I had a problem of wifi and blutooth in my phone and rest of all the things were just fine it was a new phone. Without a single scratch. Yantra could not repair the phone rather they damaged it physically and now even phone is not working. Bloody # companies it was a mistake giving my phone to this # company with unskilled technicians. I have a slip that it was written everything was fine except wifi and blutooth.

    I here by bring it to your notice that a website called yaantra.com sells and repairs second hand phones...
    I recently purchased a samsung phone where they mentioned it as 4g phone but it is not as described and it is only 3g. I ordered it on 03/01/2019 by making payment online and it was delivered 07/01/2019. I am requesting for return but the team is rejecting with no response to my request.
    Please make us ease from this process...

      My name is yogesh and my id is 194449. I was resistered my complaint over the phone as i mentioned that i have already checked this device it have 2 ic problem or all over phone is ok they said why are you thinking about to change the motherboard. We have chip level engineers we can repair these ics then i said i think it will not work please quote me about the motherboard cost. They were saying please send us your device why do you want to spent your money. We can change those ic which have problem.
      But now they called me and saying it needs to change your motherboard so, i would like to know why are you doing this fake commitment or are you working for 100 rs?
      I am very disappointed from this company and i am going to file a case against them.

        I have placed order for a refurbished phone in yaantra app on 1-dec-2018. My order id is[protected].

        They charged rs. 16, 999 for the order. Later order got cancelled and refunded only rs. 16, 150. I have been doing follow up since then but of no use. Still my issue is not resolved. Every time i make call to thier customer care, they say "we will transfer your complaint to concern department and within half an hour you will get a call from them". But didn't receive a single call. And when i approach them through mail, they say "please grant us time till evening to resolve" but so far 21 evenings have gone by but my issue remains unresolved. I opted bajaj finserv emi option while placing the order and since full amount is not refund, my loan remains active and i have become defaulter because of yaantra. My cibil score gets impacted as well.

        Guys, just think before placing any order or repair service with yaantra. If something goes wrong, your life will become miserable in followups. Beware.

        Closed within 2 days??? I am sorry it is still unresolved. Same thing I conveyed through email to customer care. I ended up paying the balance amount myself to the loan provider.
        I have worst experience with your company service is bad, your company used duplicate materials first copy of display part of redmi 6 pro mobile and charges more than market value for the part stop making fool to customers like this and be professional

          Yaantra is highly not recommended for mobile repair jobs. This happens to be a team of very irresponsible and unprofessional people. My device was picked up for repair is not yet delivered in spite of constant follow ups from me. It's been 8 days now, whereas they claim 3 days for pickup-repair-delivery. Their support centre executives lie every time and don't give correct update. I advice not to fall for good reviews posted for yaantra on search engines like google or any social media platform, as i have been a victim of the same. Calling them highly inefficient would be an understatement. If anyone would want to verify this, i am available at[protected].

            I had purchased a lenovo z2 plus from yaantra on 11-10-18. I worked very well for almost 3 months but now it has heating issue and battery drainage issue. For 4 has the phone is hot and now getting normal, even its battery is draining super fast. I don't know what happened suddenly but a request you to give a solution to me as quick as possible.

              This is reference toy Motto Z plus phone screen replacement by your service centre at Bengaluru through the track ID 182552.
              When I received the phone had doubt on the originality of screen since the color of display was different then the original, i accepted it believing Yantra as brand. Now the screen is turned blank however the touch penal is working also there is not single scratch on the screen. I have not used the phone after repair can be ascertained by history.
              Please help me to come out with the problem. Thanking in anticipation.

                The company promised to repair with orignal parts and highly technical testing. But the company puts a sub standard product. I have got my motherboard replaced the only the core component of the phone i don't know what quality they have put but my phone is getting heated and my device was 4k capable device but now this device can only have visualisation upto full hd.. When i asked them what product number or what quality harshly they everytime return my phone. They took 2months to repair a quality and braded value phone.. On sake of part repair..

                  Myself, Debendra Mishra, I have given my Asus Zenfone Pro M1 for blank display repair to Yaantra, Pune Branch on 13th Nov'18, My reference Id is #182594.
                  After 3-4 days later they contacted me and inform about the repair cost (Rs.3800) which I found on higher side. So I requested them to to return my phone in same condition I have given to them.
                  Repeatedly I am contacting the Yaantra customer care[protected] and pune branch ([protected]) about the return status but every time they are giving dates. For last two days when i am calling they are not picking my call.

                  Request you to please file an complaint against the company and help me to recover my mobile Handsets from Yaantra.

                    1) 4gb ram, 64gb rom (Refurbished) — all contents intact
                    2) 3gb ram, 32gb rom (Refurbished) — sim ejector tool missing & soft back case missing from box

                    The handsets were ordered together.
                    One of the two mobiles and accessories were all intact in the box.
                    The second one had some missing.

                      I have given my mobile for repair of it's display on 10th november and the company received the handset on 12th. After that with multiple times of follow up on 22nd they are saying that display replacement along with touch screen, although the touch is good, there is no problem with touch, but yaantra saying that we have to replace display with touch and also battery problem. The battery run almost a day but after reaching sending mobile to there place they are creating problems. I have given handset for display problem but now they are asking for touch along with display as they are saying it's a set of both. But in market and online we get touch and display separately. They are doing fraud with their customers. When i get a call from yaantra, they said it's a issue of display ic, and now suddenly they are saying to replace display and touch along with battery. They are fooling people. I want you to take strict action and also i will complaint against them to the ministry of india/crime branch.

                      Yes Device will be delivered after replacing display, If i found local display the i will again file complaint against Yaantra. The cost of display is not that much which yaantra have charged. And fraud will be fraud.

                        Given device for repair network issue. But they returned without repair and charged Rs.1400/-. Now I am trying to connecting via customer care but.No response from yaantra. My request I'd:180568. And kindly reimburse the amount for the same. And giving calls to Bengaluru but no response just they will tell like we will arrange call back but no one giving call to us.

                              I gave my htc desire 816 g model for repair on 14th october, 2018.
                              Till date 26th october 2018 i have received no confirm response on status..
                              When i try to track my repair status i am not getting it. It shows that order doea not exist.
                              Looks like complete fraud. I have bill and previous screenshot which shows that order was placed.
                              I am totally disappointed by this.

                                I gave iphone 6 charge draining without sim but your staff didn't repair the issue he just check with battery and change the charging subceb and he tells it will be ok mobile will be good and then deliver in my home i pay 1650 for that another day i put the battery while checking my mobile had been same problem and then i give the mobile for re pick up and tell the same issue on my mobile after two weeks i call yesterday to know what is the status of my mobile your staff tells it will be mother board issue it's cost of 11, 000 i tell u don't change the mother board and u just take the subceb and refund my cash 1650.. But it staff tell it's not refundable and and cornering me with lot of complaints (U tell only charging problem so i just check with my battery no charging so i change charging subceb... And more kindly pls u don't want to reapair my mobile u just give it to me and u take the subceb and refund my cash

                                  Im puneet chauhan from bhiwani haryana. I have a redmi note 3. My mobile display is broken soo i went to any mobile gallartly in hansi gate bhiwani. After that repair. My mobile is not getting on.
                                  He just open my mobile and start doing repair. After getting everything done. Im trying to turn on my mobile but its not working. I dont know what he dud to my mobile. Im trying to call him but he is not receiving. I went there lots of time but he is not in shop. I need a strict action against him so that he will not do this with any other person.

                                    Yaantra executive picked my s7 edge from my location for repair. For last 2 days, i am following-up with them but every time i call, they give me a commitment that phone will be delivered, however, their executive doesn't neither comes to deliver, nor receive calls. After 2 days and 7 calls, they say the phone can't be delivered and i have to come to their kirti nagar office for pick-up. If i could visit kirti nagar from gurgaon, why would i give my phone to yaantra? I could have got it done from authorized service center in delhi.

                                    Can they be trusted? Or have i done a mistake by trusting them for my phone?

                                      I have given my phone for servicing in yaanthra mobile service in chennai on 27 september 2018. With in 3 days i got my phone back (Impressive). I tried charging the phone but was not working as it wr before. I told the executive who delivered, with in seconds he started to look in to the phone. He connected his yaanthra power bank and was not charging. He said within 2 days he will deliver it. I thought okay fine some mistakes could happen even for police officers. So i waited. I waited 3 days and tried calling [protected]. The executive said with in 2 days it will get delivered. I waited again 2 days, no call. After one more day i called and the same executive said the phone is ready and will get delivered that same day. I waited but no response. From that day every day i call. The response will be the phone is ready and will deliver that day itself. After one week the answer changed saying the phone is under process but promised me that they will deliver same day. That day i tried calling ate 7 30 as they promised to deliver but call was not answered. This is when i got frustrated and next day asked them to explain the phone complaint. The executive with great kindness said they don't know what problem with the phone and executive said with in two minutes will call back. Again for one week no response. Yesterday 15 october 2018 i called again to tell them give back the phone. And asusuall the response was they will discuss with the manager and will get delivered. Today 15 october i called and the executive said it will deliver by 4 o clock (Not repaired). I guess the yaanthra mobile service is one of the biggest flop company who doesn't know what they do. If anyone who reading this please don't give your phone to this company for servicing. They will test your patients. Try giving it to some local mobile shop. At least they won't be shy to admit something they dont know.

                                        I had bought a lenovo z2 plus from your site which had a front camera issue and so i sent it to your service center. It came to me but the same problem remained there so i asked for a replacement for a new phone. I wanted to know if my product has been dispatched and by what courier is it been sent to me. How much more days have i to wait?
