I have package from Paytm and it was in my city on 5th of Oct, Xpressbees had not made any attempt to get my package delivered. I waited for few days and I called them on 9th of Oct. Their customer care executive named Fouzia assured that it will be delivered on 10 with complaint number 9582131. I called them then on 10th evening their executive blamed me why I have not made any call to them, and started giving some funny reason including their not acceptable Terms & Conditions on which I was laughing. One of funny reason was, I have not called them that's why Paytm has cancelled the order.:D

To EXPRESSBEES: you are not in competition with your competitors like DHL and Blue Dart. They are too much ahead of you in delivering the package. I have many experience when they have delivered package before time. If you have to be in market IMPROVE your SERVICES and your CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM! EDUCATE them how to interact with customer!

    I have been a regular recipient of yours delivery system. As usual, I had ordered some stuff from PaytmMall. It was to be delivered by 9th of October. But as we all know, you guys deliver it before due time. That's a good thing. But recently, one of your courier boy named Afjal Shaan ([protected]) neither did pick my phone not he dial me. He even misbehaved on call. Kindly look into matter.

      I have to receive a courier from Patanjali through Xpress bee courier services which is booked on 29.09.18 .on tracking it is showing that it is in Delhi since 30.09.18. I have complained already through mail and also over phone several times.I have enquired Patanjali authorities and they told that they have registered complaint. But no response received till now.Today also I made a call to the courier authorities but they are not telling any thing. I have already made payment to the courier. Hence it is requested to take further necessary action

      Not calling before delivery not giving any message and not taking back product not message after product delivery, not listening customer request, delivered wrong product, contact with fraud company and not having any details of that company.very bad experience from company.

        No any my problem solve. Just bad behever Pen xpresss bees logistic team. No door step Parcel to Courier. Only Return to all my product Waste of money and Waste my time. customer said Pick up to Office Your Parcel.

        I placed an order from Paytm mall Order # [protected] placed on 02 November 2018. They shipped order using xpressbees courier via Shipment reached in pen on 8th November . It could have been delivered on same day by evening. But they didn't deliver. Moreover there is no delivery on 14th November 2018 too. I called there customer care xpressbess Pen Hub Office [protected] for three times but there is no proper reply. I called Paytm mall Toll free number but no any response their contact number is not working sometimes ring going but they cutting my call. The shipment arrived in Pen 8November 2018, it could have been delivered on that day only... or can be delivered next day.. But still no sign of delivery... No contact info for Xpress Bees Courier Pen Office. what the hell is this? Why Paytm mall i is not using a good courier? This is many many order from Paytm Mall. complaint on various sites, and then only they will deliver the shipment? Paytm Mall is using such a bad courier that doesn't have even a contact number ?

          I have placed an order from the paytm on 28 september 2018. And then i got a message that your has been dispatched with our courier partner xpressbes on 2 october 2018 and will drlivered you 9
          On 9 october 2018. And when i am tracking my courier through tracking id it is showing my order is in delhi. And today 9 october i am not received my order. My order is still in delhi not dispatched.

          Sir my order on 3rd october and delivery date is 7th october but still I didn't got my product as today is 10th october...via xpressbee it location showing in gurgaon Delhi... Please inform me
          First, they come out for delivery but without contact the customer they send a message mentioning that they could not reach the customer. Is there any problem in their office always or it's always fault of their courier delivery person.Many time the product goes back to the company because their false attempt.

            Hello as my product reached the nearest hub near me, can u please deliver my product tomorrow as i will stay all day in home tomorrow.my shipment id:[protected].
            I hv got a message that my parcel was delivered thought it has not reached me...where my parcel is .

            To put it mildly pathetic my consignment of medicines gets misrouted almost every month. My present packet is travelling g all over Bangalore since the last 3 days !!!
            Last time it was mentioned as delivered where the delivery boy just deposited it back in the office .
            Netmeds should seriously consider replacing their logistics partner.
            Delivery boy is not come my place and update fake status in system for not contactable . Currier company customer care executive is unprofessional and not supportive and careless about our shipments.

              Your connecting bluedart delivery service is not good. They didn't deliver in time and also don't want to deliver at home. And they update a message that i was not available that's why they didn't deliver my order. This what kind of response? Xpressbees logistics i want my order timely. Can you please solve my matter? If you can next time please change the delivery service center for goodness.

                    Awb[protected] etah (U. P) worst courier service. I use to order too many orders from different portals in a month. Each & every order which is shipped via xpressbees delivers too late (Even after expected delivery date). Here in my city it is the worst service provider. Current order was ordered on paytm mall on 28 september and was to be delivered last by 06/10/2018 but the courier waits for the next order which was ordered on 5 october to be delivered last by 10 october'18 to deliver both items in one attempt to save effort. This pattern is repeated by xpressbees again and again here in my city (Same to me in previous 4-5 orders repeatedly even after warning). Really worst courier service provider in my city.. People here use to cancel order if it shows on the portal that it is to be delivered by xpressbees in etah.

                    I don't think xpressbees will last for long in Etah(U.P). Too unprofessional service provider. Don't responded even when i reached the courier office.

                          I was to received my parcel on 30.09.2018 by xpressbees courier services barnala, because i received this information sms with the name of courier guy (Jagdeep singh amneet, mobile [protected]). After noon i got a fake sms of successful delivery, then i called to this person, but he is making me fool and i faced very poor and pathetic service by xpressbees. They do not have a proper working customer care number and even i unable to barnala (Punjab) office number on internet. After 7 days, i had not received my courier by xpressbees and i do not know, how the company mark as delivered without calling me. It is worst experience with courier company.

                                    I had ordered for my medicine consignment from Medlife on dated 29.09.2018 and my order id number is OR2002JU-001A. It has been shown that the consignment is shipped from your logistic company and I will receive the same on dated 30.09.2018 or 01.10.2018 till 9.00 pm. But the consignment was not delivered till date. I called your customer care number on dated 02.10.2018 and there it was showing that the person has visited my residence but no body was at home there after I had a talk with your customer care executive and told him that the delivery person is making the false remarks that he visited the house and "no one was present in the house" although I haven't gone anywhere . On 03.10.2018 I Again I called at your customer care number but again they repeated that the delivery person visited my residence and "nobody was at home" . Today i.e on 04.10.2018 I again called your customer care number number and heard the same that delivery person visited the home and "nobody was at home" This is all the delivery person's fictitious reporting.

                                    You are requested to deliver my consignment at the earliest and take strict action against the delivery person for giving the wrong reporting. Today all my medicines have been finished and I have to buy it from market.

                                        After the warranty claim, boats sent me a replacement product, via xpressbees. But xpressbees updated the status as (Delivered), but it was never received by me or my family. No one ever came. I have cctc installed in my society. I have sent them 15 emails and lots of customer care calls, but they are still saying that the investigation is going on for last one week. I am really frustrated and tired of this bad bad service.
