Updated by akbarali786 i put my bike TN45BC 3291 for repairing the self starter problem
with the authorsed dealer S.S.YAMAHA, TRICHY.20 on 11.9.2019.
The work was attended by Mr. Karuppaya. works manager,
he is not fit to occupy his present position.
I submit that his attitude towards customer like me is not appreciable.
On 25.6.2019, the same vehicle sent to his workshop for general service.
The works manager, fail to see the past recordwhich is very much available with
him. the general service he himself written in the job list and got signature
without informing us what he going to do in the bike.
The unpleasant situation arise because he is claiming charges for the
work which is not warranted. He is very lazy to see the past records
whether adequately required or not.
On the top he is misbehaving by words, with customers.
Hope, no sign boards was available about the yamaha rules and conditions
nothing was there it is as good as private local mechanic shop
yamaha people should frequently visit such shops to avoid this kind of
complaint.
First of all, without seeing the facts and figures he told us that 2500 km
over. after verifiying documents and all the bike crossed only 1500km
he is adamant and rude in collecting money.
finally, with heavy heart, we have paid the money for the unwarantted services. we have got lot of mental worries because of his
poor services and irritating behaviour.
Hope, you will look in to our complaint and do the needful
this service centre is manipulating the things. we are giving our feedback
but nothing comes correct. the manager, manikandan is mere onlooker
in this issue. kindly take appropriate action please.
we will send our lawyer notice on this regard to you please.

This is NOOR MAHAMMAD my bike Yamaha fz number is AP21BQ9276 rc can't recived yet please check and solve my problem I am search for show room he says recived shortly but didn't receive and didn't give clear information and no respect its 2years completed please kindly request please solve my problem as soon as possible
