    I have a courier from Jaipur to Visakhapatnam.with

    It is dispatched on 14 may 2021 Nd reached Vizag on 19may 2021
    I haved get any information regarding delivery Nd no update in the website Nd no customer care is responding .
    I have a photoframe in that courier of my expired aunty that is only pic I have so please take an action as soon as possible

            Awb no.[protected] not delivered after call customer care last one week it showing daily out for delivery but no one call me after that I have called so many time to customer service to give phone no.of delivery boy but I call then no one pickup the call.After 20 days my order is returned to seller without contact me.

                  Hi, An Xpressbees courier Numbered Awb: [protected] worth of Rs 1600/- was not delivered until today. In the tracking it says it was delivered on May 13th but in actuality it was not. Tried calling courier guy, raised complaint via emails and called customer service. None of them were answered.

                      I want to know why product AWB:[protected] is not being delivered yet...and on the estimated day of delivery i wasn't informed that my product is being delivered or not...and then you keep on changing dates of delivery and at last you returned the order...and on the day of delivery i wasn't able to pick the calls due to some reason...but afterwards you haven't contacted me once...so disappointed with your service
                      I have also filled the form sent by you for reattempt of the delivery but no delivery was made by your side
                      Kindly deliver the package asap as it is urgent

                        As I am the resident of beltangadi taluk i have ordered some dress material through online. But the people of Xpress beeshas been returned it without informing it's customer. And my question is why the hell u people are still doing business i[censored] cannot satisfy ua customer. We get couriers from agencies to door step. But ua people showing attitude to us and they say us to collect the product. If that so then why we are paying delivery charges to u????? The worst and worst agencies...I will tell my people not to send the courier through xpressbees...And please tell ua service provider to give respect to the customer

                              I ordered a T-shirt combo pack on 2nd may 2021 today is 20 may 2021 but still I haven't received my package, everyday I received a msg from xpressbees that due to incomplete address or wrong mobile number or due to lockdown we are not able to deliver the package from so many days xpressbess has given me so many reasons but sorry to say all the reasons are rubbish, I gave my full address and correct contact number but still I am not getting my package, solve my problem as soon as possible.
