The worst service experience, i never seen in on my Latest Service in Sreenidhi Motors PVT.LTD, 29-13/7/A1, Vijayawada, ANDHRA PRADESH. Phno:[protected].they Did'nt Change engine oil, clutch plate, air filter. when i was completed all my services from (SREENIDHI MOTORS, Vijayawada) but they only taking money from my side and thy just washing and after they saying service completed, The worst service, Even after complaining bike could not rectified. strongly requesting to u all Please provide good service

    My self is Balaram, i have given my R15 two wheeler service for issues like front side doome noise and bake side disc noise in panche enterprises, Behind reebok showroom Indira nagar, even i am having free services i had given for paid service. after making 4 times also same issue repeats, i am lossing the money and time but the issues are not able to resolve .very bad service they did. please do the needful.       my self balaram, i have purchased R15 on 8-Aug-2014 from Orion motors near Agara, Bangalore. with in three months of time the paint is getting peeled from the frontside .i have notified same thing to dealer but no response from them .i really fed up with the dealers following them daily .when i will be getting the part replaced. please do the need full Thanks, Balaram. +91-[protected]

        The worst ever experience i have ever had. I am an owner of a tata car, a herohonda two wheeler for the past 15 years and i do regular service. Recently i bought a yamaha FZ for which i neeeded a full and complete service. The basic problem for which i gave was for the rear tyre problem. The service incharge( orion motors, yamaha, bangalore) informed me that the bike had a problem with the fork, chain, battery, brake and so and so excluding the main problem of rear tyre( for which i was consulted). they gave an estimate of Rs 11000/- for the service. I was shocked and asked to do the most required one. After the service, the service incharge called me for the delivery and the final bill came to Rs 7000/-. I have to travel 25km in bangalore city to reach the service point. Inspite of the busy schedule i reached on time for the pick-up. To my dissapointment, i was shocked to see that the basic problem for which i submitted the vehicle for service, that is rear tyre is NOT DONE!!!. air was leaking from the tyre. Rest all unnecessary jobs was done!! On enquiry, the incharge informed me that the rear rim(which was defective according to him) was out of stock and could not change. Ok, I agree... Why did he not informed me three days back on submission of bike?? Why did ne not informed me before delivery?? The incharge told he will take two more days and get it done. I said NO, and payed the bill and asked to deliver the bike.. On starting the bike, I NOTED THAT THE FRONT BRAKE WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL!!! I was shocked, what primary check-up of bike was done?? NOT even the brake!!!.. On further checking, the REAR BRAKE was not proper!!!... This is unpardonable and this will be taken to the concerned higher authority. What if this would have caused serious injury?? A serious action is to be taken for the protection of all the customers in future.

          I have purchsed a Motor cycle model SS125 from Sai Yamaha, Bailey Road Patna on 20.07.2014 . 2 free service has been done by service centre and advised to change the Battery. Battery exide make has submitted to service centre on 12.11.2014 and says replacement will be handed over within 10 days.                   I have serviced my vehicle in Alagendran Autos, work shop road, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, dated 22.11.2014, i was not given the offer of 1 liter engine oil free, so i would like to avail the offer .                     Dear Concerned Authority, This is to inform you that I am owning the Yamaha SZR vehicle in year 2011 and then also opted for Protection Plus Policy on dated 02.10.2013 applicable for 36 months. Now the concern and the disappointment is that I had given my vehicle for repairing at your Authorize Service Centre Jain Motors, Gwaltoli Kanpur on 18.11.2014 and today when I went to get my vehicle back then they told me that CP Kit was replaced under this policy free of cost but they are charging Rs.1500/- towards labour charges for CP Kit replacement where as it is clearly mention in the booklet on page no.8 that the associated labour during the period of Protection Plus is covered under the scheme. I did not pay the amount and the matter went into dispute. Purpose of writing this mail to you is to get instant revert and solution failing which I will have no choice than to move for legal.                         After my free service My vehicle went crazy. I have to kick start each and every time since the self start does not respond. Even after the vehicle started I wont be able to race my bike. I managed to start it using the choke cable. Moving half the kilo meter carburettor stops pumping fuel and it goes . Worst service I have ever experienced. I had mentioned the same complaint several times at the service station and I had to suffer a lot. So thought of servicing with a third party mechanic. Then I came to know that Yamaha FZs troubling every one. Till this date I'm facing the same issue and I am planning to raise a complaint legally.                             extra charges are take by yamaha service center on free sercives and not do service as given on service book or as it done and use o[censored]ngenuine spares and use older coolant, lubes and it is an one and only 1 service station in our city thats why they occure an extra charge

                              i vishal paushe ([protected], [protected]) one of your customer residing at belgaum karnataka has yamaha sz has a problem of speedo meter hence i went to your service center to get tat meter repaired but they said it cant be repaired/replaced in yamaha service center and to be get repaired/replaced outside somewhere towards local electrician as i know if i show my bike outside it wont satisfy me and not good to my bike also so wanted to know what kind of service yamaha service(KATWA YAMAHA BELGAUM) center is providing when they cant solve simple technical problem i request you to take this with a very serious note as i went there five times and every time they are not attending to my complaint hoping you will do need full and make me your customer in future.

                                I am really very disappointed with Yahama Bike service station (RAJ Yamaha, Thuraipakkam). I would like to attract your attention on few major incidents :- 1.They handed over the "SERVICED" vehicle with lots of dust, which was not cleared even after complaining. 2.Small faults in bike parts which can be repaired are also advised to be replaced. This is simply a money making scheme and not expected from an esteemed Company like yours. 3.They don't entertain customers in case of emergencies, which resulted in me having to change my bike tyres and incurring a cost of Rs. 5, 500/-. I have earlier used Bajaj Pulsar and Hero Honda Bikes and have got excellent service from them. Unfortunately you have not been able to live up to their standards and have provided extremely dissapointing services. The experience is HORRIBLE to say the least.

                                  dear sir/madam, I bought a yamaha FZ bike on 15th september 2014, from MSP MOTO WORLD, #215, 100 ft ring road, 3rd phase, 3rd stage Banashankari, Bangalore - 560085, Tel :[protected],[protected], The complete scenario : when i took bike, it has been registered in my fathers name, so i dint have my fathers document that time, so they took the bike form me on 5th OCTOBER 2014, and i submitted all the documents on 16th OCTOBER 2014, and still they had the vehicle and they did the first servicing on 22nd OCTOBER 2014, and after that when i asked for bike, they told that the battery has broken down, and they will change it and after that only i can take the bike, and when i asked for my bike they are keep telling that the bike is under servicing and also telling that give 1300 rs and we will give you a new battery. Today on 30th OCTOBER, after 8 days of servicing till they are telling the same thing, kindly please take action for this issue so that i will get my bike as soon as possible in good condition.                                     Sir, I m a Yamaha customer, I have received a letter from ICICI LOMBARD GENERL INSURANCE, saying that the insurance has been cancelled for cover note no. 90722908 issued against vehicle bearing 2NC1111293 and chassis no. ME12NC015E2111409. this is due to non delivery of vehicle. I have scanned and sent the same copy to my dealer JMB (jain moto bike - T nagar) on 24th Oct. I did not get any response on this still. I called him and doing followup. Please let me know why is this happens, what could be the possible solution for this. Please help me, Thank in advance.                                       Respected Sir/Madam, Myself Brij Bhushan R/o # B-17 C.S.I.O CAMPUS SECTOR 30 C CHANDIGARH. I want to say that I had purchased Yamaha Bike FZ-16 Mid night edition on Oct 2011. I have trust on Yamaha brand that's why I spend Rs. 86000/- to buy. I am a student . I need to travel daily 26 km per side or 52 to 54 both sides. I serviced my bike on regular intervals. But due to some circumstances, the service was skipped for 2 months and I am facing problem in my bike. I went to agency to check up they said the engine was seized due to delay in service. They said there is a expenditure of Rs. 10, 000 to Rs.12, 000 . The outsider asked for Rs.4000 to Rs.6000 . I still trusted on Yamaha agency and spend Rs. 12000 . I gave importance to trust not to money. After ten days, I got my bike it was ok, but after a month, my bike was making some little noise and next day it was increased . so, I went to agency to check up they said that noise was normal but I said it's not . They replied ok, you will give us for service we checked and solved the problem. After two days, I got my bike but still it has little noise they told me it will be ok after two or three days. But still there is problem. I again when to them, they again repaired it fourth time . After a month, the problem of noise still persists, so I again visited and they told me that they will solve the problem and this was promised by the Manager. After two days, they told me that the problem could not be solved this problem remains there. But I told them that I spent Rs. 12, 000/- on it and still I didn't satisfied with the service provided to me. Manager told me that this noise will remains due to seizing of engine and may increase . But I spent Rs. 12, 000/- for this. The first time I got it, it was ok. But after a month its giving me the problem it means that there is some manufacturing defect in the bike. Sir, therefore, I request you to please sort out my bike problem or replace it with new one. I already had occurred a too much harassment, mental agony, and money problem due to lot of expenses on the bike and money spent travel to my college without bike. I have to pay lot of money in auto-rickshaw to reach the college. Once again, It is requested to sort out my problem. I trusted the brand but if now anybody asked me about Yamaha I will not give the positive response due to the inconvenience caused to me. From Brij Bhushan [protected]

                                        Hi, I would like to report on the service degree of the below mentioned Yamaha dealer at Chennai. Dealer Details Raj Yamaha No 2/325, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Thoraipakkam, Near Jain College, Chennai - 600096 I have bought Yamaha FZ 16 from the above dealer on July 18, 2013. Since then I have been receiving a pathetic service from them. VEHICLE CLEARNING This the most pathetic thing of all. Any lay man who gives his vehicle for a service would expect to get his vehicle in a clean state, if not the other technical aspects of the bike has been looked into. Not even once this has happened with the above dealer. They wash the bike like the bike has drenched in a monsoon rain. All the dirt around the engine space was all intact every time I gave for a service. Inspite of complaining about it when I get it delivered, they just dust those with a cloth just for the sake of the complaint. AND HENCEFORTH I HAVE STOPPED GIVING MY BIKE TO SERVICE AT THIS CENTRE. INFACT I HAVE LOST THE TRUST THAT I HAD IN ANY YAMAHA SHOWROOM. SPARE When I got my bike delivered on July 18, 2013, there was a blemish with the rear grab bar. When I enquired about it, they ensured they would replace it once they get those spares in stock which they said would take about 2 weeks. Since then I'm calling the centre every 2 weeks until now (October 2014) for almost a year and a half, and still they continue to say that it would take another 2 weeks and I have my grab bar still left unfixed. TAKING MORE THAN A YEAR AND A HALF AND STILL COUNTING TO GET A SPARE PART, WOULD YOU CALL THIS A PLEASANT SERVICE? CUSTOMER SERVICE This the first thing that I hate to go to this dealer. They just treat the customer like they are doing a favour for them. No respect at all in the first place. When the customer asks for an information about the service that he is not sure about, he'll have to solicit the representatives every now and then and just wait for hours together at the centre. I was totally ridiculed when I faced such a situation. No information about any aspect of the service is provided. DO YOU EXPECT THE CUSTOMER TO BEG FOR INFORMATION FROM THE CENTRE. When I did a little research on this dealer over the internet, I was taken aback to see at least thousands of other customers felt the same way that I did. The reviews of this dealer is so devastating. A few of my colleagues who reside around my place and were aware of this pathetic service, went for bikes from other manufacturers though FZ was their first love. I TRUELY REPENT FOR GETTING A BIKE FROM SUCH A DEALER, WHICH MAKES TO RE-THINK IF I EVER HAVE TO GO FOR A YAMAHA BIKE/SCOOTER AGAIN. With such kind of service and dealership, I'm just of the opinion Yamaha is ought to loose a huge user base and its high time to look over it
