Service is not good in Yamaha Motors Kadakkal, Kollam, Kerala. We are giving our bike to showroom service center only to get better take care of our bike and good service etc, but in Yamaha's Showroom Kadakkal, Kollam, kerala
There is not even Peddock stand for changing the engine oil, lubing process and washing etc they are using the side stand for the whole purpose worst experience. Then what is the use for giving the bike to Showroom service center. I need explanation for this. Thank you

    महोदय अवगत कराना है कि मैं Fasttrack allianze motor sitapur road lucknow near puraniya tiraha से अपनी मोटरसाइकिल yamaha FZ S खरीदा था जिसका sensonr खराब होने की वजह से उसमे ऑटोमेटिक पीली लाइट जल रही है उस issue को resolve करने के लिए मैं service सेंटर गया था मैं अपनी मोटरसाइकिल की second servicing कराई और उनको ये इशू भी बताया तो उन्होंने बोला की सेंसर बदलना पड़ेगा और वो date पर date देते रहे कि आज आपका सेंसर आ जायेगा कल आ जायेगा but नहीं आया मैं अपनी मोटरसाइकिल की third सर्विसिंग भी करवा ली but सेंसर नहीं आया और आज दिनांक 02.04.2021 तक third सर्विसिंग के भी 2 महीने लगभग हो गए but सेंसर seirvice सेंटर में नहीं आया और सर्विस सेंटर में संपर्क करने पर बोला जा रहा कि 10 दिन में आ जाएगा। यह 10दिन विगत 6 महीनों से एजेंसी और सर्विस सेंटर वाले बता रहे है
    अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि यथाशीघ्र मेरा problem Resolve कराने का कष्ट करें और मेरे मोटरसाइकिल में किसी भी प्रकार का कोई problem आता है तो उसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी Yamaha company and agency dealer और सर्विस सेंटर की होंगी

      I have written complaints several times to tge yes yamaha mail. And the response is very bad!! They dont even care about the customers! It is deeply saddened by the act of your customer service! I have purchased a bike in 2020 march april month and i haven't received the service manual book so far.. The local dealer "sivaji yamaha " just wanted to sell the bike! Even tha manager of the showroom is very irresponsible person! And the customer care call center people had told they will resolve the issue with in 2days which was told to me twice or trice!! And it has been more than 2 weeks since the last phone call. And this would ve tge last time iam buying a yamaha product!

            I am from faridabad and purchase yamaha FZS from Northern motors faridabad on 31.01.2021 but from past week after 2 nd service tank plastic body start opening and shows gap between black and Matt blue plastic parts on tank very unsatisfied from yamaha such a brand with cheep product quality

                  I purchased Yamaha MT15 BS6 2020 on May month .dealer Alagendran autos Kochadai, Madurai.last service feb of this year 2021Self start not worked soon next day of last free service 5th march. For past one months I am facing issue with the self start.Totally 9000km completed but so many issue occured

                  We need to push the new bike on the roads to getting it started. Which is really hectic in front of the public to tow brand new 1.6L bike to getting it started which huts more.

                  I gave for service nearby Happy motors, Somanur Coimbatore. They asked to replace the self motor. I said that change motor issue issue can be acceptable. how can i purchase new motor within a year. They asked to warranty available for you purchased bike yamaha showroom madurai, they will not processed and service the branch.I am Currently working on Coimbatoire, how will go to madurai bike not starting .This branch said to not use for warrenty.Please find the solution on mail.

                  My complient key points

                  1.Self start not working, I need to the bike daily morning to start it(already complained 2 times with the dealer no one resolved the delar.

                  2.Daily basics on 3time not working self start.

                  My customer id -8744000L3120E28 Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because o[censored]nable to start the self starter.Your mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem under warranty, however, when I collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem was still there'.I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and I find the situation very irritating, New bike simply don’t do that.I was promised by the dealer that the bike has no major issues and is in a perfectly working condition. I hope that will be able to find a satisfactory solution very fast.

                  I would expect good support from the technical team... To keep my trust towards Yamaha..

                      I have visited Perfect Riders Bannerghatta for regular servicing. The salesmen insisted for unnecessary spares and services and looted/slapped me a bill of whopping Rs. 6093/-

                      Point to note is an amount of this big will served in cases of accident. However I have visited for normal bike servicing.

                            I paid the amount they said to me for yamaha R15 version 3 and they haven't called me yet it's been more than a week since I paid the initial amount on the sixth day I paid full amount that was 16 th of march 2021 and they haven't notified me yet at least they could tell a fixed date that they know for sure that i could go and recive the bike from there but no they tell a date and when I go there they say"it will take a day " Oh ok, after 2 days "it'll take a day " Gosh I'm tired of it truly am couldn't they a date for sure. at least I can expect it on the date for sure by not letting me down and dissatisfying me with thier services. They told me today it'll be here and u know what they haven't called me. Is this the way they treat their customers. I don't know what they're doing I feel like they are teasing and harassing me. I paid the money in advance.

                              I have purchased my MT15 in 2019 July from Peringhat Motors, Aluva, Kerala. Since their first service, i have noticed that their service is so careless and poor.Since i am a Healthcare employee, i accepted that i couldnt take my vehicle on exact date during the COVID seasons, like every other hospital staff sometimes i have to go to quarantine.Howver i have contacted to Peringhat at that time they said there wont be any issue. So even bit a late i have completed my all free services. On 3rd week of Feb, my ABS got malfunctioned, i informed to the Peringhat, and they said MC kit has to be changed. Finally the new spare have reached nearly after 25 days. While on service they changed the same spare but they couldn't solve the issue. So they failed to give my bike on the same day .Next day[protected], Service person informed me and said full ABS has to be changed and warranty got break due to my late service and i ahve to pay12000 RS for the spare. Nobody informed from the Yamaha service center before this. Im really unhappy with their all Services in an another word im strongly suspecting that whether they are certified service staff or not. Yamaha authority kindly look into this issue and take a sagacious solutions which is favourable to me

                              Other Complaints
                              1) Chain and sprocket suggested me to change after 5300 kms
                              2) After the first service from Peringhat Yamaha motors, bike automatically raise( rave issue), again i took tho them and found that the clutch service not done properly
                              3) Feeling back wheel skidding: Peringht staffs couldn't find the issue and i have taken to another service center in Pathanamthitta they found that wheel alignment was not in proper

                                  Sir my bike is YAMAHA MT15 it's a 2020 Feb model bike, just 1 year old.
                                  The bike is around 7200km ran.
                                  Yesterday when I washed I noticed that there is a OIL LEAK in front fork(RH SIDE).AS I CONTACTED THE SERVICE CENTER THEY SAID "YAMAHA IS NOT PROVIDED WARRANTY FOR SEALS "
                                  as I asked them the bike is new and very low running why is it leaks.
                                  And they said " IT HAS TO REPLACE ON PAID BASICS "
                                  Pls tell me what to do the total cost will be around 1100. And pls tell me why a brand like YAMAHA is not giving warranty for these parts.

                                    On 11 march 2021 i bought mt 15 in vadodara at nizampura branch, today at 10 pm almost in the mid night there is problem in starter it is like even if i remove key ignition is starting on this disappointed me this was not expected from this particular product I've shared news on social media also kindly reply

                                      I have purchase new bike on December 2020 in chennai Porur showroom and having complaint in rear brake after first service ..I'm facing this problem often and it's not getting resolved even after I contacted the service centre twice..kindly get me things getting resolved soon and acknowledge me that it won't happen in future and my brake is not working properly which used to be earlier before my service.im very much worried of my safety now and fedup with this issue..I wondering whether the brake or the model is having the issue..so please look into it and do the necessary as earliest..
