My product with waybill number[protected] in expressbee is not delivered. When i track the status it's showing that it is out for delivery since 14th september 2018 but delivery location or deliver person contact number is not provided.
Even customer care service i worst as there is no option to talk with executive person. and the option which were present are also not working....

I order my nutrition powder and expressbee was supposed to deliver the product in my address as i have paid for home delivery but the courier guy asked me to come and pick it up from their office and when i complained about it to the customer care person that guy called me and use so many slang in local language while the customer care was in line in my another phone and all of sudden the customer care person stated saying she cant hear anything...

With reference to the captioned awb no[protected], which was booked on 7th sep'18 and the same is expected to be delivered by 12th or 13th sep'18. The same has not been delivered inspire of the regular follow ups and the commitment by first cry.

This is the worst ever service by any courier, we have been patiently waiting for the same but ur company is taking customer for granted and doing what...
