I am bought refurbished OnePlus 6t mobile, Yantra order id is B2B[protected] .mobile delivery was delead to lockdown situation, and after one month waiting I am dicid order cancel I do but prepaid amount not refunded my bank account.I am call customer service but no reply. please give me a justice..

      My yaantra repair I'd - examf101697

      I purchased a mobile from yaantra 5 months ago,
      And having some battery and charging issues I send my mobile to yaantra for repairing under warranty.
      On 12 th March the repairing was started and they assured me after 3 days it will be rectified completely, but already one week spent, no response from them, last time I was hardly able to contact to them and they was giving many excuses regarding this like ur phone's parts are not available without clarify my phone's complete repairing.

      Now they are not answering my call, I have been contacting them more than 1000 times but I am helpless under the situation please help me to get back my phone from this fraudulent.

      The only update I am getting from yaantra repairing side as -' parts awaited for ur device'.

      The problem of my mobile is that it is dead, not charging and opening, red light blinks when the put it on charging.

      So, may be the problem will be in power ic of the motherboard and it's priceis around 169 (what I have checked in the mobile parts market for the brand)

      So, I think as my phone is under warranty and at free of cost the repairing is going on so they are not doing it but here I am ready now to pay total cost of repairing inspite of being it under warranty,
      But please repair it and deliver me quickly

      The problem is in power ic of my phone as o know but the company is telling me that it is problem of motherboard what is not available now

      How disgusting
      Please don't cheat with customers

        Yesterday i got my battery replacement by yaantra's engineer at my doorstep. The same problem of battery drainage is occurring again. The phone's battery gets drained from 109%to 50% within few hours omwhen the phone js kept idle. Also when the engineer replaced. My battery problem of microphone started. Very poor service you guys gave and it's been a lot of disappointment. My contact number is [protected]

          Yesterday one o[censored] r field executive call me to delivered the phone. On that time i was in office. I asked with him. What is u r last delivery time to visit my place he say 7 pm. I say okey i will check if any one is available at home or not. He say okey sir. Then i called him to visit at 7 pm my mom will be available at home. But he is not ready to delivered. This very bad i feel against u r filed executive...

          And one more issue. Now my phone is repaired or not is that issue is resolved or not. No one confirmed after last call... Please find the attachment. Its show. Phone issue is. Charging issue. Is this is in working condition or still having a issue.

            12/02/2020 give my mobile at services. The problem is network issue.
            And back door change... It total charge cost is 100+1850. I well pay.
            19/02/2020 my mobile was deliver.. That i well use mobile problem not solved yaantra services cheated me. That day i well call customer care call not reserving i well many time and then complaint one more time.. Re services arranged 26/02/2020.. Now a day also mobile not delivered... The bangalore costumer call me he told problem was total solve.. But i asking this time mostly problem solve.. I don know but this time serves not in first time services...???
            Today r tomorrow revised my devices... But the warranty period will increasing r not.

              I give my samsung galaxy note 2 mobile for network problem. Date was 12/02/2020.
              The services person was collect mobile and return services network problem was full cleared.. Now you pay 1850 rupees say... I receive mobile i well pay 1850 rupees in google pay at my friend mobile.
              And put on my sim using the problem was not solve but collect full amount 1850rupees. Than yaantra was cheating me.

                I've given my phone for repair to yaantra and my request id is 286152 on 14/02/2020

                As per their promise they said l will get my phone after 3 days but there is no update then after 3 days one of the technician called me and told me all the details about the phone parts and asked me the issues as well. And he informed me that i'll got a call again for approval of the cost and parts, they called me and informed that the amount i need to pay is rs.4000+ initially which was only rs.2000 (Rs.100 service charges and rs.1900 for the parts) on the increasing of amount i denied to pay double amount and i told them to gave my phone back. Now the issue is they send my phone with new problem i. E. They damage my phone's on\off switch which was in perfect condition when i handover to them. Their person name suresh checked the phone while picking up the phone and he also check the switch which working perfectly. Then i raise a complaint at their customer support but getting no proper response as they are blaming the customer for the damage which was done by them. Till now 25 emails exchanged between me and support team in every mail they are telling same thing and not accepting their mistake.

                On their website and ads they mentioned as repair in 30 minutes, when i call and gave my phone for repair and clearly asked them when i will get my phone back they said by monday only in 3 days. Then they increase the amount telling that the part initially quoted was not available and i need double. They took rs.100 without any service.

                Hoping to get good response from here on my issue.

                  1. I well pay 100+1850=1950tatal.
                  2. The mobile problems can't solving but i pay. Full amount.
                  3. Then i will call customer my mobile problem not solving at second time reservoirs..
                  4. I asking bill for back door cost and services cost.. Separate separate..
                  5. The back door original cost is only...180 to 250... But... He charging..850rupes.. That y. Iasking. Indujuval bill.

                    I have given my phone in yaantra for camera ic repair they told me that they are not able to repair the device so i asked them to return my device in the same condition and when the yaantra executive came he came with a flickering display i immediately called on the helpline of yaantra they told me to give the phone to delivery boy and then they will repair and give me back but now they are calling me and saying that it is a motherboard issue and i have to pay them 9000 to repair the motherboard or they will return the phone so please help me to resolve the problem i have asked them to keep the phone and i have call recording and video recording of the phone i have all the proofs so do help

                    they are now not picking my phone and they first told me to change the motherboard the cost of the motherboard is 9000 rs but my phone was working very good only the problem was with the camera. Help me by returning my phone back in the same condition it was before.
                    Many time I had requested to get mobile backup but still I received my mobile without backup
                    The company deliberately spoiled my instruments and now demanding money to repair it and they are not delivering the instruments back either. It is a big fraud company which will deliberately create repairs in mobiles/tabs and then demands money to repair it.

                      I gave IPhone 5 for mother board repair to yaantra earlier. They kept with them for many weeks and finally said they can fix it for 4-6 k cost. I said ok. They said battery also gone whereas we never had batter problem earlier. But still I said ok. Finally the bill was more than 6-7k total which is more than a new iPhone 5 in refurbished market. As we have hobby to collect all models of iPhones but don’t use them, I got it done thinking we keep this phone to show our kids as they are growing up. I have all models from 3 to X at home. We never used this phone and finally after 3-4 months I put sim in that and wanted to give to our house maid as I bought another IPhone 5 as backup. Now this phone which is repaired by yaantra started BULGING UP but DISPLAY IS GOOD as we charged with genuine charger in the same extension box where all our other iphones are charged. We thought something fishy and tried to contact yaantra, but their response was very bad. They are saying they don’t care as it’s already 3 months over after repair. I told them it’s not repair, it’s a new part which they put with full billing and new mother board and new battery. SO ARE THEIR PARTS WORK ONLY FOR THREE MONTHS ? It’s disgusting. Got vexed up after repeatedly talking to them. Finally they agreed to check by again charging me 100/- for checking. I paid. To my surprise one lady from yaantra called me and said the MOTHER BOARD, BATTERY & DISPLAY needs change and I need to pay. This is disgusting. They started to play the same game again. I got vexed up talking to them and I gave them (the company) left and right. Their staff are trained to talk polite and they kill our us with honey coated knives and we thought we got cheated by their same language but internally we feel that we are cheated. Cheated very badly but listening to their words which are honey coated. Entire audio conversation is recorded 4 times and will host it here (if this portal provides option to host audio files here).

Now you want to return the mobile and later want to claim that you are innocent corporate guys and never wanted to cheat public with fake parts ?                       Seems like these guys are NOT ready to fix the bulging battery which they installed few weeks back. Instead this time they may have stolen the mother board and display too ? It seems like that as if they are greedy for even 5000/- and goes so low ?

                      Return my phone asap.
                      I have given my phone in yaantra for changing display and checking services But i haven't got the phone since 10 days Please get my phone as soon as possible.

                        I given my mobile for repair cin no : u523odl2013ptc250598 bill. And request id : 271262

                        6 days back i received my mobile in worst condition so that i returned it back to yantra person. Till now repair is not done.

                        I called call centre multiple times they are not giving proper information to me and even bangalore team as well instead of that they are disconnecting my call.

                        Yantra person collected my mobile phone on 29/11/2019. Today date is 9/12/2019. Till now mobile is not handover to me.

                          I have given my phone thrice to this company every time they charge and don't repair the phone.. Now they are not taking up the calls as well. My phone is with them and their contact no. Is switched off.. Please do something in this regard, it was 40000 phone and so irresponsible the company is.

                          Third time they took my phone to send it to delhi office, but they tried repairing it in pune only, then when it did not work, they asked me and i asked them to return it to me, then after few days of no response, i tried connecting them and got to know it's been send to delhi.. Since then no communication, they are not taking up my calls..
                          Please help me in getting the phone back.

                          They do not speak well with the customer.What is the problem of mobile, your people are not even aware that they are listening. When he is about to say something, he does not listen He doesn't pick up the phone and doesn't pick up the phone
                          They tried to do similar thing to me too. Seems like yaantra is a cheating company.
                          They collect the device and deliberately create problems in the device and then demand money from the customers to return the device. The CEO is not even bothered to respond to complaints raised by customers because he is too busy making money selling refurbished phones.

                            I have taken this service of screen replacement for my iphone 7. They have charged 4 thousand but quality is not that great. After taking this service i got 3 additional issue as following.
                            1. Fitting of the screen is not good.
                            2. Overheating problem in near to the front camera.
                            3. Battery is draining is so fast.

                            I have requested to repair in front of me because sensitive information is kept in my phone but they have denied.

                            Note: i don't have any way to give the feedback to them so that am giving the feedback here. Suggest don't go for this service and you will end up with buying new phone.

                              They have deleted all my data without informing me.. My phone had problem with display but they deleted my data without informing they just formatted my phone.. They did not even accepting this.. If my phone was physically damaged how it will affect my data? Even my phone was password protected when i got the phone it doesn't have password or fingerprint

                                I have enquired on yaantra for my mobile repair, i got a call from their executive about my issue i told that my touch is cracked and it has to be replaced so he told me ok 500 rd will be the charges for it we will pickup the phone and get it back repaired to you & told to pay rs 100 ie non refundable, yesterday i got a call that that charges will be more ie 2000 rs and telling that its risk in changing the touch so i[censored] bear the risk we will change means after taking the phone and 100 rs charges there are telling about risk means they know that customer already gave rs 100 & before they didn't utter a single word of risk and all, i also have call record of their executives, they are fooling the customers just to make some more money this kind of companies should be immediately shut down, please work on my grievance immediately

                                I got my Oppo A3s phone repaired with Yaantra.com this cost me 2000INR, but there was some sort of issue that occurred that lines on that and that organisation 8-9 times to get it repaired.
                                but it doesn't happened so
                                Do not send mail to Yaantra support mail. Bcas one of the worst mail services..
                                It's dumby mail id.so pls send mail to some who solve the issue..
                                I have proff about Yaantra support mail near 6 month.every time asking..

                                  On Oct 2019, I (repaired) a (Iphone 6) at (At yaantra.com delhi ).

                                  Unfortunately, Iphone 6 has not performed well . I am disappointed because, After paying 8500/- to yaantra.com my iphone is not work, withing 15 days of repair i was connected your team many time but every time your support team will mislead me now agent hangup call after seeing my case or say voice is not audible, service not responding .. i dont know the what wrong with your team

                                  To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if you could ”money back, or repair. Enclosed are copies of my records .

                                  i was refereed by one of my friend for using yaantra service but my experience was worst and believe i will never suggest any one to go and use yaantra just because your support team behavior.

                                    My mobile pickup date is - 23rd oct & today 27th oct still status is showing under the repair only. For removing screen & inserting the same how much time you guys are taking man. That too very good condition mobile.
                                    While iam giving mobile to pick up support team told as soon as possible or max 3 days then already 3 days over. Still status in repair only. So when i will get my mobile delivery.
                                    Really worst support & worst response i will share to total all my circle don't use your site or app for any thing.

                                    As per the schedule, the pickup timeslot was in between 3pm to 6.30 pm today. However i did not received any call from any agent for the same. AAlso i called customer care for the same Four times and they confirmed they will intimate me on the same. Still no luck. I am completely unsatisfied with ur team service.

                                      I was facing an issue with my battery. It was draining faster than usual. The phone was charging and and working perfectly. Only the battery drained in 3-4 hours. The battery health was 91% and giving peak performance. I talked to and these guys told me that maybe there is a fluctuation in some ic on the motherboard. They collected the phone. And after i didn't hear from them in 4-5 days i gave them a call. They said they are still working on the phone and have ordered some part to check further. And also she mentioned they changed the battery but the problem persisted. Which clearly indicates it was not a battery related problem. Next time when they called they said your battery is bad and charging port is also not working.
                                      My battery, if faulty, was atleast working before i gave it to them. Now my phone is not even working

                                        Address: 13-6-250/3/40, First floor, VV Nagar, Tallagadda, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500028

                                        Mobile touch and battery was replaced. However, phone is not charging and raised a complaint again to get it rectified. Its been one week and following up daily but on one is coming to pickup my phone. When i call they say will be done today. Today never comes. My request id 260818. Please look into this issue and get this resolved at the earliest possible.
