and i am bike purchase by Yamaha fz sF1, at bhadradri kothagudem, JGP YAMAHA Kothagudem
purchasing date feb-23-2021 and till now i do not get my number plate... and i am spoke 5 to 6 time to showroom persons but they could not responds properly...

    I gave my bike to your branch
    Evergreen Yamaha service center, Thookkulam paravoor, Alappuzha kerala.

    Repairing the disk plate i was pointing to did not correct them. I said about them all the complaints, then they estimated the cost of Rs 5600, then i gave them my bike to service after few hours they Called me and want to change disk complaints is was take cost of more than 2000. Then i said to them. Just try first if you can't solve it well then cancel the work of chain and socket and do the break work properly..
    But after 2 days they said to me they give my bike to laith service and... Charged final bill amount of 6541...but the front break is still not corrected... And they didn't not solve my self start problem correctly.. Now I m facing some missing in self start plz take necessary action and take a value to my money

      My self Sudheer from Sagara Karnataka, planning to buy Yamaha bike so tried to check the price of vehicle so called Sagara Yamaha branch and branch manager refused to tell us the price and they said visit branch since I am staying but far from branch we can’t visit the branch to know the price, if we know the price and it will sit in our budget then we can visit the branch hence please take necessary action immediately.

But they said it would be okay to go on like this. So far that repair has not been done. I gave it to the local mechanic and fixed it. Then they called and asked for feedback. I told them all of the above. still no response. i here attached the bill for your reference. so that the reason i want to complain my issue to you.

          But when I done service of my bike it can run smoothly and I'll check the oil it's not in good condition
          If they charged me for oil change but oil has not good smoothie and engine became over heat

            Dear Sir/Madam

            I have bought a Yamaha Bike Model (R15 V3, thunder Gray ) from the dealer (Roshan Yamaha Jaipur) date 31/03/2020
            Since the day i have bought the bike, i have been facing a defective handle and the issue has not been resolved by the dealer so far.
            I have made complaints earlier as well and they make no serious effort to resolve the issue.
            I feel totally dissatisfied with the Vehicle and service provided by you.

            I therefore request you look into the matter asap else i would be bound to take legal action and go to social media to spread the word of poor quality and poor customer service.

              Hi Sir/Madam,
              This is Nishanthan R from Trichy, I bought Yamaha FZS-FI V3 BS6 Bike in June/2020.
              Within 1500kms left side tank cover got broken and I consulted with my dealer and they put some glue to broken areas but this is not the permanent solution. Even after applying glue, the gap is still showing on my bike.
              I placed my trust in Yamaha but it feels like I have been given a faulty product.
              So kindly give me a replacement for the tank cover.

                I have purchased r15v3 on 6 dec2020.The metre of my bike is not working properly it was defective and i complaint about itto the dealer i.e. Fastrack alliance yamaha, Lucknow on 27 dec 2020. But till now it has not been replaced the dealer always tells to wait for 15 -20 days everytime but hasn't changed my metre. He keeps on telling that the company is sending new metre but haven't solved my issue. So please help me in this concern.

                  from first day of delivery i have hard gear shifting prob and service advisor said to me bike was perfect

                  m also suggest same bike FZ s v3 to my friend and it was running perfectly

                      Good evening. This is Ahamed Saifullah. M.H. I have bought R15 version 3.0 from Innovative Motors, Tirunelveli on October 30, 2018. Chase number - ME1RG5219J0034647 & Engine number - G3K5E0038287. I'm doing all of my bike maintainence at Hameedha Autos (No. 1499/1A, 1B, Parvathi theatre Near, Joint Bye-Pass Road, Tirunelveli - 627006), till I bought the bike. And I have 5 years warranty on engine and i'm maintaining my bike with regular service on correct date without fail. When I handover my bike on my last service at Hameedha Autos, my bike was perfectly fine. But after service, there was a heavy leakage of smoke in my bike's silencer and also I felt that the engine was not mine while driving. When I asked about it at that showroom, they have told that the bike's engine got failed. I don't know whether it's really an engine fault or showroom's fault. And I want to know the exact reason for this failure because I have maintained my bike very well based on the user's manual and I have all the proof of maintainence & services. So it will be good if you take necessary steps to find it. And if it's really an engine failure I want engine replacement.

                      If I didn't get necessary actions, next step of me will be file a case about this issue at consumer court.

                              Veh. No. TN73AE0906, Paid 93000/- for vehicle, RTO, Insurance & Extra fittings at M/s. VEDHA MOTOCORP, RANIPET, taken delivery on 25/02/2021. But the extra fittings issued by the dealer is duplicate and I reported at RANIPET branch, they accepted the problem and to give replacement, and replaced back bumper and removed front bumper on 19th March 2021, due to unavailability of stock they said front bumper is to be ordered. But still today (07/04/2021) they are not giving the bumper and simply saying bumper is not arrived and know a days they are not attending my call.

                                I had given my r15 v3 for an accidental purpose but after 73 days till now no response from them had paid an advance i call them several times they are telling parts not yet arrived. Its the main showroom in kollam (george maigo kollam ) very bad experiance its a top selling segment and had no spares. When i call them they told me to contact the spare department for what purpose i need to contact them then whats the purpose o[censored]r service centres very bad from that section kindly solve my problem

                                  Service is not good in Yamaha Motors Kadakkal, Kollam, Kerala. We are giving our bike to showroom service center only to get better take care of our bike and good service etc, but in Yamaha's Showroom Kadakkal, Kollam, kerala
                                  There is not even Peddock stand for changing the engine oil, lubing process and washing etc they are using the side stand for the whole purpose worst experience. Then what is the use for giving the bike to Showroom service center. I need explanation for this. Thank you

                                    महोदय अवगत कराना है कि मैं Fasttrack allianze motor sitapur road lucknow near puraniya tiraha से अपनी मोटरसाइकिल yamaha FZ S खरीदा था जिसका sensonr खराब होने की वजह से उसमे ऑटोमेटिक पीली लाइट जल रही है उस issue को resolve करने के लिए मैं service सेंटर गया था मैं अपनी मोटरसाइकिल की second servicing कराई और उनको ये इशू भी बताया तो उन्होंने बोला की सेंसर बदलना पड़ेगा और वो date पर date देते रहे कि आज आपका सेंसर आ जायेगा कल आ जायेगा but नहीं आया मैं अपनी मोटरसाइकिल की third सर्विसिंग भी करवा ली but सेंसर नहीं आया और आज दिनांक 02.04.2021 तक third सर्विसिंग के भी 2 महीने लगभग हो गए but सेंसर seirvice सेंटर में नहीं आया और सर्विस सेंटर में संपर्क करने पर बोला जा रहा कि 10 दिन में आ जाएगा। यह 10दिन विगत 6 महीनों से एजेंसी और सर्विस सेंटर वाले बता रहे है
                                    अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि यथाशीघ्र मेरा problem Resolve कराने का कष्ट करें और मेरे मोटरसाइकिल में किसी भी प्रकार का कोई problem आता है तो उसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी Yamaha company and agency dealer और सर्विस सेंटर की होंगी

                                      I have written complaints several times to tge yes yamaha mail. And the response is very bad!! They dont even care about the customers! It is deeply saddened by the act of your customer service! I have purchased a bike in 2020 march april month and i haven't received the service manual book so far.. The local dealer "sivaji yamaha " just wanted to sell the bike! Even tha manager of the showroom is very irresponsible person! And the customer care call center people had told they will resolve the issue with in 2days which was told to me twice or trice!! And it has been more than 2 weeks since the last phone call. And this would ve tge last time iam buying a yamaha product!

                                        My Fz25 after oil seal replacement with in a one month again getting oil leakage this issue already escalated and this is worst experience in my bike service
