We have purchased Yamaha Ray Z on 11th Aug 2014.The information received from the NANGANALLUR BRANCH - YAMAHA BIKERZ SHOWROOM, is to come back on Friday (15/8/2014) so that the number plate and front guard would be fitted on the day mentioned. We once again enquired on Thursday over the phone call and the confirmation was the same that they are working on Friday and asked us to come. When I reached the showroom and asked for the fittings today, they gave me the number plate and told you can take it if you want to be fitted soon and the front guard will be available only by Saturday. The information was given by a fat lady in charge ( I don't know her name). A girl picked up the phone call yesterday and gave me the information that they are working today. When I asked where is the girl who gave me such information yesterday, they told me she is not available and if I wanted to get the information I can find her. This is not a responsible answer from your side as a dealer or from the showroom. When the conversation went on I found that the girl who was along with the fat lady was the one who gave me information on the phone. When I asked her she just kept quite. Your showroom people tell me that they haven't given me any information that they will fit my bike's spare parts today. My question is : 1. If it is so, why has that girl not opened her mouth that she was the one who spoke over the call? 2. If only showroom will be opened and the mechanics are not available, they should have given me the proper information. 3. They knew very well that I'm coming there only for fittings and not for the other bike sale. So it is your responsibility to give me proper information that only sales department will be available. 4. They have given me a very irresponsible reply and unparliamentary words. So, I definitely want them to apologize to me and my friend. 5. They said me to take the number plate and asked me to fit myself i[censored]rgent. My question is: Why should I fit somewhere else when I have paid a ready cash completely not even a rupee less?? so, I DEMAND a very responsible answer and apology for this incident. 6. Moreover, I would like to tell you people to give a proper, sustaining service even after the customer has bought their vehicle and not only while the purchase. Your showroom people tell me that they have urgently made all arrangements for my bike to get delivered. Actually, there is no surprise that your people had made an urgent delivery because you people wanted to make a sale. And please dont give such lame excuses. It is not big surprise that you deliver us bike on time immediately. But it is a surprise that you people give us a proper response and same hospitality when we still come back to your showroom after purchase which those people lack just because they have given me my bike and there is no more sale from my side which is not benefit to them and they have their work done. I seriously condemn this and I DEMAND a proper response for my questions from you and the Nanganallur showroom - Yamaha bikerz branch and I demand apologize from those people who gave me irresponsible answers in the showroom. I strictly say this, else I would seriously file a case against the brach office and the people in the nanganallur branch and will Sue them.

    I instructed the service in-charge not to replace the engine oil during routine servicing as it was changed 5 days back in the same centre. Still they overlooked listen and charged the amount. He didnt admitted his mistake and misbehaved. Moreover they are using non-genuine spares in the service station. I don't feel this provides anything like an authorised service centre.       I travel 50-60 km per day for my marketing job, After lot of my money savings I selected alpha .The performance of the scooter is good, But I am very disappointed with the mileage corner as it gives only 30kms per liter even after 1st servicing . I feel I had taken wrong step by buying alpha bcz for my small family I am unable to save my money due to this contentiously filling the petrol for every 3 days.

        Dear Sir / Madam, I am Kunalpuri M. Goswami from Vadodara city Gujarat state. I havepurchased Yamaha Fzs from M/S. Dynamic Motors, saran buildings, A 19&20, Bhagvati park, op :- Bhadra lok apartment Old Padra Road, Vodadara-390020, on July 12th 2014, on cash, amount 79900/- includinginsurance, Invoice number:- 000168, details of the bike are as follow, · Vehicle Identification Number:- ME121C0J6E2045645· Engine Serial number :- 21CJ045865· Battery number :- 651150· Key number:- 3173Please note that I have purchased this bike for my younger brother whohas recently joined his new job as Marketing ExecutiveAfter riding the bike for around 200 kms the bike started givingpopping / misfires sound from the engine after bike’s engine getsheated running 40 to 45 kms and also the starter didn’t work when bikeis in gear, to start the bike every time I have to put it in neutraland then have to press start button which too take long cells to getthe bike start even when bike’s engine was quite hot. Also the poppingsound of the bike keep coming whenever I lower down the accelerator, so on 17th July 2014 I went to the show room with the problems, theyare having their own service center too so the service center incharge told me that nothing is to worry about that it is happeningbecause of some particles in petrol have jammed the carburetor soafter riding the bike for the while it will go away and he turn downmy complaint, but the problem stayed as it is without any change init, so on 18th July 2014 I again went to the showroom / servicecenter, then the in charge Mr. Hitesh Shah told me that keep the bikehere we will see and resolve the problem in give it back to you in theevening, I asked him the reason behind this problem but he told methat nothing to worry about it I have cleaned the carburetor now itwill not happen again, but still the either of the problems were notresolved, so again on 21st July 2014 went to the showroom / servicecenter again and requested Mr. Hitesh Shah to resolve this problem asmy brother cannot work without bike. So he changed spark plug and AISand then told now the problems are resolved, but as usual they werenot. So again on 22nd July 2014 I have in fact I was forced andfrustrated with the service of your dealers went there and told themabout the problems that they are not resolved and so Mr. Hitesh Shahagain asked me to keep the bike there one more time so I requestedthem to arrange a substitute vehicle as my brother’s new job wasgetting disturbed so after requesting them they arranged Yamaha Ray(Moped)GJ 06 FN 8778 for my brother that was also quite old not newone but as we were not having any choice we accepted it. On that dayMr. .Hitesh Shah changed some called “clutch switch” for startingproblem but still the problem was not resolved, so again I took thevideo as Mr. Hitesh was not believing on the fault I was asking themthey were not in the interest of resolving it instead they just turnme down somehow. Then again on 23rd July 2014 I again went there withthe same problem, this time I asked them to change my piece as theproblem was not getting resolved after changing and giving them thismany chances. Then they started showing their true colors one salesperson Named: - Mr. Sandip literally started abusing and shouting onme in front of everyone after having very hot arguments with them foralmost an hour they told me that “today our engineer which isappointed by Yamaha Mr. Neeraj Vaghela is going to come today at 12:30so keep bike over here we will show him as well as we will call youwhen he will come here. But whole day passed nobody called so in theevening we took pain to go there in heavy rain and to our surprise Mr.Hitesh Shah, has opened whole bike right from fuel tank to the upperpart of the engine (photographs of which are attached with this mailplease check it, my temporary RTO registration number is GJ06 TC 583which can be clearly seen in the photographs, ) Then I asked Mr. Hiteshthat with whose permission you have opened the engine at least youshould have taken a courtesy to call me before doing this then he toldme that Mr. Neeraj Vaghela (your Expert Engineer ) told him to do soon phone as he could not come due to rain in Ahmedabad(we werestruggling with problem here each day and your engineer was enjoyingrain at home ), but I was completely unsatisfied as what he haschanged after opening the engine I don’t know also he has not preparedany job card (yellow card/form) for it or get it signed from me when Iasked him that I want to talk to the owner of the showroom that tooafter hot arguments he called his owner, I told owner Mr. Saran JogMalhotra about the problem he told that he was not knowing about suchthings, so I simply asked him to change the piece as I am not going totake this opened engine piece so first he tried to turn down requestby telling me that once the RTO registration has been done bike cannotbe replaced now, for your information my native is Bharuch so I haveapplied for the RTO passing from there and paid the passing fees therebut when I asked my RTO agent he told me that it is possible as stillRegistration number has yet not came. But Mr. Saranjog convinced me towait for one more day as your expert engineer Mr. Neeraj Vaghela isgoing to come and as soon as he will come we will call you. So nextday 24th July 2014 as usual there was no phone call from anyone thereso again I called them the person who answered the call told me thatyour Fzs is ready come and take it, i asked him about the Expertengineer he told me that he went away after solving your problem yourbike is ok now come and take it. So when I went there Mr.NeerajVaghela was present there and bike still was whole opened. By seeingthis my heart missed a beat so I decided that now I don’t want thispiece because now if your Expert engineer Mr.Neeraj would wave amagical wand over it still I don’t want that piece as I will remainunsatisfied all the time riding it, then I asked Mr. Neeraj Vaghelaabout the problem to my surprise he was not knowing the problem hestarted asking Mr. Hitesh about it, Mr. Hitesh instead of telling himthe problem kept on repeating the same thing bike is ok you take it, then i told about the problem of popping and starting to Mr.Vaghelathen he just throttled the bike two three time on the BAY and toldbike is ok pack it and give it to the party, without taking any testdrive by himself as I have discussed earlier bike shows this problemafter running for some time after engine got heated up, how can hetell that even without taking the test drive and his tone was veryharsh towards us he was not ready to listen to any of our problems, Ihave kept the bike over there only as it is and still it’s there I amnot going to take that same piece again. I want new piece so pleasetake my complaint seriously and replace my bike or else my next stepwould be Consumer court. Please do the needful further and change mybike.Out of 12 days from the purchase which was on 12th July 2014 followingday bike was in service center, 1. 18th July 20142. 21st July 20143. 22nd July 20144. 23rd July 20145. 24th July 2014Out of 12 days 5 days bike was with service center and one whole dayin presence of Expert engineer still neither service center nor ExpertEngineer Mr. Neeraj Vaghela was confident enough to tell us that thisproblem will not come again so how can I be confident on this piecenow??????           Sir/madam, I'm Sudharsan. Im using yamaha FZ-S from 20/12/2011 . I have 2 main problem. One is rear wheel tyre . every 15000 km i changed the tyre. becasuse its one side damge quickly another side is good. second problem is millage .while im driving in 60 km speed, its given 35 kmpl, and I replaced the cluth cable every 1500 km. kindly do the needful for the problem,

            Dear sir/madam, I have purchased one yamaha ray form jodhpur dealership on 27/4/2013.this is my second complaint that almost one year gone and i still not received my registration certificated form dealership.when ever i contact them they are not respond always says sir our agent left job so we trying sometimes says that r/c cards are not available at R.               I went to the Venkatesha Yamaha Motors showroom in Ameerpet (lal bungalow), where I bought my YAMAHA FZ-S bike and handed it over for paid service and its 4th time. They asked me to collect it in the evening after 6pm. So i went and collected it and since it was good to look (of-course any serviced bike), when I tried to drive for a minute, the bike’s speedo meter started shaking and it was not their when I brought for servicing. I noticed that instantly, and informed to the same with the in-charge over there (Chandrasekhar) and he replied like carelessness and went to the defense and said that they were not responsible and that I must have hit it somewhere. I was very upset by this and have decided that I will never give my bike to Venkatesha Yamaha Motors showroom for service. Also for guys who are living in Ameerpet or surrounding areas, DONT GO WITH VENKATESHA YAMAHA MOTORS IN AMEERPET. Do it from somewhere else.

                I had purchased Yamaha FZS limited edition on 22 December 2013, while driving my byk some bad smell like (wire burnt) smell is coming, I complainted in service centre which is located in Chittoor (andhra pradesh ), they said that it is common in FZS byk . Is it rite i, wether it Is common please rectify it otherwise make it solve for it

                I had purchased Yamaha FZ16 black on 10th January 2014, while driving I always getting some bad smell like (wire burnt) in the engine, I have Complainted to BIKERZ Yamaha(Authorized Dealer), service centre which is located in Nandanam(Chennai ), but they said that it is common in FZ16 bike, . I don't know whether the reason is rite or not???
                If it Is common please rectify it otherwise make it solve for it...

                  sir, I purchased a Yamaha R15 on 26th May 2014 from YAMAHA India Yamaha Motor Pvt Ltd BB-102, VIP PARK, NARAYANTALA (WEST) PRAFULLA KANAN, KOLKATA-700059..Chasis No-ME1RG0614E0004085 and Engine No-G3C7E0004087 But I did not get my permanent registration number or number plate so fare.Yes I got temporary registration number, but its validity will end on 16th of July 2014. There are so many sales person in that outlet, whenever I ask them for my number plate they told me that I will get it very soon.But right now I did not get it.After selling the bike each and every time I call them for my number plate.They are very irresponsible after sell the bike.They do not show any courtesy.So many friends of mine register their bike at P.V.D KOLKATA on same day when I also register my bike.Except me everybody get their number plate.So please sir look after my problem, its a humble request to you.                     I have purchased FZS by July 2013 in M/S SAIRAM MOTORS PADI CHENNAI - 600050, from then I am continuously fasing the inefficiencies in my bike due to the mileage & engine issue that is its giving around 25 - 28 KMPL only from the day one which I have complained in every free services with M/S SAIRAM MOTORS PADI (even informed to the service manager) which is not been resolved yet and now from the 4th free service I am having the serious issue as engine-off issue occurs even while riding & releasing throttle. I don't know what they are trying to do, I have purchased a bike and its having the serious issue and the service center executives is not looking in to that only because of the free service calls. Kindly intervene with this and do the needful to get rectify my bike issues otherwise i will do some online forum complaints about this poor service responses.

                      This is my complaint & this is my complaint number is IC-09424-V8V0 is not solved by Aadrash Yamaha Lajpat Nagar dealer side which date is committed by him.Only RTO slip is given to me by Mr. Om parkash who was recently working in Aadrash Okhla when i call him every time he gives excuse to me & say to me please give 2-3 days times to us to solve this issue but from last 5 month i will not get right information of my bike RC correction.

                      I think you not check my complaint number on your customer care portal I also many times registered my complaint in your customer care but i don't get any good response from your customer care side I think Yamaha have to improve his customer care contact number because your customer care toll free number is not working properly no one from your customer care pick phone on time mostly times it will take 30-40 minutes long period time.

                          I will bought my Yamaha fazer bike from Gemini bike tech at Trichy.I will give a free service my bike 4 times in this Gemini bike tech any problem should not happen for my bike with good customer satisfaction .and finally I go for my 6th service in that company but regular workers are changed in the company I will doughtfully asked I will come for my service and the receptionist come will come and take all details from my service booklet and ask what are the problems in bike also I tell my major problem oil leakage in front wheel right side shock absorber she will noted and ask free service or paid service. I tell I don't know see in my service book she will see and tell u have a free service and tare the 6th service coupon in my service booklet and note my others problems in job card and finally she noted my running km of bike and signed as a Ss.yamaha I will shocked and it is not a Gemini bike tech and then she tell its Gemini bike tech sold to their showroom to Ss Yamaha single board is not there to intimate name of the dealer and then She will give one card and tell come with during the time of delivery.today(03.07.2014) is my deliver day of bike any call from that Yamaha showroom so I call the showroom and ask about the delivery time of vehicle company will give a shock to me your vehicle ready and it's not a free service it's a paid service i ask wat u tell don't service my bike and company tell your service is completed come with 1110rs for delivery and evening I go for delivery then the company will tell many reasons to cost of the service I will ask why will not inform to me before service my bike company will not give any correct reason to me and finally I tell ok I ignored to pay 450extra for paid service before I tested my bike for any problem is there company will give my bike ride it was a same oil leakage problem occurred in the bike I ask abt the company u will paid another 300 labur charge to solve the problem and do not give bike to me I was cheated by Yamaha many of the customers are fighted in the showroom as like me .sieverly action for this irresponsible for custamers due to the irresponsible of Ss Yamaha Trichy I will walk for a week without my bike please take my complaint actioned immediately

                            I purchase FZ-s before 8 month from your delar kamla yamaha at mumbai, i did regularly service of my bike at authorize service station, after running around 5000 km and done 4 services on time my bike give 38 to 40.km per litter average. In each service at Kamala yamaha service station i lodged complain about average but they people are unable to resolve, company 's recommandation average is 45 to 50 km per litter, but i never fill such avg. And also battery problem but no body can give me responsible answer about my problem

                              Its been more than 2 months i have never received proper communication from show person regarding my RC book and other free accessories. I have been trying to reach the show room more than 20-25 times and no body is bothered to transfer me to the Show room manager (Dhil shet). Even if some one transfer she is not responding keeping the phone aside and talking to some one. Also she talks very cheaply and telling its responsibility of the customer to call the showroom and follow up. I am badly hurt by her words and i need justice. Note: i booked my bike in the month of March 30th and i paid full cash. They promised that they will deliver the bike in 2 days times but its more than 20 days and no body bothered to call me and update on the delivery of bike. I am very much stressed because of this. I need justice to this and because of this poor customer service it made me not to recommend yamaha to any of my friends.                               Dear Yamaha customer care, My name is T.S.Kishore Srivathsan and I own a Wilderness black yamaha Fazer model with the registration number TN 48 AC 3164. I bought during the month of september 2014 at tiruchrappalli and had completed two free services at S.S.Yamaha motors, Chatram Bus Stand (Near Karur By-pass road), Trichy. During both the serivices, i stated the clutch becomes tighter affecting the bike pick up speed. So they adjusted and delivered it to me. Recently during the month of january i moved the bike to Chennai through Parveen travels and within a month, again my clutch got very tight and my bike's pick up speed got drastically affected. So, I contacted sai ram motors, Wavin, Chennai for adjustment and they stated that it was already on full adjustment. When they opened the clutch box, they found out that one of the clutch plate's surface was fully spoiled. They stated that this would happen when the driver did some rough driving. Apparently, when i argued that i did not drive more than 2000 kms and had made a same complaint twice at S.S.yamaha motors, they said that this would also happen if they S.S. yamaha did not open the clutch box and inspect. So they made a replacement of that clutch plate for free of cost. And within a week, i am facing the same problem and another clutch plate is spoiled now. They could not find the problem with the clutch assembly and since this is not covering under Warranty, i have to pay an amount of Rs.3000/- now. The supervisor at Sai ram motors also stated that if, by chance, this problem occurs again after the replacement, i must pay again. I am very upset with Yamaha's poor service since this is certainly not the driver's fault. I really demand Yamaha to identify the problem exactly and make a replacement under warranty or else i will have to book a case at consumer court with the bills and evidences.

                                  I am G.SAKTHIVELKUMAR. I purchase the vehicle in YAMAHA FZ-S to 12.08.2012. I have changed the vehicle rear wheel tyre in six months to after vehicle purchase. Because, rear wheel tyre full depreciate in one side.I told many more times in YAMAHA show room for vehicle service time. But, they are not responding to this issue and handled the customers in very cheaply. Know, the same problem continuously. Please do the needful.

                                    I droped my bike yamaha fz reg. No. Cg 10 m 9990 at serang yamaha, fishness harbour, thopampady, kochi - 684 005 on 19 may 2014. It almost 01 month completed. But still they did not repair the bike. Whenever i call, they reply to contect next day.
                                    The bike on esurance cover also. I submitted the claim. It requested to action to be taken accordingly.

I went to Exide showroom lawrance road on 6/6/2014, they told me that Yamaha has given old battery to you(of year 2012) so we can not change it . they gave me a letter and told me to give it to the ur SETCO showroom they will provide u a new battery. But I went to SETCO showroom they refused to change the new battery and give me ur consumer complaint phone no to contact there because according to them the battery has come with bike from YAMAHA. I called up on ur compaint no[protected] so many time even monday(9/6/2014) at 8 am sharp but received busy and waiting message for 35 minutes (even i had 1 waiting no) but could not talk . So what should I do What is my Fault ? just purchased a YAMAHA. How many step I have to follow just to replace a Battery? I have attached my invoice and exide letter with this mail.                                         I booked an ALPHA scooter on 26th may 2014 at REGENT YAMAHA ( Payyannur, kannur, kerala) with full cash around 54500 INR and we were planning to deliver on[protected], because its a birthday gift.When I am booking, i clearly mentioned that I want a scooter without running.That time they promised me.
                                        When they delivering the vehicle i noticed that the scooter already cover 60km. I asked them for clarification, because when I am booking clearly mentioned that i don't want the vehicle without running. They convinced me that, as per Yamaha rule, they (dealer ) have to ride the vehicle for testing, that is why they are rode 60km.
                                        After delivery of vehicle i ridden just 300m, i found that the front wheel is wobbling and the vehicle is goes sideways. I returned to the showroom, they told me go to service center.At the service center, i met the supervisor and told him to check. That time he questioned me that, why don't you check the air, go and fill the air from any of the petrol pump. First time i heard this type answer from a supervisor. At least they have to consider me as a new customer, because the vehicle is delivered just before 10 min. I told him that its not the problem of air, its the problem of front fork. At at last they agreed, they started to repair the vehicle.Its a small service center so i stand in front the main door to see what they are doing.At time the supervisor came and scold me that, as per yamaha rule customer can't see the servicing procedure and there is a camera fo checking this. I have more than 5 year experience as a service engineer in maruthi suzuki and HONDA, but first time i heard this YAMAHA rule.That first day only i completely disappointed, i told them that, i dont want that damaged vehicle, i want a new vehicle. That day i didn't take the vehicle.
                                        Next day the sales manager called that they are not ready to give me a new vehicle. I informed him, i gonna file a case against you in court. On next day i got a call from manager regarding the delivery of new vehicle. But Till today evening (03-*06-2014) I dint get any positive response from dealers.I planned to buy that vehicle as a birthday gift. I really fed up with YAMAHA bad service.
