Thank you for your support for the above complaint solution .
After closing the issue i was received my bike on 15.Sep.2019
While receiving the bike the YAMAHA engineers are committed to me that we are gave complete solution and It won’t come again u can trust and take your bike this YAMAHA statement.(I don’t have any written state this is only verbal statement only but I ask them to give a written statement but they are not given)
Exactly after a year again Iam facing the Same issue (Tyre right side damage ) And chain uneven tight.
I was mention this issue while Iam doing service they told me to like we are adjusted it will good now u can drive, this is the way they are given the solution.
Few days before I feel very uncomfortable to drive so I handover the bike to Guduvanchery Varthaman motore dealer for give the complete sollution.
When I approach work service manager he told this is what Yamaha bike it’s like this this only i[censored] want u can take your bike or go out from shop floor this is the response I received from YAMAHA.
He’s not at all ready to listen my old history directly he started shouting me.
I ask him for complete solution only for that I received this response
If Yamaha can’t give the complete solution u can say to me directly We can’t give solution we don’t have that much knowledgeable engineer With us to solve this issue,
I can adjust with issue and I know how to solve this issue but don’t hurting the customer, we r the buyers we r spending lacks of money so Always we try to claim the faults.
This is not a correct way to handle the customer I could be leads your business to underground ...
Iam request to INDIA YAMAHA kindly look in to my bike and give complete solution

I'm procured, Yamaha FZS FI on 5 month back at Raj Motors @Adyar and pay an EMI 4 month also. Still, I'm not getting my RC Book.
I'm went to several times to showroom, but no response, even manager also not responding properly.
