I had purchase yamaha r15 on 30 july 2016 at that tym the fault light was blinking but i didnt knw about it, after that i when i came to know the problem then i goes to the yamaha survice centre and they solve my problem but after a month ago after a survice the same problm occurs and than again i goes to the survice centre but the were anable to solve my problem and the were saying that there is no problem with the bike and i m dissapointed

    Yamaha service centre is very bad . Recently all my electrical equipment when down due to Rectifier failure . The service centre guys are saying its a issue with all yamaha model and they don'thave the rectifier part avalilable since long . Due to it i have to spend a lot for all the electrical part damaged (all lights, dashboard, battery) .
    I can't drive the vehicle due to these big problems .
    Please don't buy the yamaha vehicles/bike, its waste of money.
    They do'n't have proper servicing, poor availabality of spare parts.

      I have had a bad experience in ur service center ...I asked about breakes are not working ..they said we can't do anything, they are like that...i complained about the manager, instead of checking he made fun of me sayingg..I"m wantedly complaining about service.what the hell he is thinking, I'm paying for my bike it's his responsability to cross check the bike again with out a complain..instead he's making fun of me...even now the breakes are not working, and now it started making noise...pls kindly resolve my problem...n one thing whats the top speed of yamaha r15..i think it's more than 119 right...I asked him about my bike it's not going that much speed, they said we don't know about that, we cant help it ...I don't know what are your service centers are upto?? if they even don't know how to resolve...whom should we give our bike too??pls kindly resolve my problem

      My fz-s ver-2 new bike before my bike condtion is very good but ofter 4 th server next dat back wheel broken at dumplate machanics not respons
      now my reding is9000 km I have one year warrty
      I have Yamaha SS 125 2011 model, from starting I'm facing problem regarding parts unavailability from last one month. I want clutch wire but always I receive same reply from all service centre part is not available.
      Yamaha service is so poor regarding parts availability..I'm not satisfied with this bike ..

        Since i have file my complaint reg front fork noise & performance for 4 services & I din't get any of the positive feedback on this & the problem which i identified will not solved yet. By now its running around 11, 000kms.
        It has several failures
        1. Front fork oil leak. (seal damaged )
        2. Brake pad gone due to oil leakage
        3. Disc plate also damaged condition
        4. Mono suspension is not effective, (for less than 120kgs weight it sticks the ground level)

        And i have very much worried about the quality of the products.
        IN free services it would cost arround 900rupees, (break pad, oil seal, oil change, labor charges also included in free services)

          I purchase fz-s 2.0 Met grey colour 149 cc engine from SHREEJI YAMAHA D A CODE 135.30 JAMNAGAR GUJARAT
          From the first day it is giving mileage below 30km/l. But the company promised about 40 -50 km/l. I have shown many times to service centre...but no action has been taken. I request u to take my complaint under consideration and take action at earliest.

            Ap logo ki bike sbse ghatia hai...meine last august ko FZ version 2 liya 1 year complete v nhi hua or usme problem ane lag gya..ap logo ke bike mei kick tho nhi hai atlest self acha dena chaiye ..lekin self mei he problem ane lag gya mei service center legya wha unhona kya kiya bola ki thik hogya .. uske 2 din badh he fir se same problem ane lag gya meine phone kiya tho unhone kha ki 1, 2 din thik ho jaiga ...lekin kuch v nhi hua ab tho 1 week se daily same problem mei face kr rha hu or jb kavi bike chalta hai speed mei hota hai bike bich mei he bike bandh ho jata hai fir 1 hour tk start nhi hota hai... 2 din se office jate time bike start nhi hua or kal tho gadi speed mei thi or achanak bandh hogya ...5 km push krke apne ghr legya hu.. your bike disaster

              Sir this was very serious problm my vichel battry is down in one month of purchase vichel ...battry was in warranty period but the service center or showroom Arian yamaha is not help to replace the battry and they told to pay the money for warranty battry also ...my bike in warranty why should I pay for any kind of things .which was free for use ...

              I have purchased fzs bike in 2014 till now i have driven only 4700kms.
              The silencer is producing noise. i have given complaint regarding this and my bike is in kurnool, AP. the supervisor is said it has some problem with silencer and still they havent replaced new silencer even if it is in warranty.

                நான் மதுரை அழகேந்திரன் யமஹா டீலரிடம் தற்போது வண்டி நம்பர் tn58 ax7179 கடந்த 2015 அன்று வாங்கினேன்.நான் வண்டி வாங்கும்போது ஒரு சில கூப்பன் உள்ள பொருள் இலவசம் என்றுகூறி ஏமாற்றிவிட்டார்கல்.சலுடு வண்டிக்கு 6 இலவச சர்விஸ் இலவசம் என்றுகூறினார்கள் ஆனால் சர்விஸ் புக்கில் 4 சர்விஸ் மட்டுமே இலவசம் என்று இருந்தது.
                யமஹா சர்விஸ் முறைப்படி சர்விஸ் செய்யாமல் அவர்கள் இஷ்ட்டபடி சர்விஸ் செய்கிறார்கள்.கிலோமீட்டர் முறையை ஒருபோதும் பின்பற்றப்படுவது கிடையாது.நான் 8 சர்விஸ் அழகேந்திரன் கோச்சடை பிராஞ்சில் கொடுத்தேன்.அதில் 2 சர்விசுத்தவிர மற்ற எந்த சர்விசும் ஒழுங்காக இதுவரையில் செய்தது கிடையாது.
                ஜாப் கார்டில் சொல்லும் எந்தஒரு வேலையும் செய்வதுகிடையாது.பலமுறை அமைதியாகவும் சிலமுறை கோபமாகவும் பேசிப்பார்த்தும் எனக்கு எந்த தீர்வும் கிடைக்கவில்லை.கடந்த முறை சனி கிழமை சர்விஸ் கொடுத்தேன் திங்கள் கிழமை வண்டியை எடுக்க வரச்சொல்லி திங்கள் கிழமை மதியம் 2.40 க்கு போன் செய்தார்கள் நான் மாலை 5 மணிக்கு சென்றேன் ஆனால் வண்டியை துடைக்காமல் கூட வைத்திருந்தார்கள்.ஏன் 2.40 க்கு வண்டிவேளை முடிந்தது என்று போன்செய்த்தார்கள்?
                இரண்டு மாதத்திற்க்கு முன்னாள் வண்டி விபத்து ஏற்பட்டு விட்டது.இன்சூரன்ஸ் கிளைம் முறையில் சர்விஸ் செய்யசொல்லிவண்டியை சர்விஸிஸென்டரில் விட்டுவிட்டுச்சென்றேன் ஆனால் 25 நாளாக எந்தஒரு போன்செய்தும் வண்டியை பற்றிய சர்விஸ் செத்துவிட்டோம் அல்லது இல்லை என்று போன் கூட செய்யவில்லை.
                நான் சர்விஸ் சென்டர் வந்துக்கேட்டால் இன்சூரன்ஸ் ஆபிசில் இருந்து ஆல்போடோஎடுக்கவரவில்லை என்று கூறினார்கள்.நான் இன்சூரன்ஸ் ஆபிசுக்கு போன்செய்துகேட்ட போது நான் வண்டியை சர்விஸிஸென்டரில் விட்டுவிட்டுச்சென்ற அடுத்த நாளே போட்டோ எடுத்து விட்டு சென்றதை ஆதாரத்துடன் காண்பிக்கிறார்கள்.ஏன் என்னிடம் பொய் சொல்கிறார்கள் சரிசென்டரில் இருந்து.
                இன்சூரன்ஸ் ஆபிசில் 9000 பில் தொகை கொடுத்துவிட்டு.என்னிடம் 10100 க்கு பில்தொகை வசூலிக்கிறார்கள் ஏன்? வாடிக்கையாளர் பில் என்று என்னிடம் எதுவும் கூறவில்லை.நான் எனது கிளைம் சம்மந்தமாக இன்சூரன்ஸ் ஆபிசுக்கு சென்றபோதுதான் இந்தவிவரம் எனக்கு தெரியவந்தது.
                நான் இது தொடர்பாக யமஹா வளையதளத்தில் கருத்துச்சொன்னாலும் நீங்கள் அதற்கு தக்க பதில் தருவது கிடையாது.எனது பொறுமையா இதற்குக்குமேல் சோதித்துப்பார்க்க நினைக்காதீர்கள்.
                எனது போன் நம்பருக்கு பொன்செய்தேன் நாங்கள் உடனே போனை எடுக்காவிட்டால் அந்த புகாருக்கு பதில் தராமல் முடித்து வைக்க பார்க்கிறீர்கள் இது நல்லதற்கு அல்ல.ஒருவன் புகார் தெரிவித்தால் அவனுடைய குறைகளை கேட்டு அறிந்து தீர்வு காண்பதே நல்லது என்று நான் நினைக்கிறேன்.
                போனை ஒருமுறை எடுக்கவில்லை என்றால் மீண்டும் வேறு நேரத்தில் அழைத்துப்பாருங்கள்.பதில் கண்டிப்பாக கிடைக்கும்.
                உலகளவில் யமஹா கம்பெனி வளர்ந்துள்ளது என்பதில் பெருமையாக உள்ளது ஆனால் அதன் வாடிக்கையாளர் சேவைப்பிரிவு என்பது தமிழில்
                எந்தநேரத்திலுள்ளும் பேசமுடியாது என்பது மிகமிக வருத்தமாக உள்ளது.

                குறிப்பு —
                எனது ஊர் உரு கிராமம் சுமார் 50 இரண்டுசக்கரவாகனம் உள்ளது அதில் ராஜபாண்டியன் வைத்துள்ளது மட்டுமே யமஹாவின் தயாரிப்பு என்பதை தங்களுக்கு தெரிவிக்க கடமைப்பட்டிருக்கிறேன்.
                அழகிந்திரன் சர்விஸ் சென்டர் பற்றி பலமுறை புகார் கொடுத்தும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வில்லை இந்தமுறை அப்படி நடக்காது என்று நம்பி இந்த புகார் கடிதத்தை அனுப்புகிறேன்.

                  I purchased a yamaha alpha frame no. Me15e7747e0042758 engine no. E3n7e0042768 on 20/01/2015 from yamaha jain motors, parade kanpur, for my father who is 60 years old, with a lot of hopes but got huge disappointment.

                  He started facing problems with self-start from the very first service. Despite visiting service center so many times and so many complaints, the problem couldn't get resolved even after changing battery also that too within a year.

                  Nobody was listening our words in the service center else they told us "do whatever you can do or go wherever you can go",. Get the battery change then only we can do something.

                  Height of servicing crossed when we were riding the vehicle towards home, even if we drop the escalator still it kept on maintaining speed of 20 km/h not less than that we had to apply the break to stop it.

                  Moreover, while purchasing the dealer promised us it will give the mileage of atleast 50km/h but it never went beyond 40 km/h rather than 35km/h.

                  In last one week we had to visit 4 times for the same issue. They changed so many part, we don't what are those parts but still the same problem continues.

                  Today, again we faced same problem, so took the vehicle to service center. They, 5 technicians work on the problem and assured that this problem has been fixed forever. But the time we took it to home self start was not working. Even my father who is 59 years old and has dome health problems, he tried to start it using kick 14 times but it did not work.

                  If there is any manufacturing defect so get it resolved if they cant, they should give us our money back or replace the vehicle.

                    I have purchased yamaha rx-110 bike on 1st of august, since first day it is causing following problem to me:

                    1) starting problem, it takes 10-15 minutes during starting after 5 to 6 hours.

                    3) mileage is very low as i have filled the tank 3 times and it only run 700 kms in three full tanks that means the mileage is very low and i will not be able to afford the bike as i have purchased it for economy.

                    4) i have been going to service centre from past 20 days and also left my bike at service centre for repair but all the time your service centre returned the bike by saying that they have fixed the bike and noe there is no problem with the bike and also shown appology for the bike.

                    Is this your product that your customer is suffering from the day since i have purchased this bike.

                    Is these kind of faulty bikes sold by yamaha

                    why are yamaha harassing me with the faulty bike

                    i want my money back, be kind in taking back your bike and refund my all amount back. I will seek consumer court and other legal procedure for the same if you will not clear my complaint and return my money back for your faulty bike.

                      I purchased yamaha fashino bike on 16th march 2016. Still i am waiting for my bike rc book. I asked then 3 months continue but they said it will take min 4-6 months time to deliver. I asked them on 30th august then they said this is not their responsibility. If you not get then collect from rto office. They are here to sell the bike not have records.
                      If they don't have responsibility then why to allow them for sell.

                      Even when i purchase my bike then they asked me extra amount for accessories and the fittings of mirror and other parts was completely loose. If they are not delivering proper services then why to allow them for sale in market.
                      They are completely cheat the customers.

                        I have taken a yamaha fasino vehicle ( 7 month before ) from one of below dealer ( sprint yamaha, site no p-1, dyasandra industrial estate, whitefield main road, mahadevpura – 560048)….They specially cheated us with old battery as well as at the time of service they changed a lot of parts and after complain many time they are ready to change with another old battery …i feel i got this vehicle in free of cost. Services side they changed many parts and services also very bad. So please help me to get compensation or help me to return my vehicle.

                            Hello sir, I have purchased yamaha fascino in 22nd October and till now I have done 4 services and I have complained regarding mileage all the four times as it is giving 34 even after 4 services and I have taken extra 8 times for unsatisfaction of mileage.                               I Amarpreet Dhillon want to share one of the worst experiences I have faced in terms of Sales Services provided by one of your Dealer Sakshi Motors, Nerul Navi Mumbai which should be regarded as a CRIME.
                              I have booked a Yamaha R3 on 16th June 2016 with token amount of 10, 000/- as a booking amount. However, when in conversation I was communicated by Mr. Avatar Singh (Who claims to be an Owner of Sakshi Motors) told me to make the payment in full and only then they will be able to do the booking for the bike and delivery later on. As I was going to opt for Bike Loan from HDFC Bank Ltd for 1, 80, 000/- with an EMI option for 4 Years.

                              Total Amount received by Sakshi Motors is 3, 71, 000/-

                              I was told by Mr. Avatar Singh that I would get my Yamaha R3 on or before 30th July 2016. However, when in between this period when I used to call him to know the status of the bike, he used to speak very rudely and used to never answer my calls properly also would get personal by involving and speaking of my professional status and how I should not be asking him again and again about the bike status. Thereafter, he also for some days stopped taking my phone calls.

                              When I started enquiring again about my R3 in the last week of July, where I received this communication that it will come by 5th August 2016. Hence, I decided that I want to cancel the booking and do not intend to buy the bike anymore from Sakshi Motors. Then I was introduced to Mr. Naresh Sood (Who also claims to be the owner) and committed me that R3 will be delivered to me on 5th August 2016 and I left the showroom.

                              On 5th August 2016 I got the delivery of my Yamaha R3 and was very happy with the same. However, my happiness turned into unhappiness by next day when I checked the chassis number and engine number of the bike and realised that they have given me a 2015 manufactured bike. Now I need Yamaha India to make me understand why should I get a bike of 2015 manufactured when we are alive in 2016 August and 8 months have already passed by for 2015.

                              When I brought this in notice to Sakshi Motors they behaved as if they were unaware of the fact and making me feel that they are not selling bikes but are selling peanuts to me of 3, 71, 000/-. I called Mr. Naresh Sood and he assured me that even if it’s a 2015 manufactured bike I don’t have to worry as if any issues arrives to the bike he will take care. However I did not agree for the same as it is a clear act of FRAUD by Sakshi Motors. Later, Mr. Naresh Sood called back and assured me that this time he will give me a 2016 manufactured Yamaha R3 before 25th August 2016 and he told me to drop the bike at the showroom, which I did immediately and took a confirmation on mail from their official E mail Id for the same (Mail snapshot attached)

                              Later on, again when I used to call Mr. Naresh Sood and Mr. Avatar Singh they always spoke to me very rudely and would never answer questions as per my satisfaction and disconnected calls. Today, 22nd August 2016 when I again asked them for the status of my bike and they had very stupid answers that they still don’t know the status of my R3 and said that they will call me back and never turned up and finally I only have to call them back for the status. Now, Mr. Naresh Sood is not receiving my calls.

                              I just want to bring this to Yamaha India notice that this is a clear act of Fraud and Yamaha India should take necessary actions against such Fraudsters. It has been more than 2 months and Sakshi Motors have been sleeping and dreaming. My bank EMI has also been started but I do not have my Yamaha R3 to ride. I have also put a complaint via toll free number (Complaint Number: IC-25199-Z3X4) and I was told the action will be taken within 48 hours but nothing has happened and still I am left empty handed.

                              I have ridden bikes from Brands like Bajaj, KTM, Honda and Suzuki but I never thought that I would suffer so much WHEN BUYING A YAMAHA BIKE. I just want Yamaha India to help either to get my bike before 25th August 2016 or please cancel my booking for Yamaha R3. I do not intend to deal with such a Fraud Dealer named as Sakshi Motors who are spoiling stake of Yamaha Bikes in India. I would never ever recommend any of my friends to buy Yamaha bikes in future and definitely never from Sakshi Motors.

                              I would request you to kindly take necessary action against Sakshi Motors.

                              I AM VERY STRESSED AND FRUSTRATED AS I HAVE INVESTED MY ENTIRE SAVINGS TO BUY YAMAHA R3.

                                I have purschased fz 16 v-2.0 on 16/10/2015 and as soon as i ride my bike 1st time its engine gets overheated but they told its normal, after one month i got problem in throttle, service centre guys have changed it. And consequtively after 3 times i got same problems of engine over heat and burning smell from engine. Since 3 days they have kept my bike with them and they cannot detect my problem only.. This is pathetic.. Plz do some action against it

                                      This is regarding the complaint of bill payment through debit card as they are charging 3% extra for no reason. And not even showing in the final bill. And not giving any reason for that. I need my money back! Or else ill file a complaint! This is not a professional attitude. When i had a talk with the manager even he is telling the same story and not giving me any proper explanantion and its not even shown anywhere that they will charge that from me! I need help please!
