I had handed my samsung galaxy a5 device on 10-may-2017. They promised to get it rectified and return it in next three days. On the third day i waited for there response however my device was not delivered to me and updates were given about my device. Then i called them up to ask the situation they replied that there is another issue with the device and said it will take another two days it will be rectified and delivered but the thing happened as it happened before neither they called me for updates nor they delivered the device i called up again and they turned up with another fake promise of delivering it in next two days. Today is 26-may-2017. My device is not delivered to me yet the same replies and the fake promises are still continued. Today i called them up and said i want my device back and can't wait for another two days in reply i got a suggestion from the customer care executive that if you want to have now then come here and take it. I found it ridiculous and i am gonna file a complaint regarding the same in the consumer forum.

Worst Company... bunch of stupid lairs.
I handed over my phone on 2nd June 2018 with a promise that it will be repaired and returned within 2 days (meaning 4th June).
I called on 5th June twice and i was informed my phone is under repair
I called on 6th June three times i was told the device is submitted today but will be done next day
I called on 7th June twice and now was told need another 2 days
No one knows how much time is required or what is the problem in the device.
Its a fraud company totally incapable please avoid getting cheated.

I have a iphone 6 phone and like regular use battery drainage problem. I asked them to change battery which was the biggest mistake i have ever made. The guy came to my home and started checking everything on phone. When i asked he said regular check up. After all that he said camera is not clear for which i replied camera is fine i use it everyday for calling and just do your job. He finaly tried to change battery then he said you have motherboard problem because charge is finishing by just waiting and he has to take it to center. The charge i had would go down only when i am on the phone. He started making excuses andi told him close the phone and i will complain about him. He closed the phone and then my camera stopped working and again with same crap that it was my phone issue. His mistake he showed me that cameras were working before he destroyed my phone. He called his executive to convince me to take the phone and thelady on the phone was just plain rude. She started blaming me that the repair guy did nothing and its my fault. Before i gave the phone back i told i will call the police and this guy will not leave until my phone is back in order. She was just shouting that it was my fault but i made clear that the repair guy is fixing the phone. He opened the entire phone and shut it amd thenphone was working and the camera but my battery started to fall. This company is a total fraud they like to send ### to destroy your phone and then actually shout at you that your phone is at fault so they can make more money by taking it to service center. I would never recommend this company they are just another fraud tech company.

    I had too bad experience with yaantra. I have a asus zenphone 2 (551zmel) and i have some auto input issue, there was a crack on screen but it was present for last 2 years and some voice issue in headphone jack. When i called yaantra they told that if i pay 500 rs more i can reg app service fro them for one year so i paid and given them my phone.

    After one day they called me and said crack on screen is the reason and so it need to be replaced (I was sure that it can not be the reason) but i accepted the replacement. It cost me 2300 when i got my phone the quality of new screen was too poor. Brightness level was too low than original one. After one day i noticed that head phone was automatically get removed in spite of the fact it was inserted in the jack a voice comes from main speaker not from earphone.

    As i had one year service so i again called them for the issue they taken my phone took 3 days to repair the hone and after that when i got the issue was not solved even a bit, the devilry person said your earphone is damaged cell phone is perfect but after that i checked from many other earphone issue was still with my phone but it was not all there was one more surprise my main speaker was also got damaged so. I had given them my phone for repairing but they damaged it. Be ware of yaantra

      I have given one mobile to yaantra/Gadgetwood on 23rd march 2017. first upon they takes 3 days for approval from customer. he promised me to with in 500 rs all work will be done, thats why i gave 500 rs. for changing of head phone slot, he charged me around 1300 and my mobile model is NUBIA X9. when i got my ordered my screen was broken, so i didn't pay a single rupee to him. so took my ATM card.

        Hi All,

        I purchased a redmi note 3, six months back. But it was fell down and the screen got broken. So i gave my phone to yaantra service center as i discussed with them on phone. They made so many promises like we will give you original screen as we are the official partner with Mi india. They told me we will take only 3 days, but after hundreds of calls they gave my phone after one week. And when i got my phone i got shocked when saw the condition of my phone. The screen was not properly fit. And when i called to customer care they again took my phone back and second time also the condition is same. Now again they took my phone on 26 march 2017. Seriously i am fed up with the services of yaantra service center and if any senior from yaantra is reading this complain, so please take a proper action or else i will go to consumer court in upcoming week.
        COMPLAINT- Customer ID-76374

        I had given my phone for repair to yaantra on 4 sep (pls see attached receipt); I was told that it will cost Rs.500 and will be repaired and given back by 6 Sep. Rs.300 has already been paid as advance.
        Now, I got a call from your side on 6 Sep, that all software need to be deleted and reset in order to repair. Again you called up on same day saying that software deletion didn't work and it'll now cost Rs. 4500 for hardware replacement.
        I asked the person that I don't want to spend so much so please return my phone along with 300 advance given. Its been 8 days since you took my phone and you have no plans of returning my phone whatsoever.
        We are calling you, written you multiple emails everyday, everytime we are told someone will call you to update status, but noone calls.
        What kind of professional organization are you?
        You have deleted all my important data, you took an advance, you changed the charges from 500 to 4500 then something else?
        I want my phone back and advance money paid immediately as this is my main phone and i am suffering each day without it.

            Please note that I have summited my device for repair almost a month ago on 14th Aug.
            The device was Samsung S6 Edge and the problem was screen replacement.
            still the same is not repaired.
            I have recd, 3 calls from their team saying that they are still working with Samsung for the screen which is not available. This is really strange, I can send the screen to their address from Indore where I live because I checked in the market and it is easily available in the market,

              Hi my name is rinku, emp id:gwd-0160 i was working in gadgetwood company as a chip level engineer. But this company not given my salary of 38days till now from december. Due to which i have to suffer lots of agony and mental harassment and financial loss. After many followup they are not ready to give my pending salary. Now i want salary plus compensation for my loss.

              this company took almost 1900 from me for repair but still hasn't done it . it has been over 1 week and they keep coming back with the damaged phone and ask for money . I want compensation for the cosmetic damage that was suffered by my phone due to the lack of care by the staff of this company

                My camera of phone Xiaomi prime has been defective for more than two month. It was collected by Gadgetwood for repairs, a sub company of Xiaomi but has been returned without repair. It was informed that the motherboard is defective and they are awaiting spare. The defect was reported in 06 Jan and has not been resolved till date.id is xio[protected].
                On the gadgetwood webpage they are showing that the item has been delivered but the fact is they have returned without repairing

                  MY note 3 Display was damage . after that Gadget wood replace new display . its work hardly 45 days after that some issue occurred ( brightness ) . then again i send to Gadget wood he replay display is damage .without do any thing how can new display damage .

                  i am very disappoint with Gadget wood . I loss 9000-/ .
