No response from delivery man regarding my parcel

This complaint is regarding my product which has not be delivered till now As i have provided proper address, but last update which i received from xpressbees On Monday, 11th Apr 2022 at 07.42 PM that my Address is incomplete.

i also want to include that delivery man is not responding to my call.one time he picked the call and said that parcel is not with him. if my parcel is not with him then how can i get my parcel. i am...

AWB:[protected] from online shopping site meesho. I have ordered an item and they called me for delivery from a company number. When i recieved the call, nobody was talking then they put my call on hold, after that cut the call and I received a message saying I refused to take the item. Then I gave a feedback that I was available, so they again send it another day. But again it happend, they were tricking me so that they don't have to deliver the item. This is not the first time, they do this by themselves and cancel the orders. Specially Cash on delivery items. It is total harrasment, I was eagerly waiting for the item.

    This item is supposed to be delivered 3 days ago but the xpressbees people kept it for themselves and updated the status without my consent to " customer wants future delivery" tried them via email contact numbers but no response. Then they changed the status to out of delivery but never contacted me . This Xpressbees is a pathetic service which doesn't have any decency to call the customer and they r keeping all packages to themselves without delivering it to customers,

    Please take action against these pathetic xpressbees and arrange immediate delivery of my pakage.

          I live in a bungalow. My watchman was at the gate when the delivery guy arrived. I remember being a little rude to him during giving my pin to him when he asked me for the pin thrice, because I was busy doing some work when he arrived. The delivery executive took the PIN number and never gave my watchman the parcel. My watchman also didn’t ask him for the parcel after I gave the delivery guy the PIN number because he didn’t know the transaction is supposed to happen after the exchange of the PIN number. Can you please look into it? I have added the awb number in the subject. I’ll also add the text messages I recieved for the order

          Not able to reach any of their helpline toll free numbers to speak to their customer care. I have also emailed them 3 days ago and there is no reply through mail for my parcel not being delivered

            This company is utter nonsense. I have a package with AwB number [protected] to be delivered since last 15 days. They couldn’t deliver and when I went to godown the incharge couldn’t locate my package and delivery boy phone was not reachable. All of sudden now they updated package status to customer not available. Useless company this is.

              The address of my delivery is right but pincode is wrong and they are not calling me to ask just sending msg that customer not available how will I be available in kanchipuram as my address belongs to madurai..instead of 625009 its written as 602105..now my parcel need to be delivered in madurai not kanchipuram

                Last 3 days parcel reached in Banglore but still not delivered and suddenly today am get text message customer wants open delivery and it cannot full fill.

                But we not submitted any request for that and we not get any call for delivery boy..

                So please resolve this complaint and deliver our parcel.

                  I wanted to Return a product the delivery boy came and took the product from me and he marked pickup unsuccessful ... Now in my messho application its showing that return pickup unsuccessful.. although i returned the product

                  I contacted messho coustomer care they said that the delivery boy didnt marked the pickup successful and now they can't do anything in this matter

                  Then i tried to reach the Xpress bees office where i was treated very rudely they said they will not do anything ...
                  What should i do now

                  I have all the call recording of the delivery person and also the CCTV footage outside my home in which its clearly seen that i am handing over the package to the delivery boy

                    Estimated deliver date was March 26th, and i haven't received the product yet.

                    It is more than 2 weeks, calling the customer care didn't help, filing a complaint didn't help. WORST courier service ever.

                    Without even attempting the delivery they update the status as customer requested future delivery date.

                      Had sent my Boat stone 170 speaker for a replacement using my one year warranty which was picked up by Xpressbees on 1st April. On the 4th April it showed as out for delivery and it also showed as WHHandover. The status of the product is being showed as delivered even though I've not received the product nor any email or SMS regarding delivery of the product.

                          My parcel have reached Bangalore hub on 2nd April and i receive msg out for delivery and by night they update customer requested for future delivery where no one have come to my door step and this happened twice. I have called customer care from 2nd April and emailed them thrice but no use at all. They say complaint registrated and they will resolve it in 24hrs which never happens. I am really fedup with this. Last time samething happened and it was sent back to seller. Pathetic service you guys provide.

                            Since last 4 days the product has reached my town but status is showing as customer wants open delivery... I never requested anyone for open delivery. I didn't receive any call nor my any call to customer care number is answered. Worst logistic services ever

                                      My tracking id is [protected]. It’s status shows out for delivery on March 28th. But after that all the status are completely wrong. It shows that customer requested future delivery date but I DID NOT request that. Not even a single delivery attempt is made. I didn’t get any calls either. I am available at home expecting this delivery every day since March 28th but at the end of the it’s updated as customer not available. It is very frustrating and disappointing since that item is for kid’s needs and it’s terrible to see these fake statuses when the delivery person could just be proper and delivery promptly.
