I have purchased one toilet bowl brush and holder with wall mount. I got the delivery today and the product is damaged. I need to return the product my money back.

I ordered a package from tatacliq.com and it was supposed to arrive today on 28th august. It was shiipes through xpressbees with awb no [protected]. I got a message today at11.40 saying that package was out for delivery and if any queries call [protected]. No one was picking up in this number and my package didnt arrive. When i called the tata cliq cinsumer care they told me to wait until the end of the day but at 7.20 i got a message from xpressbees that they cant deliver because customer was unavailable. I was here the whole time and my phone was on and with me. No one called me or messaged me and this was obviously fake and there are no way to contact them because their customer care sucks and emailing them didnot give me any answers. I have called tata cliq again and they said they will reattempt the delivery but if the courier guys are gonna do the same thing then i dont think i will recieve my package. Please do resolve this issue asap.

I ordered shirts for my dad from meesho due to size problem I returned it but still now its not delivered as its shows customer wants open delivery but I didn't recieve any call saying it and now I am so angry with Xpressbess the t shirts was of 404 and its in my town means it reached to the location but they are not delivering my parcel which is so annoying

Delivery men asking me to collect the percel from a unknown shop for me. I refused and request him to deliver at my address but it has been 3 days till now I have not received the parcel. Please do the needful.

I placed my order from bellavita organic website and they shipped it on july 25th as per tracking Id: [protected].I contacted the courier agent several times from 31st july till to date.But he is not delivering my order as he promised.when I track the order it shows as it is delivered on 1st august. its been 27 days still no Positive response from their side.as a customer i am not at all happy with xpress service at the moment.

I ordered shoes from meesho and there was size issue. So I requested replacement. The shoes was picked up but I got no message of confirmation. Later there was a message saying the pick up of the item was not done as the details of the product mismatched and reinitiated the pick up again.

My return order did not reach me please help me by placing my order with me

My shipment is came to Final Destination on 24 aug to Chitradurga 577 501 but they are no delivered my shipment, in tracking it will show customer no available

I ordered phone and it has been 12 days and delivery man doesn't wants to come to my place instead asks me to pick up the order 10kms away from my house.

There is a order of 25 aug and xpressbees agent did not contact me a single time but they updated that customer is not available and now showing ROT

Had sent my Boat earphones for a replacement using my one year warranty which was picked up by Xpressbees on 21st august . On the 25th august it showed as out for delivery and on the same day 25th august it showed as WHHandover. The status of the product is being showed as delivered even though I've not received the product nor any email or SMS regarding delivery of the product.

I had purchased Boat Rockerz 400 Bluetooth headphone on date 19/09/2020. After complaining of product the courier partner (XpressBees) of Boat Lifestyle was arranged for replacement. The courier boy came and pickedup product from my home on 02/08/2021 for replacement but local delivery center not forwarding the product to respected company and they cancelled my product pickup request and doesn't return my product till 21/08/2021. Finally I was go to XpressBees local delivery center and took back my product which was in very damage condition and look like badly used. What kind of service provided by XpressBees logistics that they don't return product after cancellation unless and untill customer don't go to delivery center and their person also used customer products without permission.
Now I want to justice that either they replace my product or pay me of cost of my headphone ASAP.

Dear team i orderd in first cry, products will be dispatched in kavali xpressbee courier point, that courier point staff not responding to customers, couriers are not delivered to customer address point, after some days that staff return products, very worst service worst worst poor poor service very irresponsible candidates pls immediately action...

mera parcel express bess muri center me aa chuka hai 3dino se lekin abhi tak courier partner call tak nhi kiya hai delevery ke liye dail nikala delevery ke liye scan karta hai but phir delayed update krke chor deta hai jabki mera ghr unlogo ko dekha hua hai, hmare 2 product wahan fansa hua hai, please mera parcel hme har haal me chahiye nhi to hm company pr police complaint kr dunga or, mai aap sabko ek baat batana chahunga ki aese logo ko Frenchie kaise de dete hai aaplog jo coustomer ko tamiz se baat bhi karna nhi janta ho, plus mai khud express bess me job kar chuka hu or 15 din ka payment bhi abhi tak rok rakha hai mangne se bolta hai company abhi payment nhi bheja hai, jabki jo log commission basic pr parcel delevery karta hai uska payment hr 15 dino me uske bank account pr aa jata hai, to phir isme mera payment abhi tak kyoun rok rakha hai, , , mera problem solved nhi hua to hm bahut bada axn le sakte hai sayad uska apko andaaza bhi nhi hoga is line me mera 5 years ka experience rh chuka hai mera mobile number [protected] isi number se apna courier order kiya hu, please hme jald se jald bhejiy thank, ,

Firstly they showed that the parcel is out for delivery, i was waiting to get my parcel but they message be that the parcel is delivered and i haven't received any call any parcel...

Shipment Enquiry - AWB No: [protected] is not deliverd. You just postponing the delivery time. Coustmer care have no ide where the order are. Please deliver the product as soon as possible as product is for medical use. I have never poor service like before
