I have purchased yamaha fzs version 3.0 model bike this year 2019 from bikerz yamaha, alandur, chennai, tamilnadu. During delivery i was not informed about bike break in period (First 1000km), without knowing break in period i drove my bike harshly after 1000km i came to know about break in period. Now i am worrying about this.
Please tell me, is any remedial measures? And why they did not inform about break in period during delivery?

I have recently bought a Yamaha Fascino from the Gurgaon sector 38. I have not been issued RC. There are missing accessories, which were promised at the time of purchase and not yet delivered. The dealership offers no help at all.
It been over one month that i have been chasing them. Bad support and reluctance to work.

    I had given my bike for servicing at panache enterprise, marathalli (Authorised dealer for yamaha motor pvt ltd), after few day bike was not moving smoothly, i met with the guy, he told me just see it for few more days and then come. One day suddenly my bike not moving at all. I had no other option to drag my bike to a mechanic near to my home. Then he told clutch plate has broken he changed it change the engine oil. When was moving, i reached to service center told the entire story to service, they made a bill of around rs 5000/- (Last time they took 4000/- around). Again my bike stopped at mid of the way. I struggled a lot to park my bike to one of my friends house. Can anybody tell what mistake i have done.. I paid so much amount to service center and the service i got is very painful. They have looted me.. I know that this complain will not work out but still i'm writing my story

      Today (30th sep'19) i went to pacer motors pvt ltd, kalyan nagar, bangalore; to buy yamaha facsino. I even booked the vehicle and they said by evening i will get it. The accessories which they give here is in very bad quality. Especially the seat cover and the floor mat. When i talk to the representatives, they said they have only this, and they cannot do anything about it.

      I saw a person who sitting inside a cabin, who so called boss/owner of this showroom. I thought to give a feedback about this to him so that he might be able to help me with my issues. But, he himself have an attitude of "if you want you buy it" kind of. Is this is the way to talk to a customer? I have seen many bad reviews about this showroom in google (If you search with this showroom name you will get it). But still i came here because of yamaha and this showroom is near to my home.

      I would suggest you to give some proper training to your employees and the agencies on how to deal and talk with customers. Yes i understand you might be already doing that, but you should stay seriously thinking on the showroom owners or so called bosses behavior also with the customers.

      I am sure, i will definitely not going to suggest yamaha to any of my friends from now on. I waited there the whole day but still didn't to got my vehicle delivered.

      Again, i am worried on the service of my vehicle. If this is the attitude while i buy a vehicle, just imagine what will be there when i go for service? Normally there will be some good behavior at the time of purchase. But here purchase time only its worst. And where will i complain? The so called owner or boss himself doesn't knows the importance of the customer or customer satisfaction or how to talk or behave with customers.

      I hope there will be some necessary steps taken from your end to address these issues. Also please make sure good quality accessories will be delivered along with the vehicle. Even though they said they will be giving side mirror and side stand along with the vehicle; actually that needs to be paid. But here they are giving it as festival offer. I am surprised and first time am hearing that the basic things like this, which needs to be a necessary accessories for all vehicles, we need to pay separately for it.

      Nothing more to say... A very bad day i had today. Waste of a full day, hope i will get the vehicle at least tomorrow. Fingers crossed and expecting some action on this.

        In just 2 weeks (500km) after purchase facing gear shifting issue (Very hard and unable to shift gears).

        They instructed me to visit dealer, they are ready to serve u.
        So visited service center for my complaint and also for 1st service on[protected]. After service they said the problem is resolved. But still i am facing the problem. Unable to ride the bike.
        I want refund or replacement if the issue not rectified by yamaha.

        I have order my yamaha bike all part's its was an acident and broke my hedlight tail fairings back light and more item I will order after 1 month ago but it's not delivered naw .yamaha service is so bad ..

          Dear manager,

          I have been suffering with yamaha fzs new version which is purchase last years, now reading showing that 13, 000 kms.

          My above vehicle has issue with starting and not starting at all, the digital meter not showing any thing, apart from that engine trouble indicators is blinking.

          I approached nearby service center, i. E., mettuguda, secunderabad which is near to me and also i approached show room at jangaon (Sri shirdi motors) where i bought the above vehicle.

          These two service centers are not responding at all, especially the show room, jangaon is irresponsible in this issue.

          Kindly resolve this issue by instructing the concerned people.

            Today i have given the bike for 1st service at Republic auto sales
            but as per given time bike not complete, and before i sending guy i have the with service centre they reply send 500Rs and your bike also complete when the guy reach they reply meeting is going on u have to wait.
            But quary is that at given time u not provide the bike then this is the 1st and last impression.i an not satisfied for this

              This is regarding my fz25. I have bought the vehicle from charaple motors, islampur in december 2017. Meter reading is approximately 31000 kms as of now. Rto passing number is mh10cy 2347.

              I was facing vibration problem and some unusual noise from engine was noticed. I immediately taken the bike to samarjeet yamaha, pune. Its been almost 3 weeks now, still there is no precise fault detection been done regarding the problem. Using the trial and error method, one by one things are been checked.

              First i had been told the problem is regarding the crank, then after told that the problem is regarding the clutch drum, and today i have been told that the problem is regarding the bearings. The bike being in warranty i am not able to uderstand why this much time delay is caused.

              No one has the calliber to uderstand the exact problem and now the authorised dealer has raised his hands saying me and yamaha have to deal internally and get this sorted. The dealer is not responsible for the issues and not going to get the bike cleared and keep it as it is. This is really pathetic answer and not at all accpetable.

              I was facing problem since last 2 servicing i have done. I had even mentioned about the problem i am facing for gear shifting, and excess vibrations noticed while driving. Unfortunately and carelessly it was not been taken that much seriously and just regular bike servicing was done.

              My bike is under warranty and the warranty letter covers all affected parts, as its clearly written over there. All documents are provided already to respective yamaha dealers.
              Still yamaha is trying to raise their hands and giving irresponsible answers and not working on my vehicle.

              No response from there too..

              I have raised a compliant here only after doing all necessary formalities and waiting for the revert and conclusion from Yamaha for more than enough time. Refer attached complain details.

              Request you to please not kill the time anymore and conclude with my Bikes concern at earliest.

              I am continously in touch with the so called Authorsied Yamaha Service Centre.
              Unfortunately they are are not enough responsible and sensible towards the client.
              Stop bluffing customers. Or else i would case a file against Yamaha officialy in the court.
              Dont test customer's patience.
              All the required details and documents are already been provided to the concern service station.

              Even the service provider is not receiving satisfactory revert backs from Yamaha.

              This doesnt go with the image Yamaha carries in the market. Its been almost a month my bike is at Yamaha service station and still unresolved and treated.

                I buy my r15v3 at month of april 2019... But im not satisfied because it is not giving enough pick up only going at speed of 120kmph. But my neighbour's r15v3 is going at 145kmph and engine sound is different and vibrations are there...
                Why my 5 months old new bike is like this...

                  Hi, i already mail u abt my bike issue. I own r15 motostar. But suddenly bike was not starting so i went to sevice center n they told me abt bike motor should be chg n it's chargeable rs 7085. I agree to pay that amt. But after 1 weak same issue in my bike i told abt my problem to service center again they told me u hv to chg bike motor rs 7085 again i mean i jst pay before weak again i hv to pay for this. I purchased this bike 17 jan 2019 it's jst 6 month. Very disappointed with your yamaha's services.

                    I have bought a yamaha fz150 on 14/6/2019. On 13/9/2019, we noticed that both tyres mag wheels were damged. All the details of the damage were given to the company, dealer, initially dealer asked us to get it repaired from outside, however on our insistence they said they will do it under insurance. When we insisted that since it is only 3 months how can wheels get damaged? The company was of the view to contact the dealer only and we have nothing to do about it. Despite reminders they stuck to we have nothing to do about it let the dealer decide. I would want that such a reknowned brand is so customer unfriendly. Invoic no.                     I hv asked co. To replace both mag wheels free of cost on their own and not under insurance. I have sent co. Atleast 5 emails still response is talk to dealer and who wants it done under my insurance cover and not free of cost to me

                      I owned this bike last may paid ready cash of inr 1640000.Until today suffering lot of irritating complaints from this one such as follows...
                      Head light unit shivering drastically while running, after show this to service centre it will partially rectified, feel doubt from it then i check it, will see they just wound &fix it by an insulation tape, (please note-not get value for money ).Next is tappet& engine noise(not just tappet sound), such an irritating uncomfortable riding, noisy engine, (please see the video), feel abnormal vibration to all over the bike, like get electrical shock.smoothless& un comfortable, fuel sensor not working properly, i always keeping fuel approx 3 litters in tank to protect fuel pump&bike will go oneside (leftside), while ridings70- 80 it will feel shivering, will go 5-6 times to showroom kambra motors, perinthalmanna, malappuram kerala, buy bike from this showroom.
                      Hope u understand my problems & feelings, please take care of it, also attached a video with this.

                        The Peoples in the Show room Vinayaka Motors Gauwribidanur (Sub Dealer of Pacer Yamaha Hebbal), With out any product knowledge they fitted wrong crash gaurd to my vehchicle due to this my front wheel gaurd is damaged.                           I purchased yamaha motor cycle on 14th october 2017, from the dealer, yamaha madhyamgram. I have not receive my smart card yet. There is one more branch of this, tanushka auto, kestopur. L have tried communicating them on numerous occasions but they hardly receive. They have not send my smart card to me as per their sayings. They told me to inform regarding this but they never informed. I went several times personally. One time i approached to tanushka auto kestopur and they said don't worry about smart card and a time they asked for rs.350 and said that they will get the smart card and send it to me. I kept on waiting for their genuine concern and replies. But still i did not get my smart card yet!!.

                          Moreover, they also took a long long time for issuing tax receipt. I enquired number of times for these also, sometimes they receive but many a time they do not. They did not communicate regarding when i will get tax receipt and when i will get my number plates etc, on time. I went there personally so many times and somehow got the number plates, tax receipts, fitting certificates and all.

                          But, sir/madam now i am out of kolkata serving way too far and not possible for me to reach there personally and communicate and get my smart card. Now, the dealer and the persons from madhyamgram is telling to collect a token from the yamaha madhyamgram dealer and asking me to collect the smart card in person from barasat rto. Previously they were ready to sent the smart card through courier to me. I am in deep worry, my bike is out of station, i can't drive it without smart card, it remains in garrage only.
                          I would like to mention the bad service from yamaha customer care agent whose name is ranjan kumar. He said i can't help you. You would have told me before. Its late. He said i would have helped you before. The same person i talked around 22 days back said talk to dealer first then i will help and the number he gave was also unreachable.
                          A person named "subhasis", dealer of yamaha madhyamgram gave a number which was of kestopur when i supposed to contact to the yamaha madhyamgram from where i purchased my bike.

                          I have faced a lot of inconvenience and i have records of all talks that i can provide upon escalation. If not resolved, i move further to higher authorities, social media platforms and to yamaha president, japan.

                          Keeping the aforesaid in mind, i want action and get my smart card as soon as possible through courier to me. Please make the dealer contact to me regarding my courier address and any other requisutes.

                            I have given my Yamaha Bike service in Orion motors Agara, I have complained about tyre wobbling much while riding, they said they have fixed it. but still the wobbling is too much. Not happy with the way servicing was done. Self start is still not working even after complained about it before servicing. I have also complained about Indicator light not glowing every time. That is also not resolved.

                            Head light is not working every time I turn it ON. I have to turn it OFF and turn it back ON in order to make it work. I have complained all these issues to the staff, but still my bike is having all the problems. None of the issue is rectified. They have just done water wash

                              I have replaced my front brake pads on the 4th service at 10450 kms in may 2019 and to my surprise the brake pads have already worn out and have caused damaged to my disc. Total kms is 13000 as on date. Such low quality product is not at all expected from yamaha. I am really worried whether the replacement of the brake pad was done or the brake pad wasnt touched at all during the service. I demand a complete checkup of my brakes and a replacement of the brakepads and disc in case damaged. I would appreciate quick action from yamaha.

                                yamaha fz v3 rear tyre puncture problem

                                I bought my yamaha fzs on 6 april 2019 and within 5 month i had 6 puncture in my rear tyre.
                                I am tired of getting punctures on my tyre. Also i have spent almost 800+ money to repaired punctures itself. I/m not even driving more than 40kms daily.

                                It is is that worst. Even my scooty mrf zapper tyre is far more better than this tyre.

                                I thought it was only happening to me and i checked with few of my friends...

                                    Few months back i gave my bike for normal service at samukh motors medavakkam. On that day morning the bike was running but in the evening i came to know from the service personnel that the shaft is broken and we need to open engine to change the shaft. I have no other go and i agreed to it and i paid 5k + amt as service charge. After 10 days of service my bike gets switched off automatically and reached local mechanic to check this issue as the distance of the samukh motor showroom is little bit far away.. He told me that there is no oil in engine and spark plug is gone. I was little bit tensed regarding this issue bcaz oil change is included in service. So i changed oil and it was all going good... But after 2mnths now oil pumping to engine bore and piston is not working fine and engine bore is completely seized... Now i have again given my bike to local mechanic.. So now i have to pay 12k + amt for this entire engine bore service... Until the engine work was done it was all going good only after opening the engine for shaft change from showroom i started facing such issues... I am very much tensed regarding this showroom service... Before i paid 5k + as service charge in showroom and now i have to bare 12k + for this engine bore damage service... After hearing this oil pumping issue again now i was not interested in reaching showroom for engine service again.. It is better to use local mechanic shops for normal bike service rather than service getting done at showroom like this...

                                      I bought a bike and one of the part was defective and the showroom people have postponed my complaint and fault nearly for 2 months. I bought my bike and the defect happened only after 5 days from purchase. They started saying me the problem shall be resolved in 10 days and then 5 days and they prolonged it for 2 months.
