Hello Sir,
I ordered a Gujarat Titans t-shirt from the Meesho application. Why not express product delivery at that address with xpressbis courier?
We always have to go with a 1.5 km courier in case of fear.

    I ordered casual printed t shirts from online. Yesterday i received a wrong products from xpressbees courier service. i tried to contact them but it didn't connect. I want my money return back . amount is Rs 798 cash on delivery.

        I have replacement product which was dispatch by replacement tem on 17th april but it now 21st i didn't got any updates of my parcel location it is showing same location from 3 days . Worst Service i have seen from any logistics company. Worst customer support 👎👎👎👎

          Xpressbees office in Umbergaon, Gujarat pin 396171 are not delivering our parcel and when when we went to their office, their staff have no manner and are acting like hooligans .Very unprofessional people and hope that company takes some action against them.

              Customer Wants Open Delivery

              My parcel tracking no[protected] was not ginen by courier boy, but he mark as delivered on 6 April, 2022, I was complain 3 to 4 still I was not received, I also visited chunabhati xpress Bess chunabhati depo, but thay not handover my parcel, because delivary boy, keep it with own bike, and mark as delivered, he committed to delivering same day but, not delivered, till I wating for my parcel

              My pickup is done successfully against reference no AWB:[protected], but still they are saying no pickup. My refund is waiting just because of expressbess logistics.
              They have also not issued any receipt regarding the pickup.

                My courier needs to be delivered on 11th April. Today is 16th April.
                Every morning I'm getting mesage like my courier is out for delivery and in evening again getting mesage like i was not available which is completely a false information. I was always available.
                This happening daily, i have reached to customer care by call and mail but nothing happened and I'm really frustrated.
                This is an important courier for me, i was waiting for this from 11th April. And putting information like i was not available for delivery is really unfair.
                This needs to be taken as high priority and need to be sorted as soon as possible.

                        Awb numbers[protected] and[protected] are not delivered . Despite contacting the delivery boy no delivery of articles is made or attempted . This is theft and it was a prepaid order .

                            We order lot more products which goes to XpressBees Logistics for delivery and every time the courier boy assigned complains that he won't deliver the product at door step and ask us to come down at entrance gate to receive the product. It's not possible for us to go down every time considering the work in hand so it's lot more trouble for us to get any delivery through this company. Need improvement in it so that from next time I would get my product at my door step and not at my society entrance gate considering we have given our whole address along with flat number. Hoping for the improvement in this.

                              The product I ordered from SSS (street style Store) AWB NO [protected] had been out for delivery the first time and showed the address was incomplete. I thoroughly gone through it and updated the address the first time itself. later when I tracked the current status of the delivery it showed re attempt of delivery because they couldn't reach the customer which is wrong because I didn't recieved any calls or messages from the xpressbees customer service. Now the status is RTO Declared in the xpressbees tracking and order already delivered in the site from where I ordered

                                  AWB:[protected] from online shopping site meesho. I have ordered an item and they called me for delivery from a company number. When i recieved the call, nobody was talking then they put my call on hold, after that cut the call and I received a message saying I refused to take the item. Then I gave a feedback that I was available, so they again send it another day. But again it happend, they were tricking me so that they don't have to deliver the item. This is not the first time, they do this by themselves and cancel the orders. Specially Cash on delivery items. It is total harrasment, I was eagerly waiting for the item.

                                    This item is supposed to be delivered 3 days ago but the xpressbees people kept it for themselves and updated the status without my consent to " customer wants future delivery" tried them via email contact numbers but no response. Then they changed the status to out of delivery but never contacted me . This Xpressbees is a pathetic service which doesn't have any decency to call the customer and they r keeping all packages to themselves without delivering it to customers,

                                    Please take action against these pathetic xpressbees and arrange immediate delivery of my pakage.
