I tried calling the customer care umpteen number of times and have never been able to speak to anyone from the team.

                    Sent multiple emails to [protected]@xpressbees.com and no response to those either.

                    Can someone please acknowledge and let me know the eta of the delivery.

                    Will it happen this year! Will it happen at all!!

                      Hi, my two packages from ajio were meant to be delivered on 18th oct and 19th oct and each day i got a message saying that out for delivery but then on 23rd oct when i inquired more they told me that it's been returned back as nobody was there at the address... Useless and liar company... Unprofessional people... I spoke to ajio and they said they will have a word with their management and will ask them to try and deliver and still haven't heard anything back. My shipment nos are[protected] and[protected] and each time they put message in their system that consignee not available.. Liars

Its been 7 days i dont know where is my product. I have already got message that my product was dispatched through express bee on the next day. I called so may times customer care of express bee but no response. I have sent many emails regarding fast delivery of my orders but still they are dispatched late and delivered very very late...                           My parcel status is delivered on sunday as it has not been delivered till now, when contacted customer care regarding that they said they have lodged a complaint and will update me within 24 hours, it has been more than 24 hours so i have contacted them again and they are saying that the parcel may be delivered today and hung up on me while i was still talking. This is not the first time happening to me, i had the same experience earlier as well, my question is how hard it is to deliver a parcel to a certain address when the address is clear and the contact number is given?

                            I received sms updates that my shipment was out for delivery and a link that i can track my shipment.

                            A day later, i get an sms that my shipment couldn't be delivered. When i went to their site to check, there was an update that the residence/office was closed.in fact, the delivery executive never came and never called my registered mobile number too.

                            I tried to get in touch with their customer care number, but no response there too. I have emailed my details again to their customer care email id, but no response till now.

                              My parcel delivery was supposed to be on 20/10/18 but i didn't receive it.
                              On 17/10/18 i received a msg stating that i'll be delivered my parcel within 3 days i. E20/10/18 but i didn't receive any call from the delivery boy instead i received a msg stating that my address is incorrect and delivery is cancelled.
                              I contacted the customer service and they denied providing the contact of delivery person.
                              On 22/10/18 i received a msg stating my order is out for delivery at 1.30pm, i didn't receive any call from delivery boy. At 9.30 pm a received a msg informing that delivery cancelled due to incorrect address or not contacting over phone.
                              Please kindly take a notice of it and deliver my product asap.
                              Pls provide the contact number of the person delivering so that i can help him with my address
                              Pls take a look into the matter and resolve it.

                                        सर मैने 15/10/2018 को Buy Samsung PowerBank 20800 mAh&, Get Samsung 64GB Memory Card Free का ऑर्डर दिया था जो कि हमें 20/10/2018 को प्राप्त हुआ। लेकिन power Bank चला नही हमने उसको 2 घंटे चार्ज भी किया था, कृपया करके इसे बदलने का कस्ट करें। जिसका आर्डर नंबर- 4472420, ट्रैकिंग नम्बर[protected]
