Hi Team,

Tracking #[protected] I have tried to contact multiple times to customer care for status of package delivery but there is no response. Also tried to get the updates from email but again there was no response.

Please do the needful help in completing the delivery of package.

    My package is going to and fro between 2 hubs... and not showing any movement since 22 Mar, 2022 05.40 am.
    Call go unattended. Emails will be answered within 7 days!!
    The worst courier company in my experience!!!
    I had a choice of order the product via Amazon or direct from the vendor. Made the bad decision to order direct. The vendor has agreed to resend the goods via another vendor. Hope they recover the goods from this courier company and never use them again.

      My tracking id is [protected] Xpressbees says delivery attempt failed thrice even though i was in the house at all times with phone switched on and working! after this i contacted their costumer care and complained after 2 days they asked for my address confirmation and said it will get delivered shortly now package is showing in RTO . i want to get it delivered asap!

          My product hasn't been delivered from last 2 days and put on hold and it reached my place 2 days before without calling a coustomer they mentioned that coustomer isn't available how could deliver agent do that..
          One of the guy called me to received the parcel come 2 km away from my home why would i go there what i am paying for if i had to go and collect my parcel by myself.

            What is this. My complain updated
            Hi, I ordered some products from insight cosmetics website and they shipped it through xpressbees. It should have been delivered on 28.03.2022. But, no response till now. I tried to reach their customer service through email and phone calls..no response from there also. I'm really annoyed about their customer service. My AWB number is[protected]

                I was expecting a shipment with AWB No. [protected] to be delivered to my address in Deoghar, Jharkhand on 18th March 2022. The shipment reached on time to their destination sub-office on 17th March 2022.

                But till 22nd March 2022, this item is not delivered to my address and status is wrongly updated in their shipment-tracking portal as customer not available . I personally visited the XpressBees sub-office in Deoghar, Jharkhand and surprised to know that my item was missing.
                Item contains medicine from TATA 1mg and o[censored]rgent requirement.

                I expect XpressBees to close this transition with correct status as item is lost, so that I could make my arrangement on time.

                      The delivery boy never called and updated the status as the consignee wants open delivery. Again for the second time the delivery boy not called and updated the same status as the consignee wanted open delivery. And when I tried calling he always disconnected the call and the first number which was provided to me it is switched off.

                        I ordered this from well curve and they assigned x press bees for delivery, i ordered on March 10th and the in tracking order it says it would reach on March 15 and then they changed it to 16 and then they changed it to 17 and it's 20 now they still haven't delivered the site still says expected delivery on March 17 even tho it's 20 now, this is by far the worst delivery service ever, i would like my package to be delivered asap or i would take legal actions

                            The above mentioned pickups are never done. I am receiving text since 2 days that order will be picked up but I didn't even get call from the delivery executive. This is really frustrating as they are cancelling pickup as wrong address

                                I am from Kottayam, Kerala, I have ordered one items with option online payment and it was shipped through delivery agent xpressbees with tracking ID [protected]
                                The consignment reached Kottayam thiruvalla area on 2 ndmarch 2022 area on thiruvalla, and Delivery Person Not contacted me yet.but on 3rd march the tracking shows the order delivered, the delivery agent not contacted me yet. They are not ready to deliver the consignment and i lost my mony because its a prepaid order

                                  Since last 3 days my package is in my town but the status showing customer wants open delivery but I never asked for it. Delivery executive didn't call me.Company should look into the matter as we consumers feel cheated by all these issues.
