Dear sir/ Madam,
I'm Ajmal Shah Hameed and I'm an ashamed owner of YAMAHA R15 V3 (2020 model). I'm writing this complaint in sheer embarrassment and frustration as I would like to point out my pathetic experience I have had with ROYAL MOTORS, WEST HILL, CALICUT INDIA. I bought my bike in January month of 2020 and at the of delivery I noticed a discomfort in the positioning of my handle bar and at the time of first service which was a week later I mentioned this complaint with the service advisor and they made adjustments with the fork assembly and told me that at the time second of second service it will be fine..
After that I met with an accident and although the was having a manufacturing defect idecided to claim my vehicle and change the whole fork assembly. And for getting my vehicle repaired I waited for 7 months ..
And when the parts came and my vehicle was ready for delivery, service manager while taking my vehicle an test drive met with an accident ( 12/8/20)( attached the photos). ... After that the showroom with free of cost repaired my vehicle and made a promise that my vehicle will be as new as showroom condition.
But the situation in which I received my bike was very disappointing.. The smoothness is completely gone the front assembly is miss aligned and water breach in speedometer and the tightness with handling.. it feels like riding an 2 year old bike .. no comfort no smoothness nothing.. it's just 5900 Kms and the 4 th service is also over ..( kl-11-br-8377)
It's an bad experience from Yamaha motorcycle Being such a big motors dealers specially in racing bikes, and treating their customers in a bad manner.
There are two options left with like, either your dealers should take my bike back and replace it with a new one or give back my payment and should close my EMI ...
