I have submitted my yamaha fascino at subhash auto bilaspur road near sabji mandi pataudi under accidental claim with scratches on the front & left side & also at the left back part. The whole incident suspect is dharmender who lie to me in many ways attach bill for your reference. He was the one who talk to surveyor of shri ram insurance (My 2 wheeler insurance company) regarding the whole accidental case. After surveyor visit he replaced all the parts which was affected or scratched, he almost replaced all parts after the approval of the surveyor without informing me about the estimated cost for replacing the parts. I have submitted my fascino on 02-sep-19 & it was repaired & handover to me after 27 days that is on 29-sep-19 at 18:00 pm after clearing the bill in cash of amount rs 14634 which was beyond my expectations due to large amount of billed he prepared. Any way i have paid the whole amount in single shot & he told me that in entire bill rs 10500 was approved by the insurance, so i was ok with that but in actual i have received the rs 4700 only till time & i asked him daily why i have received less than half amount but about the rest money, so making me excuses every time, that your left pending amount will be clear after diwali but i am not getting any amount till time because of the lie by dharmender & he over charged me in the name of replacing the parts & also after completing more than 40 days i have faced issues on regular intervals. I almost visited more than 15 times including my office off & public holiday for
Problems arises after handover.
1- oil leakage on second day after handover
2- engine unwanted noise.
3- forget to fixed the back indicator wire due to which i nearly meet an accident.
4- complete body noise even after installing new parts.
5- jerks on low speed.
6- self start problem.
7- fuel consumption increases.
I am fully cheated by the person even after spending 14.5k & highly dissatisfied. I want that company take action against him or return my extra paid amount & also resolve my facing issues on regular intervals.

I have visited again on the request of Yamaha customer executive for resolving the issue but no getting the desired results even after several visit. I visited at Yamaha Pataudi Showroom last month & told them even after paying 14.6 K bill i was facing the issue in Engine Knocking sound at the time of running & for broken part in Headlight they suggest me welding, i have paid RS 50 for welding & RS 200 for greasing in Engine & they said now it working fine.
But after completing all the greasing after opening the engine section & welding activity my Fascino Handle vibrated after staring engine or even at the ideal stage & look wrong weld due to which it seems bend at right end. I do not understand that how many times i have visit again & again for resolving the problems which i have faced since first day of handover.
I feel cheated by the staff over there & want to take action against the agency for their negligence & improper work ethics & also want refund or compensation of my paid bill.
Not getting resolution of my problems which i have faced from the day one. I think Yamaha services are worst & there customer complaint resolution is also very poor. Not getting any solution from there end.
My Fascino Scooter condition getting worse after every mile because of the poor service & cheated by the Yamaha Pataudi Service Employee for solving the issue which occurred.

    On monday i went to yamaha show room from where i purchase my bike for renew my insurance policy then i go to repairing center for purchase of engine oil. After fill up engine old i want to go to my job but suddenly the power is off. The repairing department is on third floor so the lift is out of service due to power cut. But my question is that why they not have any power generator for any emergency time. For this reason they waste my 2 hours for no reason and also many other issues like when i asked for condition for claim my policy at that time the super wiser behave with me very rudely so i don't like this show room service and always i am confuse due to improper info from the super wiser and the the receptionist. Please take a proper action against that show room.

      Since i purchased yamaha fz fi in 2017, i have faced two major issue 1) oil seal 2) clutch plate. Almost 5 to 6 times i have replaced my oil seal and it costs me around 400rs. Why i have to change this seal very frequently as i am not a terrain bike rider. And roads are not that bad enough. I want to know why you charge this much of amount for such small part of rubber and even this doesn't have quality. And want to know about what if i do not change my broken seal for 2 to 3 months.
      Also another issue of clutch plate that my dealer said bike's clutch plate is mot qualified enough as it was before to give pick up of around 70kmph. I have rode my bike around 23000km and clutch plate gets its limit. Why this essential things got damage within short period of time.

        I bought r15 v3 nearly 1.5 years ago. Upto 5 period of service bike is running properly. After the free service ends, engine got ceased. I gave to service in jmb yamaha, chennai. Still now i dint get any response from service center and i have raised a complaint in yamaha motors website also but i dint get any call/mail from yamaha motors. Nearly two weeks my bike is in service center. I dont know what to do with this product. Am very much disappointed with this product. Anyone help me to resolve the engine cease issue.

          I was quiet interested in purchasing a yamaha bike for my son, so called up the kolkata dealer and asked them to contact me for arranging a test ride... I but i am dissapointed in letting you know that the agency had a very careless attitude and after repeatedly telling them to call back they did not arrange for any call back.             I bought r15v3 three weeks before i lodge this complaint. But still now they cant give me disclaimer. When i talk they are not polite, as a customer i regret buying a product from them because how they treat me by the working staff. I went there to get it 3 times but it was just in vain. Without disclaimer it is not possible to register. Without register i am not able to drive anymore. Whenever i talk with them they refer me to another desk again and again. Suzuki, re, other showroom was friendly comparing to yamaha. I really regret buying from them. I am really angry but dont know what to do anymore

              I was taken my bike 6 months before and igot so many issues while after servicing recently changed my bike battery. And every 500 km i suffering from complaints. Even 4 services are completed i didnt get any solution . Iam very disappointed . Next time iam not going to buy yamaha in future. Worst servicing and changing spares .

                I have purchased in your bike yamaha fzs buxar pooja motors may 2019 but till time not a prepared my rc book and my ind number..
                I have gone many times for this but, till now i have not received the rc book nor the ind number plate which according to the new rule only the authorized dealer has to deduct the invoice, so if any financial according to my new traffic rule in case of damage, i will be the responsibility of both the authorized dealer cum yamaha company.

                  I went to a nearby service centre for my vehicle's service (Free service. 4) which was due on 20/10/2019. I could'nt go to the service on time as i was out of station. Today (26/10/2019) when i go to the service centre, the delivery date that they give me is (31/10/2019). I understand its diwali so everyone would be on leave for 3 days, but for a general service of a vehicle, 3 days time period is ridiculous. This is the second time i am facing this issue with yamaha.

                    I recently bought my R15 V3 Dark-night ABS edition at july month. This bike went smooth before i handed over to Service. I gave my bike to service center where i bought it.I hadn't reported any problem with the bike. After i got my bike from service center, Immediately i noticed that my bike ABS stopped working. In the next few days itself i reported and handed over my bike to service center. They couldn't rectify the ABS issue, they just simply tried to convincing me the ABS is working fine. Then again i reported that issue to them, but they not ready to accept this as ABS failure. Then I took my bike for long travel around 300km to 400km.During that time, my bike engine sounds went abnormal and then bike speed got reduced. Immediatly i reached to nearest Yamaha authorized service center.I reported them with the issue whatever i had faced that time.Then, they checked my bike and noticed my engine oil level went down to 200ml. Then they topped up the engine oil to 450ml. then it was worked till the next 200kms got completed. then again i faced this issue.Then finally returned back my bike to same service center where i bought my bike. I explained & reported all the issues i faced during that travel time. but they don't even replaced engine Oil and brake, clutch anything. they simply washed my bike and gave it to me. I reached them twice to get this solved. but my bad luck they were not ready to check it.

                    All I want now is to get my brand new bike issue to be solved.
                    I don't know what to do next with this.

                      yamaha fz chain sprocket problem

                      We purchased yamaha fz.in march 2018. From 1st service we are facing chain noise problem and vibrations. Till in all service schedule we complain about this but every time service advisor did some temporary lubes for chain and passed time. Now vechicle is 21000 reading. Now service center person telling you have to change whole chain sprocket kit. I told him it is a manufacturing defect and why you changed in 1st or 2nd service. And now you...

                      I have booked fzs version 3 vehicle no tn58bb9217 vehicle in last week of august 2019 and taken 2nd of september but within 10 days my horn buttom has stucked.. When i went there in evenng they told that they'll change at the time of servicing and that time they temporarily solved it.. After that also i faced this problem 4 or 5 times but according to their assurance i was waiting for servicing.. Now i have give my bike for and told to chane the switch but rudly they are telling that it's not possible.. Then why they have misguided or why they have not changed switch that time.. Now they are telling that horn is working but as a customer you can imagine thay whenever it is stucking road and continuously blowing than how much shame i'm feeling.. Kindly take this matter seriously and solve it and tell linga motor service centre to change full horn switch and not to misguide any body in future..

                        Vehicle in warranty period one month balance but facing battery drain problem, dealer not responding properly also saying go directly to exide care, but no warranty card provided with sarvice book and with battary so exide rejected battery to replace. Vehicle has no kick start so very hard to start now. Please help
                        Dealer is Vimal Motors Moshi pune.
                        Not supporting and helping for warranty replacement of battery.
                        Also got call from Yamaha but not resolved my problem

                          I paid initial amount in the month of august and made booking r15 in perfect riders lalbhag road, and informed them i will take bike on 27th september and the registration date should be 27th september, then the sales man and store manager agreed then on 27th september full and final payment done and took bike, later today 16th october they doing registration, now these show room people saying can't do registration on 27th september, worst service they cheated me looting extra money for registration, fully disapointed, 27th september i preferred because its my birthday now everything is collapsed unsatisfied. I need a justice for spoiling my emotional feeling.

                          Self starting issue not resolve it also slipped.I receintly do my first free servicing at venus yamaha, bhubaneswar and charged 347 for that. But the complaint not resolved and also the service is very bad.

                            I had booked n made my full amount payment for MT15 at MCP yamaha Thrissur on oct 11th as they told the bike is in transit. The bike reached showroom on 14th oct n i made up the insurance done on the same date. They ensured me delivery on the same date n which was not done. Now they specify it as issue with temporary registration. They already told that TP paper work will be done on 14th itself .. now they are making excuses day by day . Being a full amount paid customer, I would like to know in detail why this delay had happened from yamaha customer care (not from the showroom)please check whether the TP was done on 14th as specified to customer ? Or else when it ws done ?

As per the information given by the show room where i faced the charge, four number of my free service coupon has been utilized illegally.                               I had provided my bike for servicing. But there had been very pathetic provision of service. Did not expect it from yamaha. First the spares are not present and i wonder why the service store is present. Second i get a call that vehicle has been serviced but when i spend my time money and energy the bikes not been serviced. Later on a call comes in that it will take time to service and spares are not present. I am supposed to get the spares and provide to them. Like what the hell.

                                Took delivery of an fz25 monster edition at orpi agencies, dealer of yamaha at coimbatore. The dealer registered my bike with a wrong rto. When i raised the issue with him, they were unresponsive. Wrote mails to yamaha india about this and no response form the company either.                                     Expecting some action on this.

                                    I have bought a yamaha fzs-fi v 3.0 abs on 30/6/2019, i am facing the issue of my rear tire air ends with every next 4 days continue due to faulty rim or tyre from purchasing date. Sub-dealer also checked the tyre & they have confirmed that the rim is faulty. He was also contact with mr. Gajendra sharma dealer of samrat motors ghaziabad. But they were no any response from very long time about the issue or replacement. I am waiting for resolve this issue but still didn't to got any solution.

                                    So i had decide & go to the direct the dealer i saw a person who sitting inside a cabin, who so called boss/owner of this showroom. I thought to give a feedback about this to him so that he might be able to help me with my issues. But he himself have an attitude i have seen many bad reviews about this showroom in google.

                                    I am worried on the service or complaint of my vehicle, normally there will be some good behavior at the time of purchase. But here purchase time only its worst. And where will i complain? The so called owner or boss himself doesn't knows the importance of the customer or customer satisfaction or how to talk or behave with customers. i would suggest you to give some proper training to your employees and the agencies on how to deal and talk with customers. Yes i understand you might be already doing that, but you should stay seriously thinking on the showroom owners or so called bosses behavior also with the customers.

                                    I am waiting for resolve this issue but still didn't to got any solution. (3 months) still pending.

                                    If this complaint will not be resolved with in a week so am sure, i will definitely not going to suggest yamaha to any of my friends from now on. Expecting some action on this.
