I had ordered ABN [protected] wall clock from meesho. Delivery person said he is infront of my home to delivery the product and asked me to share otp and told that he will give product to my mother. But he didn't delivered the product. Such a fraudulent people are working in Xpress bee and later he responded so rudely and blocked my number.

Alleays taken delivery extra charge on my location, why you accept the delivery service from any shopping....

I ordered my product in TATACLIQ on March 4 2022, and they assigned Xpressbees for delivery, and I received a notification yesterday that your package is in out for delivery, but till today I didn't receive any call from Xpressbees and the my package also not delivered yet, but in status they updated as customer wants future delivery and also they mentioned, "Our logistics partner attempted to deliver your product but could not do so. The delivery man of the agency took the product and never updated it and neither gave any message of pickup confirmation. The product was taken but now they are denying because he didn't updated any such message. Meesho help team is also of no use. They are just delaying the issue instead of solving it....

Majority of my meesho orders are through Xpressbees Aranthangi and Athirampattinam TN.They never deliver my product instead return back saying not able to deliver. How come other logistics companies could deliver to my address. they are making me too loose all the best deals which i purchase product. worst part is athirampattinam thanjure distict tamil nadu branch which is zero service rating....

This is fifth time an employee of expressbees has scanned the package by himself and give it a future delivery time and order get back RTO without contacting me or calling me or come to give my order, my delivery address is in reach of express Bess for sure because I have received packages before from Xpressbees. I have received messages everyday saying my package is out for delivery and later it'll say can't deliver because...

I’ve ordered from meesho and it shows that it has been shipped through xpressbees courier. I’ve tried tracking my order from the link as well as through trackmyorder tool but it shows no order found. Kindly provide me informations regarding my order.

As i am booked one parcel number AWB [protected] & AWB [protected] not yet received, when i am asking the my parcel form Amachal Office (Kattakkada, Trivandrum, kerala) owner sanu ([protected]) sooraj ([protected]) and abhishek ([protected]) for AWB [protected] shouting and threatening , we are made the payment and listening abuse what type of services are providing to customer .. if you are not ready...

Received wrong product and for return policy delivery boy is asking for I'd how can we trust unknown and give my ID even though I have written a letter he is not accepting and he is very rude....

This is a most third class courier service expressbees.
I'm also worked at tata 1mg green valley then green valley delivered via DOT time & responsibility is good but now this time ex pressbees totally hampar customer service.
See this image below destination location Bethuadahari arrived tow days ageo but parcel not be delivered.
Whats the issue .. At first think about this is not a beuti products this is a madical parcel...

Every day i call customer care service and they always said that it will be delivered tomorrow. Every day i get text message from them that ee are not able to fulfill your delivery request as you choose option for late delivery. Worst service ever . I have never selected any option for delivery. I have fully pais for this and Now I don't have any option. Custom care is jot resolving this problem. PLEASE DO TAKE ACTION....

Fellow Delivery boy contacted me that he is coming, i told him to come tomorrow, he is arguing to much very disgusting guy not ready to wait immediately he cancelled the order very bad impression of Xpress bee service and the service also...

Already 18 days over I didn't get Purcell. No reply from customer care also. I am not getting any correct information also. Where is Purcell. Why company people are no seeing this matter seriously. If you can not delivered the Purcell then why you are taking that....
