Hai there,
I have ordered something on paytm and it should be delivered by 18th of this month. And i received a sms saying my parcel is out for delivery and with the details of the delivery boy. His name is guda vinod. And then the cinema has started, i tried to call him all the day for 2 days and he kept it switched of and ofcourse i didn't even got any call from anyone. I myself waited for 2 days (18, 19) and i tried to call bluedart as the xpressbees is in the same shop. They always said me that the shop is closed due to holidays, um that reasonable and its ok. But today its sunday, and still the shop is closed. But yesterday it was saturday and they never ever called me for delivery and i am damn sure that all my details are correct. So i said and asked them the same and they came to a fight with me and talk in a worst rude manner with me, i need justice here, is it my mistake or him? You guys should intimate me that the parcel has arived and is out for delivery and should come to my home to give delivery. Here in my situation nothing has happened. I request you to warn the person vinod and the working phone number of him is this (I mailed it to you xpressbees). I called him from this number for my parcel and he talk to me rediculusly and rude manner and fight me. I need apologies for what i have taken from him. How i should bear your worst fight when the mistakes are from your side. I would proceed to complaint about your company on social media, google maps, consumer complaint sites reviews (Which is honest ofcourse) in case you don't warn him to stay in limits and respect customers who are giving money for not coming to home for delivery. I got lot of couriers from xpressbees and i should always go to their shop which is far away by myself to take it and they dont even call me.
Please do consider my requests and do warn him now. I need your reply with answers

    It has been 4 days from when i was informed that pickup will be done. I recieved a call from a man that he will be coming on friday for pick up but i said that i will be available on that day. I am daily calling the man who call me for the pick up. But none of them is coming for the pick up. He also asked me to call him after some time to remaind him for pickup. (Should i remaind him). I am daily waiting for the man to pick up, will’nt we have some other work rather than waiting for pickup. Please do some needful on this. The below are the shipment details.

        I have ordered 3 shirts for rs 999 and i have paid for the the same at that time only. My order[protected] and order date is 15 oct 2018. I oreder 3 shirts. My order get me from xpressbees on 17 oct 2018. But company send me different and very hopeless shirts. On the parcel give a number for return [protected]. I call this number more and more time. But this no. Not attend any person. But till now no information on my order. The trendz venue team resolve my issue asap and do replies to my mails..

            One of the courier boy arjun tudu contacted my client for parcel delivery as we have not change we have ask him to com back after some time later we call him to come he ask to do paytm if cash not available so we paid to him later he didn't come back parcel delivery and kept the amount with him.

              It's second time that they have cancelled my order without informing me.
              They do not contact you about order and just cancel at their own will.
              Paytm shouldn't ship with these company.
              My awd number is[protected].
              They don't even pick up phone.
              They say to company that product is lost or damaged in fact it is still with them and they just harass customers by stating wrong facts.

                My two products are pending and no one came to pick them up and now is the third one. Whats going on and what is the reason of such unprofesssional behaviour??? And pls solve this first bcos its really frustating now all my parcels are pending and no one care to pick it up. My first selling parcel is pick the exact date i schedulw the pickup but now there service going worst. Why this happen to me???

                  I order a product from paytm which is deliver by xpressbees. My awb number is[protected]. According to paytm, product will be deliver on 16 october but its is not receive yet and cancel that order by your end (As per paytm executive). Please give me a reason why my order is cancel. And i want my order any how. And your customer care is also useless they only track the order.

                    My order id is [protected]. Tracking details shows it's delivered while i have not received any package. While opening it detail is showing it is signed by me which is not true.
                    I want my products without any damage. I don't know how can your shipment company deliver the products without any id proof and leave it with anyone.

                      I ordered a product from paytm on 8/10/2018 and paytm sent the item by your courier service xpressbees (Paytm mall, awb:[protected] but unfortunately your courier person of my area mr. Subham kumar not contact to me even a single time and update the false courier status time to time and lastly cancel my order himself without any concern.
                      After that i call him and ask about my courier then he cut my call many times and abused me. It is intolerable.. I just want to say that take necessary and quick action against courier person mr. Subham kumar.,

                      I ordered from amazon and seller send it to this courier, the package already reach in bangalore 6th of september but till now two delivery attempt are there but they don't came to my place or give a call, just sending sms as "as you requested future delivery" and skip delivery of product.
                      Paytm mall reverse pickup done by your guy, after pickup status was updated pickup request cancelled.This updated is effect my money to refund by paytm mall.
                      I ordered shoes and didn't receive it on the day it was expected to be delivered stating that" i have requested the delivery later on", how come this can happen?

                        On 10th oct 2018, my shipment was handover to xpressbees courier company and i had requested on the first day that my shipment should be delivered to me as soon as possible. Because i had to go out of the station so i had put a request for it that my shipment should be delivered me as soon as possible. But in spite of this, xpressbees support team did not take any action and my shipment was lying in delhi for 6 days. My shipment awb no[protected]. I am very sad to say that xpressbees does not care about the customer's problem and their request. Whose service is very useless. I hope in the future that my shipment should never be handover to this company.

                            It's very bad product I have got from this xpressbees.com I want to return this product and refund. There is no option to return in your website. I have ordered 3 printed cotton casual shirts for men. My order number is[protected]. Quality of this product is worst and it's even not worth of 50 rupees each. I advise people to not order from your website. Take return my order and refund my 999 rupees.

                              Please look into the matter and i want early delivery.
                              I ordered it on 8th oct abd still no call from the courier service.

                                I am Gangadharan. My shipment number is [protected]. My product is reached to coimbatore. But the person's from coimbatore, they are not deliver the product to me and simply putting status as " Residence/office closed : can't delivered". I had a complaint to customer care and they said within 24 hours product will be delivered. But twise the status have been changed to Residence/office closed : can't delivered. I did not get even single call from the courier person.. don't know how they are giving status like this. There is no contact number to call directly to coimbatore courier office. I supposed to get my product on 12 Oct 2018. But still I could not get any info about my product. Please help..

                                    I purchased a product through wyo.in and the product comes through xpressbees. The product came to my city nearly 3 days ago and said it is out for delivery but they never attempt such things... I called there customer care several times and every time they says it will be reached to you by the end of the day but it never happen.. May be the order is of cash on delivery but i had a rare coupon so if i don't get this product i will have nearly rs-260/- loss.. So i feel literally cheated by this courier company.. Such fraudulent company should be banned immediately.

                                      Black dial black watch has order from paytm but courier has not call me. You have send me message l will send to you below so l request to paytm courier please call and me give my order... It has to send me one link for address of service centre l can tap on that link it can occur error so why this problem occur with me so please me provide courier number... L hope you can accept my request and solve that problem... Thank you..
