Firstly they showed that the parcel is out for delivery, i was waiting to get my parcel but they message be that the parcel is delivered and i haven't received any call any parcel......

I have shipped the order thorough xpreessbees at the tym of pick I took sign on manifest . After when my order shipped the wer telling to me ur order is shipped but when I m tracking my order No data found. I have created my shipment thorough shiprocket

Shipment Enquiry - AWB No: [protected] is not deliverd. You just postponing the delivery time. Coustmer care have no ide where the order are. Please deliver the product as soon as possible as product is for medical use. I have never poor service like before...

I had hand over my product(Boat airdopes) to xpressbees on 16/aug/2021 but when I had a check with track Id which was shared by them, it is showing that WHHandover. But I have not received my product so far.
It's taking long time to reach me, actually estimated delivery is about 22/aug/2021.

I've not been contacted from deliveryman, this is happening from days.
I called him from my side and he refused to come to my area, this is so annoying I've never experienced such inconvenience while shopping online . I'll make sure to not buy from a site that jas xpressbees as it courier service....

I ordered phone case and it has been 12 days and delivery man doesn't wants to come to my place instead asks me to pick up the order 10kms away from my house.
he's not even picking up any calls ....

The delivery guy isn't delivering my parcel I have been calling 20-30 times I nee to complaint he is just telling the adress is not proper but it is all correct.

So I tried calling the Xpressbees CUSTOMER care and mailed them for more than 1 week but no one responed.
