Dear Sir / Ma’am
This a second time i am complaining..

I purchased brand new Yamaha R15 V3 model Black Colour on 3rd August, 2020 from SAHIL YAHAMA BOISAR TALUKA AND DISTRICT- Palghar Maharashtra, India. Within 100 kms of bike ride I realised that after running 15-20 kms and taking halt for 5-10 minutes there was an issue in restarting the bike. In just 3-4 months my brand new bike got rusted on handle and many other parts including chassis (bike frame).
I have already visited the same authorised showroom twice to solve the issue which is about 80 kms far. No proper action is been taken by the authorised showroom to solve my problem.I tried connecting to customer care with hopes that I can get a firm solution for my problem and no response received.
I’m very disappointed by the service and behaviour of the authorised dealer.
After complaining about the issues in my bike, the service man picked the bike from my home town.
My complains were..
1.Battery issue (bike starting problem)
2.Rusting issues on handle and some of chassis within 4 months.
After two days from picking my bike i got a reply from company that they will change the battery, mirror and crown part of bike(which is rusted).
And other parts like rust on chassis they will apply rust cleaning method and painting work.
I am not satisfied with doing paint work and rust cleaning process on my new bike beacause no one is paying a big amount of money to repaint his by on the main parts like chassis within 4 months.
Company is giving silly reasons like you stay near coastal areas and all.
If coastal area is the problem why they dont stop selling bikes in coastal area ???If they cant solve the issues of a new brand bike.
And in 4 months if company cant solve my major problems, then they will raise their hands after warrenty period (i.e 1 years).Thats means its was my waste of time and money to invest an amount of Rs 175000 to buy a Yamaha bike.
I demand for replacement of my bike or refund of the paid money as soon as possible.
I would appreciate it if you could organise the same without any further delay. I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved from you within 7 days I will consider taking further action and will file complaint with the appropriate consumer agencies or through courts.

      The plastic part of the tank cover had come out . we approach the service dealer at coimbatore they are saying it cannot be claimed under warranty .He had suggested that the whole tank need to be replaced on chargeable basis

          Hi,

          My bike is given for service at jodhpur yamha service cetner.

          Manager, by name babalu was asking for payment inbetween without completing full service. Customer always give payment after service is being completed fully. I don't know this unprofessional behavior is backed by Yamha reputed company. I have no obligation to do the payment but is it the really Yamha policy ?

            I left my bike in service on the last 2nd Jan 2021, but I have no satisfaction in this repair work. I told them it was not repair, problems are there, but they said everything is fine and you can take the bike. I'm only used my bike every day, I know that problem, he said that I'm driving now no problem u keep it ur bike. What is this answer..? After I find out the problem and tell clearly then they accepted, but one problem only solved other problems are not solved, I'm not satisfied service, so I can leave gently, I love Yamaha bikes, that's a reason for I'm buying Yamaha bike, But, Customer service and bike service is very wrist,

              Gave my bike in linga showroom on 29_12_2020 for battery problem they promise me you get a bike before new-year now date jan 6 if i asked to them they reply we given a battery to exide il call them they cleared mentioned no ticket has been raised using your phone no and battery no [protected]/M7HOR787494 then how can we expect to change the battery

              I am getting irritated to the core only mistakes il made buy a yahama bike now i realized

              If any option to return a bike kindly let me know worst experience thanks yahama here after i wont suggest not even think about yahama

              If you want to change they experience really then take necessary action !

                I was purchased yamazha R15 v3 on 26/05/2018 from MCP Enterprises thrichur. i have faced the tank cover issue from the beginning, I have informed the authorized dealer so many times but they fixed the issue with gum. Unfortunately few months back the showroom was closed, then i consulted another dealer Uno Mobikes Yamaha Kuriachira. They fixed with gum again. But issue is not resolved not yet. It's a manufacturing defect. I didn't know why they are not willing to replace that part. Yamaha could you please help me on this issue.

                  I’m really very disappointed and mentally harassed by whatever is happening since the very 1st day and I find this situation very irritating.

                  While I do understand that manufacturing errors do happen, still I cannot comprehend the fact that my bike was not properly tested before handover. This is not the type of the product I would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.

                  I demand replacement of my bike and give me a new bike as soon as possible.

                    regarding service bill clarification

                    I have given my bike yamaha fzs v2.0 with reg no KL 01 BR 4846 for chain sprocket replacement at muthoot yamaha in ulloor, trivandrum, kerala on 04/01/2020. They gave me an estimation of 1580 for spares including gst and 250 plus gst for chain sprocket replacement labour. Also he added that swing arm bush and bearing is starting to wear and asked whether to replace it, I told him that my finances are tight right now and dont want to replace...

                    Im mithran. I bought R15 v3 before 2 years. After one year my engine has started sound. I complaint about that and for that complaint already one month has wasted. Now i wish to get my bike serviced. Now at 28/12/2020 my paid my advance and told them to service my bike. They said we will return your BIKE within one week. Now they are saying that still the materials didn't come. Such an irresponsibility of the dealer and the service mechanics. I need to speak to the higher authority regarding this.

                      I have purchased the bike Yamaha FZS in 2010
                      In one of the accident Headlight and Headlight fixture broken.
                      I gave my bike to Yamaha Showroom Name - Nilesh Autorider College Road Nashik in the month of Nov 2020.
                      Till today showroom Manager is saying that parts are not availble.

                      My question is that who the hell is giving authorized dealership to such hopeless and unprofessional ###.

                      Mr. Sable the most hopeless showroom Manager is there.

                      Now coming to the point when will I get my spare .
                      Looking toward the scenario I don't think I will get the Spare.

                      My Request to Yamaha Team kindly look into such matter with due diligence.

                        I have registered yamaha r15 monster edition bike by paying 1000 rupees and after few weeks they told that we don't have that bike, so I cancelled the bike registration and applied for refund, it's been a year but still they didn't initiate refund process and they are not picking my phone calls, it's like they are fraud showroom.

                        Amount to be refund : 1000 rupees.

                          Sir I am seeing the problem from a long time back but the yahama company has given a dealership to wrong person. The dealer has taken always 10, 000 extra than the price from many of the customer but after knowing of the fraud or having powerful resouces in the town the fir is no loged and the fraud when come out he return the extra money. but some days back a person purchsed a yahama mt but after checking the number detail in the website the person is showing second buyer after lot of oral fight the dealer change it with giving new bike and change meter with the new bike and sold it to someone else in town the problem is that the personwho has been purched the bike Is thinking he has but a new bike but the probelm is that he has been also been frauded to all those people. At least I know 10 person who has been frauded by the dealer and [censored]ing lot ofdiffucity in the bike due to default but the dealer is not seeeing our concerns and people are soon on few days boycoot purchasing yahama bike in the town. SASARAM, ROHTAS, BIHAR 821115.
                          His co worker or manager is also part of fraud because after some find their fault the sudhir owner blame the manager nad if the owner is not there then yash return the money to the consumer after having a oral fight or collecting known people of the town . Sir my request is that please do a raid on thw owner prisemes and become a custome about the rate of bike or purchsed it then you also know about the big fraud or otherwise in some days a will reach the customer court to sue the company and its owner and the company has a big goodwill in the market which surealy the company do not wnat to destroy and sir there are a various complaint regarding this is also pending in the company against the dealer pls do and sudden raid to clear and provide better benift to it customer

                              I have purchesed a scooter model fascino which
                              Chasis No. is ME1SED194K0169382 &
                              Engine No. is E3Y4E0242463 Financed by L&T finance ltd. from Khandelwal Ymaha Khichripur.

                              Then i have paid to downpayment 18000-/ cash & 10000-/ in exchange & 4681*12 month's according to Vijay ( sales person L&T)
                              but when i visit at RO of L&T for loan foreclosed than I came to know that my loan tenure is 18 months & i socked when i saw my laon shecudle, loan amount 74411 & vehicle cost is also 74050.

                              SO plz clear all over charges and refund my extra payment other wise i will take action with u staff & company also.

                                      Hello Sir/Mam,
                                      I bought fz-s v3 bike just two month before . Don't know how but my bikes both tyre's are getting puncture contiously.i don't know how it can happen .I used my bike only for 2200 km till now.
                                      In this days I repaired total 25 puncture's from that 10 from front tyre bad 15 from rear tyre.

                                      Please take this issue seriously and took necessary action as soon as possible.
