I had bought a lenovo z2 plus from your site which had a front camera issue and so i sent it to your service center. It came to me but the same problem remained there so i asked for a replacement for a new phone. I wanted to know if my product has been dispatched and by what courier is it been sent to me. How much more days have i to wait?

    Yantra is making fool to customer, yaantra means looters and cheaters it seems that all chambals dakoo has together and made this company... My one plus mobiles touch screen replaced saying that we use 100 percent genuine parts, due to not having much time to go one plus outlates, i called up yaantra and its done at my home, in warranty period (Only 30 days) 4 times got problem with new duplicate screen placed by yantra cheaters, 2 times going to kirti nagar office 2 times at home by calling yaantra roadchap engineers, but the problem remain same, after warranty period they told to pay for service charges and to leave mobile for 2 days, i was surprised for this and afraid also if i leave my mobile in yaantra they could change my mobiles original parts and replacing in duplicate parts. Now after getting time almost after 3 months when i went to one plus store they declare that this is duplicate touch screen and to avoid problem in mobile i have to replace in original parts. now the cost is going more,
    My invoice/ticket ID is -135975 dated 12th May 2018. i sent email on 6th September but it was sent to [protected]@yantra.com, NOT [protected]@yaantra.com.

        I submitted my phone for repair to yaantra. It had display and touch broken issues. They said it will be fixed in2days (Given on friday5.10.18) but still not yet ready.. Worst service ever!!!. Communication was poor. They gave false promises that it will be fixed soon and later they were giving false promises of fast delivery. I recommend not to one give mobile for repair here. Never!!!...

              Yaantra has taken my ipad for repair and they are not returning the product, i want to legally take action and file a complaint as well.

              They have removed the track i'd number from website, i have all papers signed when they took the ipad from me what should i do please help.

              They have switched off the phones nobody answers the customer care number.

              They have not sent single confirmation of ipad taken for repair with them either by email or sms.

              No answer update or anything from them, looks like we all took a bad decision giving them opportunity to service, we should all file a complaint and notice.

              I am going to launch a fir and going to take local mla to intervine.

              Planning to complaint to sajjan rao circle local authority association for further help

              169213 is the order number.

              After triyjng to reach yaantra support for more than 30 times, varsha from yaantra bangalore responded saying they will return in as is condition.

              One complate day has passed, ipad never got delivered back and nobody is picking up the call, i am trying to reach them from morning.

              They have also removed the order id it does not show in the website.

              Will be meeting commisioners office with all documwnts and recorded call for FIR and will further take in grahakara surakha vedike.

              I am calling all folks who have been robbed and duped by yaantra to kindly join me.

              We will be planning to head to their gadget office in vv puram and alsl sajjan rao circle with support of local associations.

              Update :-

              The delivery boy delivered the iPad in the exact same condition.

              Looks like the iPad was not even touched it worked upon.

              Almost 20 days no resolution, immense amount of stress and got the device in as is condition, never expected this .

              I am now taking this to a local gadget repair shop will update the same.
              In your service centre Bangalore they taken my iPhone 6s plus battery and they put damaged battery nd my phone s not switch on

When it came yesterday it was working good but today the same problem has came. I am fed-up of this problem, it has been 3 months since this problem has occurred and it couldn't be solved by your service staffs.                           The worst kind of experience i got... Time lost, money lost and the trust lost... Finally, i got back my ph. After 15 days...

                          The thing which can be repaired at 700 rs max locally, they are extremely overcharging 3000+ for that...300 rs gone that is another part...

                          Better you go to local nearby repair shop and don't fall into the trap of their cc representative's call... False promises, fake talks & flawful working system...

                              I submitted my phone for repair to yaantra. It had charging issues. They said it will be fixed in 4- 5 days but they took more than 1 month. The charging had still problems. They took about 2000 rs from me for battery and pcb replacement. But battery charging was very poor. Who knows they might have replaced old battery. Worst service ever!!!. Communication was poor. They gave false promises that it will be fixed soon and later they were giving false promises of fast delivery. I recommend not to one give mobile for repair here. Never!!!

                                  I submitted my iphone 7+ on 7th sep under liquid damage, my request id is 164793 and i was told that you people will get it repaired in maximum 1-2 days and it has been 6 days. I haven’t received a single call from yantraa and the biggest thing is am tired of calling you people. No one pics it up and if they do, they tell me a call will be arranged within half an hour and obviously i don’t get any call. Before submitting the phone yantraa used to call me 4 times a day. Do you seriously repair the phone or just take it and vanish?

                                    Requested for iphone screen replacement. The same is done but as display was not good, the mobile was returned . After 10 days again the mobile is sent to me but the problem was persistent. Again the mobile was taken by them and returned without fixing the screen. I went to another repair centre, where the technician told me that some original parts like battery and ichip power were replaced by the duplicate parts. When complained there was no response and told me to do whatever I want. Now my phone is almost malfunctioning, battery is down and brightness is very poor.

                                        My mobile phone was collected by the company representative for repair purpose on 28 aug 2018 with service id 164248. It was returned after two days with further more defects for which i was asked to pay more to rectify. On denial of extra payment, mobile was taken back and after various complaints and requests, they agreed to repair and give back in the initial promised cost. However, it was delivered again unrepaired on 05 sep 2018, and was again taken back for similar repair. A totally irresponsible and negligent behaviour by the company and an harrassment to the consumer based on false promises and fraud.
