I ordered pop socket for mobile phones quantity 3 nos via shopclues.com on 8th of Jan 2018 Order Number[protected] and made the payment via debit card on 13 afternoon received a message stating the parcel is delevered, Carrier Name: Xpressbees Courier Tracking Number:[protected] i called up shopclues customer care and registered a complaint and they sent a mail on 19th of Jan with an attachment of a signature which is not mine again i requested them but till date nothing has been done, in the meanwhile i called xpressBees and spoke to them number of times and they have confirmed that the parcel is lost and they will notify shopclues and they will refund the amount, then again i called shopclues and they are still saying the parcel is delivered and the courier company has done a house visit i notified them that the address is not a residential address it is a commercial shop. I have given them my correct address and mobile number but they sent me a message about wrong address and number. What's wrong with these guys. And even they called me in the morning that my order is about to come today then what the hell is this.

I had ordered a product however it was out for despatch but I had requested for RE attempt of delivery but still the product has not reached me the reference number is[protected] please look into the issue and oblige
