Sir,
I purchase FZ-s before 8 month from your delar kamla yamaha at mumbai, i did regularly service of my bike at authorize service station, after running around 5000 km and done 4 services on time my bike give 38 to 40.km per litter average. In each service at Kamala yamaha service station i lodged complain about average but they people are unable to resolve, company 's recommandation average is 45 to 50 km per litter, but i never fill such avg. And also battery problem but no body can give me responsible answer about my problem

    Its been more than 2 months i have never received proper communication from show person regarding my RC book and other free accessories. I have been trying to reach the show room more than 20-25 times and no body is bothered to transfer me to the Show room manager (Dhil shet). Even if some one transfer she is not responding keeping the phone aside and talking to some one. Also she talks very cheaply and telling its responsibility of the customer to call the showroom and follow up. I am badly hurt by her words and i need justice. Note: i booked my bike in the month of March 30th and i paid full cash. They promised that they will deliver the bike in 2 days times but its more than 20 days and no body bothered to call me and update on the delivery of bike. I am very much stressed because of this. I need justice to this and because of this poor customer service it made me not to recommend yamaha to any of my friends.     Dear Yamaha customer care, My name is T.S.Kishore Srivathsan and I own a Wilderness black yamaha Fazer model with the registration number TN 48 AC 3164. I bought during the month of september 2014 at tiruchrappalli and had completed two free services at S.S.Yamaha motors, Chatram Bus Stand (Near Karur By-pass road), Trichy. During both the serivices, i stated the clutch becomes tighter affecting the bike pick up speed. So they adjusted and delivered it to me. Recently during the month of january i moved the bike to Chennai through Parveen travels and within a month, again my clutch got very tight and my bike's pick up speed got drastically affected. So, I contacted sai ram motors, Wavin, Chennai for adjustment and they stated that it was already on full adjustment. When they opened the clutch box, they found out that one of the clutch plate's surface was fully spoiled. They stated that this would happen when the driver did some rough driving. Apparently, when i argued that i did not drive more than 2000 kms and had made a same complaint twice at S.S.yamaha motors, they said that this would also happen if they S.S. yamaha did not open the clutch box and inspect. So they made a replacement of that clutch plate for free of cost. And within a week, i am facing the same problem and another clutch plate is spoiled now. They could not find the problem with the clutch assembly and since this is not covering under Warranty, i have to pay an amount of Rs.3000/- now. The supervisor at Sai ram motors also stated that if, by chance, this problem occurs again after the replacement, i must pay again. I am very upset with Yamaha's poor service since this is certainly not the driver's fault. I really demand Yamaha to identify the problem exactly and make a replacement under warranty or else i will have to book a case at consumer court with the bills and evidences.

        I am G.SAKTHIVELKUMAR. I purchase the vehicle in YAMAHA FZ-S to 12.08.2012. I have changed the vehicle rear wheel tyre in six months to after vehicle purchase. Because, rear wheel tyre full depreciate in one side.I told many more times in YAMAHA show room for vehicle service time. But, they are not responding to this issue and handled the customers in very cheaply. Know, the same problem continuously. Please do the needful.

          I droped my bike yamaha fz reg. No. Cg 10 m 9990 at serang yamaha, fishness harbour, thopampady, kochi - 684 005 on 19 may 2014. It almost 01 month completed. But still they did not repair the bike. Whenever i call, they reply to contect next day.
          The bike on esurance cover also. I submitted the claim. It requested to action to be taken accordingly.

I went to Exide showroom lawrance road on 6/6/2014, they told me that Yamaha has given old battery to you(of year 2012) so we can not change it . they gave me a letter and told me to give it to the ur SETCO showroom they will provide u a new battery. But I went to SETCO showroom they refused to change the new battery and give me ur consumer complaint phone no to contact there because according to them the battery has come with bike from YAMAHA. I called up on ur compaint no[protected] so many time even monday(9/6/2014) at 8 am sharp but received busy and waiting message for 35 minutes (even i had 1 waiting no) but could not talk . So what should I do What is my Fault ? just purchased a YAMAHA. How many step I have to follow just to replace a Battery? I have attached my invoice and exide letter with this mail.               I booked an ALPHA scooter on 26th may 2014 at REGENT YAMAHA ( Payyannur, kannur, kerala) with full cash around 54500 INR and we were planning to deliver on[protected], because its a birthday gift.When I am booking, i clearly mentioned that I want a scooter without running.That time they promised me.
              When they delivering the vehicle i noticed that the scooter already cover 60km. I asked them for clarification, because when I am booking clearly mentioned that i don't want the vehicle without running. They convinced me that, as per Yamaha rule, they (dealer ) have to ride the vehicle for testing, that is why they are rode 60km.
              After delivery of vehicle i ridden just 300m, i found that the front wheel is wobbling and the vehicle is goes sideways. I returned to the showroom, they told me go to service center.At the service center, i met the supervisor and told him to check. That time he questioned me that, why don't you check the air, go and fill the air from any of the petrol pump. First time i heard this type answer from a supervisor. At least they have to consider me as a new customer, because the vehicle is delivered just before 10 min. I told him that its not the problem of air, its the problem of front fork. At at last they agreed, they started to repair the vehicle.Its a small service center so i stand in front the main door to see what they are doing.At time the supervisor came and scold me that, as per yamaha rule customer can't see the servicing procedure and there is a camera fo checking this. I have more than 5 year experience as a service engineer in maruthi suzuki and HONDA, but first time i heard this YAMAHA rule.That first day only i completely disappointed, i told them that, i dont want that damaged vehicle, i want a new vehicle. That day i didn't take the vehicle.
              Next day the sales manager called that they are not ready to give me a new vehicle. I informed him, i gonna file a case against you in court. On next day i got a call from manager regarding the delivery of new vehicle. But Till today evening (03-*06-2014) I dint get any positive response from dealers.I planned to buy that vehicle as a birthday gift. I really fed up with YAMAHA bad service.

                  engine not good in condition even after several complaints

                  I bought my YAMAHA SZR bike on 12-12-12, the bike was good upto 2nd service. from 2nd serice onwards, it is facing some beating problem and also unwanted sound from engine. The same was complained by me several times. The Dealer replaced some of the parts in Engine. But no improvement noticed till today. The service engineer also saying that the bike is good.                     Model : Yamaha SS 125 Reg. no.: TN 57 AT 4343 Dealer : ORPI, Tirupur. Serviced at: ORPI, COimbatore I ve serviced the bike 6 times so far on schedule. Every time my complaints are same, i.e. 1. Valve Sound 2. Heavy engine noise Even after all these services, still the problem is same. Problem aren't rectified.                       I bought a new Yamaha Fz-s on [ Jan - 9 -2014 ] from Thoraipakkam show room. A weird noise started coming out of bike. So I took it to a service center and they told me that volve is faulty one need to replace it with a new one. So they want to remove the engine head and replace to a new volve for a new bike which is not even 3months old. i wanted to either replace my bike or replcae it with a new engine.

                        I had purchased bike one year back and I got to know later after one month that the bike number mentioned in my documentation is incorrect. The dealer has provided incorrect bike number in all the invoice which is not matching with our bike number.Also, they had not provided insurance certificate.

                        We did not received any proper solution from dealer and also later on they had sell his showroom to someone.

                        Later on, we approach to Yamaha toll free number and whenever we approach them, we receive the same reply that they had escalated, however no outcome since 6 months.

                        Would request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

We received the information from the dealer (Variyan Automotors) after 4th service. Ideally they should inform us in advance. Variyan Motors has provided incorrect chase number in all invoices which is not matching with our bike number.Also, they had not provided insurance certificate. We did not received any proper solution from dealer and also later on they had sell his showroom to someone. Later on, we approach to Yamaha toll free number and whenever we approach them, we receive the same reply that they had escalated, however no outcome since 3 months. Would request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

I go to there 4 pm. but they told to wait. i come out and called at 5 pm. they told to wait and they check and call back. but after 15 min also they never called.He is giving irrespective response to me. Why they still do like this waste my time. This centre is not good to do proper intimation and always want to take amount by water wash and others. they take my bike after 11 pm only to inside of the centre. upto that its in sun rays. After i told only they take to inside. Please suggest to me a good service center in coimbatore. As a mechanical R&D engineer i got good name in yamaha.But due to this bad service i very hurt. I had purchased a YAMAHA R15 v2.0 on 20th August 2013, from CAG enterprises, Coimbatore. Within a week after the bikes delivery I started hearing noise from the engine. I had it serviced at the same showroom for the 1st time at 599 kms, complaining about the noise. They had analyzed my vehicle & kept it in the service centre for nearly 20 days. A replacement had been done for the “Cylinder PISTON-kid” under the warranty. For a week’s time it was running smoothly without any trouble, until the noise reappeared. I sent a mail to “ [protected]@yamaha-motor-india.com “ which is the Head Office for Yamaha at Surat. The company had sent a person from Chennai office to inspect my vehicle, and he advised to change the “Engine crankshaft”. As I had no other go, I had to give in. This replacement under warranty took another 15 days, all the mean while I was suffering without a bike. After I got it back, I rode on for another 1000 kms without any issues, and it was time for the 2nd service. My bike had clocked 2596 kms on 29th November 2013 and I gave it for service at ADITHYA Yamaha. Again at 3400 kms, I started hearing the same noise. I was completely shocked and disappointed. Another mail was sent by me to the Head Office at Surat. This time when I had taken it to the showroom, they completely dismantled my bike for inspection and told me that the engine cylinder had seized. I have photo evidence taken at the service centre, and are attached to this mail. Without any other option I left it at the service centre. I called them every other day, enquiring about my vehicle, but their response was very poor. At last after 21 days, I was informed that my bike was ready. Again with change in my “Cylinder-piston kid” it’s not first time. I was not satisfied with the service as this problem kept disturbing me. Until 17th of February there was no problem, when suddenly I started hearing the same noise again. I was completely heartbroken and upset. I took it to ADITHYA Yamaha on 28th Feb. They worked on my bike and did a valve adjustment. Currently my bike is running at 4900 kms and this problem has re-occurred. I am mentally feeling very low and bad thinking of my bike’s condition. Being an engineering student, I had to miss many of my classes to go to the showroom every now and then, which has truly affected my studies. Am facing attendance problems cause of this, and this will create a major situation during my semester examination. Nearly half the time my bike is at the service centre, causing a problem for me to travel to every place. Every part that has been replaced by the company is bound to have a life period of 30, 000 – 40, 000 kms. But in my vehicle it was all done within 5000 kms. It is not a simple matter. Thinking of selling my vehicle, I consulted with a few expert mechanics. As they inspected my bike, they all told me that the bike has lost its resale value. Now I am not able to sell this bike at a proper rate. Family issues have arised due to this. LIST OF THE PARTS CHANGED IN 7 MONTHS 1. Cylinder-piston kid (twice). 2. Crankshaft (once). I think no bike will come under this situation has mine. I am totally upset for all the parts changed so far and even I know fewer things about bike but still all the stuffs happened to me. I am not happy with this bike anymore and I am not satisfied. Taking it to both the service centers these many times, they were not able to find out the problem and could never give me a permanent solution. With all due respect, I kindly ask and look forward for a replacement of the bike .I request you to kindly look forward into this matter and do the needful.                                   I have registered a complaint with Yamaha India and my complaint number is IC-09980-P2D0. There is manufacturer defect in their SZR model as the bike regularly come with a new defect. They offered me a free service but that is not going to serve the purpose because this model is comepelete defect in this model... And they have replace 20 bikes of this model in Srinagar but i don't think they are ready for the same with my bike because they have not contacted me from a week with my regular emails... My bike have not even touched the 10000 kms and it has many faults... Every mechanic says its engine is failure... I want a solution at the earliest as i am suffering every day... 67000 for 10000 kms...plz yamaha has to privide me with a replacement at the earliest.

                                    i have purchase yamaha r15 v2 on oct-10 in vijayawada(yamaha good will agencies)due to some problems i want to change my spare parts in my byke...but they did'nt give any responce to me.still my byke was in that yamaha showroom for 20 days..for service..so please take action..

                                      I purchased this vehicle from Yamaha Authorized Dealer, SAIRAM MOTOR, PADI, CHENNAI just 2 months ago. Today the stays of the spare parts is as follows 1. The floor mat is torn at 2 places. 2. The buzzer on the turn light indicator, does not work. 3. The protective shield on the headlight and sidelights have started rusting. The dealer say it is not his problem with respect to spare parts and refuses to cooperate. What should I do about it ?
