Dear Sir,
I purchase Yamaha FZ V2 Bike on Dated - 27 Mar 2019. stil not conplete 2 year and i paid 10000 to 12000/- Rs. till now for service.
Service Dealer Northan Yamaha in Faridabad is not good, regarding bike services in this service station all service staff is untrained.
I am servicing my bike on dated - 14 Feb 2021 this is paid service and paid 3100/- Rs. but till now bike not comfortable ride same problem so kindly solve this issue.

    It’s my 2nd free service which was suppose to be done on Jan’21. The Bike House (Okhla, Delhi) called me to remind the same. I asked for a pick up & drop facility and the lady scheduled my pick up for a day later. But since it’s been a month no one actually came for it. Whenever I call this lady, she gets pissed on me and talking ### all the time.

    Yamaha please see to it as I have the messages being shared on WhatsApp with this lady for the prof. I don’t want anything apart from servicing getting done asap.

      Hi Iam krishnaraj My Yamaha R15 (TN41AW3231) is sent for service for battery complaint and they told me that it will happen more than 15 days to battery claiming but I can't wait for 15 days I need immediate remedy for my bike as soon as possible. They had informed me that go straight to battery showroom then they will provide claim within 2 days..Its just 8 months old bike

        Abnormal Vibration - Yamaha Fascino 125 (May 20 Purchased)

        Worst.. Irresponsible, Rude... Please don't ever go here and make your life difficult...

        In my experience i have not faced such a worst, irresponsible and Rude Behavioral Service center. From the day one am facing issue.

        * Promised accessories has not been Provided.

        * Had Complaint in my Vehicle, i face very abnormal vibration in handle bar and foot base. First when i complained about no body agrees...

          This is regarding Service center of Siri motors, Rajahmundry Andhra Pradesh. Very poor service. They have exchanged the side panels of my bike with someothers in bad condition. Upon informing them it's almost one month and still there is no response and rectification from them. More over what ever the complainants I wanted to repair they appeared again with in 1week. Then what is the point in service. they have kept my bike for 1week still this is the kind of service they have been providing in service center. Even a small mechanic is very genuine and will do the job better. Pathetic service and responce from the service center

            I got my R15v3 bike on 04/09/2019 ..kms 25000
            Till now proper service has done by showroom . I have full records ... now my bike suspension as damaged... so I asked to showroom .claim my bike suspension and change new suspension... I asking for past 3 days they didn't response for me.. when I ask ..manager busy so come after some.. they telling to me.. not a good response..manager is not responding to me NAME.(siva)... so kindly help me to change my suspension for my bike.. thank you

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              This is to bring under your kind attention that I have purchased Yamaha FZS (Chasis no ME1RG662CK0008833) on 23rd January 2020 from MAHANSARIA & SONS PVT LTD(109 NS ROAD, KOLKATA-700145, STATE-WEST BENGAL(19). Showroom at Baruipur. I have also pursued the timely servicing from the authorized service centres. However recently it is unfortunate for me to observe that the Front Wheel Disk has developed rusting problems. Although my bike is in continuous running condition and has covered 2341 kms till date. It brings me immense pain to find a new bike of such reputed company is developing this kind of poor material quality problem. I have informed the same to the authorized service centre but they suggested me some temporary solution like removing the rust by using oil only.
              It brings me to further tenderness that YAMAHA is providing such defective parts and the authorized service centre is trying to cover it up through some cheap methods. I urge the complete replacement of the disk to keep such high reputation of the YAMAHA company.
              The purchase and due time service related documents are attached herein for your ready reference.
              I am hoping some positive and early response from your end regarding this.

                Dear sir/ Madam,
                I'm Ajmal Shah Hameed and I'm an ashamed owner of YAMAHA R15 V3 (2020 model). I'm writing this complaint in sheer embarrassment and frustration as I would like to point out my pathetic experience I have had with ROYAL MOTORS, WEST HILL, CALICUT INDIA. I bought my bike in January month of 2020 and at the of delivery I noticed a discomfort in the positioning of my handle bar and at the time of first service which was a week later I mentioned this complaint with the service advisor and they made adjustments with the fork assembly and told me that at the time second of second service it will be fine..
                After that I met with an accident and although the was having a manufacturing defect idecided to claim my vehicle and change the whole fork assembly. And for getting my vehicle repaired I waited for 7 months ..
                And when the parts came and my vehicle was ready for delivery, service manager while taking my vehicle an test drive met with an accident ( 12/8/20)( attached the photos). ... After that the showroom with free of cost repaired my vehicle and made a promise that my vehicle will be as new as showroom condition.
                But the situation in which I received my bike was very disappointing.. The smoothness is completely gone the front assembly is miss aligned and water breach in speedometer and the tightness with handling.. it feels like riding an 2 year old bike .. no comfort no smoothness nothing.. it's just 5900 Kms and the 4 th service is also over ..( kl-11-br-8377)
                It's an bad experience from Yamaha motorcycle Being such a big motors dealers specially in racing bikes, and treating their customers in a bad manner.
                There are two options left with like, either your dealers should take my bike back and replace it with a new one or give back my payment and should close my EMI ...

                    I've purchased a bs4 R15 v3 and it started giving me rear tyre leak after 1st month. Got it checked multiple times for a punctures, had few but got it fixed but even then the tyre gets a flat in 2 days. Went to the service center, they asked me to get get a new tyre. Any solutions to this. How should I proceed further??

                      I have ridden my Yamaha fzsv3 for only 4200kms and there is no puncture as of now and the only issue is that tyre is leaking air from side between tyre and RIM.
                      Tyre is defective. Please replace, I have asked service center and they have emailed MRF but they have not received any reply and it's been 1 month. What kind of service is this??? Just suppose if I ride and my tyre get puncturez then they will say it has puncture and they will not replace the tyre. I want solution as soon as possible.

                          , I had purchased Yamaha two wheeler model No. Fascino 125 with Kerala Reg.no KL 41 R 1970 from Yamaha authorized dealer Vijaya Yamaha Aluva Cochin on 29/05/2020. But during the month of October I have observed continuous abnormal sound from the engine side and the same had informed to the service centre and they collected the vehicle for maintenance on 26/10/2020. And after changing the cylinder piston kit and performance testing they had delivered the vehicle on 11/11/2020. But again the abnormal sound from engine on 26/12/2020 So it's seems to be the total manufacturing failure of engine vehicle and due to the same I have faced lot of personal issues and financial burdens. The above matter was informed to the dealer M/S Vijay Yamaha Aluva Cochin through letter dated 26/12/2020. So considering the above fact as engine fails continuously the vehicle has to be replaced at the earliest or otherwise sufficient compensation has to be given. This for your kind consideration.

                            Yamaha Fascino 125 cc BS6-Starting problem-engine warning signal on-engine off start not working

                            Madam/Dear Sir,
                            I have bought Yamaha Fascino 125cc BS6 on 16/1/2021, the very next day onwards starting problem occured. Service person told that everything is fine. Now for the past 4 days the same problem occured along with that now engine warning signal is continuously glowing in instrument cluster and also engine automatic off and start is also not working.

                            Dear sir/ mam,
                            I had purchased a bike Yamaha FZS-V3 bs-6 in sangeeta motors bhadrak showroom on 6 th june 2020 after 6 month i had a stating problem in my bike soi go to the showroom about this problem and then they said that the battery had dead so after that they provide a used battery for backup and i give all the documents for warranty process.on that day i told them to update my service book up to date but servicing manager denied to update.after 1 month later i got the same problem and i approach to showroom they told that there is a anather problem i.e register and ECU( ENGINE CONTROL UNIT) on that day they received the receipt of 3 rd servicing instead of 2 nd serving and they taken money about the changes.They told me that your bike warrenty we can't process due to lapse of 2 nd service but the fault is i told him to update my 2 nd service coupon but they denied on that time..so i would like to request you to take valuable action against sangeeta motors sevice provider.i[censored] take any action against the service provider and the manager i would be to obliged to you.

                                Good morning sir Iam Ameen(45) from Thirukovilur Iam a Front line Worker. I bought my new Yamaha R15 ABS on date[protected] at Yamaha showroom Villupuram.Since I bought my Bike I have been servicing my bike at Villupuram showroom only two services have gone I don't know what mistake has done while Servicing only two services have gone and my bike engine got ceased...As of I have registered in 8th month of 2019 we didn't use more due to pandemic issues.. The Yamaha showroom Villupuram Asking me to pay the Amount 20, 000 Rs for Repair.. Since it's a New Bike and I didn't even Ride more also my Company services also not over As a common Yamaha lover why should I bear all these sir? I Please consider my mail and take immediate Steps in Accordance to my mail sir.. Also requesting you a reply back mail sir. I have Attached my Rc book for more details Since my Service book is Struck at Showroom I can't submit my Service Book. Please consider my mail as a serious issue and give me a Solution For this issue..please make a call for more details..

                                  Dear Yamaha,

                                  I have purchased Yamaha R15 V3 BS6 on[protected] from Sri Ganesh Motors, LB Nagar Hyderabad. Concern agency didn't allow me to test drive the vehicle before delivery due to lock down restrictions in the state. However on the day of delivery, I have identified & brought to the notice of concern officials on the handle issue and they have admitted and promised me that the same will be rectified soon.

                                  Though they have committed, they didn't provide me the complete solution. They have just replaced the handle under warranty for the brand new bike and promised that the problem will not arise. Considering the pandemic lock down sittuaiton I didn't raise any questions and accepted the solution provided by them.

                                  However the newly replaces handle also has the issue and brought to the concern team of agency on the same day. They promised that they will be looking in to the issue soon. Its been more than 5 months and I am regularly following up with the agency on solution, however the agency is just extending the timeline by over promising without any solution.

                                  Hence approaching consumer complaints for speedy solution.

                                    I tried to give my Yamaha Fascino vehicle to 2nd service to perfect Yamaha dealer in Bangalore ...

                                    The vehicle purchase date was 14.07.2020 first service done in 28.10.2020
                                    today (27.1.2021) (km ride was just 2370 km only) when I gave to service your service period is expired we won't take it for 2nd service either you have to pay for the service or we will consider it has 3rd free service told by an advisor who is very rough and doesn't know how to talk to a customer. the way they talking only not acceptable so I afraid to give my vehicle to them so I haven't given it for service.
