I have purchased my MT15 in 2019 July from Peringhat Motors, Aluva, Kerala. Since their first service, i have noticed that their service is so careless and poor.Since i am a Healthcare employee, i accepted that i couldnt take my vehicle on exact date during the COVID seasons, like every other hospital staff sometimes i have to go to quarantine.Howver i have contacted to Peringhat at that time they said there wont be any issue. So even bit a late i have completed my all free services. On 3rd week of Feb, my ABS got malfunctioned, i informed to the Peringhat, and they said MC kit has to be changed. Finally the new spare have reached nearly after 25 days. While on service they changed the same spare but they couldn't solve the issue. So they failed to give my bike on the same day .Next day[protected], Service person informed me and said full ABS has to be changed and warranty got break due to my late service and i ahve to pay12000 RS for the spare. Nobody informed from the Yamaha service center before this. Im really unhappy with their all Services in an another word im strongly suspecting that whether they are certified service staff or not. Yamaha authority kindly look into this issue and take a sagacious solutions which is favourable to me
Other Complaints
1) Chain and sprocket suggested me to change after 5300 kms
2) After the first service from Peringhat Yamaha motors, bike automatically raise( rave issue), again i took tho them and found that the clutch service not done properly
3) Feeling back wheel skidding: Peringht staffs couldn't find the issue and i have taken to another service center in Pathanamthitta they found that wheel alignment was not in proper
