I haven't receive the order, it is showing as delivered in the website. Delivery person checked in our society but delivered other orders and left.

    It's to draw your kind attention to the following incident where the delivery person (M- [protected]) forcefully snatched my phone to give himself a good feedback without which he'd not deliver me the parcel, citing this has been made compulsory from the company.

    Since when giving good feedback has been made compulsory from the courier company? He denied to deliver the parcel to any others but to only me so that he can force me to give him good feedback.

    Although the feedback provided by me (fb.xbees.in/YFNeHw8g) was good but it's one of my worst experience with Xpressbees & I urge you take necessary actions as deemed fit.

      they did not deliver the materail instead shown as deliverd the material..

      we have proof that they did not come to our office.

        My product is shipped and out for delivery for about 3 days.I am trying to connect to the delivery boy assigned for delivery but he not taking my call. If i am calling them from another number he is picking the call but when i share my details he would say let me check then cut the phone. The details of him as given below

        He is the worst delivery boy. I am complaining about your company on the consumer complaint forum. This is a scam company which not delivering orders from Ajio. I am also complaining Ajio for the same.

          I ordered a product through CRED. They delivered a product from Tata Cliq. In the courier the delivery address is mentioned as Gurgon. I am living in bangalore. They delivered the gurgaon courier to me. While reaching out to the local delivery manager he started shouting and asking me to call who ever i can. After tried so many times to customer Support they responded only once.

            Hi sir, I had ordered 3d floral bedsheet product from naaptol on 24/01/22 and it has reached courier office in Ernakulam on 29/01/22. From that date tracking message received that " customer wants future delivery". But nobody called me for the delivery and they repeatedly uploading the same message till 7th february. On 8th feb they returned the product to naaptol. I had called several times xpressbees courier agent, but no proper response. Please take necessary action against wrong update and hereafter these issues should not affect another customer.

              The delivery agent never showed up at my address and I was available. No sms sent to me about delivery code. Inspite of this, how could you update status falsely to "customer not available"???

                This particular person responsible for the pick and delivery of our parcels who deliver to our location have been repeatedly rude in behaviour to us number of times. We’ve let this slide but this time it was way out of the line. Here is his given number +[protected].                   Delivery person everytime denied to pickup my boat head phones which is within exchange warrenty. This is happening for consequtive three times. He only told that he has immense pressure of delivery and will not be able to come. At the end of the day update false information as wrong delivery address as a fake reason for non delivery.. Amazon, Flipkart like companies delivered product in the same address. such type of harrasment of a customer ?? I am attaching the massages I got in support of my complaint.I have connected with boat customer care but no action was taken.

                  As a customer why the logistics should be the headache of customer ?? Why customer need to suffer such misbehavior ?? There is absolutely no accountability from any side.

                      Hello my name is Kokate, my parcel from clovia is dispached from xpressbees.
                      I got message at evening 6.26 that my parcel is out for delivery. But the delivery agent didn't show up and in next 15 minutes I got message that customer denied otp based delivery. But I was at home available to receive my parcel and no one came for delivery....

                      Its been more than around a week and i didn't yet received my order that i placed on 23 Jan. On 26 Jan, I received a tracking no.[protected] from the site where i ordered my product. My product should have been delivered to me till 29 Jan but it is not delivered yet . And from last 4 days my tracking no. is showing the same location, and its mentioned on the map below to "contact the carrier as no update of my order is there for long time" . And when i call and email them, they did not answer me anything.
                      please do check and let my product delivered to me as soon as possible.

                        Parcel delayed and returned without my permission

                        They're not picking up any of my calls nor calling back. the customer care is also not responding. my parcel is delayed very badly. they didn't try to reach me and are returning the parcel saying that I refused to receive it. I want that parcel. now because of them I won't be able to receive. please provide help....

                        This is to inform you i form you that i haven't received my delivery order # [protected] yet .This was placed on 18th Jan'22 but still i am getting false excuses that customer is not available and also i am not getting satisfactory response to my query.also i have sent several emails but haven't received any updates.
                        I request you to kindly investigate this matter in detail and get this issue resolved at the earliest.
                        Delay in order clearly indicates poor management and careless by Xpress bees courier also customer care team of Lifestyle team not being able to help me on this.everytime they give me excuses to wait for 48 hours without knowing the status of my order.I now understood that there is poor coordination between Lifestyle stores and Xpress bees coirier and staff are useless. Also people looking after wharehouses (Xpressbees courier)are also stupid only
                        they are least bother about customer query and always mentioning false staus of delivery stating that"Customer not available" rather than visiting the destination.
                        This is forth time that they are saying customer is not available and the fact is that they haven't visited the destination at all

                        Product was shipped on 20th January and today is 3rd feb'22 and you still don't know the status of product and telling me that it will take another 2 to 3 days.

                          One of my parcels awb:[protected] supposed to pickup by Xpressbees courier but every time it gets show that I cancelled the pickup or though I don't get any call This is the 3rd consecutive time since I have been facing this issue with Xpressbees they didn't even bother to call me and while tracking, I get the update that "Pickup was Attempted or You cancelled the order", but in real no phone calls were made to me...even I raised this issue by mailing them and sending them message in their Twitter handle and also made complaints, I don't even get a reply from the company Very disgusting I have asked for help in everyway I couldn't get any satisfaction response...from your side... I am very disappointed to get such experience from Xpressbees ... I am warning you for the last time, if my order not picked up by tomorrow, then I will take action against you in court.. It's has been 3rd time when my order status wrong mentioned by pickup boy. Please let me know within day when my return pickup Looking forward from hearing you...

                              Hello,
                              This is regarding AWB number [protected]
                              I have order items from Urbanic and the delivery partner for that order was Xpressbee.
                              The item was supposed to delivered on 20th Jan but kept on rescheduling with wrong update as customer not available. I raised numerous complaints to Urbanic and Xpressbee on this regard.
                              Finally order was delivered on 29th Jan 2022. When I was about open parcel looked suspicious it was like someone has opened and packed again.
                              Upon opening I realised one item was missing and immediately I complained Urbanic regarding the missing item with all the details. At end of day they mentioned they completed the investigation and there is no findings from them.
                              I lost my money and I strongly believe the Xpressbee delivery person (not the one who delivered, but the person to whom it was assigned earlier) behind this.
                              Kindly help!

                                Today I got the call from Xpressbees delivery man, he was talking about an order which I have not made of cost 3000. He said there is a Jacket.
                                While he was talking I got 3 SMS back to back. He was asking did you get the sms, and asking a code which were in sms.

                                  Today it is 31th January, and still the product has not yet delivered.

                                    I have placed an order and was about to get it on 17th jann but due to sudden covid surge it was delayed by 20th jan. On 20th jann around 2:30 pm i got a msg from xpressbess claiming that *delivery was unsuccesful as i was not available! Which is just rubbish i never got any call from any delivery person
                                    Aftet that in the msg there was a cc number given so that if i want a reattempt delivery which was obvious so i called! The customer executive told me that i will recieve the order by next day. Again lied!! After that i made continuous effort to reach out to them through mail call but all in vain.no response.. again after 2-3 when i reached out to cc another executive told me i ll get it by same day..never got it!!! This kept happening for 3 tyms consecutively
                                    Such unproffesional ppl in the business!
                                    Full of false claims and worst service!
