I bought the new dual abs r15 v3 in October 2020.After first service my bike shows engine oil leak. What i can do now? Please inform me yamaha motors india.

    I have given more than 3 complaints from 17/11/2020. But company is not able to supply spare parts since 1 year.
    They have dealer in Sawantwadi named sapale auto service. But it is registered in kankavli and he has opened sub-showroom and he is not given spare parts and only selling bikes with same name and stamp having address of kankavli. Please close such sub-dealers

        My bike had been kept in service centre at Mira road almost 1 month back due to parts repair ..But branch don't have parts and its not available at main office also..I don't understand why u launch bike i[censored] don't have back up of parts ..I had to travel by cab now and some time friends bike ..daily I had to call at service centre for update .Now u please let me know should I will get my bike in working condition or I need to sell that.will wait for u update .if sell won't purchase any bike in future because all 2b kies are of my Yamaha .

          My name is Salu Sebastian and I am a humble customer of yamaha .I took a yamaha FZ S in September 2019 from DEVOO MOTORS North paravur, Ernakulam District.The vehicle has run only 26700 Kms.so far my bike has Four main complaints 1. Defective starting motor 2. Stucking Frond break lever 3. meter console defect and now Leaking of Frond shock absorber .It's a bit of a hassle for me during my work .Now I have to take leave to board the service center .All the service has been done correctly so far .If there are compliants like this from a big company like YAMAHA. It will be affect the quality of the company amung the customers .So I humbly request you to find a suitable solution to solve my issues. I hope that you consider my request and do the needful.

                [protected] on this day I dropped my bike for service in Adithya Yamaha autos, Thirchy road, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Till now today is[protected] bike not delivered. I followed service station peoples they not giving proper answers.[protected] evening me and my friend visited directly to their place. I saw my bike some parts interchanged thats means some other bike old parts fixed in my bike. I asked people's they not giving proper answers. They simply tolled " Today office time is closed now you go and come by tomorrow." I asked manager for this issue . he told I will take care of this but I now action is not taken.

                  I had purchased scooty Yamaha zr from Yamaha showroom jalpaiguri 7months ago.but till now I haven't get RC book form showroom. Every timi showroom owner make excuses when I asked for RC book. They cut my phone call during asking for RC book.i have very bad experiences from yamaha showroom..

                    Dear Customer Service Team

                    I have bought a new R15 version 3 BS-4 model in November 2019. Yesterday I had a starting trouble with my bike. So I have taken it to the nearest authorized dealer.

                    After checking the problem, the service engineer contacted me and told me the fuel pump was not working properly and it has to be replaced. I have asked them for warranty claims but they're telling me that warranty cannot be claimed for the bikes if all the services are not done on time.

                    Unfortunately I didn't do the 3rd free service due to COVID-19 lockdown. I'm residing in Ranipet District and my bike was stuck in Chennai. In Tamil Nadu, the intra state transport permission was lifted in September only. Then I went to chennai and did my 4th service in the Authorized service center where I bought the bike.

                    In the meantime, during lock down How I can be able to travel to chennai and do 3rd service. I request you to think of it from a customer point of view.

                    After this 4th service, how a fault can happen in a fuel injection system. And I didn't even cross 8000 KMS. I have a quality doubt on the bike.

                      I took my ray ZR for service to near by yamaha service center, i had the worst service there with them, they charged me with 2550 Rs for service but the service is worst i am having the same issue again, they said they changed the brake shoes, acceleration cable and they dosent even provide me with a bill, i have been keep on asking them for a bill for 4 days, they only reply i got is server issue. They doesn't even attending my calls and refuse to answer me. I feel like cheated here. If i dosent get notified or my issue fixed i gona file a police complaint. This is the 3rd time they dosent provide me a bill for their charges and services. i want my bike to be serviced properly without any more charges am done with their way of treating me. I really wana know for what they changed 2550 rs and am really frustrated how you treat customers like this.

                        Hi team, it's been a month I've ordered parts from swastik yamaha, ulhasnagar Maharashtra. I've paid in advance... got the parts today after a month. Still a tank pannel is missing. I don't know why it's taking time but still I've received that part. Now i am not gonna wait anymore. Filing a case at consumer court because of this ### service. And also i had 2 toolkits and medi kits purcahsed they are missing... i just got one medi kit back because of manager. Thanks to the manager he arranged a medi kit for me. But still parts are not arrived and 2 toolkits are missing

                          I have send my bike to MANTI Automobile, Fatwa, mauji pur, Bihar (803201), . For servicing Last month, i my bike getting the same problem again and again.
                          And whenever i visit to them for complain they say it's not possible today, you may come after some days... They told me this for more the four times.
                          Yesterday i went to that service center than they told me that they can't do anything with that bike problem.
                          The told me to went another service center in patna...

                          I just want file a complain against that service center to resolve my bikes problem
                          If any case my bike engine gets damage I'll file a consumer complain against that service center and yamaha too...

                                Sir, this is to inform that i purchased my Bike from Tanushka Auto, kolkata.. my bike was sent to routine service 30 days back.. i was having engine sound issue and breaks were not functioning properly and the oil seal was damaged.. but after 10 days i found my oil seal broken i again went to service center for repairs and i was having the engine sound issue due to tapid adjustment and the breaks were still not working properly also i was informed that the ball racer need to b changed..and i agreed with the abive repairs.. but sir, even after the repairs the tapid is not well adjusted and also the ball racer is not working properly.. kindly look into the matter asap because its disturbing to drive on a bike with such defects and even when the repairs are done bu ur skilled workers

                                  Hi, My self akash bc, I recently bought R15 V3 motorcycle from yamaha dealer.After two months of buying air was leaking from the rear tyre and I asked dealer for the replacement of tyre from warranty.They agreed and gave me a used tyre for temporary use for my new R15v3 just 2 months old then and they took 15days time to claim warranty and after 15 days they told still 15 days and after that still 15 days like that it's been 3 months now and now they are saying we had gave you the tyre and it's over like this they always had issues from almost all customers when I go for the service.I think they are cheating the customers
                                  Please take action on this dealer, dealers name Vijaya motors Shimoga (D) Karnataka (S)
                                  Worst response from manager also please take action on the dealer and also get my issue solved iam just asking to claim warranty nothing more... Please get on this as soon as possible..

                                    My yamaha fzs v2 single disc chennal suspension broked 2 months ago and next and on that day when my suspension broke i gave my bike for buying new suspension to my nearest yamaha showroom since 2 month the name of the showroom is rudra auto which is located in belur...i live in liluah near howrah and the owner of the showroom is giving me excuses from 2 months that kolkata mein maal nhi aa raha hai...i need suspension as soon as possible...coz i go to my office from my bike...
