I have booked a online test ride for yamaha r3 and waiting for the reply from the delear, the dealer called by last week tuesday and ask me to come down for test ride, i went there for test ride the manager says that the vehicle has not been registered, we cannot do anything and say to me that, our staffs never called you. then i have a phone conversation recording, i open up and show to the manager then he said, ok sir by next week wednesday...

I have applied for duplicate documents in sheela nagar extention of yamaha show room but they are not responding properly and firstly they are trying to bypass the issue but by saying go to main branch as i have purchased my scooter from sheela nagar why should i go to main branch.
and when i insisted them to do say they have taken the money and not given receipt till now as i have paid money for both the documents on 14 jul 2016 but...

I bought a part for my scooty from the seventy motors, dehradun. They provide us wrong part even though they have seen the damage parts. Afterwards we called them and they said that, they will not exchange the purchased parts, even though they have commited a mistake to provide us wrong part.

After 3rd service, there is problem in oil seal leakage in bumper and giving 15km/l milage after they changed some oil filters and others chaged.

I give my szrr bike to kalpakkakam yamaha at karunagappally, puthentheruvu, kollam, kerala for replacing the chain and socket today morning and i paid rupees 1111.00 but after reached my home i checked the chain and socket but they didn't replace the socket only change the chain of the bike.
