Dear yamaha...
I purchased my bike on 14th june 2016, from purchased date to till now i faced so many problem in this bike like
1. Battery charging problem,
2. Silencer heating problem mechanic said battery not charged that’s why silencer heat,
3. Battery replacement after visit 4 different service stations,
4. Disk brake problem from the date of purchase then after before 3000 kms disc pad change,
5. Rear tyre not moving freely service center mechanic said "it's your wehem" (Misconception) but i repaired my tyre problem from local mechanic now my tyre moving freely.
6. Now my current problem is that my silencer heating again and bike not start on single self start it need lots accelerator then start, sometimes bike automatic off while running when accelerator reduce.
Tomorrow i visit service station again.
Now tell me what is my fault "had i done any mistake to buy yamaha product" or “this bike”. I heard lots of name of yamaha a product but in my case i faced so many problems against this. My cousin also have yamaha bike its running very good that’s why i plan to buy this. I think this bike is faulty between 2 services i visited service station so many times and service station is so far from my home.

Please do something it was better for me i purchased second hand bike against new bike.

    I am going to your othorised service station for sellstart problem before 3 days and they solved it at that tym bt after 2 days it was not working properly ... so when i am going to service station again the supervisior gives me very rude ans... m asking u if you are not suceed to provide service to customer then close all this...

      I bought a Yamaha Fascino vehicle from the said authorized dealer of Yamaha and had a worst experience. On 10 July 2016 i booked the vehicle with cheque payment. Cheque got realized on 12/07/16 and got the vehicle delivered on 25 July 2016 only and that too not completely with full fittings for which the amount was paid. I went to showroom again and again for getting the Mat and Buzzer. And from the day one when vehicle was delivered, i informed them that i am not happy with the front guard (bumper) and back guard provided. Since the front guard does not protect the indicator and not as requested by me. I asked them to provide me the guards which i require, They also committed to give me by one week time. It is 2 months time period and till date they have not provided the Guards or not refunded the amount paid for the Guards - Rs.2000/-. While travelling last 15 days back, due to skid, the vehicle fell down and the bumper what was provided is completely waste, the screws got removed and the vehicle got scratched / damaged. My claim is, first of all if the dealer is not in a position to provide the guards as requested means he should have returned back the money or should have provided as per customer requirement. Kindly refund the amount paid for the guards on an immediate basis. and compensate the loss occurred. Photo for vehicle showing the damage is being attached herewith. Completely dissatisfied with Yamha dealer. Kindly do the needful.

        I got Yamaha YBR 110 since 2010. From the day taken out of showroom the bike stops running when rain drops fall on it. The YAMAHA people could not locate the problem nor could it solve it. After around one year it started functioning on it own!
        Now the same problem started again. When bike is washed in servicing room, it does not have that problem, but when rain drop falls on it the problem starts.

        Nature of Complaint;: bike ignition stops when rain water falls on the bike, engine does not start at all. However, when bike washed with water, it does not have same problem. It started from the first day of buying itself. It lasted for about eight months. Now again it resurfaced in this rainy season. (2) Battery exhausted just at the neck of 12 months warranty period, (3) Inside hook of Right flap (below seat) broken from showroom itself, it was noticed after several months when opened at local repair shop(4) Silencer pipe had to be replaced after two years since it was corroded totally, (5) Chain system had to be replaced after two years.

          Initially i booked my bike on 10th of August,
          and went for delivery on 18th of August,
          Were i found that bike was having scratches, But dealer was ready to give that bike only,
          So, We rejected that bike as we don't want defective Bike.
          After the long Discussion, then convinced us to change the bike,
          So we changed to some other color which was available.

          He washed that bike and given the delivery,
          then too Bike was not starting, because of some problems in battery,
          So they replace the battery,

          still then also bike was not starting,
          they changed the oil, done some service,
          then the bike got started,

          we took the delivery and back home.

          --We found that petrol tank was loose, and Bike seat was loose,
          We got the reply that all the SZ-RR bike and higher versions tank and seats are loose,

          -- Further we are not getting any update regarding Passing the vehicle from RTO, Not number plate, No insurance nothing,

          I am totally upset with the Yamaha bike and service provided by the dealer.

          Please if possible, Please guide me how to return the bike and get compete refund.

          I have paid full money on 10 th of August 2016,
          Got bike on 18th of August.
          Still now no progress from the dealer(no number plate/ no bike paper/ no service book from last 44 days), and no update from the costumer care

          Passing was done on 29th of august, registration work still pending from dealer,
          I am not satisfied by the bike nor happy,

          I have raised complaint twice, (complaint number: IC-26310-Q8W4)
          Even Customer care could not help,
          and disconnecting my call and blocking my call,
          So have to call from other number,

          Please work on it and provide me the solution.

          i pinged the consumer complaint on 22nd of September,
          as i didn't received any response till 24th of October,
          As do not want to follow up,
          so i closed the complaint,
          But how i can see that response was given on the same day,
          this was more rubbish concern then Yamaha

              Left and right panel damage near tank body while purchase.
              When i gone to the showroom they are telling give the cost of that panel and we will change the part. but i got the vehicle with damage part this is manufacture defect so please change the part as soon as possible.

                Hi yamaha customer care team,

                I bought yamaha fazer 2.0 before 6 months at rise yamaha showroom, madinaguda, hyderabad, from last 1 month onwards when starting the bike second time after starting the ride it doesn't starting, it has a limitation of self start, am facing the problem every day. I went to the rise yamaha service center for this problem, they checked it and they are suggesting me to go slow maintain some speed.

                I ride my bike in hitech city hyderabad to office dialy the max speed on these roads is 30 to 40. How can i resolve my problem,
                There are 4 traffic signals on my way from home to office which i need to wait for 5 to 10 minutes for crossing.

                If i stop my bike at a signal it wouldn't start again, i have to wait 30 mins to start it or i have to put the bike on road and go by a auto to my office.

                Please respond to this and suggest me a service center so that i can resolve my problem, it is dialy a head ache to me.
                Its a new bike with 6 months old getting this trouble.

                Other company bikes with 10 years old are starting on self start without any problem.

                I dont know why the experienced and major bike showrooms service centers of yamaha are not figuring out whats the problem in a bike.

                  I beg to draw kind towards that I bought a Yamaha Motor Cycle No DL 9S AR 4516 Reg. dt 30/01/2014
                  From your Zoom Roadys showroom Mahavir Enclave, before 2 years ago zoom roadys has service centre also I always take servces for my bike after 2 -3 months clutch plate started create some problem. I have complained many times but they did not take any action, they were misbehaving and said that you don’t know how to ride a bike. Sir I am riding a bike from 25 years. How it is possible that I would not know how to ride a bike. Sir then they were saying there is no manufacturing defect.

                  I have told them many times there is manufacturing defect. They did not take any action against it.
                  Even though when, I went again to service centre. They started a showing my mistake like I was the one who destroyed every think. They are saying that clutch plate, cluch katora and pressure plate, Cluch Housing Repair, all are defected . Cost of Repair amount will be 2300/- But there is nothing like that whenever I went to the service station for change the cluch plate I always paid for that.
                  If I want repair my bike so I will have to pay for that they are not able to give service so why you spoiling
                  your image.

                  Every time they are saying spare parts not available (Model is close down)

                  Now Zoom Roadys Showroom in Mayapur New Delhi

                  Sir, I want you to take a strict action againt Zoom Roadys and that Manager also.

                    I had purchase yamaha r15 on 30 july 2016 at that tym the fault light was blinking but i didnt knw about it, after that i when i came to know the problem then i goes to the yamaha survice centre and they solve my problem but after a month ago after a survice the same problm occurs and than again i goes to the survice centre but the were anable to solve my problem and the were saying that there is no problem with the bike and i m dissapointed

                      Yamaha service centre is very bad . Recently all my electrical equipment when down due to Rectifier failure . The service centre guys are saying its a issue with all yamaha model and they don'thave the rectifier part avalilable since long . Due to it i have to spend a lot for all the electrical part damaged (all lights, dashboard, battery) .
                      I can't drive the vehicle due to these big problems .
                      Please don't buy the yamaha vehicles/bike, its waste of money.
                      They do'n't have proper servicing, poor availabality of spare parts.

                        I have had a bad experience in ur service center ...I asked about breakes are not working ..they said we can't do anything, they are like that...i complained about the manager, instead of checking he made fun of me sayingg..I"m wantedly complaining about service.what the hell he is thinking, I'm paying for my bike it's his responsability to cross check the bike again with out a complain..instead he's making fun of me...even now the breakes are not working, and now it started making noise...pls kindly resolve my problem...n one thing whats the top speed of yamaha r15..i think it's more than 119 right...I asked him about my bike it's not going that much speed, they said we don't know about that, we cant help it ...I don't know what are your service centers are upto?? if they even don't know how to resolve...whom should we give our bike too??pls kindly resolve my problem

                        My fz-s ver-2 new bike before my bike condtion is very good but ofter 4 th server next dat back wheel broken at dumplate machanics not respons

                        I have Yamaha SS 125 2011 model, from starting I'm facing problem regarding parts unavailability from last one month. I want clutch wire but always I receive same reply from all service centre part is not available.
                        Yamaha service is so poor regarding parts availability..I'm not satisfied with this bike ..

                          Since i have file my complaint reg front fork noise & performance for 4 services & I din't get any of the positive feedback on this & the problem which i identified will not solved yet. By now its running around 11, 000kms.
                          It has several failures
                          1. Front fork oil leak. (seal damaged )
                          2. Brake pad gone due to oil leakage
                          3. Disc plate also damaged condition
                          4. Mono suspension is not effective, (for less than 120kgs weight it sticks the ground level)

                          And i have very much worried about the quality of the products.
                          IN free services it would cost arround 900rupees, (break pad, oil seal, oil change, labor charges also included in free services)

                                I have purchased fzs bike in 2014 till now i have driven only 4700kms.
                                The silencer is producing noise. i have given complaint regarding this and my bike is in kurnool, AP. the supervisor is said it has some problem with silencer and still they havent replaced new silencer even if it is in warranty.

                                  யமஹா சர்விஸ் முறைப்படி சர்விஸ் செய்யாமல் அவர்கள் இஷ்ட்டபடி சர்விஸ் செய்கிறார்கள்.கிலோமீட்டர் முறையை ஒருபோதும் பின்பற்றப்படுவது கிடையாது.நான் 8 சர்விஸ் அழகேந்திரன் கோச்சடை பிராஞ்சில் கொடுத்தேன்.அதில் 2 சர்விசுத்தவிர மற்ற எந்த சர்விசும் ஒழுங்காக இதுவரையில் செய்தது கிடையாது.
                                  ஜாப் கார்டில் சொல்லும் எந்தஒரு வேலையும் செய்வதுகிடையாது.பலமுறை அமைதியாகவும் சிலமுறை கோபமாகவும் பேசிப்பார்த்தும் எனக்கு எந்த தீர்வும் கிடைக்கவில்லை.கடந்த முறை சனி கிழமை சர்விஸ் கொடுத்தேன் திங்கள் கிழமை வண்டியை எடுக்க வரச்சொல்லி திங்கள் கிழமை மதியம் 2.40 க்கு போன் செய்தார்கள் நான் மாலை 5 மணிக்கு சென்றேன் ஆனால் வண்டியை துடைக்காமல் கூட வைத்திருந்தார்கள்.ஏன் 2.40 க்கு வண்டிவேளை முடிந்தது என்று போன்செய்த்தார்கள்?
                                  இரண்டு மாதத்திற்க்கு முன்னாள் வண்டி விபத்து ஏற்பட்டு விட்டது.இன்சூரன்ஸ் கிளைம் முறையில் சர்விஸ் செய்யசொல்லிவண்டியை சர்விஸிஸென்டரில் விட்டுவிட்டுச்சென்றேன் ஆனால் 25 நாளாக எந்தஒரு போன்செய்தும் வண்டியை பற்றிய சர்விஸ் செத்துவிட்டோம் அல்லது இல்லை என்று போன் கூட செய்யவில்லை.
                                  நான் சர்விஸ் சென்டர் வந்துக்கேட்டால் இன்சூரன்ஸ் ஆபிசில் இருந்து ஆல்போடோஎடுக்கவரவில்லை என்று கூறினார்கள்.நான் இன்சூரன்ஸ் ஆபிசுக்கு போன்செய்துகேட்ட போது நான் வண்டியை சர்விஸிஸென்டரில் விட்டுவிட்டுச்சென்ற அடுத்த நாளே போட்டோ எடுத்து விட்டு சென்றதை ஆதாரத்துடன் காண்பிக்கிறார்கள்.ஏன் என்னிடம் பொய் சொல்கிறார்கள் சரிசென்டரில் இருந்து.
                                  இன்சூரன்ஸ் ஆபிசில் 9000 பில் தொகை கொடுத்துவிட்டு.என்னிடம் 10100 க்கு பில்தொகை வசூலிக்கிறார்கள் ஏன்? வாடிக்கையாளர் பில் என்று என்னிடம் எதுவும் கூறவில்லை.நான் எனது கிளைம் சம்மந்தமாக இன்சூரன்ஸ் ஆபிசுக்கு சென்றபோதுதான் இந்தவிவரம் எனக்கு தெரியவந்தது.
                                  நான் இது தொடர்பாக யமஹா வளையதளத்தில் கருத்துச்சொன்னாலும் நீங்கள் அதற்கு தக்க பதில் தருவது கிடையாது.எனது பொறுமையா இதற்குக்குமேல் சோதித்துப்பார்க்க நினைக்காதீர்கள்.
                                  எனது போன் நம்பருக்கு பொன்செய்தேன் நாங்கள் உடனே போனை எடுக்காவிட்டால் அந்த புகாருக்கு பதில் தராமல் முடித்து வைக்க பார்க்கிறீர்கள் இது நல்லதற்கு அல்ல.ஒருவன் புகார் தெரிவித்தால் அவனுடைய குறைகளை கேட்டு அறிந்து தீர்வு காண்பதே நல்லது என்று நான் நினைக்கிறேன்.
                                  போனை ஒருமுறை எடுக்கவில்லை என்றால் மீண்டும் வேறு நேரத்தில் அழைத்துப்பாருங்கள்.பதில் கண்டிப்பாக கிடைக்கும்.
                                  உலகளவில் யமஹா கம்பெனி வளர்ந்துள்ளது என்பதில் பெருமையாக உள்ளது ஆனால் அதன் வாடிக்கையாளர் சேவைப்பிரிவு என்பது தமிழில்
                                  எந்தநேரத்திலுள்ளும் பேசமுடியாது என்பது மிகமிக வருத்தமாக உள்ளது.

                                  குறிப்பு —
                                  எனது ஊர் உரு கிராமம் சுமார் 50 இரண்டுசக்கரவாகனம் உள்ளது அதில் ராஜபாண்டியன் வைத்துள்ளது மட்டுமே யமஹாவின் தயாரிப்பு என்பதை தங்களுக்கு தெரிவிக்க கடமைப்பட்டிருக்கிறேன்.
                                  அழகிந்திரன் சர்விஸ் சென்டர் பற்றி பலமுறை புகார் கொடுத்தும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வில்லை இந்தமுறை அப்படி நடக்காது என்று நம்பி இந்த புகார் கடிதத்தை அனுப்புகிறேன்.

                                    I purchased a yamaha alpha frame no. Me15e7747e0042758 engine no. E3n7e0042768 on 20/01/2015 from yamaha jain motors, parade kanpur, for my father who is 60 years old, with a lot of hopes but got huge disappointment.

                                    He started facing problems with self-start from the very first service. Despite visiting service center so many times and so many complaints, the problem couldn't get resolved even after changing battery also that too within a year.

                                    Nobody was listening our words in the service center else they told us "do whatever you can do or go wherever you can go",. Get the battery change then only we can do something.

                                    Height of servicing crossed when we were riding the vehicle towards home, even if we drop the escalator still it kept on maintaining speed of 20 km/h not less than that we had to apply the break to stop it.

                                    Moreover, while purchasing the dealer promised us it will give the mileage of atleast 50km/h but it never went beyond 40 km/h rather than 35km/h.

                                    In last one week we had to visit 4 times for the same issue. They changed so many part, we don't what are those parts but still the same problem continues.

                                    Today, again we faced same problem, so took the vehicle to service center. They, 5 technicians work on the problem and assured that this problem has been fixed forever. But the time we took it to home self start was not working. Even my father who is 59 years old and has dome health problems, he tried to start it using kick 14 times but it did not work.

                                    If there is any manufacturing defect so get it resolved if they cant, they should give us our money back or replace the vehicle.

                                      I have purchased yamaha rx-110 bike on 1st of august, since first day it is causing following problem to me:

                                      1) starting problem, it takes 10-15 minutes during starting after 5 to 6 hours.

                                      2) kir kir sound from the engine

                                      3) mileage is very low as i have filled the tank 3 times and it only run 700 kms in three full tanks that means the mileage is very low and i will not be able to afford the bike as i have purchased it for economy.

                                      4) i have been going to service centre from past 20 days and also left my bike at service centre for repair but all the time your service centre returned the bike by saying that they have fixed the bike and noe there is no problem with the bike and also shown appology for the bike.

                                      Is this your product that your customer is suffering from the day since i have purchased this bike.

                                      Is these kind of faulty bikes sold by yamaha

                                      why are yamaha harassing me with the faulty bike

                                      i want my money back, be kind in taking back your bike and refund my all amount back. I will seek consumer court and other legal procedure for the same if you will not clear my complaint and return my money back for your faulty bike.

                                        I purchased yamaha fashino bike on 16th march 2016. Still i am waiting for my bike rc book. I asked then 3 months continue but they said it will take min 4-6 months time to deliver. I asked them on 30th august then they said this is not their responsibility. If you not get then collect from rto office. They are here to sell the bike not have records.
                                        If they don't have responsibility then why to allow them for sell.

                                        Even when i purchase my bike then they asked me extra amount for accessories and the fittings of mirror and other parts was completely loose. If they are not delivering proper services then why to allow them for sale in market.
                                        They are completely cheat the customers.

                                        Please give me status for rc book of my bike : ka 05 js 7189
