I have check the yamaha service centers in hyderabad. I found the service centre in gachibowli hyderabad. I checked in yamaha official website but name and address are not there.
They are saying this is official service

The Peoples in the Show room Vinayaka Motors Gauwribidanur (Sub Dealer of Pacer Yamaha Hebbal), With out any product knowledge they fitted wrong crash gaurd to my vehchicle due to this my front wheel gaurd is damaged. And also they have collected Money for Number plate but i have not even received any number plates from showroom.

    Sir/madam
    I purchased yamaha motor cycle on 14th october 2017, from the dealer, yamaha madhyamgram. I have not receive my smart card yet. There is one more branch of this, tanushka auto, kestopur. L have tried communicating them on numerous occasions but they hardly receive. They have not send my smart card to me as per their sayings. They told me to inform regarding this but they never informed. I went several times personally. One time i approached to tanushka auto kestopur and they said don't worry about smart card and a time they asked for rs.350 and said that they will get the smart card and send it to me. I kept on waiting for their genuine concern and replies. But still i did not get my smart card yet!!.

    Moreover, they also took a long long time for issuing tax receipt. I enquired number of times for these also, sometimes they receive but many a time they do not. They did not communicate regarding when i will get tax receipt and when i will get my number plates etc, on time. I went there personally so many times and somehow got the number plates, tax receipts, fitting certificates and all.

    But, sir/madam now i am out of kolkata serving way too far and not possible for me to reach there personally and communicate and get my smart card. Now, the dealer and the persons from madhyamgram is telling to collect a token from the yamaha madhyamgram dealer and asking me to collect the smart card in person from barasat rto. Previously they were ready to sent the smart card through courier to me. I am in deep worry, my bike is out of station, i can't drive it without smart card, it remains in garrage only.
    I would like to mention the bad service from yamaha customer care agent whose name is ranjan kumar. He said i can't help you. You would have told me before. Its late. He said i would have helped you before. The same person i talked around 22 days back said talk to dealer first then i will help and the number he gave was also unreachable.
    A person named "subhasis", dealer of yamaha madhyamgram gave a number which was of kestopur when i supposed to contact to the yamaha madhyamgram from where i purchased my bike.

    I have faced a lot of inconvenience and i have records of all talks that i can provide upon escalation. If not resolved, i move further to higher authorities, social media platforms and to yamaha president, japan.

    Keeping the aforesaid in mind, i want action and get my smart card as soon as possible through courier to me. Please make the dealer contact to me regarding my courier address and any other requisutes.

    Dear Sir,
    i m using yamaha fzs there is battery problem in just 11 month but they are saying we are unable to change your battery ...
    but when i am purchase this bike they are saying that battery 1 year replacement guarantee ...

      I have given my Yamaha Bike service in Orion motors Agara, I have complained about tyre wobbling much while riding, they said they have fixed it. but still the wobbling is too much. Not happy with the way servicing was done. Self start is still not working even after complained about it before servicing. I have also complained about Indicator light not glowing every time. That is also not resolved.

      Head light is not working every time I turn it ON. I have to turn it OFF and turn it back ON in order to make it work. I have complained all these issues to the staff, but still my bike is having all the problems. None of the issue is rectified. They have just done water wash

        I have replaced my front brake pads on the 4th service at 10450 kms in may 2019 and to my surprise the brake pads have already worn out and have caused damaged to my disc. Total kms is 13000 as on date. Such low quality product is not at all expected from yamaha. I am really worried whether the replacement of the brake pad was done or the brake pad wasnt touched at all during the service. I demand a complete checkup of my brakes and a replacement of the brakepads and disc in case damaged. I would appreciate quick action from yamaha.

          yamaha fz v3 rear tyre puncture problem

          I bought my yamaha fzs on 6 april 2019 and within 5 month i had 6 puncture in my rear tyre.
          I am tired of getting punctures on my tyre. Also i have spent almost 800+ money to repaired punctures itself. I/m not even driving more than 40kms daily.

          It is is that worst. Even my scooty mrf zapper tyre is far more better than this tyre.

          I thought it was only happening to me and i checked with few of my friends...

          I have purchased yamaha on 29-june-2019 from bangalore wheels, rajajinagar, bangalore.in past two and half months it broke down 3 times in mid of the road which i have to tow it back to my home. It is taking my time, effort and money and more disturbing the schedule and work. Every time i take it to yamaha service center they fix it and say it will not occur again, within few days it reappears. I do not know what to do so thought will raise complaint on consumer forum hoping to get proper justice and replacement with new & good bike from yamaha.

            Mr Saran from VELAN YAMAH kodaikanal, Dindigul, Tamil Nadu. He said R15S will come with duel chennal ABS, He called someone and confirmed it will come with ABS, but as he promised i did not get the bike with ABS, if he informed earlier i would've buy R15 V3, but after getting bank loan i am not able to change anything.and compared to nearest showroom prices i have got my bike with Rs8, 000/- excess amount . i want my excess money back and . company should fix atleast single chennal ABS.               Few months back i gave my bike for normal service at samukh motors medavakkam. On that day morning the bike was running but in the evening i came to know from the service personnel that the shaft is broken and we need to open engine to change the shaft. I have no other go and i agreed to it and i paid 5k + amt as service charge. After 10 days of service my bike gets switched off automatically and reached local mechanic to check this issue as the distance of the samukh motor showroom is little bit far away.. He told me that there is no oil in engine and spark plug is gone. I was little bit tensed regarding this issue bcaz oil change is included in service. So i changed oil and it was all going good... But after 2mnths now oil pumping to engine bore and piston is not working fine and engine bore is completely seized... Now i have again given my bike to local mechanic.. So now i have to pay 12k + amt for this entire engine bore service... Until the engine work was done it was all going good only after opening the engine for shaft change from showroom i started facing such issues... I am very much tensed regarding this showroom service... Before i paid 5k + as service charge in showroom and now i have to bare 12k + for this engine bore damage service... After hearing this oil pumping issue again now i was not interested in reaching showroom for engine service again.. It is better to use local mechanic shops for normal bike service rather than service getting done at showroom like this...

                I bought a bike and one of the part was defective and the showroom people have postponed my complaint and fault nearly for 2 months. I bought my bike and the defect happened only after 5 days from purchase. They started saying me the problem shall be resolved in 10 days and then 5 days and they prolonged it for 2 months. But they completed my service of bike for 2 times.

                  I put my bike tn45bc 3291 for repairing the self starter problem
                  With the authorsed dealer s. S. Yamaha, trichy.20 on 11.9.2019.
                  The work was attended by mr. Karuppaya. Works manager,
                  He is not fit to occupy his present position.
                  I submit that his attitude towards customer like me is not appreciable.
                  On 25.6.2019, the same vehicle sent to his workshop for general service.
                  The works manager, fail to see the past recordwhich is very much available with
                  Him. The general service he himself written in the job list and got signature
                  Without informing us what he going to do in the bike.
                  The unpleasant situation arise because he is claiming charges for the
                  Work which is not warranted. He is very lazy to see the past records
                  Whether adequately required or not.
                  On the top he is misbehaving by words, with customers.
                  Hope, no sign boards was available about the yamaha rules and conditions
                  Nothing was there it is as good as private local mechanic shop
                  Yamaha people should frequently visit such shops to avoid this kind of
                  Complaint.
                  First of all, without seeing the facts and figures he told us that 2500 km
                  Over. After verifiying documents and all the bike crossed only 1500km
                  He is adamant and rude in collecting money.
                  Finally, with heavy heart, we have paid the money for the unwarantted services. We have got lot of mental worries because of his
                  Poor services and irritating behaviour.

                  Hope, you will look in to our complaint and do the needful
                  This service centre is manipulating the things. We are giving our feedback
                  But nothing comes correct. The manager, manikandan is mere onlooker

                    I put bike on monday 8/9/19 for general service and shocker repair on gandhi motors udaipur. They charging 2200 for this. Ok i redy to pay nut 4 days complete they not done. I go daily they call and they take one more day. Now they telling oil dropping today ok how much for repair i ask. When i reach i saw oil coming out from up side also i ask what is this. They start fought. Chain full grease not repair. Supervisor want to 💪👊. I'll waiting one hour asking everyone who will repair now.. You can do local. You can't pay they telling what is this... If i pay i have rights to ask for each penny. I suffer from last four days still not done. Bheave rudely.. Even owner also not response... My bike still their what can i do.. This yamha service local...

                      Hi,

                      I have given my bike yamaha ybr py01bd4057 for service at antony motors, sithalapakam, chennai.

                      They have taken 10 days to return my bike due to reason that the choke assembly needs to be ordered.

                      On receiving my bike today, and paid rs 5200 in total. But both speedometer and fuel indicator are not functioning. I gave given back the bike to fix it.

                      This is very irritating after testing my patience for so long. Can you please investigate on this.

                        I am akmal khan.. I have buyed a yamaha r15 v3 in vijawada.. I take and come to kadapa... When i came to kadapa. R15 v3 meter not working.. When i went to yamaha showroom near to my house.. Sameer motors.. When i enter to showroom no one will come and asking me... Mangaer and workers also. Really i got angry no one will carring about customer.. Why he came and asking and just seeing and they went to there places.. I have problem with my bike.. I called and told to mechanic he said go to manger.. I went to manger they told.. I will take compalint said after nxt day i went the manager not responding.. Since 2 weeks they are not responding what type of company.. Sir always customer want satisfaction

                          My vehicle Fz-s has engine breakdown due not proper maintenance by yamaha service centers. the yamaha company has being fraud with customer. in the under warranty vehicles parts are not replaced by them. they refuse for that and temporary solution is done on that. moreover they have not proper service adviser. after the 4/5 year of warranty of vehicle is completed. so they refer for engine major overhauling and give a heavy cost. i also mentioned in every job card of service the noise of engine but no solution is occurs. now today they told for the engine parts replacement. my vehicle completes only 51000kms & 6 yrs.they gives estimate around 20000rs. i'm not satisfy with yamaha.if they have honesty the company will solve my problems.

                            There is air leakage in rim of my yamaha fzs v3.0. When i went to repair or change the rim, the representatives of yamaha service centre (Begusarai) are not repairing or changing the rim. Representatives are saying to change the tyre instead of changing rim. I'm really frustrated with this type of response. I have changed my tyre after the yahama representatives' suggestion but still they are telling me to change the tyre instead of making a single effort to resolve my issue of rim.

                                This is anand s. I am using yamaha fz v2.0 black colour from jan-2017 to till.
                                I have raise the some manufacturing defect (Powerdrain issue) about my bike on 2018 but the yamaha dosen look my bike to rectify the issue, still iam driving the bike with issue only, nowadays i am facing different issue in my bike due to power drain issue my rear tyre was wearing in uneven paten,

                                I want proper response from yamaha r&d please take my bike to r&d custody and do the diagnosis thoroughly.

                                Around three year i'm driving the same issue still after i am not ready to drive my bike as of now i hand over to guduvanchery showroom for diagnosis and without rectify the issue i'm not ready to collect my bike.

                                If not possible to rectify the issue please replace my bike or i will go to consumer court. Also i have all document about the complaint.

                                Please refer my old mails and complaint and service center job cards u will get the clearer information about the issue.

                                After closing the issue i was received my bike on 15.Sep.2019

                                While receiving the bike the YAMAHA engineers are committed to me that we are gave complete solution and It won’t come again u can trust and take your bike this YAMAHA statement.(I don’t have any written state this is only verbal statement only but I ask them to give a written statement but they are not given)

                                Exactly after a year again Iam facing the Same issue (Tyre right side damage ) And chain uneven tight.

                                I was mention this issue while Iam doing service they told me to like we are adjusted it will good now u can drive, this is the way they are given the solution.

                                Few days before I feel very uncomfortable to drive so I handover the bike to Guduvanchery Varthaman motore dealer for give the complete sollution.

                                When I approach work service manager he told this is what Yamaha bike it’s like this this only i[censored] want u can take your bike or go out from shop floor this is the response I received from YAMAHA.
                                He’s not at all ready to listen my old history directly he started shouting me.

                                I ask him for complete solution only for that I received this response

                                If Yamaha can’t give the complete solution u can say to me directly We can’t give solution we don’t have that much knowledgeable engineer With us to solve this issue,
                                I can adjust with issue and I know how to solve this issue but don’t hurting the customer, we r the buyers we r spending lacks of money so Always we try to claim the faults.

                                This is not a correct way to handle the customer I could be leads your business to underground ...

                                Iam request to INDIA YAMAHA kindly look in to my bike and give complete solution

                                  This is to inform that i have purchased a bike and all services of my bike is done in service centre and according to the norms of yamaha motors anything happens in bike in guarantee period is to be replaced, they are not doing their job properly and again and again on a visit to service centre i only get the next date that the delivery has not yet been placed since 1 month it has been happening like this and on each visit i have to bear some expenses.

                                    I had purchased new yamaha fascino scooter on dt. 30/10/2018 from yamaha showroom in palladam.

                                    The scooter was fitted with tvs conta 625n 90/100-10 53j.

                                    During last ten days, our customer observing that air pressure gets lower within 1-2 days. There was no puncture in the tyre. Now while checking the tyre minutely, it is found that tyre has produced bubbles on the outer surface as well as inside of the tyre. Please arrange for the replacement of the tyre.

                                      The staff telling the staff was not solved and was incorrectly treated and said that there is no responsibility to you and come from your packet and after leaving your bike 5 days after leaving the bike showroom, and the sales manager ankur thakur and anil thakur suman motor s mutura (Mathura), while speaking, riding the rounds, your bike will be found in 08 days.
                                      I bought the fzs v3 bike from suman motors mathura on 2 june 2019, in the same day the previous tire was leaking air, the man said to fix it, then anil thakur, employee suman motors mathura said that the bike will be on the showroom for 05 days had to leave 05 even after leaving the day, the problem was not resolved and was falsely misled and treated irresponsibly and action should be taken against anil thakur and my problem defense may be resolved
