      I own a Yamaha R15v3 monster edition bike. According to Yamaha policy, every service has to be done within 90 days or 3000kms whichever comes first. My 3rd service is scheduled in the month of May, 2020. Due to COVID, company extended the deadline upto 60 days. i.e June 20th, 2020. I went to give my bike for service on September 21st, 2020. That's my mistake and I missed my 3rd service. But, strangely they said, you cannot avail 4th service also. Now they are saying that they extended the service time for only April, may services and the rest of the services will work normal. According to their policy, my next service is 25 days due. Why should I service my bike when I don't travel much in 25 days and actual policies according to Yamaha were 90 days or 3000 kms? They did not send any mail regarding the updated policies and when I asked the customer executive to provide me the link o[censored]pdated policiy, he didn't even send me and said "whether that policy is there or not" . How is that possible? Their customer executives don't even answer our queries and keep on saying " this is our company policy". When I call customer care, they will suggest to visit yamaha showroom and when I visit the showroom they will suggest to call customer care. Is this service acceptable Yamaha?

      I did not expect this pathetic behaviour from a reputed brand like Yamaha.

        This is to inform you regarding my Bike condition which i have purchased in 2018 from Samukh Motars, Pallikaranai, Chennai.

        As i am a field person as usually i have to be in field for my company. Long traveling is very usual for me.

        Regular service of my bike has been done from time to time as and when required in Yahama service centres only. I'm having all the service records with me.

        Last month I've done my bike service with sun motors, Anna nagar, Chennai. After running bike 2, 500 KM again General service has been done through Sri motors, Ekattuthangal, Chennai on 12/12/2020. Service centre has provided the FI (fuel injector) report stating that the engine is in good condition.

        After that I've covered a journey of 1700 KM only. During the journey the engine has been ceased.

        I am not able to understand what is the issue behind the Engine Ceased. How it is possible for the bike of a world's top most brand to be ceased with in 1700 KMS. All the basic requirements of the bike has been fulfilled on time - Service, etc.

        Just to inform you that it has taken 3 years for me to purchase this bike. With very hard earned money i have purchased this bike. Now i am very upset with this issue.

        I am very disappointed with this problem.

        I hope you will understand my problem and will provide me some appropriate solution at the earliest.

          I bought my bike before 2 years from KAVI MOTORS, TRICHY. after one year itself there is a sound in the engine. The dealer doesn't gave a proper info about this and keeps on putting charges for identifing those errors. Now my bike is in the service centre for almost one month. Still my bike is opened and kept for one month. I don't know how these dealer become so leathalogiclly responding to the customers complaint. I don't know how they got the dealership.worst showroom to buy the bike.

            I bought my bike before 2 years. After one year my engine started heavy sound. The yamaha dealer in our city didn't respond to that sound and still put some unwanted expenses for the bike. Now i say that the bike is defective for me where the dealer and the company should respond to this complaint. I have already sent many complaints regarding this and there is no response for that. I think that yamaha motor india is also refused to reply for the customers complaint.

              I own r15v2.KA 17 EM 2552. job card number:22072
              I had met with an accident as a result fuel tank and others part where damaged. i left my bike to service center on 25th November 2020 and paid advance and ordered all the parts also...
              it has been nearly one month since the order is placed showroom people are telling that they have not yet received the fuel tank and it has went to BACK ORDER.. even though mail has been sent to company people and have been frequently calling them and enquiring there is no improvement in status.
              where a whole bike can be manufactured within hours iam not getting a fuel tank even after one month.
              This is such a bad experience for me from Yamaha i never expected this kind of customer satisfaction from yamaha

                I have booked FZ-S on 5 dec and done full payment by cash and submitted all of the required documents on 10 dec. The showroom commited me to give me the bike on 17 dec with no. plate. Today it is 23 dec and till now i didn't even get registration msg from RTO.And the guy from showroom didn't
                even pick up the phone. This is the worst kind of service i have seen.This is totally not expected from brand like YAMAHA.

                    I have a complaint on my yamaha FZ16 carburetor since last 5 months. I had consulted AMG Yamaha service center at Thalassery for 3 times. They had just cleaned and fitted the same for last 3 times and within 2 weeks it will show the same acceleration missing issue. I can say that they are doing a very bad service here at Thalassery. 2 months before I informed them to order a new carburetor for my bike and they assured that within 1week the product will reach the service center. But its been 2 months, i am still waiting for the same. Now the service center is not responding properly and not even giving the order number too. I am requesting you to solve my issue asap.

                      I bought the Yamaha FZS V3 bike at 01/08/2019, my bike rear tyre is one side damage compare to other sides. So i decide to ask showroom to claim the warranty. so we complaint to AMS motors showroom at 09/12/2020 01:02 PM and give bike, that showroom employee told maximum 3 days to claim or fix the issue. After 1 week go to ask, showroom side no response, then daily morning going to ask he told send the letter to CEAT tyre company but i think showroom careless nothing do. Then finally showroom manager called 17/12/2020 and told can't claim the warranty for 2 more punchers. when i buy the bike showroom told 2 years manufacture warranty and 5 years engine warranty. My requirement is not fixed and delayed 10 days. I'm very depressed

                        I have said to replace chain, bulb, and teflon coating.

                        They have done some other things and put labour charges :1696 rs

                        if it would charge that much they could have informed us, so that we could discontinued and will not afford. But they have done with their own will without customer consent.

                        I stricly raise complaint for this, uploading my bill as well.

                          In Starting of 2020 i had an bike accident of my r15 v3 matte black after that i went to service centre named royal yamaha jammu to claim my bike inshorance they said that the parts are not available yet but they can order the parts and get in 15 days But they did not bring the parts to 4 months and my bike got rusted. then after i went to another showroom named rihadi yamaha jammu in 1 August my bike is still hi service centre but they don't get there spare parts order .what can i do in this situation .My bike was new but due to 6 months being in the service center, it has become rusting, who is responsible for it

                            I bought the new FZS v3 in July 30th 2020. After first service my bike shows engine oil leak and Continuously losses air through rim. Its manufacturing defect of your product. I gave the bike at the showroom a month ago. They said checked and repaired and gave it back to me. But the problem is still there. Again given 17 Days ago. Again They said Tyre manufacturing defect and would file a complaint to the company. Butt still does not have any status. What i can do now? Inform me Yamaha motors India.

                              I had purchased a FZ 16 bike on 13.11.2020. Soon after a week it started developing full body jerking issue, when the vehicle reached a speed of 40km/hr. I informed the service person when I had given the bike for the first service on 24.11.2020. But they did not bother about it and the complaint persisted.
                              So I again took the bike to the service centre on 10.12.2020.The service in charge told me that he replaced the front wheel and the complaint persists. He needs to replace the back wheel to further check, but since he does not have the spare, he is not able to confirm. I had to take back the bike, but the situation was worse than before. I could not use it at all. So I took it back the next morning, that is on 11.12.2020 morning. Now after 5 days, they have confirmed the complaint as back alloy wheel defect and he does not have the spare to replace it and has no idea when it could be replaced.
                              I am a service engineer with Samsung Services, whose job depends very much on the bike. Now I am fired as I have been without my bike for the past one week.
                              I had procurred this bike against a bank loan, which is another burden on me.
                              I request you to get me a replacement at the earlist so as not to hinder my job and my day to day activities.

                                  I have given more than 3 complaints from 17/11/2020. But company is not able to supply spare parts since 1 year.
                                  They have dealer in Sawantwadi named sapale auto service. But it is registered in kankavli and he has opened sub-showroom and he is not given spare parts and only selling bikes with same name and stamp having address of kankavli. Please close such sub-dealers

                                      My bike had been kept in service centre at Mira road almost 1 month back due to parts repair ..But branch don't have parts and its not available at main office also..I don't understand why u launch bike i[censored] don't have back up of parts ..I had to travel by cab now and some time friends bike ..daily I had to call at service centre for update .Now u please let me know should I will get my bike in working condition or I need to sell that.will wait for u update .if sell won't purchase any bike in future because all 2b kies are of my Yamaha .

                                              My name is Salu Sebastian and I am a humble customer of yamaha .I took a yamaha FZ S in September 2019 from DEVOO MOTORS North paravur, Ernakulam District.The vehicle has run only 26700 Kms.so far my bike has Four main complaints 1. Defective starting motor 2. Stucking Frond break lever 3. meter console defect and now Leaking of Frond shock absorber .It's a bit of a hassle for me during my work .Now I have to take leave to board the service center .All the service has been done correctly so far .If there are compliants like this from a big company like YAMAHA. It will be affect the quality of the company amung the customers .So I humbly request you to find a suitable solution to solve my issues. I hope that you consider my request and do the needful.

                                                   My name is Salu Sebastian and I am a humble customer of yamaha .I took a yamaha FZ S in September 2019 from DEVOO MOTORS North paravur, Ernakulam District.The vehicle has run only 26700 Kms.so far my bike has Four main complaints 1. Defective starting motor 2. Stucking Frond break lever 3. meter console defect and now Leaking of Frond shock absorber .It's a bit of a hassle for me during my work .Now I have to take leave to board the service center .All the service has been done correctly so far .If there are compliants like this from a big company like YAMAHA. It will be affect the quality of the company amung the customers .So I humbly request you to find a suitable solution to solve my  issues. I hope that you consider my request and do the needful.
