So i called up this company 'Yaantra' and asked for my mobile repair. My phone was having a charging ic problem in which only the chip that regulates all the current entering the phone had to be replaced. The person with whom i talked to also said the same thing that they will repair it within 2-3 days in just Rs300. They have been fooling me for 8 days now and today morning when i called they said its a motherboard issue and it needs to be replaced which costs Rs19000. I knew this way before that this is gonna happen as i have read other complaints too that first they will do whatever it takes to get Rs300 service charge from their customers and then they will make you wait 15-20 days just so that u loose your senses and at that time they make offer that you obviously can't say yes to it. This is a big fraud of looting money from their customers. And now i don't know in what condition i will receive my phone as they take out your original parts too and give back your handset in dead condition.

Okay so i got my phone back on 12th july in the same condition. As i denied for the repair because the rate was too high they were asking for Rs19000 just for motherboard replacement. This should have been informed right after 1or 2 days not after 10 days. Hopefully they didn't returned my phone after changing original parts.

    I had give my mobile moto zplay on 23-5-18 and have still not received it todays date 30-6-18. I had asked then to give me cost estimate for repair and after they gave me the cost. They contacted me on 29-5-18 saying that it would cost about 12000, so i asked them not to repair and return the device. They said it would be delivered within 2-3 days. Today is 30-6-18 and neither have they called me nor have they returned the device.

      I ordered moto x4 6gb variant and got 3 gb variant and are telling me on mail that they have sent the correct order. They are not ready to refund the amount and are also not taking my calls.

      I ordered the phone on 22nd june and got it delivered on 26th june. I sent them the mail on 26th june itself.

      I want to return the device and full refund of my amount as soon as possible.

        The customer care call me 3times to solve display problem at 300rs there is nothing only display is not working properly get lines the display is not broken or cracks any where. I told them but they say they will solve problem then i pay for it. At this time they say 4600rs is required for solve the problem. The mobile prize is 5000rs j2 pro who i pay for it. These is fraud website and company

          I given my lgq6 mobile in the month of may middle with display and touch pblms with the cost of 5k, after that they are not all updating any status we only tracking. 10days back they told front camera also pblm cost was 7500 spare is not available here so we r sndng to delhi, today (Jun 11th) cald me and telling mother board pblm you have to pay 12k.
          Why can't you tell this pblms starting itself?
          Can 't u know these things at initially?

          As a technician if you see the mobile you might came to know the all the pblms same time, but here you are telling one by one. So this means you are doing fraud servicing.

          Who will know whether my mobile mother board having pblm or not? Wat is the guarantee? Yanntra people only wantedly telling this type of scenarios.

          If i ask you to return, i dont know after these many days u may took original spare parts from my mobile and replaced with dummy parts and returning.

          As a service center, yaantra is not all answering the customer calls, and not giving proper response.. I need justification on this.

          Hopefully yaantra people will resolve the issue.

            I have given my mobile phone for repair yesterday but i am not able to track it till now.in the customer contact number, i am given my very own number which is currently off now. They haven't sent me any details of my repair via mail till now. This is very unprofessional customer service by yaantra.

              My new mobile of motorola had water exposure which i gave for checking to yantra they said they will check and let me know in one day they took a week to even see it and said would cost me a lot to repair offered me some refurbished mobile in exchange which i refused i asked them to return my mobile which they should have done the same day if it was to come from there pune office but now 4 days have passed and i am still waiting for the mobile to be returned back. I am sure they are cheats and making the refurbished mobiles from our instruments only. This looks to be a big scam here.

                Hi,

                I had given my oneplus 3t mobile for repair to yaantra.com

                The issue was broken display.
                Request id - 133010

                As a repair the display was replaced with a new one i was charged with 5000₹ for the part plus 400₹ for service.

                The display started giving issues from the very next day of the delivery.

                Every few hours the touch starts clicking
                Without me being doing that. For better understanding i have attached a video. The phone hangs a lot and sometime touch does not work for half and hour or so. Also none of the phone gestures like double tap wake up, shortcut for camera, torch and music works.

                Seems display has been replaced with a fake one.

                Please help resolve this issue.

                  My MI Note 4 mobile phone display was broken and I gave for display replacement.

                  Your sales rep committed to give me MI Company note 4 display (I confirmed with him 10 times) but they fixed local brand display ( poor quality) which broke near speaker when i took the phone from the delivery boy.

                  then I returned it, delivery boy saw that and clearly mentioned its poor quality and he will get it replaced.
                  Next day I called 4 times to know the status. i had a long conversation with service person [protected], he himself committed that its poor quality ( 100% poor quality and it’s not MI company display) and he demanded for good condition screen else he will charge 2400/- and he didn't fixed or returned my phone.

                  Again he mentioned that he will give me better quality display if i pay 2400/-. And he started saying he will get different quality screen for same phone from company MI note 4 phone.
                  This Service center people are cheating customer by looting money and giving poor service.

                  I checked with MI Service center, they clearly mentioned that company gives only 1 quality for one MI note 4 model.

                  I am sure lot of Malpractice happening and I challenge the quality of display is very poor and 100% it is not a MI company display.

                  Till now i haven't received my phone.
                  This is very clear that company is cheating customers by giving poor quality service and charging huge amount.

                  Worst mobile repairing company. Extra uneeded charges. Costumer Service very poor. Delay in delivery and repairing. Products not genuine. Products not well repaired. This company is a scam. Never give your phone for repairing to this company. Disappointed with the repairing and the company.

                    Dear team,

                    I have submitted my cell phone for repairing of touch screen and display on 5th april 2018 with the promise that it will be repaired and delivered to my address within 2 to 3 business days. However it took 15 days and finally it was delivered on 20th april 2018. Despite of this delay, it is strange that my cell phone is not working properly though i paid rs. 2200.00 for as service charge to your company.
                    While i went to your pune office for complaining/submitting my phone again on 5th may'18, there was person denied to accept my phone for rerepairing stating that the engineer who had repaired my cell phone is on leave and he will be back by 9th may'18, so i should go back on said date.

                    Please advise in case my repair charge of rs. 2200.00 can be refunded or how my cell phone can be repaired smoothly without further hassle.

                      My registered mobile number is on yaantra is [protected]. So, the 13th of may my i phone 6s is stop charging. Charging sign only shown but my phone isn't charged. I called to yaantra i called first time and i speak with gaurav arora they said they sent the technicians to my home. At approx 1:30 in the afternoon technician visit to my home and start repairing my device and they changed the charging part. But my problem is not resolved. Technician says may be battery issue also in your phone i said ok to change the battery. I already paid for the charging part it will cost 2400 rs. Technician mr parvinder said they dont have a battery they called to our senior mr vipin. Mr vipin said battery will also changed the same day in evening they said me to wait. Approx 7 pm in the evening i called to vipin because i didnt get any call between the time when the technician is come or i dont know they will come or not. So i called to vipin in the evening they said due to bad weather technician will come tomorrow.

                      It will so difficult for me because next day is my office day and without phone it was very difficult for me. I received a call from vipin on the same day 13th at 8:30 they said to give the phone may be there is some motherboard problem also in your phone so they will checked with there technicians and they will updqte me.

                      So the next day technician come in the morning they picked up my phone. Again i didnt get any call till evening from their side. Again i called to mr vipin to update me the status they said my phone is failed in quality check up so it will take one more day. Again they lie with me.

                      Then i received the call from senior technician of yaantra i didnt remember the name they said yaantra team is unable to repair my phone because my charging ic is not working properly and they said only one way now to change the motherboard i denied and i said to refund my amount they said ok.

                      So now its 16th its already 3 days i m without phone. Senior technician told me they will delivered my phone at 11 am in the morning on 16th. Same day i have a meeting at 3 pm in gurgaon and my office is in noida. I called atleast 20 time to call center and every time i request to delivered my phone before 3. But everytime call center executive said they will arrange a call back for me.in the last when i m totally out of control i called 3 pm again they said they will arrange a call back for me. Now this time i denied to cut the call. Then i received a call from technician they said they will come within half an hour.

                      I already late for meeting because of your this worst services.

                      Now the main issue is yaantra technicians is # my phone.

                      1. My back camera is not working. Which is working properly before giving the phone. May be yaantra technician changed my camera and fit the damage camera in my phone

                      2. Yaantra technician gave me fully dead phone before repaired the phone my phone will show charging sign when i connect with charger but when i received the phone it will not show anything.

                      Now i am suffered a lot because of yaantra and i m scared now. Please sir i need the help. They will totally damaged my phone i want my phone repair at free of cost or i want new handset from yaantra at free of cost.

                      Please help me out sir.

                        no one is respond my call which type of 3rd class service is this can u explain me? i am also told him i don't have extra mobile so kindly repair it with in maximum 1-2 days .But still i was waiting . i don't anything i need my phone tomorrow 12th may 2018 before 06:00 PM anyhow.I Promise you i never give you any mobile for repairing and also never suggest anyone.

                              I went to police complaint but they also not taking any action. I need to complain about this company (Yaantra), which is making a fool to a lot of person and replacing origin component with local.

                                  I have given my moto g4 plus yaantra people had been changed me 1100 for ma issues that is automatic power off and on apps not responding the money was taken sucessfully but the problem wasnt not solved thy have been repicked ma device for 3 times but thy couldnt solve ma prblm
                                  Itz been 2months but the prblm is not solved the worstest service i have ever seen thy dont respond if i call if thy pick thy will just forward calls to othr person thy will cut the call when i m talking i hve totally unsatisficed with this yaantra service when you cant repair ma device then return ma money an phone back
                                  Yaantra mobile repair service means fraud service people. I given my mobile just for wifi problem and he saying change the motherboard but my mobile is already working.
                                  I don’t use this service again because i am not satisfied this service.

                                    I gave my iphone se to them for repair. There was moisture on the phone so it stopped working.
                                    I called just dial to send me the contact of all the iphone service centers near my location. Within 2mins after the call got over yantra team called me that they can repair my phone with free home pick up and drop (They charge 100/- nonrefundable during the pickup. I don't know why they claim this delivery to be free)
                                    After 4-5 days they call me and say that your touch id and motherboard need to be replaced. Is this a joke.
                                    I think they take the phones and then purposely freaks your phone. Please be aware of this scam company. You may give 1000/- more to a genuine service shop then these fraudsters claiming to repair in just 100.

                                      Sir, this is about order[protected], of lenovo zuk z2 plus purchased on october 5, 2017 on yaantra.com, has gone faulty due to battery issue, the battery has gone loose, and so causing phone to switch off, and herby i am unable to use my device. I had raised request for pickup on 27 feb, id exyc29937 for which the supposed pick up date was to be 28. But till now pickup hasn't been done. Nobody is listening and they are simply denying me of promised 6 months warranty, with door step facility. This is simply fraud
                                      My mobile repaired and they given Invoice for Rs.3200/-. But they collected Rs.3800/-. When I called to Customer care and no proper response from them.

                                      Kindly refund the Rs.600/- to my Paytm Account [protected].

                                        I had given mobile for repairing which was in warranty on 14th of February and from 16th of feb they have been confirming about the delivery however it did not got delivered which incurred me a huge loss.

                                        They have promises, which they never fulfill.

                                        Note:
                                        1. When I had called them for the first time for mobile repairing since it was for their benefit, they had send the person for collection in few hours it was hardly 3 hours.

                                        2. When it was for warranty purpose they took 2 days 2 collect the mobile and 6 days still did not receive the mobile.

                                        I have been following up with them everyday for the delivery and they confirm me the same that it would be delivered. Which they did not do.

                                        I need reimbursement of the losses which I made in this days.
