I have submitted my device lenovo zuk z2 4gb / 64gb to yaantra (Gadget wood e services private limited, office no 501, mayfair towers - ii, wakdewadi, shivaji nagar on 10/4/2019, as i haven't received any reply as regarding repair so i called them in between and ask for status, they said issue with battery and ordered a new on, i asked them that its no fault with battery as hardware is perfect, its software is corrupted as i rooted the device but engineer keep on saying that issue with battery, and i waited for 5 more days and i did multiple calls, and finally they said they cannot deliver device i have to collect it from above mentioned address, so visited the store on 21/4/2019, and they asked to wait as quality check not completed, as i have waited 3 hours at service center finally they said it done and gave me my phone, as first thing i check as software and i was surprised now the my phone version become 3gb/32gb, i asked this is not my phone they said no its the same phone as i asked them if they have changed my mother board they said no its not changed, as there is no point of getting engaged in conversation as they are not ready to accept, they asked for proof i showed my phone bill, and earlier i replaced my motherboard form yaantra itself earlier for 4gb /64gb and they said bill report is available but without imei, i collected my phone as there was no other option, and complaint to yaantra support, they said we cannot establish that its 4/64gb variant even though they themselves changed it, and after waiting 10 days now my battery swells as well, in total i have paid 400 rs to them to make my phone 3/32 gb from 4/64 gb version, and a battery swells.
I was highly disappointed that these companies are still doing business in india, i will suggest don't get into yaantra fraud, go to any near by service instead pathetic yaantra service.

    I have given my phone to yaantra in almost new condition, the only issue was charging pin was broken. When they return my phone. I saw my phones back glass is broken and colored with black color so it will not easily identified. And there are two black bubbles on my screen.

    I told everything to delivery person and suddenly he was shouting on me and refused to give written proof of such damages things. Then i told him let me contact with your customer care he told me that now there is no one in office as he was came to me around 7 pm.

    I'm so disappointed with yaantra and it seems the are very unprofessional. It was a mistake giving my phone to this company with unskilled technicians

After i have called them on[protected] they told that the mobile was under repair, again i have call them after 3 days that is on[protected] they told that the mother board was problem then i told them to return my mobile on[protected] but still now they not returing my mobile what was the problem how much time still i want to wait to take my mobile back. How many times should i have calling you the staff response is very bad.

        It has now been 6 days rather than the promised 2-3 days, i haven't received my device back. This very unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. Yesterday i got a call back that my phone was experiencing hanging issue which was never there before and that want to erase all my data from it which i refused then the call was abruptly disconnected without my confirmation now i am scared for my data.

          I am aahan gupta, my request id of yaantra is - 220589. My phone was dead and they told there is problem of power ic, so it was clear that by replacing power ic the phone will be in working condition but yaantra told if you want to retain data then we have to repair it by changing power ic and it will cost 1500, if you dont want your data then it will cost 800 we will turn it on by software, i mean what rubbish they were talking if problem is of hardware as mentioned by them then how can it be solved by software, then i understood that they are planning to loot me in the name of apple iphone, worst experience, i will never recommend anyone to yaantra i can easily get it repaired from outside in 300 rupees, i want that they charged me basic 100 rupees for repairing i paid that and i want that they repair my phone on that amount only while retaining all data of phone

          We tried our best to repair his device but issues in his device were not repairable. We have updated cost to customer for part replacement but customer not agreed for the same. So we have deliver the device in not repaired condition as per customer request.
          How is this possible that the phone can be repaired by software for 800 rupees if i don't need any data, and if i want my data then i have to pay 1500 and you will repair phone by hardware. If the phone can be repaired by software then what's the need of hardware also you all quoted 99 rs repair or refund so what was that amount you took for

            I Submitted my Samsung Galaxy Grand 1 on 05 April 2019. A lady called just to tell that they have received my phone. On 7 april 2019, no response from the team. I called and their response was that it is under repair. On 10 April I called in the morning they told for repair it cost 2000/- So i deny to repair my mobile i told yaantra to return my mobile by next day. U people told me that i would be getting my mobile in next 2 working days. Till now i did not receive my mobile the worst services u people are giving to customers.when u people cant be in your promise then y you people do business.

            I gave IPhone 5 for mother board repair to yaantra earlier. They kept with them for many weeks and finally said they can fix it for 4-6 k cost. I said ok. Later they said battery also gone whereas we never had battery problem earlier. But still I said ok. Finally the bill was more than 6-7k total which is more than a new iPhone 5 in refurbished market. As we have hobby to collect all models of iPhones but don’t use them (old versions) much, I got it done thinking we keep this phone to show our kids as they are growing up. I have all models from 3, 3G, 4, 4s, 5..to X at home. We never used this phone after they gave me this and I paid full amount to them and finally after 3-4 months I put sim in that and wanted to give to our house maid as I bought another IPhone 5 as backup. Now this phone which is repaired by yaantra started BULGING UP but DISPLAY IS GOOD as we charged with genuine charger in the same extension box where all our other iphones are charged. We thought something fishy and tried to contact yaantra, but their response was very bad. They are saying they don’t care as it’s already 3 months over after repair. I told them it’s not repair, it’s a new part which they put with full billing and new mother board and new battery. SO ARE THEIR PARTS WORK ONLY FOR THREE MONTHS ? It’s disgusting. Got vexed up after repeatedly talking to them. Finally they agreed to check by again charging me 100/- for checking. I paid. To my surprise one lady from yaantra called me and said the MOTHER BOARD, BATTERY & DISPLAY needs change and I need to pay. This is disgusting. They started to play the same game again. I got vexed up talking to them and I gave them (the company) left and right. Their staff are trained to talk polite and they kill our us with honey coated knives and we thought we got cheated by their same language but internally we feel that we are cheated. Cheated very badly but listening to their words which are honey coated. Entire audio conversation is recorded 4 times and will host it here (if this portal provides option to host audio files here).

            When my phone is getting on and working and only battery bulging up then how can they say that my mother board gone completely and when they asked me to open the phone as they told me that it has passcode which they don’t know then how can they say it’s display gone ? It seems like they are wantedly cheating people with standards cheating protocols.

              Very bad experience,

              Giving 1 start as 0 not available,
              2 weeks before i had given redmi note 4 for display issue, yaantra repaired my phone with 2600 of costing and returned me after a week.
              But after receiving my phone battery started to drain with in 1 hour. I have to charge my battery for almost 5 times a day. Even my battery is at 70% but still it get switched off.
              I think they had replaced my original battery with old duplicate battery.

              I tried calling them back to take my mobile back and get it repaired as it has 1 month of warranty but still no one had came to pick my phone.
              I call them everyday but still no progress. They say that today executive will come and pick your phone but i am waiting from last 1 week but no one had came nor they have called me.
              1 month warrant is ending soon but still this guys are least bothered, if my phone is not repaired i will take a case in consumer court.

              Pathetic service...

                  I have had the worst experience with yantra. On their website they mention repair within 48 hours, but i have not got my phone in 5 days and they are still telling me it will take some time!!! Yesterday they had promised me they will deliver my handset today, however, todayagain they said tomorrow. It is better to get your phone repaired from a local shop because companies like this make fake promises and fleece their customers. Also, they had said that as per their procedure, they will call us to give an estimate for repair but guess what? I did not get any call!! They went ahead with directly repairing my phone without taking estimate approvals. Please dont try yaantra at all. It is the most pathetic service company i have ever dealt with.

                  They had taken my phone on monday 25 Feb and they deliver it on 1 Feb by doing nothing . i gave them my phone apple for software updating but they have just taken my money and did nothing .

                    Yaantra is run by the fraud peoples. They collected my iPhone 7 with working display but with damaged Home Button and asked me to pay
                    18, 000 INR for the same to repair. I requested to return the device and within a couple of hours of receive the phone back display gone for the toss. I get it diagnosed at by local place and come to know that these people change the display and the belt with faulty one(made a cross to these parts to show them faulty). I had to spend the 5, 000 INR at my local place to get the same replaced.

                    I will certainly take them to consumer forum.

                    Please do not consider these people for your expensive phone repair.

                    I gave my phone 2 days ago thinking I'll get it by now. Sadly, I didn't get it and when I spoke to the customer care they said I would get it after 2 more days. You are known for your fast turnaround time. It takes 4 days to repair a broken screen?

                      I have given my Samsung On Max for repair some battery issue.
                      There company guarantee a resolution in 3 days of picking up the phone, however 1st time it took 7 days to get to resolution that too vague, they called and said that there is issue in battery, so we will recommend you to replace the battery. I thought may be this will be issue and agreed to get the same replaced. They delivered the phone very next day, I kept that phone on charging for the whole day then it get charged around 20%.(Earlier charging was fine, issue was with battery draining, it was getting fully charged in 2.5 Hrs). Even that 20% was drained within 15 minutes.

                      I called there customer centre again, to tell them the problem I am facing. They re-arranged for a pick up to recheck. However that was also promised with 3-4 days, it took them 9 days to call even after regular follow up.
                      Yesterday I got a call that " Sir, we are not able to fix this mobile you have get your motherboard changed " I was like how irresponsible can be a company ? Are there engineers/technicians so much incapable that they are not able to identify this issue in the first time ? Or are they selling or using the correct parts by making fool of customer ? Instead of repairing they made it worse by damaging the motherboard too. I asked for the compensation for the same.

                      And now what they are giving back in compensation is "NOTHING".

                      Finally I received my phone and now what I see is that they there is a internal damage on the display too, also they have not assembled the phone properly.

                      Online repairing was my first and last experience.

                        I need help, i submitted my phone to wrong company they are not responding my call. I have give my phone 6 days back. Whenever i call they are putting me on hold. I think i lost my phone. They said they will repair my phone in 2 days, after that when i'm calling they are not responding, they are putting me on hold.

                          I've given my device 8 days back but still haven't got it back. It was a battery issue and they said it should be replaced so i agreed but now it's been a week and who takes this much time to replace just a battery? When they called first they were like we'll deliver it within 2-3 days but damn it's been a whole week i don't know i'm kinda losing my patience now. Please get it quickly replaced and delivered to me asap. Request id 211637.

                            These guys never responds for the calls, after giving the device for service.
                            Also they will give you false commitments, so please be aware before giving your device to them. Please verify your device thoroughly once you will receive from them, otherwise you will be in big trouble. Also i have faced that these guys charges more than other service centers. So please compare before giving in yaantra.

                              So disappointed with yaantra. How many evr times i call the lady who cald me is not able to pick my call. I don't want anything to be replaced in my mobile. I just want u people to return it as it is. Kindly send it back n refund my amount. The person who called me disconnected my call without taking my opinion. Now that female is not picking up my call nor any answers to my messages.

                                  So i Submitted my Redmi note 4 on 23rd of Feb. Got no response till 25th. On 25th a lady calls just to tell that they have received my phone. On 26th, no response from the team. I called and their response was that it is under repair. On 27th I called again in the morning. Status same. On 27th afternoon, got a call from the lady telling the need for certain parts replacment. I agreed. A charge of 1470 rs (Apart from RS 150 service charge). On 28th, now i was loosing my patience. I called . The lady who recieved the phone told me that there's a connectivity issue with my phone. I denied because it wasnt there for sure, i knew. She had enough audacity to frame me for the issue. She said" Sir humne thodi check kiya tha pehle, ho sakta hai pehle se hi ho.. aapne bataya nahi hoga." I mean, I am paying to get my phone repaired. Why would i lie ?? It's me who want to get the phone repaired. I asked her to let me talk to the engineer. I firmly said that there was no issue and i can prove it. To which the engineer agreed and my phone was delivered by 28th feb evening. Do not go for repairs from this website. Its literally unreliable. Also, very unprofessional. They took 6 days for the job that can be done by a local repair guy in a day.
                                  What's ur USP guys?? come-on it's 2019. You take 6 days to repair my phone?? Where's ur supply chain optimisation?? Where's your customer relationship management? Where's your service recovery? If this is your business model. There arent any chances that it might sustain
