My vehicle Fz-s has engine breakdown due not proper maintenance by yamaha service centers. the yamaha company has being fraud with customer. in the under warranty vehicles parts are not replaced by them. they refuse for that and temporary solution is done on that. moreover they have not proper service adviser. after the 4/5 year of warranty of vehicle is completed. so they refer for engine major overhauling and give a heavy cost. i also mentioned in every job card of service the noise of engine but no solution is occurs. now today they told for the engine parts replacement. my vehicle completes only 51000kms & 6 yrs.they gives estimate around 20000rs. i'm not satisfy with yamaha.if they have honesty the company will solve my problems.

    There is air leakage in rim of my yamaha fzs v3.0. When i went to repair or change the rim, the representatives of yamaha service centre (Begusarai) are not repairing or changing the rim. Representatives are saying to change the tyre instead of changing rim. I'm really frustrated with this type of response. I have changed my tyre after the yahama representatives' suggestion but still they are telling me to change the tyre instead of making a single effort to resolve my issue of rim.

      After done the bore the engine is sized and white smoke is come out from the muffler... When ask the showroom not properly response... There are saying done the bore again... Not properly respond to the customer... I totally dissatisfied by the work done to me... I think it's... Waste of service done by me on this showroom...         This is anand s. I am using yamaha fz v2.0 black colour from jan-2017 to till.
        I have raise the some manufacturing defect (Powerdrain issue) about my bike on 2018 but the yamaha dosen look my bike to rectify the issue, still iam driving the bike with issue only, nowadays i am facing different issue in my bike due to power drain issue my rear tyre was wearing in uneven paten,

        I want proper response from yamaha r&d please take my bike to r&d custody and do the diagnosis thoroughly.

        Around three year i'm driving the same issue still after i am not ready to drive my bike as of now i hand over to guduvanchery showroom for diagnosis and without rectify the issue i'm not ready to collect my bike.

        If not possible to rectify the issue please replace my bike or i will go to consumer court. Also i have all document about the complaint.

        Please refer my old mails and complaint and service center job cards u will get the clearer information about the issue.

        Thank you for your support for the above complaint solution .

        After closing the issue i was received my bike on 15.Sep.2019

        While receiving the bike the YAMAHA engineers are committed to me that we are gave complete solution and It won’t come again u can trust and take your bike this YAMAHA statement.(I don’t have any written state this is only verbal statement only but I ask them to give a written statement but they are not given)

        Exactly after a year again Iam facing the Same issue (Tyre right side damage ) And chain uneven tight.

        I was mention this issue while Iam doing service they told me to like we are adjusted it will good now u can drive, this is the way they are given the solution.

        Few days before I feel very uncomfortable to drive so I handover the bike to Guduvanchery Varthaman motore dealer for give the complete sollution.

        When I approach work service manager he told this is what Yamaha bike it’s like this this only i[censored] want u can take your bike or go out from shop floor this is the response I received from YAMAHA.
        He’s not at all ready to listen my old history directly he started shouting me.

        I ask him for complete solution only for that I received this response

        If Yamaha can’t give the complete solution u can say to me directly We can’t give solution we don’t have that much knowledgeable engineer With us to solve this issue,
        I can adjust with issue and I know how to solve this issue but don’t hurting the customer, we r the buyers we r spending lacks of money so Always we try to claim the faults.

        This is not a correct way to handle the customer I could be leads your business to underground ...

        Iam request to INDIA YAMAHA kindly look in to my bike and give complete solution

          This is to inform that i have purchased a bike and all services of my bike is done in service centre and according to the norms of yamaha motors anything happens in bike in guarantee period is to be replaced, they are not doing their job properly and again and again on a visit to service centre i only get the next date that the delivery has not yet been placed since 1 month it has been happening like this and on each visit i have to bear some expenses.

            I had purchased new yamaha fascino scooter on dt. 30/10/2018 from yamaha showroom in palladam.

            The scooter was fitted with tvs conta 625n 90/100-10 53j.

            During last ten days, our customer observing that air pressure gets lower within 1-2 days. There was no puncture in the tyre. Now while checking the tyre minutely, it is found that tyre has produced bubbles on the outer surface as well as inside of the tyre. Please arrange for the replacement of the tyre.

              The staff telling the staff was not solved and was incorrectly treated and said that there is no responsibility to you and come from your packet and after leaving your bike 5 days after leaving the bike showroom, and the sales manager ankur thakur and anil thakur suman motor s mutura (Mathura), while speaking, riding the rounds, your bike will be found in 08 days.
              I bought the fzs v3 bike from suman motors mathura on 2 june 2019, in the same day the previous tire was leaking air, the man said to fix it, then anil thakur, employee suman motors mathura said that the bike will be on the showroom for 05 days had to leave 05 even after leaving the day, the problem was not resolved and was falsely misled and treated irresponsibly and action should be taken against anil thakur and my problem defense may be resolved

                Hi, my bike got accident and front fork was damaged (Slightly bend) means the front tyre looked like bend unable to ride it. I came to know this issues when i inquired about this with the local shop mechanic but i didn't prefer to resolve my problem in the work in local shop. My thinking was to provide it to a yamaha dealership so preferred my nearest dealer (Varadhaman motors, guduvanchery, chennai).
                When i took my bike to the mentioned dealer, the technician informed there is no problem in fork only the handle bar to be changed so they replaced. When i checked the same issue were present am unable to ride the bike it seems to be the handle bar looks crossed. I raised this complaint to the technician as he told check with welding shop. Regarding this i have complained to crm of varadhaman motors but no actions were taken. This is not the first service mistake they are doing like this. They often repeat the same mistake and i feed this one here since the other customers not to lose their valuable money here.
                Later again i took my bike to the local workshop guy who previously addressed my actual cause. He made it and resolved my issue. Local shops are far better than dealership services. I request this complaint in behalf of a customer.

                  Highly disappointed with the service and i got faulty battery which is not at all satisfactory from the day we bought, i kept one day my vehicle at ashoka motors near uppal, and the next day when i reach the dealership at 4pm they are saying they have power shortages issues, after all this i have to myslef to exide battery service store to exchange which is not my work, and i stay far away from the dealership, still i make a time and spent my two days for this mess made by the dealership and i want explanation for all this incident

                      My helmet got stolen from amrut motors.. I'm continously following with them but they are not taking any action.. Whenever i call they just say "nahi mila sir" and when i asked them have check in camera, answer is no. What's the use of camera which are installed..

                          I bought yamaha r15 v3 on 20 june 2018 from aquad yamaha (Kamarhati, kolkata, west bengal, kol-700058). Even after 14 months of buying a new vehicle. I haven't received smart card and bike is in my home from last 14 months. I am recursively contacted aquad yamaha (The dealer), but they giving me a date over date. Presently i'm very disappointed to choose yamaha now because of poor after sales service. Feeling extremely bad after connecting to yamaha and they're simply wasting my time. Please look into this matter or please tell me the procedure to get my money back.

                          Already raised a complaint on 22nd June (Image is attached for your reference).
                          Mr.Ajay from your team told me to contact Mr. Abhishek Kumar the owner of Aquad yamaha (Kamarhati, kolkata, West Bengal, kol-700058) . After discussion with Abhishek Kumar a person from showroom called and ask me to share the Bike's Tax Paper & Insurance. I have shared these documents on 27th June but still i am continuously following with him and he is giving me a date over date.

                            Maximum retail price of yamalube engine oil is 320 whereas the company is charging 325/ for the same which is illegal and company can be held liable for compensating customers under various provisions of consumer protection act 1986.
                            Moreover i bought a saluto it was great before service but after the first service the riding quality deteriorated. Now the bike doesn't pick up frequently when i accelerate suddenly it seems like the engine has stopped plus it gives a backward push to the bike as if brakes are applied. Then suddenly after few seconds it zooms off.

                            I bought a new yamaha r15 from orbit yamaha vijayawada when my bike gave to service centre they had stolen my bike throttle body and from then my bike engine got stopped for every clutch liver hold till they couldn't rectify my issue please take an action on them and relieve my bike without any issue

                              I had no issues with the speedometer, after service it is not working, and durning delivery itself i immediately informed the mechanic and now they are saying it is not working before the service itself, turning their mistakes towards the customer.
                              Teflon coating added in the bill and did not polished the bike with tefflon, cheating is going on here

                                  I had booked a yamaha mt 15 at rishaan motors chinchwad for which i paid rs 5000 as intial booking amount before bike was launched which was fully refundable as told by the representative there on 20th march2019. I cancelled as i wanted white colour. As on 8 august 2019 rishaan motors chinchwad is refunding rs4500 why? In fact they should pay me interest for the delay and hardships caused to me with innumerable followups and visits to their showroom for mere rs5000.                                     I have purchased a new yamaha ray z in october 2018. It was just 6 months and the bike was not starting either by self or kickstarter. When gave it for service, they inspected and told battery discharged and they charged the battery at a cost even though it is under warranty. Daily usage is 10 km's. Again the same issue occuring after a month. And they have still not identified the root cause and replaced the spares as it costs huge for them. Pick up/drop facility is also at a cost even it is under warranty. Worst service ever. Both pallikaranai and adyar branch.

                                        Just after my 3rd service on 29th june, my bike front alloy wheel got sagged due to which disc and caliper also rugged.
                                        Its has been 6 month from the purchase of bike. The service center told that the total expenses will charger to 10k. The insurance company told its not having any physical damage so its not covered under policy. They told its manufacturing issue so company will have to repair.
                                        Service center is saying that insurance company will pay and insurance company is saying its company manufacturing issue.
                                        Insurance company: bajaj allianze insurance
                                        Please help me out to resolve my issue. When the bike is in warranty then why customer need to pay???

                                        The Service center people asked to file claim against the insurance company. After compliant the Surveyor visited on the site and rejected the claim saying that the bike is not having any physical damage. It is manufacturing issue. The Yamaha Service reject that its manufacturing issue. And I have to pay full amount for the sagged part. They told around 10K for the part which really very difficult to pay for a new bike 6 month old. Recently I have made 3rd servicing also still it was not checked and care.
