I received a call for delivery last week while i was out of station. I told i'll be available after 5 days. Till now i didn't receive my order. While i tracking it shows like package is in delhi now mentioned reason as rto. Please arrange delivery immediately.

You people having a single customer care number which is always busy. Couldn't able to contact even.

My shipment number is[protected].

The delivery was delayed by 5 days in total.

Even after the package had reached destination city, the package was delayed by 2 days.

I contacted your customer care twice, but all they did was asked me to wait.
The first time i called your customer care, i was told that the issue is raised to concerned team via email.
Then, the next day i called to get update on the issue, and found that the issue was never raised to the concerned team.

My order ref. No. Is122222, and my order id is 4468059 tracking id is[protected]. Received material is not satisfied. How can i return. There is no response through phone. Or email. Kindly mail me or whatsup me about the return of the material. I have received the material on cash on delivery basis. K

I am living in mahendragarh (Haryana) with pin code:-123029. Your service is worst here your delivery boy never delivers product on time and delays for 3-4 days even after i am present to recieve the order.
The name of delivery boy is sunil. Please take some action him so that the customers are satisfied by otherwise stop your courier service here.

The package has been over a week back and there is no movement of the same from xpressbees. I tried calling the customer care umpteen number of times and have never been able to speak to anyone from the team.

Sent multiple emails to [protected]@xpressbees.com and no response to those either.

Can someone please acknowledge and let me know the eta of the delivery.

Hi, my two packages from ajio were meant to be delivered on 18th oct and 19th oct and each day i got a message saying that out for delivery but then on 23rd oct when i inquired more they told me that it's been returned back as nobody was there at the address... Useless and liar company... Unprofessional people... I spoke to ajio and they said they will have a word with their management and will ask them to try and deliver and still haven't heard anything back. My shipment nos are[protected] and[protected] and each time they put message in their system that consignee not available.. Liars

This is my very pity condition about the product that i have ordered from https://www.mi.com/in/. i have ordered (Order id:[protected] mi tv 55 inch.. On 16.10.2018. Its been 7 days i dont know where is my product. I have already got message that my product was dispatched through express bee on the next day. I called so may times customer care of express bee but no response. I have sent many emails regarding fast delivery of my orders but still they are dispatched late and delivered very very late... Express bee confirmed my address pin code was wrong...? Once againg given my address:

My parcel status is delivered on sunday as it has not been delivered till now, when contacted customer care regarding that they said they have lodged a complaint and will update me within 24 hours, it has been more than 24 hours so i have contacted them again and they are saying that the parcel may be delivered today and hung up on me while i was still talking. This is not the first time happening to me, i had the same experience earlier as well, my question is how hard it is to deliver a parcel to a certain address when the address is clear and the contact number is given?

I received sms updates that my shipment was out for delivery and a link that i can track my shipment.

A day later, i get an sms that my shipment couldn't be delivered. When i went to their site to check, there was an update that the residence/office was closed.in fact, the delivery executive never came and never called my registered mobile number too.

I tried to get in touch with their customer care number, but no response there too. I have emailed my details again to their customer care email id, but no response till now.

My parcel delivery was supposed to be on 20/10/18 but i didn't receive it.
On 17/10/18 i received a msg stating that i'll be delivered my parcel within 3 days i. E20/10/18 but i didn't receive any call from the delivery boy instead i received a msg stating that my address is incorrect and delivery is cancelled.
I contacted the customer service and they denied providing the contact of delivery person.
On 22/10/18 i received a msg stating my order is out for delivery at 1.30pm, i didn't receive any call from delivery boy. At 9.30 pm a received a msg informing that delivery cancelled due to incorrect address or not contacting over phone.
Please kindly take a notice of it and deliver my product asap.
Pls provide the contact number of the person delivering so that i can help him with my address
Pls take a look into the matter and resolve it.

Received the product today but this is not the product i had ordered so like to return it please arrange for reverse pick-up or send me the correct product

My order id is [so53483876]. Tracking details shows it's delivered on 20th october 2018.01.47pm while i have not received any package. While opening it detail is showing it is signed by me which is not true.
I want my products without any damage. I don't know how can your shipment company deliver the products without any id proof and leave it with anyone.

I have ordered something on paytm and it should be delivered by 18th of this month. And i received a sms saying my parcel is out for delivery and with the details of the delivery boy. His name is guda vinod. And then the cinema has started, i tried to call him all the day for 2 days and he kept it switched of and ofcourse i didn't even got any call from anyone. I myself waited for 2 days (18, 19) and i tried to call bluedart as the xpressbees is in the same shop. They always said me that the shop is closed due to holidays, um that reasonable and its ok. But today its sunday, and still the shop is closed. But yesterday it was saturday and they never ever called me for delivery and i am damn sure that all my details are correct. So i said and asked them the same and they came to a fight with me and talk in a worst rude manner with me, i need justice here, is it my mistake or him? You guys should intimate me that the parcel has arived and is out for delivery and should come to my home to give delivery. Here in my situation nothing has happened. I request you to warn the person vinod and the working phone number of him is this (I mailed it to you xpressbees). I called him from this number for my parcel and he talk to me rediculusly and rude manner and fight me. I need apologies for what i have taken from him. How i should bear your worst fight when the mistakes are from your side. I would proceed to complaint about your company on social media, google maps, consumer complaint sites reviews (Which is honest ofcourse) in case you don't warn him to stay in limits and respect customers who are giving money for not coming to home for delivery. I got lot of couriers from xpressbees and i should always go to their shop which is far away by myself to take it and they dont even call me.
Please do consider my requests and do warn him now. I need your reply with answers

It has been 4 days from when i was informed that pickup will be done. I recieved a call from a man that he will be coming on friday for pick up but i said that i will be available on that day. I am daily calling the man who call me for the pick up. But none of them is coming for the pick up. He also asked me to call him after some time to remaind him for pickup. (Should i remaind him). I am daily waiting for the man to pick up, will’nt we have some other work rather than waiting for pickup. Please do some needful on this. The below are the shipment details.

Very bad services in rajampeta

I have ordered 3 shirts for rs 999 and i have paid for the the same at that time only. My order[protected] and order date is 15 oct 2018. I oreder 3 shirts. My order get me from xpressbees on 17 oct 2018. But company send me different and very hopeless shirts. On the parcel give a number for return [protected]. I call this number more and more time. But this no. Not attend any person. But till now no information on my order. The trendz venue team resolve my issue asap and do replies to my mails..

My address is 201 shaima apartment SG barve Margaret, shanti nagar kurla west Mumbai 400070. I have given the same address but the courier guy is not delivering to my address and giving false reason kindly take action against him. AWB:[protected]
