This is a request by disappointed customer of yamaha. I purchases yamaha ray zr 125 in Feb 2020. First due to lockdown I have to wait for accessories for 10 months. And now I have to take 100 times follow up for insurance. I get stupid reply from service centre that it's panel not available as it's a new bike. My bike was submitted in vijaylaxmi auto wagholi on 21st December 2020, and still my insurance not done. They said parts are not available. I have to call them everyday but no proper update.

My bike details are attached.
Seriously yamaha do something about customer issues. Because of these stupid reason honda activa and TVS are way forward than you.

Really your service made mentally harrassed customer. Don't launch any vehicle until you have proper spare parts and accessories. Shamelessly deduct more than 3 k for accessories and then make customer wait for months and months.

Really disgusting Yamaha.

Overhyped in market.

    I bought this bike on 27 Oct 2019. I was told that I would get a jacket in 4 months. Size called for verification but asked. And today is January 21, 2021. I still don't have a jacket.
    I'm not happy about not getting a jacket. I want it as soon as possible. If this is not possible for you, take back my bike and return my payment to me.

      Dear sir. Ive made the booking of MT 15 BS6 Model white from Kasaragod Pioneer Showroom. The payment was done in ready cash. And I had informed them that I will be reaching after 3 weeks to get the delivery of the bike. Things were all expected to be normal. But now they contacted me telling that a small part of the bike is having a scratch. It will take more days for them to get the delivery done. Why couldnt they make it on time. I have taken my leave for the next 3 days to move to kerala to take the vehicle from the showroom. They insist me to go back from bangalore to kerala back again to get that fixed.

        Today (21/1/2021) I went to authorize yahama service center & spare parts, VRB AUTOMOBILES YAMAHA, I requested a spare parts for my yamaha bike.they refused to give me a spare parts I required...they were saying like I will get the spare parts only If I will give them Labour chargers to fit that part in there service center only...
        Is it necessary to install the spare parts in there service center only if I buy a part from there shop..?
        I have a right to do anything of what I have been purchased.the company can't judge me what I have to do with the product I have been paid to it...
        I even they are not displaying the Labour charge...they are charging it according to them only without yamaha company norms...

          I own this vehicle (Register in my name - BADIUR JAMAL MALLICK), Colour - Thunder Grey, on 21st Feb, 2020.It was the perfect bike for me and always I use to Service my bike from YAHAMA authorise Service Centres only to keep my Bike in perfect condition.
          From 21st, Feb, 2020, Not even one year completed my bike Colour/Paint Diminishing and Base Colour Black is Exposing automatically from Carbon Fibre & Metal bodies .Its really Heartbreaking for me, On further Inspection I found paint from Various parts have gone.Some areas there are pitting marks also.
          The same colour bike my friends are using Older than mine is not having any paint Issues.The paint/Colour Quality is worst, though I am a great fan of Yahama Motorcycles, i own other two Yahama Motorcycles ( Fascino and FZ-S).
          This type of Product Quality is really Horrible.
          Next time, I will think once before recommending Yahama Motorcycles to anyone.
          Furthermore, I would like to solve my issues, I Expect best Solution from Yahama .

            I really had a bad experience in Yamaha service Salem, Tamilnadu. They are collecting extra charges if I want to pay my bill through credit/ debit card, For ex: they collected 1.2% of my bill amount and said like it is a bank tax and around 2% for credit card. I had a doubt like is it really a Yamaha authorized service center in Salem (seelanaickepatty branch ) and Salem junction branch too. I attached my service bill and card payment copy in this. Please do the needful and stop this type of incident.

              I bought fz25 on march 14 2019 and the problem is that papers they provided for registration has wrong cc printed (Instead of 250 cc it is printed as 150). So the same reflected on my RC as well. When i contacted for the same they are not responding properly and saying it will take time. Already its been 1 and half year. These yamaha people keep on saying that it will take time but how long. I have been waiting since 18 months.

                I ordered yamaha fzs v3.0 back alloy wheel.on December 2020. But still I did not get the part. I also given advance to showroom. ( Annapurna automotive). And they are not responding.i waited approximately 2 months. I also complaint to customer service. And they are not solving my problem.

                  This is to inform you that I have felt very about the service which is provided by Yamaha at our nearest branch anjana motors, narsapuram .

                  I have visited the service center so many times.

                  While servicing time Simply they are changing the oil and water wash giving back to us.

                  I have raised a request that tank panel screws are not working properly, need to change that but simply they are escaping with some stories.

                  I have raised another request that the tank panel lock is broken, but they said first pay money for the part while replacing time, after they will claim the part and give money back to me they said.
                  I agreed to pay also, but they are trying to replace the damaged part like plastic welding did for that part.

                  I am following up with them from mid of november about the these issues

                  I have asked questions to the technician/mechanic like what the use of f-trip and why engine trouble warning light is always on .
                  For that he told for f-trip if we go speedly that trip will start.
                  for engine trouble light, if there is no problem on the bike side then that light will be is on only.

                  Why do we have to face this issue from you, I never expected the service would be like this .

                    I am Bishal a regular Yamaha customer.I have purchased my brand new Yamaha motor cycle(Yamaha fzs v3) from Tripura/Belonia on 22/03/2020.I have successfully riden 12700 km within 8 month and half but one day I noticed that the a little amount of oil is licking from the engine block.

                    I went to them three days to fix the problem.They told that it's a minor problem it may fix automatically.Another day when I forced them they told they had spoken to their senior engineer and he will checkout the the problem and recommend a suggestion.

                    Anotherday I went to them they told that the problem is gasket licking issue.manager told me that The new gasket is not in the store he will order it and the company will send the spare to them.Still my bike is having the tappet sound problem, valve clearence, fi cleaning issue. One month already gone they are not contacting me also.

                    This is my only bike for my office work if something happens what will I do then where will I go??There would be mess for me.I have attached some pictures for your reference to investigate the matter.
                    The brakeshoe which they provided ask company not from the original Yamaha and they have taken 960+60(fitting)
                    Please help me on this regard.

                    Please take step to fix my problem.I hope a faster reply from you regarding this this waiting far a good to hear from you.

                      ..Hi My Name is Bharath Reddy...I've purchased R15 V3 BS6 FROM yamaha motors
                      hosur(TAMILNADU)... I ve been complaining about the headlight problem on my 20 days old bike...there is no response from these service people...and finally they were like...the lights on this bike are manufactured like that...they just give me stupid reasons that I am simply feeling that my head light has a problem...the actual problem is with the headlight reflector inside...which they r not even able to understand if I explain...So I please request u people of yamaha to take necessary steps to get my headlight replaced as soon as possible...

                          Actually we had given R15 for engine repairing but it was not done properly the cost we paid is Rs 18500/- for the engine repair.

                          My brother took me i m a mechanic we asked them that what did u do thr work ao they replied we have done the work but still the engine is making sound.

                          The Manager of lower parel dis not respond and started argureening and was apeaking very rudely.

                          Plz take the necessary action.

                            Ello, i have MT 15. I got service my bike from yamaha service center. They did air filter change, fuel Enjector cleaning(after removing it from bike), add additive in petrol to clean fuel line, change oil(Motul 7100).

                            After all of this now when i turn on the key(not starting just key turn on) it smells like petrol or sulfer from engine area...

                            Before service this smell was not there...

                              Hello, I had purchased yamaha fzs v3 from pune in oct 2019. Within one month there were lot of issues which started in bike. The bike has lot of vibrations. I visited service center around 10 times with the problem but was not provided any solution. I had even lodged a service request with Yamaha and an engineer had checked it but he gave no solution. I feel cheated.

                                (1.) I have a yamaha FZ S bike. Its speed company has stated 130 40 . But right now i am getting only 100 speeds of this.
                                (2.) Apart from this, I have raken the bike for six seven months and its battery is already damged. It is not starting at all.
                                (3.) There is no good responce from the Yamaha agency

                                    I bought a new fz v3 bike by paying ready cash on 31st dec 2020. Before paying amount they used to call me atleast once a day. They promised that they will complete the registration process at my native on 6th jan 2021. Still i didn't get my forms to do the registration process. Because of the delay i lost around 200 rs per day. Moving to duty through cab/public transport.
                                    I requested them to replace my helmet with some other color that too not received yet.

                                      Dear Sir / Ma’am
                                      This a second time i am complaining..

                                      I purchased brand new Yamaha R15 V3 model Black Colour on 3rd August, 2020 from SAHIL YAHAMA BOISAR TALUKA AND DISTRICT- Palghar Maharashtra, India. Within 100 kms of bike ride I realised that after running 15-20 kms and taking halt for 5-10 minutes there was an issue in restarting the bike. In just 3-4 months my brand new bike got rusted on handle and many other parts including chassis (bike frame).
                                      I have already visited the same authorised showroom twice to solve the issue which is about 80 kms far. No proper action is been taken by the authorised showroom to solve my problem.I tried connecting to customer care with hopes that I can get a firm solution for my problem and no response received.
                                      I’m very disappointed by the service and behaviour of the authorised dealer.
                                      After complaining about the issues in my bike, the service man picked the bike from my home town.
                                      My complains were..
                                      1.Battery issue (bike starting problem)
                                      2.Rusting issues on handle and some of chassis within 4 months.
                                      After two days from picking my bike i got a reply from company that they will change the battery, mirror and crown part of bike(which is rusted).
                                      And other parts like rust on chassis they will apply rust cleaning method and painting work.
                                      I am not satisfied with doing paint work and rust cleaning process on my new bike beacause no one is paying a big amount of money to repaint his by on the main parts like chassis within 4 months.
                                      Company is giving silly reasons like you stay near coastal areas and all.
                                      If coastal area is the problem why they dont stop selling bikes in coastal area ???If they cant solve the issues of a new brand bike.
                                      And in 4 months if company cant solve my major problems, then they will raise their hands after warrenty period (i.e 1 years).Thats means its was my waste of time and money to invest an amount of Rs 175000 to buy a Yamaha bike.
                                      I demand for replacement of my bike or refund of the paid money as soon as possible.
                                      I would appreciate it if you could organise the same without any further delay. I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved from you within 7 days I will consider taking further action and will file complaint with the appropriate consumer agencies or through courts.
                                      Attaching the videos and photos of regarding my problems.Enclosed with this letter are copies of the registration card and other related documents for your reference.
