Hello friends,

Please do not take any services from yaantra mobile repair services, they say we are expert in all mobile repair's, but these people are frauds and cheaters, they do not even know how to fix the basic issue.
They cheated me with 3000/-, actually my one plus 3 mobile was not working having mic issue, so i gave the phone for yaantra to get repaired they said it will be charged 2900/- so i paid them. After repair when i got my mobile back it was not at all working, when i checked with delivery boy he said we are just delivery boy and don't know anything about repair.
I followed up with yaantra 3 times, no use, they said they will fix it but they were unable to fix it and money was not returned.

Do not ever give your phones to yaantra for repair, neither you buy any refurbished mobile from them.
They are big cheaters and frauds

My motorola xt1052 had a broken back cover and the battery needed to be replaced after 4 years o[censored]sage. I gave my phone to yaantra in mid-may of this year and was assured that both issues would be resolved in a week.

To my utter dismay and disbelief i and my wife had to go their rama road headquarters to reteive our phone nearly 14 days after submission! There we found a long line of irate and dissatisfied customers, none seemed to have had any of their issues resolved!

I paid my bill, the back panel was fixed to my satisfaction but despite a three month warranty my old battery was not replaced with a new one despite a hefty charge of rs.1200/- plus taxes for the same.

I had the same problem of battery draiage and swollen after charge - the same symptoms prior to submission to yaantra, for which i had paid them to replace my battery. Three days later i had to leave delhi on a training and got back to yaantra on 20th august, a week before the warranty deadline to have the battery replaced by going to their headquarters at rama road. Again the battery was to be replaced within two days but i was given the phone on 30th august, a full ten days later.

To my horror the battery has not been replaced with a new battery still!

This establishment is so full of inefficiency, ineptitude and low on integrity that despite two visits and waiting upto a month in installments, these people have not changed my battery nor have the decency to admit that they are conning me. Yaantra is a no no!

I changed my display from yaantra in may month i paid for this i took my device from here in 4 days but after few minutes when check sensor was not working i returned my device again to repair sensor after 1 da y received again but when i were using my device sensor is not working properly and display light is switing on/off automatically device was on/ off automatically i visited again in yaantra's office they said you will hv to submit again your device after 2 days my device was handover to me i check sensor problem ok but display problem was same and device was parmanently off automatically on 25 aug 18 now they r saying your board will be change and i will have to pay for that why i should pay for this when i submitted my device first time there was no issues related with board and they also not informed. About board problem it means board problem created in repairing time my device is submitted till now but there is no response for anyone from yaantra i'm going to take legal froudlent case.

Hi there i had submitted my mobile phone samsung a5 for service as the display, touch and sensor was not working. A representative came home and collected rs5200 for the service after diagnosing the issue in the mobile stating it will be returned in next 2days. However its been now 2weeks and i do not see any response from them. When i called them they do not pick the call when i tried calling from different phone number they are disconnecting the call

I had bought a lenovo z2 plus from yaantra and the day it came i had registered a complaint as it's front camera isn't working. It is more than 2 weeks from the complaint date as no message and no person came to me at this time. I had made many calls and they told me that service team will come to me in few days and nobody came to me. I request you to sort out my problem as quick as possible. My complaint id is exyc62258

Very bad service on mobile repair, it took 7 days just to update that it will need part replacement. After repeated followup customer executive come back saying "roj itne mobile ate hai time to lagega", I was like what's happening you cannot justify delays with such stupid excuses.
Really pathetic service...

I had registered a complaint about my product that it's front camera has not been working since the day it came. I complained about it and from that day emails are coming that your team will reach me but when will it; I am fed up of this poor service I need my mobile repaired and I need it repaired as quick as possible. I have complaint multiple time but their management is not replying. If it goes always like this then I will take some strict actions against the company.

Maine apna fone 6th August ko repair me diya tha charging problem ke liye aur 17th August call aaya ki aapka phone changing problem ok ho jayega aur fingerprint aur vibration nahi chalega 2250 rs. ye kon sa repairing hai kharab karne ka maine thik krne ko diya tha ya kharab krne ko. This is not fair bad rating for you. And also in my phone only charging issue no any other issue and cost 2250rs. And also after damage my fingerprint scanner and vibration . Bad repair experience.

I am a customer who became a victim of yaantra's poor quality hardware.
On april 2nd, i gave to my one plus 3 phone to yaantra, chennai (Gadgetwood services) for changing of display.

Their person evaluated my phone and suggested a display to go with a display which costed rs.4500 plus tax. I gave my phone for repair, and they replaced it with a new display and i collected it on april 2nd. Now on 10th august 2018, the displayed started yellowing and started to spread over the full screen. Now i called up yaantra customer care and they said that since the warranty of the display is only one month, they cannot change it. After a long conversation with the executive over phone, they first asked me to surrender the phone for diagonosis.

I gave it on august 10th. The next day, people from yaantra chennai are calling me and telling that i need to spend another 4500/- to repair my display since it is out of warranty.

A display they replaced couldn't even work properly for a period of 3 months properly. I have written a complaint to their customer support, till now (16th august 2018) i have not received a single call from their side. I have been following up and have not got a proper response.

I feel like i am being cheated. I don't want other people to get cheated like me. I still have not yet received a proper response from their side.

These people are providing fake warranty for a period of 1 month which is useless and also as a tactic to fool the common people. Fitting with a low quality which fails just after a month and fooling the customers that it is out of warranty.

I need justice to be served

I have submitted my mobile phone to a yaantra employee Dhyaneshwer on 13th Aug 2018 i.i yesterday. I received the receipt which has request id as 160601 and customer id as 1007443.
But I am unable to track the status with this request ID. It shows no record found or not a valid request ID.

Please help.

I have given my iphone 6 to yaantra company on 03th aug 18 to repair
(Finger lock) but instead of repairing, they have damaged my display screen.
To recover this issue i have called them many times, but no response from them.
Requesting you to take action on this matter, because this should not happen again. Had very bad experience with yaantra company, and will not refer to anyone. Very bad and poor experience.

I have given my htc desire 626 plus for last 3 times for repairs of it and after repair of it have very bad experience by the yaantra team now also i have my phone before 2days and while using it the half of its display us gone totally blank which is unexpected and for everything every repairing what the cost they ask me to paid to them then also it's not working properly.

Unprofessional and fraud company, they quoted rs 1, 600 for ic replacement even though i had told them my device was a iphone 6s with model no specifically. After taking device they called back after 2 days to demand rs 12, 500. I refused and asked them to return device. For 3 days i had to call everyday to demand my device back. There was no response from their side. They finally returned my mobile on 5th day with completely broken and mobile parts are also miss and it is not even turning on now. Am preparing to file a case against them for attempted fraud and damage to personal property.

I had ordered my phone from yaantra but it had fault with its front camera, i wanted it to be replaced my order no is[protected]. For replacement of my phone i had consulted with customer care and they told me that service will be provided within 3-4 days but now almost 1 week is going to get over no executive from delhi has reached to me not even a phone call came to me my complain no is exyc62258. I request you to have my fault phone replaced so that i can work efficiently... I had updated my address so that the person coming to take my package dosent have any problems

I received my product and got to know that it's front camera is not working so i want replaced as quick as possible.
But when will your replacement team come to me i need it fixed as quick as possible.

I searched for a fix to this problem but could get anything to have it fixed.

Thus is the first time, i m using services of yaantra after recomendation of just dial.
My brother was using samsung j7 pro, somehow screen got cracked. I caalled up just dial for samsubg service centres near by me, i got a call from yantra and decided to give mobile to them. They promised me to give back mobile with in three days. One of yantra executive visited my office and took my mobile in 25th july 2018. Tiday is 1st agust 2018 and still my mobile is not delivered. I called them up so many times but still same reply they are arranging the part.
When i have told them that i need my mobile with in 3 days and they confiremed me than why they are delaying it.
Due to this my brother couldnt gi vack to karnataka where he has his bussiness. His buasiness suffering from 5 days and facing loss.in this case who will realonsible of the loss.

It was the first time i have choosen yaantra for repairing my iphone the phone was picked up from me on saturday i. E on 21st july and till today when im calling to customer care they are saying me that the parts are yet been awaited i mean wat the hell is this you guys promise to deliver the phone within 48 hrs i want the solution on asap basis

I have submitted my ipad mini for repairing but after receiving my ipad on 18 july 2018 i have not find my problem solved so i again submitted to pick up and solve the problem but still have not picked my product and also not find any support from delhi team or from mumbai team, when called mumbai team i received answer that your handset will be delivered tomorrow, when handset is with me then how come you will deliver me

Rip service ...they took my mobile 10days ago and said that they'll give my mobile after 2 days but still I don't get my phone
When that took my phone they said that they'll not delete my data after some time they said that we deleted your data .then I said that I want my phone right now they said come and take it I said that when you took my mobile you sent your service man they said that now we don't send service man ...never give your mobile to yantra because they are fraud

Hi Sir/Mam,

I am sending this message to make you aware about my experience with Yaantra(Online Site for Refurbished, Unboxed, Preowned Mobiles & Repair).

I had given my phone for repair on 5th, july to Yaantra team. They assured me for delivery of repaired mobile phone before sunday(8th july). Today, it's 13th july and till now i didn't got my cellphone. I am facing no of issues as my all office applications are there in cellphone only.

I have called Yaantra support nearly 40-50 times, but i am getting only falls promises.

Please, consider this as a complaint so that i will get my cellphone back and no one else will suffer like me.
