My parcel have reached Bangalore hub on 2nd April and i receive msg out for delivery and by night they update customer requested for future delivery where no one have come to my door step and this happened twice. I have called customer care from 2nd April and emailed them thrice but no use at all. They say complaint registrated and they will resolve it in 24hrs which never happens. I am really fedup with this. Last time samething happened and it was sent back to seller. Pathetic service you guys provide.

    Since last 4 days the product has reached my town but status is showing as customer wants open delivery... I never requested anyone for open delivery. I didn't receive any call nor my any call to customer care number is answered. Worst logistic services ever

      I got a message from the website where I had ordered my parcel that my delivery is being re attempted as I was not present, however I did not receive any call for delivery in the first place please deliver my order I need it urgently

              My tracking id is [protected]. It’s status shows out for delivery on March 28th. But after that all the status are completely wrong. It shows that customer requested future delivery date but I DID NOT request that. Not even a single delivery attempt is made. I didn’t get any calls either. I am available at home expecting this delivery every day since March 28th but at the end of the it’s updated as customer not available. It is very frustrating and disappointing since that item is for kid’s needs and it’s terrible to see these fake statuses when the delivery person could just be proper and delivery promptly.

                  They've been trying to deliver for a month to my address. One of the CCE mentioned they put fake status om the site as out for delivery & customer not available!

                    Hi, I ordered some products from insight cosmetics website and they shipped it through xpressbees. It should have been delivered on 28.03.2022. But, no response till now. I tried to reach their customer service through email and phone calls..no response from there also. I'm really annoyed about their customer service. My AWB number is[protected].                             I am suppose to receive my parcel on estimated delivery date given that is 25th of March 2022. With Tracking Id- #939235 and AWB [protected] which was booked on 19th of March 2022. But every day i check the date is keep changing to the next day from 25th March to 27, 28, 29, now it is showing 5 days of delay to 30th March. The parcel is stucked at the same location from many days. No update on website regarding the movement of parcel. Is this kind of service do you provide? It is really getting on my nerve now after getting everyday a new date of shipment. I humbly request to look into my matter and give me a positive response.

                              Xpressbees logistics delivery boy called and said you have parcel from Ajio company then i said i didn't order anything from Ajio app, then he is using bad word in kannada and threatening in front of my house. Later i got to known he is from xpressbees logistics

                                  For my order I have to pay 7 rupees only, but delivery boy from XPRESSBEES took 416 rupees for my order and I asked him about that but he didn't even respond my calls and messages. He's such an irresponsible person and didn't even know how to speak with the customers. I never expect that delivery boy from xpressbees are such a fraudulent.

                                      They are not delivered my product that have to be delivered on 22 or 23 march but today 25 march and they rescheduling my order again and again. I complaint about this in nykka but nothing happen i told them in evening they wrote delivery unsuccesful as cod is not ready they don't even call me. And when i call on the number they provide of delivery boy i call him he said im on holiday i don't know about this all. Today also i wait whole day for courier but im evening they wrote delivery unsuccesful as no one is there to take it that how i get to know when no one call me 😑😑😑😑.I want strict action taken against them, this is 2nd time they do this behaviour. When they are not ready to deliver that product then refuse to pick it up. As compared to this my product is shipped to other company on same date or from same app they just divide my order into 2 shippment and it delivered before time

                                        I kashik monga have courier of no AWB [protected] as it has been in the hub on 19 march and till now 25 march i have not got my courier delivered as i have done complaint theough mails also but do not got any of the reply and other than it i have register a complaint through customer care helpline no also but then also i have not got any of my solution. So now please tell me what is the solution as my courier has been also not delivered yet now and company has not taken any action against courier boy who has put afalse statment .
