Sir i have given my alpha jk02cb 1508 for servicing.. My scooty is only 12 months old.. So when they were servicing my scooty they opened disk for changing disk pads but after they fixed the pads brake was not performing.. And i have to wait for more than 5 hours then they gave me my scooty but when i hv taken my scooty i haven't noticed that they have opened the headlight of scooty due to which my headlight was also lighting up... And i hv to use it without lights and for this work they charged me 1330 rs including service sir please help me to fix my vehicle headlight and disk

    I have given my fz150 for servicing, and its in warrranty and now these people are asking for some parts change for front & rear disk brake pad and i dont from where these charges came from.. If its in warranty then why are these charges and if these are not under warranty then i dont think so it should be more than 1500 or so.. But these people has given me bill of 3500..
    May be i will never recommend yamaha product anyone..

      Very poor service in yamaha chavakkad service centre. We give scooter in last friday 12.07.2019 For battery charging and we get 0nly today 15.07.2019.
      We call to the service centre and they told to come that the work is finished then we ask the scooter they told me its n0t ready. Its n0t my first incident. Please give me your complaint registration number

        I am very disappointed with the yamaha service center this most unassessably loot for the money my bike condition is not so bad but in ambuj automobile service center delhi made an unnecessary bill for me with extra 2000 labor charge and they take extra amount of every spare part and also extra labor charges the chain set / chain kit real amount is 1, 377 but they charge with 1, 552 rs and 250 rs labor charge this is most # thing i want justice for it.

        I have purchased scooty on 10/03/2019 in full cash from Krishna Midnapur, Paschim Midnapur. But till date i.e after a lapse of of 4 months I have not received the blue book. Service center even does not known the provable date. No seriality is maintained. I does not known faith of my blue book.

          Hi,

          This is to inform you that I had purchased a Yamaha Scooty from AQUAD YAMAHA [Address: 27/1, Green View, B.T. Road, Kamarhati, Kolkata, West Bengal 700058] on 2nd April, 2019.

          At the time of Purchase, Mr. Tapas (M: [protected]), concern sales person, give me commitment to give the Registration no and tax token within 20 days (Max) if i purchase the same. But after purchase, in spite of many follow ups I hardly got calls from him regarding this matter and most of the time he prefer to not picking up my calls.

          Today while I call him he also let me know its take 7 days more. But after that I found after calling manager thats the wrong info and they received my details of tax and registration no by 5th july, but i have not received the message, so i was not aware. His language was rough and he dont have any behave to talk with a women.

          Now we received the tax details and registration details by today(10th July) but heard that it has been received by them on 5th July. Now the question is if it has been received, why they or any customer care person not called us as we had not utilize our scooty for past 3 months due to all these and also done 1st serving without using this . I am really feeling cheated by sales persons and company that they are not helping me in proper way and not given any email id for grievance redressal. Need Help. You can see the extreme right person from the attached photo of Mr. Tapas. Let me know why yamaha not take any feedback after selling anything to customer.

            It's about my ray z third free service. They requested for oil change and i said ok. Also i know the oil charges should be borne by the customers. Yamaha engine oil costs 216 rupees. But in name of consumables 105 rupees charged. It's almost 50% of oil cost. Yamaha customer service says labor charges will not be available for free service. If i pay labor charges at a workshop or petrol pumps also, only for oil change it won't cost more than 100. What is the consumable they are using for 105 rupees? Same old clothes is used for all vehicles and cheating in name of consumables.

            This was my vehicle 3rd service. After the service while taking the vehile we noticed a hard scratch on the engineering ne side. We asked the staffs and theres no proper response . The staffs are sayinh that we did the scratch. But before leaving for service there was no scrtach in the vehicle

              I will give again my bike 09/07/2019 today i'm waiting almost 2 to 3 hours.

                  August 2018 i brought yammaha fzs - fi bike in whitefield showroom. From the time of my second service i have been complained about my bike engine noisy sound and in running it is vibrating.in 2nd service i explained to service advisor regarding engine noisy sound he started the bike and checked the sound and he said yes engine sound is different we will check. After service they gave one computerised paper that is my bike engine report and they said we have changed the filter now it is ok. Again i gave my bike for 3rd service again i repeated the same complaint to the advisor, he said ok we will check, at the time of service delivery i asked advisor about my bike engine sound he said now it is smooth. After 15 days i went to showroom and i asked to the same advisor he said this model bike engine sound is like this only we can't do anything. I said my friend bike also same model then why his bike engine sound is very smooth? He said don't know. What is the solution for this issue? Its a 11 months old bike and am complaining about this issue from second service itself but not yet solved till now. Now bike is very hard to drive. Can anyone help me in this? I think for free services u people will not take care of bike condition. If it is paid service u will do good service? Then am ready to pay for the service which is done in free service time bcoz am fed up with ur service advisors.

                    This is to bring in your notice that i have purchased r15v3 from bike house delhi located in deoli in november 2018, after few days of purchase the disc breaks are becoming rusted both of the discs, have complaints the same to the service center but they said that it is made up of iron so it catches rust, they just rubbed the disc plate on machines or whatever i don’t know it becomes shiney one again but again after few days it started rusting once again, hope you to do some needful action and give me permanent solution of my disc break.

                      Hi yamaha,

                      i have given my fascino for service on (30/6/2019) but till today (1/7/2019) it is not repaired.
                      this is not a first time i am observing this issue. service center people are so irresponsible they are not attend cases properly.
                      many times they have serviced my bikes. and after every service i reached local mechanics for my bike to rectify. i dont know what kind of mechanics they are.
                      They are are unable to balance cone set itself(it is just a simple issue. even i can do this kind of stuff if i have tools). every time they are asking to replace for cone set itself. one time i replaced cone set also . still they are unable to balance.

                      this is not acceptable from a such big company. i am not to buy yamaha bikes in future due to this kind of customer service.

                      Engine was damage by the service boy and he fix this damage with "M-seal", After some manth when I washed my bike, I saw the this fixing, than I ask to the service manager but they didn't accept that they did this.

                        I approached to yamaha show room for necessary repairs to my yamaha scotty ray z model a month ago and they said that the parts of the scotty are not available and within 2 to 3 days the parts will come then we can respire your scotty. Now it is going now 30 days the parts are not coming. If it is so they you should not launch a scotty in the market.                           We would like to informed you that i ritwik mukherjee owner of mukherjee travels and tour, has purchased 1 fasino (B9c4) vehicle from atc india electronics pvt ltd on dated[protected] via cash money receipt no 18-19/atc2037.

                          On very first day showroom representative said the registration process take upto 30days, but today is[protected], almost 100 days gone. But the registration was not processed from showroom end, last night the said vehicle was picked up by garia traffic guard for the reason of number plate not shown. This is 3rd time my company was suffered in same police issue. Every time that vehicle was taken in police custody and release after 4 to 5 days by request.

                          I was purchase this vehicle by cash payment, i don't know what is the exact problem from your site. But today we will decide to go consumer forum and complain against your company. We dont want this particular vehicle, we want to refund back our money.

                            I bought a yamaha fz25 3 months ago, got it serviced after completing 1000km, and 2 weeks from the servicing, the bike doesn't cold start, only starts when the engine is warmed up. Even if left idle for more than an hour it has trouble starting and will take a few cranks to get it going. I took it to the sevice centre twice but the problem still persists. I doubt they even verified the problem. I have to put it in gear and push it to start which isn't very convenient. Please advice me on how to get it fixed.

                              We have bought a scooter yamaha alpha drump.. from starting itself we are facing some different sound from engine. 2 times we given service to Elite motor in chennai avadi, very bad service experince got frm elite mottor chennai . The manger behaving like very bad to customer.. if they are ready to buy more than 1 lakh bike means he s ready to respond. And after 4 serivice the issue not yet resolved, in the name of serivice they are just doing water wash and oil change they are not ready to see the issue what we had informed. Aftr the 4th serivce There the body of the bike all is open again we back to service center and informed he s cooly saiying sry sir we r forget to tight the nuts o[censored]r bikes ahm.. ths happend in SP mottor in Thiruniravur chennai.                                     I am so furious on writing this complaint and hoping from you guys to take immediate action against this Yamaha service center in Mahipalpur. What happened is I purchased my bike on 11th feb and got the first service done in March and at that time I have not drove my bike for even 1000kms and they said at first service that caliper needs to be repaired i said okay and they took me 1500rs for that I have bill receipt as well.Today I went for the 2nd service and they are saying clutch plate is damaged???when actually it is not..and owner Gaurav jain here is saying insurance claim karwa denge jugaad se to apka kaam saste me hojaega..I denied to do anything as I do not think clutch needs to be repaired in just.5 months after purchasing my bike.Then his mechanic came to me and said bhaiyya mai jugad se 1200 me krwa dnga I said I don't have that even then he said 200 dedena his name is ikram. Then I realised and you can also think that was my clutch plate actually damaged??
                                    I need a refund from both the services charge and please take it to next level else I need to go further on this.Looking for a strict action against this so that it should not happen with any other customer. I will never visit to the same showroom again.

                                      I have bought my r15 v3 from oswal auto 11 months and since January my bike has broken down about 15 times in the middle of my journeys.
                                      I have visited the dealership 8 times and i have given my fair share of patience today i have called yamaha customer care and raise a formal complaint and i am fed up

                                      and after spending so much money i can not rely on vehicle for even a small journey forgetting the fact i bought it as an office commuter there have been numerous occasions i came home on this bike asking someone to push it even yesterday it broken down after me getting my vehicle serviced.

                                        Service centers changing parts. I had a shocking experience with Yamaha service center at Pacer Yamaha Ballary road, Hebbal.
                                        My one 1.5 yrs fascino battery was claimed dead and that I need to pay for a new one. Only after buying a new one did I notice the serial number and vehicle number of old one wasn't matching with my old guarantee card. It wasn't mine. The showroom guys weren't ready to accept it and we're blaming me for changing it which I had to fight back after which they got me a new battery accepting that they were not able to find my new one and can't pay for new one which I bought.
                                        They didn't apologize but gave it to me as if they were doing me a favor and as if to get rid off me. I have an extra battery now to shelf.
                                        Earlier to this they did the same with tyres which got worn out at 18000 kms and rims which they claimed bent. I had to get rims fixed with them. Although spooky to accept for a lady doctor maintaining the vehicle with slow steady rides only for her 8km ride to clinic that they got bent.
                                        Sad that this puts such a bad impression about the brand. After owning three Yamahas, I have to think twice now before I go for Yamaha, considering after service capabilities..

                                        I've purchased my bike in Aug 2018 from VRB borivali and till date there is issue with handle. Thought I've visited so many time to service centre but still it has same problem. Now it is difficult to ride coz handle got stuck sometimes. It is really dangerous to ride. From day 1 to till date it has issue.
