    I had Lenovo K8 Note which was working absolutely fine and there was no problem at all except broken display. So I gave this phone to yaantra service to get this done. They charged me 100 rs at first and took my phone by sending delivery executive. It was a mid of rainy season i believe. Few days later they called me and told they can not repair the phone and told they will not return amont charged. I agreed. But when phone was delivered it was in dead condition. It was not switching on.I refused to collect and sent back by stating that i need my phone in working condition. Thay took few weeks and again sent my phone for delivery. This time they missed several parts such as sim tray etc. Again I sent back the phone. But till today am not able to get my phone back. They are not at all responding. Am following up with them almost every day. But absolutely no response. Faced veryuch inconvenience with yaantra. Please help me to get out of this. They telling that the phone mother board was dameged due to liquid damage. It was their mistake. They received my phone without any water damage . It was switching on and worked very well during handing over. Please help me out.

      Hi, yesterday i raised order for screen replacement of my iphone 7. Executive came to my address, he changed screen, on which touch was not working, i showed him the issue then he out back my original screen only, after which my phone home button is not working now. No one from yantra call center was helping me out on this. Really disappointed with the service. I need my phone's home button to be fixed asap.

      We have spoken with customer and same checked this case to our concern team as well. But she denied to take our services due to part quality issue so we put back her original screen back to her device. And also she didn't pay the service charges. As per customer complaint we will check and closed this case accordingly.

        The service is pathetic, after repairing, the phone was not charging at all, neither the specification was the same where the phone was of 6gb ram and was promised will be same but the when i received the phone it was a 4gb ram, the display was also not the same asa and the screen light was pale, and charged me nearly 8500 for the repair, worst service and it seems like they don't value their customer. I would require a refund. Kindly take this into consideration and help me with the same if you really value your customer.

        I have given my phone on last Saturday and i refused to do any part change on monday and informed to team to return my mobile still i didnt receive my mobile till today (Thursday)

        No one picks the call and they finally blocked my number

          Hi,

          As i have given my mobile for service model iphone 6 to yaantra mobile service
          issue was battery was getting drained very soon & unable to hear the voice properly when i receive the calls this is the issue i was facing & i have informed the same to yaantra & i got call from them after getting repaired of my phone telling that battery is replaced & your receiver mic issue is cleared after delivery battery was working good but mainly unable to hear the voice properly when i receive the calls this problem was not fixed again sent back on the same day and again i have received it back but problem is not at all fixed

            My Google Pixel device had a speaker issue for which I gave my device to Yaantra. Date: 07/08/2019. They said that it's a hardware issue so the mother-board has to be changed. I agreed and I paid Rs 9500 for the same. After using it for about 5 months I noticed a battery drain so I again gave it to Yaantra. It would cost me around 1700 and I agreed to pay. My phone was to be delivered on 19/08/2019. However, when the delivery agent reached the spot to deliver. I checked the phone. There was no audio. When I contacted them immediately, someone named Jyothi Prabhakar answered to give the phone back to the delivery guy. On the 20th of September, 2019 i.e., today as I write this review when I contacted her for an update she told me that it is a hardware issue and the motherboard has to be replaced. And the motherboard they had provided has a 1month warranty. Is this a silly joke? What was that in the month of April? According to you, everytime my phone needs a fix, the motherboard has to be changed? My completely working device had it's audio output damaged while changing the battery. And when I asked her of the same she insinuated that I had given the phone with the speaker damaged itself. My question is that if it were so, wouldn't it have been observed by the pick-agent and the so-called Quality Checks you conduct before handing the device? Why wasn't I called up to he informed about the speaker if it were damaged? This is how you "repair" phones and devices which people buy with their hard-earned money and trust you with it when needing repairs. Great job Yaantra! Kudos on the customer support.

              I have the problem of battery back up, touch and speaker i called customer care and yantra mobile approached me first for saying that for home pick up only 100 and any parts are extra i tempted and gave my mobile phone but after picking up my phone after 2 days one technicial called me mother board prooblem and battery problem total 1370 is chargeable due to un avaoidable situation i said ok after 2 days i received the device from executive. I started using very exicitingly like new one but my excitment gone within one hour only because only because batery back up only 15 minutes no speaker problem resolved i am requesting road side technicians betterthan yantra technicians dont fall under the trap of yantra.

              The concept of yantra is good but looting from poor persons like me is not good.

              After that there is no response from consumer care they are replying that server is busy they will give hyderabad service center number.
              Till now not received my device i gave my device on 09/09/19. This is how yantra is works. Dont fall under the trap of yantra spend 1 hour go to your street technician it it good for your device.

                  I have sent my phone gionee m5 lite for repairing of mobile and changed the display on 31.07.2019. After 16 days, 14.08.2019 my phone repaired and return to me on 14.08.2019 but i checked the phone, which was not working proper and i returned to delivery agent and 2 days later, 16.08.2019 prepared the phone and delivered to me. 2 days later, 18.08.2019 i complaint the yantra. Customer that my phone display was not working proper and request the device pickup. My phone pick up 20.08.2019 and today 22.08.2019 yantra customer informed me that your phone display is internally damaged while i have paid already rs.1800 for the display.
                  I have already complaint the yaantra customer in this regarding but no action in this regard.
                  I have not received my phone yet. I have once again requested to you that what is the status of my device.

                    I here by stating that, i'm the retailer of yaantra refurbished products located in bangalore (Karnataka). I recently bought 3 products from yaantra and found defective so i returned the 3 products. After the 15days of time i received the same products with same problem with no change. I again returned the products and i got a notification that ill be getting refund for all three products but till now i have not received any refund or replacement. Customer care team is neglecting my requests.
                    Totally hopeless yaantra. Me and my known retailers deciding to stop placing orders from now.
                    Please resolve this as early as possible and make us ease from this process.

                      I had submitted my phone to yaantra as my device had screen flickering issues. The phone didn't possess any other issues which was verified by the pickup agent.

                      After the pickup i wasn't intimated anything about the status of the phone. After 10 days i received a call from them stating that the repair cost will be rs. 3500/- which i denied. The phone wasn't handed over to me for the next 5 days. When the phone was handed over to me it had developed a new heating issue. When this was intimated yaantra people didn't help in any manner.

                      Please punish these scammers. I need a compensation for my loss.

                      I gave IPhone 5 for mother board repair to yaantra earlier. They kept with them for many weeks and finally said they can fix it for 4-6 k cost. I said ok. Later they said battery also gone whereas we never had battery problem earlier. But still I said ok. Finally the bill was more than 6-7k total which is more than a new iPhone 5 in refurbished market. As we have hobby to collect all models of iPhones but don’t use them (old versions) much, I got it done thinking we keep this phone to show our kids as they are growing up. I have all models from 3, 3G, 4, 4s, 5..to X at home. We never used this phone after they gave me this and I paid full amount to them and finally after 3-4 months I put sim in that and wanted to give to our house maid as I bought another IPhone 5 as backup. Now this phone which is repaired by yaantra started BULGING UP but DISPLAY IS GOOD as we charged with genuine charger in the same extension box where all our other iphones are charged. We thought something fishy and tried to contact yaantra, but their response was very bad. They are saying they don’t care as it’s already 3 months over after repair. I told them it’s not repair, it’s a new part which they put with full billing and new mother board and new battery. SO ARE THEIR PARTS WORK ONLY FOR THREE MONTHS ? It’s disgusting. Got vexed up after repeatedly talking to them. Finally they agreed to check by again charging me 100/- for checking. I paid. To my surprise one lady from yaantra called me and said the MOTHER BOARD, BATTERY & DISPLAY needs change and I need to pay. This is disgusting. They started to play the same game again. I got vexed up talking to them and I gave them (the company) left and right. Their staff are trained to talk polite and they kill our us with honey coated knives and we thought we got cheated by their same language but internally we feel that we are cheated. Cheated very badly but listening to their words which are honey coated. Entire audio conversation is recorded 4 times and will host it here (if this portal provides option to host audio files here).

                      When my phone is getting on and working and only battery bulging up then how can they say that my mother board gone completely and when they asked me to open the phone as they told me that it has passcode which they don’t know then how can they say it’s display gone ? It seems like they are wantedly cheating people with standards cheating protocols.

                          Yaantra cheats with unnecessary replacement of chips. Common people do not know what they replaced. My device got repaired in yaantra in month of april and the same problem started again after 4 months. Earlier they said of six months warranty but they are now denying from it. They are asking for replacement of chips where the issue is only with the loose charging jack. My request is 640248 and 246123

                            Honor 9n give for screen replacement on last saturday. At the time of pick up they told max 3 days require for repairing. On daily basis service center called that will purchase the mobile part and provide you in next day morning but still after 6 days mobile is not repair. Tomorrow i am travelling and you know how struggle if i travel without mobile. Already i struggle from past 6 days.

                            I want to know if you are not deliver within timeline then why you not providing replacement with basic smartphone or you have to give inconvenience to customer but still its not in your policy as your customer care told to me.

                            I am not happy with your service. Atleast you repairing center know whether parts is available or not before opening mobile and its very basic that mobile screen was break in my mobile rest touch and everything working fine. I replace my screen only its not look good.

                                I had given my phone to get it fixed on the 24/06/2019. My id is 228952. Over the past few days i have had no notification from yaantra about the status of the phone. I called nearly 12 times over the past 2 days. The yaantra customer care picked up and said they would transfer my call to the bangalore team. Till now the bangalore team call which was transferred has not been answered even once and i literally waited 5 to 10 min on hold. I would like to have my phone by the end of this week latest and i expected a better customer relationship from the bangalore side and studying customer retention i know how important it is to retain customers by providing the best care and responses to the customer. Can some one look into this issue and let me know if there is anything that can be done as soon as possible.

                                  25th mqy i gave my phone to yaantra pune team. as per information phone will be repair in 4/5 days but from last 17 days i did not return my phone . every time i have to call them and ask them about my phone but its there job they should call us and tell about our case. today also i called to delhi team but they are not taking serious action on my case ... every time i called them they are saying they need 4/5 days more what the hell they are doing with my phone. please help me out this please take a serious action regarding yaantra. please i beg you.

                                    Very very very poor quality of product.
                                    I gave my mortotloa z2 play mobile to change display of rs.4100/-. They have replaced very poor quality display for my mobile. I cant type in keyboard bcz if i press one letter means some other letter were obtain in screen. I hate this service. And very bad thing is it was broken next day from delivery. Pls pls pls pls pls dont use this service for new purchase as well as repairs. Worst product and poor quality materials. Looting money is their intension. Not advaisable, dont go with that. Very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very bad experience.

                                    I gave IPhone 5 for mother board repair to yaantra earlier. They kept with them for many weeks and finally said they can fix it for 4-6 k cost. I said ok. Later they said battery also gone whereas we never had battery problem earlier. But still I said ok. Finally the bill was more than 6-7k total which is more than a new iPhone 5 in refurbished market. As we have hobby to collect all models of iPhones but don’t use them (old versions) much, I got it done thinking we keep this phone to show our kids as they are growing up. I have all models from 3, 3G, 4, 4s, 5..to X at home. We never used this phone after they gave me this and I paid full amount to them and finally after 3-4 months I put sim in that and wanted to give to our house maid as I bought another IPhone 5 as backup. Now this phone which is repaired by yaantra started BULGING UP but DISPLAY IS GOOD as we charged with genuine charger in the same extension box where all our other iphones are charged. We thought something fishy and tried to contact yaantra, but their response was very bad. They are saying they don’t care as it’s already 3 months over after repair. I told them it’s not repair, it’s a new part which they put with full billing and new mother board and new battery. SO ARE THEIR PARTS WORK ONLY FOR THREE MONTHS ? It’s disgusting. Got vexed up after repeatedly talking to them. Finally they agreed to check by again charging me 100/- for checking. I paid. To my surprise one lady from yaantra called me and said the MOTHER BOARD, BATTERY & DISPLAY needs change and I need to pay. This is disgusting. They started to play the same game again. I got vexed up talking to them and I gave them (the company) left and right. Their staff are trained to talk polite and they kill our us with honey coated knives and we thought we got cheated by their same language but internally we feel that we are cheated. Cheated very badly but listening to their words which are honey coated. Entire audio conversation is recorded 4 times and will host it here (if this portal provides option to host audio files here).

                                    When my phone is getting on and working and only battery bulging up then how can they say that my mother board gone completely and when they asked me to open the phone as they told me that it has passcode which they don’t know then how can they say it’s display gone ? It seems like they are wantedly cheating people with standards cheating protocols.

                                      Last friday i gave my iphone 6s for repairing and they promise me toh give back my phone on monday and today is tuesday still they are saying that they need 8 days more. For what they need 8 days? Totally fake site with fake people's and fake service specially pune team u guys are completely irresponsible totally fake i called them 8 times in 15 min and no one pick my call from pune team i have to connect them through customer service

                                        Yaantra has replaced my motherboard with another defected motherboard as i denied to repair my phone. They had my phone for 10 days, at that time they did something wrong with my phone. And this is not only my issue some people also suffering from this dirty thing they are playing with their customers. Actually, they change the internal part so not everyone can detect it, that's how they sold refurbished phones. So i am going to file complaints against them if they did not help me from this matter. So guys be safe while doing any business with them.

                                        Customer had given his device for power on/off issue. We tried our best to repair his device but issues in his device were not repairable. We informed the customer for Touch and display replacement but customer denied for it and requested to return his device. We have delivered the device in same condition as it was received at our end.
