I am really very disappointed with Yahama Bike service station (RAJ Yamaha, Thuraipakkam). I would like to attract your attention on few major incidents :- 1.They handed over the "SERVICED" vehicle with lots of dust, which was not cleared even after complaining. 2.Small faults in bike parts which can be repaired are also advised to be replaced. This is simply a money making scheme and not expected from an esteemed Company like yours. 3.They don't entertain customers in case of emergencies, which resulted in me having to change my bike tyres and incurring a cost of Rs. 5, 500/-. I have earlier used Bajaj Pulsar and Hero Honda Bikes and have got excellent service from them. Unfortunately you have not been able to live up to their standards and have provided extremely dissapointing services. The experience is HORRIBLE to say the least.

    dear sir/madam, I bought a yamaha FZ bike on 15th september 2014, from MSP MOTO WORLD, #215, 100 ft ring road, 3rd phase, 3rd stage Banashankari, Bangalore - 560085, Tel :[protected],[protected], The complete scenario : when i took bike, it has been registered in my fathers name, so i dint have my fathers document that time, so they took the bike form me on 5th OCTOBER 2014, and i submitted all the documents on 16th OCTOBER 2014, and still they had the vehicle and they did the first servicing on 22nd OCTOBER 2014, and after that when i asked for bike, they told that the battery has broken down, and they will change it and after that only i can take the bike, and when i asked for my bike they are keep telling that the bike is under servicing and also telling that give 1300 rs and we will give you a new battery. Today on 30th OCTOBER, after 8 days of servicing till they are telling the same thing, kindly please take action for this issue so that i will get my bike as soon as possible in good condition. Thank You

      Sir, I m a Yamaha customer, I have received a letter from ICICI LOMBARD GENERL INSURANCE, saying that the insurance has been cancelled for cover note no. 90722908 issued against vehicle bearing 2NC1111293 and chassis no. ME12NC015E2111409. this is due to non delivery of vehicle. I have scanned and sent the same copy to my dealer JMB (jain moto bike - T nagar) on 24th Oct. I did not get any response on this still. I called him and doing followup. Please let me know why is this happens, what could be the possible solution for this. Please help me, Thank in advance.         Respected Sir/Madam, Myself Brij Bhushan R/o # B-17 C.S.I.O CAMPUS SECTOR 30 C CHANDIGARH. I want to say that I had purchased Yamaha Bike FZ-16 Mid night edition on Oct 2011. I have trust on Yamaha brand that's why I spend Rs. 86000/- to buy. I am a student . I need to travel daily 26 km per side or 52 to 54 both sides. I serviced my bike on regular intervals. But due to some circumstances, the service was skipped for 2 months and I am facing problem in my bike. I went to agency to check up they said the engine was seized due to delay in service. They said there is a expenditure of Rs. 10, 000 to Rs.12, 000 . The outsider asked for Rs.4000 to Rs.6000 . I still trusted on Yamaha agency and spend Rs. 12000 . I gave importance to trust not to money. After ten days, I got my bike it was ok, but after a month, my bike was making some little noise and next day it was increased . so, I went to agency to check up they said that noise was normal but I said it's not . They replied ok, you will give us for service we checked and solved the problem. After two days, I got my bike but still it has little noise they told me it will be ok after two or three days. But still there is problem. I again when to them, they again repaired it fourth time . After a month, the problem of noise still persists, so I again visited and they told me that they will solve the problem and this was promised by the Manager. After two days, they told me that the problem could not be solved this problem remains there. But I told them that I spent Rs. 12, 000/- on it and still I didn't satisfied with the service provided to me. Manager told me that this noise will remains due to seizing of engine and may increase . But I spent Rs. 12, 000/- for this. The first time I got it, it was ok. But after a month its giving me the problem it means that there is some manufacturing defect in the bike. Sir, therefore, I request you to please sort out my bike problem or replace it with new one. I already had occurred a too much harassment, mental agony, and money problem due to lot of expenses on the bike and money spent travel to my college without bike. I have to pay lot of money in auto-rickshaw to reach the college. Once again, It is requested to sort out my problem. I trusted the brand but if now anybody asked me about Yamaha I will not give the positive response due to the inconvenience caused to me. From Brij Bhushan [protected]

          Hi, I would like to report on the service degree of the below mentioned Yamaha dealer at Chennai. Dealer Details Raj Yamaha No 2/325, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Thoraipakkam, Near Jain College, Chennai - 600096 I have bought Yamaha FZ 16 from the above dealer on July 18, 2013. Since then I have been receiving a pathetic service from them. VEHICLE CLEARNING This the most pathetic thing of all. Any lay man who gives his vehicle for a service would expect to get his vehicle in a clean state, if not the other technical aspects of the bike has been looked into. Not even once this has happened with the above dealer. They wash the bike like the bike has drenched in a monsoon rain. All the dirt around the engine space was all intact every time I gave for a service. Inspite of complaining about it when I get it delivered, they just dust those with a cloth just for the sake of the complaint. AND HENCEFORTH I HAVE STOPPED GIVING MY BIKE TO SERVICE AT THIS CENTRE. INFACT I HAVE LOST THE TRUST THAT I HAD IN ANY YAMAHA SHOWROOM. SPARE When I got my bike delivered on July 18, 2013, there was a blemish with the rear grab bar. When I enquired about it, they ensured they would replace it once they get those spares in stock which they said would take about 2 weeks. Since then I'm calling the centre every 2 weeks until now (October 2014) for almost a year and a half, and still they continue to say that it would take another 2 weeks and I have my grab bar still left unfixed. TAKING MORE THAN A YEAR AND A HALF AND STILL COUNTING TO GET A SPARE PART, WOULD YOU CALL THIS A PLEASANT SERVICE? CUSTOMER SERVICE This the first thing that I hate to go to this dealer. They just treat the customer like they are doing a favour for them. No respect at all in the first place. When the customer asks for an information about the service that he is not sure about, he'll have to solicit the representatives every now and then and just wait for hours together at the centre. I was totally ridiculed when I faced such a situation. No information about any aspect of the service is provided. DO YOU EXPECT THE CUSTOMER TO BEG FOR INFORMATION FROM THE CENTRE. When I did a little research on this dealer over the internet, I was taken aback to see at least thousands of other customers felt the same way that I did. The reviews of this dealer is so devastating. A few of my colleagues who reside around my place and were aware of this pathetic service, went for bikes from other manufacturers though FZ was their first love. I TRUELY REPENT FOR GETTING A BIKE FROM SUCH A DEALER, WHICH MAKES TO RE-THINK IF I EVER HAVE TO GO FOR A YAMAHA BIKE/SCOOTER AGAIN. With such kind of service and dealership, I'm just of the opinion Yamaha is ought to loose a huge user base and its high time to look over it

            Hello All, I have booked ( JAIN MOTO BIKE PVT LTD, T NAGAR, CHENNAI-17, ) FZ FI Version 2.0, on 22.08.14 .Dealer promised to delivery of bike within 1 to 2 week, But waiting for 1 and 1/2 months I got bike on 10 OCT 2014 without any documents.After following him i got the insurance.But Still I didn't received number for bike from RTO.The Showroom sales officer said your bike is registered, you will get number the next day. but it is almost a week the sales officer said your bike got registered, I Didn't find that my bike got registered, sales officer is lying that it got registered and saying that because of RTO only the number is getting late. I didn't get the registration number, the showroom is not responding to it.Kindly take feedback from customer on timely basis so that showroom will stop misbehaving with the customer and name of Yamaha will not vanished.I am still waiting for RTO passing number from showroom.Please kindly took feedback customer and start new changes in the system.So that people will believe on Yamaha.Otherwise there r many options in the market is coming.Do call me on my number [protected] Thanks

              Myself Aravind k, from koramangala bangalore ([protected]), i have purchased yamaha fzs bike in ORIAN MOTORS KORAMANGALA on May 23 2014 vehicle number KA 01 HF 2057, and i have steam and cone set problem from date of purchase, and i have left my bike more than 15 times of the services, but still they have not solved my problem til now, and the showroom is not responding at all and at the time of 4th services the service person has not tight the bolts of the Handel they are so irresponsible.

                Showroom Doesn't care for customer after Paying Money

                  Dear buyers, this is my personal suggestions to all, please don't buy any product from YAMAHA. I brought yamaha r15 on[protected] from the first day I found too many problems and showed that to the yamaha showroom people also. (After taking delivery) but he didn't fix anything else but he said it'll be alright after 100 kms drive. But it didn't solve. After he said 'you go to service centre they will fix the issue '. Then I given my bike to first free service and to fix the noises, but they are also not done anything. After that I complain to the yamaha manufacturers, after few days i got one call from perfect raiders people (her name is sharanya CRM) she told me to come back to lalbag road head office to fix that noise. Immediately I given my bike to do that job. They received my bike and told me to come evening at 5pm. So after 5 I came back to take delivery that time they did some scratches and THEFT PETROL from my bike. Totally they sold me the faulty products and no one responding. And that bike is RUSTING. This is the quality of yamaha. So friends PLEASE DON'T BUY YAMAHA PRODUCTS.

                    i given my bike for service due to an accident on 5/07/14 in sri motors, 41D, thiru vi ka industrial Estate, Ekkattuthangal:[protected], chennai-32, i m not satisfied with my bike service more complain and issues in my bike ... Bike Reg no:TN36 T 6742, Vechile :FZ16, Mec, Sup:Sridhar, Karthick, Siva... i paid lot of money but its not in proper service...just i need neccessary action for my bike...i have all bills concern to the service which has done...

                      Myself N.Dilipkumar, an IT employee and a proud owner of Yamaha SZ-R. My father is also using Yamaha(Libero LX) since 2006 and thus we have two Yamaha bikes at home. Basically people trust Yamaha for the quality of vehicle and the service provided by Yamaha. But, recently i have had a horrible experience with Raj Yamaha near Velachery. I will brief my experience below with a belief that I will get proper justice. Day 1: I went to the service center to handover my bike for service. I have requested them to correct 3 problems in my bike. Tight the Chain as it was in loose condition. Adjust the fuel valve to yield a better mileage as it is giving only 33KMPL. Loosen the clutch a bit. They noted down everything in the job sheet. By evening i got a call from the service center asking me to collect the bike as they are done with the service. I said I got stuck in office and I can't come so I will collect next day morning. Day 2: I went to collect my bike and i witnessed a worst service. The mud was there near the wheel as how i left, crow was there in the shock absorber as how i left, unclean wheel base with dirty patches, the clutch control was not adjusted at all, the neutral light was not flashing and i noticed that someone has turned the key on and left the bike for the whole night which in turn consumed all the battery(I really suspect if they have replaced my battery). I started taking the photographs and 3 people came and asked me why and i told them the reason. Suddenly they started cleaning my vehicle and asked me to leave it there for another day so that they will clean properly and give me. I trusted and left my bike asking them to correct all these. I left my helmet by informing the receptionist that i will collect it while taking my bike after service. But, when i went on to collect the bike in the evening i noticed that my engine was getting off during running condition, my helmet's glass was completely broken into pieces. I badly needed my bike and also it was close to 7 PM so only the security was there to handover the bike to me. So i took my bike without taking the helmet from the service center and left the place. Next morning I went to ask why my bike is getting off every 10mts and only then a mechanic went for a test drive and noticed that it was not even tested after the service. Later, he took my bike inside and came back saying the air filter is gone and it need to be replaced and asked me to come after a week as there was no stock available. I really got annoyed and asked him why it failed after servicing because it was good before i handed over the bike. Now, I demand an explanation for the below things. Why they haven't cleaned the bike on the first day and delivered me without doing the service properly? Why the battery got drained after doing the service? Why the air filter didn't function properly after the service and if it was really non-functional why they didn't inform me about replacing it while doing service? Why the mechanic didn't do even a few meters test ride before delivering the bike to the customer(me)? Why they broke my helmet glass even after knowing that it belongs to the customer? Important thing is my bike's performance has become very worst and i am not even able to cross 100 meters continuously without the engine getting turned off :-( . I have done service in erode, coimbatore and at other branches in chennai as well but i have never experienced such a worst service anywhere. Also, this is the second time i am getting dissatisfied with this service center. First time it was the delay(3 days) that annoyed and this time it is the very poor service quality that made me to write this e-mail. I strongly believe that Yamaha will take necessary action to provide justice for my loss of money, time and ill-treatment. Thanks! I hereby attach the photo proofs for all the above complaints.                         I purchased Yamaha FZ BSIII on 7.7.2014, on 23.09.2014 evening at 4.00pm there was a problem with my byke, I contacted Yamaha show room (Ashoka motors India private limited, 12-8-452 &453 Opp rail kalyan, Mettuguda, Secunderabad ) where from i purchased my Vehicle. No response was there from show room staff for long time and after some time they answered that they are busy and not possible to attend the problem, till now the byke is lying on the road and no body attended the job, Even though I am ready to pay the entire charge for the repair of byke. I was totally disappointed about the behaviour and response from the international brand like Yamaha and felt sorry to go to the brand like this which is having a very poor customer support.

                            Im having yamaha YZF R15 V2 of 22000 kms odo, feels more heat is dissipated from the engine at short 2-5 kms range but no sensor lights are indicating in the cluster..and the fans is also not not running... I have tried a drive of 120 kms range since no lights are turned on in the cluster... Give me some solution as soon as possible

                              My yamaha scooter alfa purchased Veh no TN59 AD 4673 from Srinithi motors sub dealer /agent of sollaimalai anna nagar branch Madurai Tamilnadu pin code 625014, my complaint is it was a rough shuttering noise observed near clutch cover area of engine when i was riding the vehicle with my family after noticing this i informed to srnithi motors for a complete check up and rectify the fault, but hence the complete workshop is with main dealer sollaimalai and my vehicle is handed over to them, at this point they removed engine completely without informing me for removing of clutch cover /door assembly for a brand new scooter is this really the quality of product to be sold or level of standard which pass all level of test and certification . and out of all MR. senthil mech incharge a very fine acting gentle man replied to my query when i was asked to pay the ex pence cover to repair/service my vehicle which is not done by sollaimalai it is done locally in non-standard procedure due sollaimalai is not given or provided by yamaha company the specific tools to repair / service my scooter, my question is why a customer been put in very sick situation like harassing by asking the repair expense when the vehicle is not even completed it second service with engine not even touched 1500km now it is like creating a doubt / fear that weather i am opted for a non standard un reliable company product / dealer / scooter which can only give me such experience to this low level of customer satisfaction / service from m/s sollaimalai dealer can you kindly look in to cause of defect and way of meeting the customer complaints when it is manufacturer defect, your attention and care will be highly appreciated on quick action on the above said until getting a solution i will not take my scooter from srinithi motors avaniyapuram madurai, Tamil nadu. customer Jasmine Dinakaran MOBILE 91-[protected]

                                Hi, I bought new Yamaha fz 16 from "Orion Motors" Bangalore on 5th May 2014. From starting onwards I was feeling something wrong when it jumps a hump or moving through a gutter. It was giving some sound of hitting two iron rode. Not always but sometimes. I ignored it with a thought that it might be due to new product. But after first service, it started giving the same sound more frequently and I discussed the same thing while giving for second service at "Orion Motors". They told it is normal behaviour and nothing to worry about it. Now the situation becomes too worse. It is making big sound even passing a small gutter or applying disk break (same sound as you hear while travelling an old bus when it crosses a gutter. Some iron rodes are bombarding each other). It is too irritating. It was my big dream to own an Yamaha bike for long time. There was a lot of second hand bikes available in the market but I chose to buy new one since I am not interested to go to service center frequently. You guys disappointed me. I waited so much of time to accumulate money to buy new bike and that was a defective piece. I don't know whether you guys can do something or suggest something to get rid of this issue.                                   Respected Sir, I am Abhijit Misra from P.O.- Beldanga, Dist.- Murshidabad (W.B.), I have purchased a Yamaha bike SZ RR form "Eastern Auto Distributors" Berhampore, Murshidabad(W.B) Branch on dated 11/07/2014. From purchased date my bike's handle have some disputes (little curved), but that time I am not followed this and they also not followed. This problem came to know when I did first servicing. The service guy told me about this problem. So I have requested them to change my bike's handle but they told me we can't do anything because of your fault, why not you followed this at purchased time. That time I was new biker, I had no idea about bike, that'y I have not followed this. And Still now they have not provide me any papers like blue book, insurance book. For that I am facing too much problem from traffic police and others. I have a requested to you that please look into this matter for I will get the solution from both problem asap.
