My bike FZ25 tank got breaked by the mechanic who is working on my bike
My bike is all good in condition no part was broken at the time of submitting the bike to the mechanic at YAMAHA old service centre RAJOURI GARDEN DELHI SCOOTERS.
Pleae help me to get my bike repaired by the service centre because they are responsible for the condition Of my bike .

    RESPECTED HIGHER AUTHORITIES OF YAMAHA

    I Master Anirudha Ashok Chavan, I had purchased a Moto bike i.e. Yamaha Fz BS-IV from VRB Motors, Borivali West, Mumbai as on date 16/01/2020.
    He had promised to give my Motor bike with Registration number in 20 to 25 days. As he has delivered the bike without any registration number.

    This motor Bike has been purchased on Loan with IDFC BANK, and I am paying all Installment on time.

    He havn't paid the taxes before due dates. Due to unpaid taxes my registration has stopped.

    He is still promising that he will give registration number.
    I had visited more than 40 times, but they are giving silly answers.

    I had faced alot of problems, I can't even drive my own motor bike, Corps had caught me 2 to 3 times and I had paid penalties(Fine)for driving motor bike without registration number.

    Follwing are my Moto Bike details :-

    Make :- YAMAHA.
    Model :- FZ BS IV.
    Chasis No. :- ME1RG4495K0011512.
    ENGINE No. :- G3J3E0458425.

    I need compensation for this motor bike or arrange a Newest version of Yamaha Fz BS6.

      Shope kiper billing total amount 2080.Hesaid to me only cash transaction will be done no other digital transformation yet. I said why r u not collect the money from digitali? Then they told me 2% extra charge in total amount. I asked why? No answer.
      I paid 40 rupes extra.
      I asked when we r pay digitali why we r pay extra charges?

        Dear Sir,

        It is very astonishing to see that I have been roaming here and there from last 4 months in order to resolve my issue. Every service center is lacking with machinery, professional mechanics, ethics of customer dealing and many other things. I have a motor cycle bearing Regd No JK09B **56 and my name is Irfan Bashir Malik bearing contact No [protected]. I visit almost every service center in order to tune the fuel efficiency censor because at the time of IInd service, the screw was almost lossned tighneted by the mechanic. From last 4 months my bike gives 50 km/liter average so far as milegae of the said bike is concerned it is 80km/liter. Every service I visited don't have proper mechanism, nor machinery to serve the customer. Thus I want to know and file a complaint against these service providers as well as service registration outlets to redress my complaint and compensate the loss at an earliest else I have no option to pray before the court of law.

          I have given my bike for a starting trouble issue and it's automatically off while driving. After changing the Carburettor assembly and plug still it's having the same problem.

          Herewith I have attached the invoice copy of the bike which I have serviced.

          Without investigating the issue properly and changing the product but still the vehicle had the same complaint.

          Kindly take action and do the needful.

                I have been hearing tappet noise from mu FZS - V3 BS6 Since the beginning. I have to register a complaint again after each free service to adjust the valve clearance. They fix it and it starts again in a week or two.

                Due to this issue, the performance of my bike also decreases. It struggles to even get to a speed limit of 70 km/hr.

                They finally fixed it on my 3rd service and I did not get the issue for few months. The performance of my bike was good, it did not struggle even above the speed limit of 80 km/hr.

                But it started again when I retrieved my bike from 4th free service.

                I cannot travel here and forth to my home and service center for this issue all the time. I want it to be fixed once and for all. This is the fourth time I'm complaining this issue individually.

                I request you to provide me with a proper solution for this issue.

                  I have owned Yamaha FZs Fi V3 in Jun 2020. From last 2-3 months it is showing engine troubleshoot and ABS light in always ON position. It seems some fault in engine and bike is also not generating enough power. It was misguided to us as normal but it is not. I have 1 or 2 service left. Kindly look into tha matter and help to resolve it as fast as possible.
                  I am residing at Hodal Distt Palwal in Haryana. And working in Faridabad district of Haryana. Please arrange in Faridabad if possible it will very helpfull for me.

                    I have bought yamaha fzs fi dual disc bike. My bike rear rim has a defect. The air filled in the tire is getting leaked from the gap between rim and the tyre.

                    Also my rear disc plate has a bend. Due to which my bike rear wheel is not moving freely.

                    When i went to yamaha service they are saying that this is not covered in warranty. They are arguing in a very rude way.

                      Myself Arunkumar iam from Chengalpattu belongs to tamilnadu state .In Chengalpattu SS Motors yamaha showroom there due to accident my bikes Yamaha YZF R15V3 BS4 muffler got damaged so i planned to claim for insurance to make my bike fine. all the insurance process has done within the week itself but still in showroom they said, "we don't have spares to repair it will take 2more weeks and also we have some other work to do" and before that they told me we will repair within this week but now 12 days has passed they told like that, so please take necessary actions.

                            Firstly I visited jm motors noida as my bike was facing missing problem, after 7 hours they came to know that there is a part called ST COIL was damaged and they don't have that part in their stock so they asked me to visit AMBUJ YAMAHA for that part. Then next morning I visited AMBUJ YAMAHA PATPARGANJ DELHI service center for the st coil. I asked them for that part but after making a job card they asked me to wait as they were checking my bike. Even after waiting there for 5 hours they told me to go as they also don't have that part in their stock. I have been charged from both the service centers even my bike is in free service period. It's just 7 months older. But my complaint is when they gave me my bike it's tank and number plate was scratched, I asked them what they did they told me to go away and talk to yamaha. Then I lodge a complaint on customer care number then the manager of ambuj called me and denied me to change the tank and the number plate, they said that this is not their fault. If yamaha will give this type of service to their customers then who will buy their bikes. So I just want to get my tank and the number plate replaced from their side. I am attaching only one picture as it is only taking one.

                            I have received mail 2 days back from mail id "[email protected]" that they are ready to assist me, I have to visit the authorised service centre, but the service center owner has denied me to change any thing, they were not ready to help me or replace anything. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Yamaha should improve their management.

                                  My Yamaha FZS (V3) was having problem of Self Start switch not responding if the bike is being run for 15-20 km (when the engine heats up). For this problem I visited several times to the Amrut Motors, Sector 3, Kharghar service centre. 2 months back they said there was a loose wire / connection issue which was resolved. Now again I am facing the same problem and when I visited them today, they just scanned the bike using their software and said there is no issue at all and charged me Rs. 200 for the check (which was just for 5 mins). When I said I faced the problem again and again without resolution and every time they are charging me, they argued to bring the bike when the problem actually happens - which is practically not possible as at that time I may not be near the service centre.
                                  When I asked for the bill, they straight away refused to issue me the bill. After a long argument they said I need to pay the service tax which I readily agreed. Then they issued me a bill of Rs. 212 Rs.
                                  I have the copy of bill provide by Amrut motors for their "GREAT" service. If you need, I can send that too.

                                  My questions are -
                                  1. Why I am not getting a permanent solution for the issue even after visiting the Service centre so many time and paying every time?
                                  2. Is the practice / procedure followed by Amrut Motors is fair and customer centric?
                                  If you too feel they are cheating customers and not following the standard protocol, please take immediate action against them.
                                  I am loyal customer of Yamaha for last 20 years. Earlier I used to go to Naman Auto at Panvel which gave a good service. But this Amrut Motor at Kharghar earing Yamaha a bad name and damaging the reputation of Yamaha's customer satisfaction legacy. Please check with them so that they can live upto Yamaha's standard.

                                    I have ordered online accessories for my yamaha fz25 bike and paid amount of 3625 on 11th April 21(order #1261)

                                    When I went to collect my accessories in dealers and they said they are not aware of any online and they will not give any Accesories.

                                    Then I raise my concern with customers care and they given request number REQ-10707 on 27th April.

                                    Till now I have not received any feedback from them.

                                    Was it already paid for when you came to pick it up? I am at least relieved to see that they replied to you. I hope it never happens to you again or to other people as well. that is such as a huge hassle. Next time try calling them first to be more sure.

                                      I am Vikas Nagri My complaint is that I had purchased Yamaha-FZS from your authorised dealer Royal Motors Jammu, J&K on 19/10/2020 at the time of delivery no body discussed about the delivery schedule and for the past 6 to 7 of purchase no one has approached or contacted for free services now due to pandemic Covid 19 lockdown for the past 2 or 3 months the running of the bike is low most of the time it remained idle now the position is such his ignition is not starting I tried to contact the dealer but with no response whose details are as under:

                                        My Name is Aravindan R R owner of Yamaha MT15 since 2019 July. ABS not working from Feb last week onwards: I have called your authorized service centers multiple times for the new part. On their point, the MC kit is defective at the beginning. But after that, they asked me to change the whole ABS, and they said my warranty is collapsed due to the service late. Since I'm a healthcare worker in a pandemic situation i have a lot of restrictions to travel. However, i have informed the service center through a phone call. But now they asked me to charge the ABS cost as well as the service charge.

                                        I accepted that i was late, but please consider this pandemic situation replace with new spare part at the free of cost
