    Hi,

    This is to inform you that there are false statuses getting updated at your end for my courier Awb [protected]. Delivery boy is not even coming to deliver the order nor he is contacting the customer. Please look into the matter on a priority basis.

        I have buy the product through masscho. Xpressbees company courier delivery boy Sayyed (Akola) AWB:[protected] he is throw the delivery product to my family member and insult him in front of society. Please tell me this is way of your service.😡

        It's not considerable any more... Who give this rights to behaviour like this. I am awaiting for your reply.

          Hello
          I saw the status of the product is in the town, where it has to be delivered for last two days and yet they didnt tried to deliver the product.

          and today I got message saying I requested for evening delivery and was not available when tried to deliver the product which is completely false reason.

          recent days, orders through xpressbees are almost delayed delivered for all almost all. I could understand if it is delay for once or twice but all the times, then it is something to be understand at ground level.

          and also the local deliver authorities should be more responsible where I see lack of it here.

            Its not the first time, my package usually comes from delhi.. and within 2-3 days it reaches to the Mangalore hub Karnataka. Its been 4 days now, they didn't even move my package. I have already complained about this situation. This perticular hub never bothers about forwarding the package to next station. I don't understand why the higher authority is neglecting this misconduct. Almost all the customers have the same problem.

              I have called and emailed several times trying to track my order as I needed it urgently but I’ve only got an auto generated email back and an auto generated call msg and the the call disconnected without any call back or email reply. I have nothing received my delivery and I need it urgently. Kindly deliver it asap and get me a call back. Theo’s the worst courses service ever. I will never ever use it again or recommend it to anyone! terrible experience!

                Not delivering product even after 17 days of shipping. Just giving notification "Out for delivery" and around late evening another notification saying "Customer not available" without even trying to contact me. Other thing that the numbers of delivery agents, either they wont take my calls or it's switched off. WOW. It's going on for more than a week now. I don't know how these guys are still in business.

                  My order has reached the destination but the Xpressbees courier is withholding it even thought it’s a prepaid parcel. When I try to track the package it shows customer denied but in reality the delivery wasn’t even attempted once this is such a horrible experience.

                    RBL Bank had sent one courier to me vide AWB[protected] and the same was yet to deliver to me on filmsy ground :
                    Day one- Insufficient address
                    Day two- I was not available
                    Day three- I was not available.
                    I had also called customercare on[protected] at 3.14 pm anf after talking for 07 minutes customer care perfon assured me for delivery but in vain.
                    Sent two emails to custpmercare but no acknowledgement although RBL Bank acknowledge the copy of the mail on both occassion.

                          I ordered a package from tatacliq.com and it was supposed to arrive today on 28th august. It was shiipes through xpressbees with awb no [protected]. I got a message today at11.40 saying that package was out for delivery and if any queries call [protected]. No one was picking up in this number and my package didnt arrive. When i called the tata cliq cinsumer care they told me to wait until the end of the day but at 7.20 i got a message from xpressbees that they cant deliver because customer was unavailable. I was here the whole time and my phone was on and with me. No one called me or messaged me and this was obviously fake and there are no way to contact them because their customer care sucks and emailing them didnot give me any answers. I have called tata cliq again and they said they will reattempt the delivery but if the courier guys are gonna do the same thing then i dont think i will recieve my package. Please do resolve this issue asap.

                            I ordered shirts for my dad from meesho due to size problem I returned it but still now its not delivered as its shows customer wants open delivery but I didn't recieve any call saying it and now I am so angry with Xpressbess the t shirts was of 404 and its in my town means it reached to the location but they are not delivering my parcel which is so annoying

                                  I placed my order from bellavita organic website and they shipped it on july 25th as per tracking Id: [protected].I contacted the courier agent several times from 31st july till to date.But he is not delivering my order as he promised.when I track the order it shows as it is delivered on 1st august. its been 27 days still no Positive response from their side.as a customer i am not at all happy with xpress service at the moment.

                                    I ordered shoes from meesho and there was size issue. So I requested replacement. The shoes was picked up but I got no message of confirmation. Later there was a message saying the pick up of the item was not done as the details of the product mismatched and reinitiated the pick up again.
