yamaha perfect riders dealer cheated me

I paid initial amount in the month of august and made booking r15 in perfect riders lalbhag road, and informed them i will take bike on 27th september and the registration date should be 27th september, then the sales man and store manager agreed then on 27th september full and final payment done and took bike, later today 16th october they doing registration, now these show room people saying can't do registration on 27th september, worst...

I had booked n made my full amount payment for MT15 at MCP yamaha Thrissur on oct 11th as they told the bike is in transit. The bike reached showroom on 14th oct n i made up the insurance done on the same date. They ensured me delivery on the same date n which was not done. Now they specify it as issue with temporary registration. They already told that TP paper work will be done on 14th itself .. now they are making excuses day by day ....

I had provided my bike for servicing. But there had been very pathetic provision of service. Did not expect it from yamaha. First the spares are not present and i wonder why the service store is present. Second i get a call that vehicle has been serviced but when i spend my time money and energy the bikes not been serviced. Later on a call comes in that it will take time to service and spares are not present. I am supposed to get the spares...

Took delivery of an fz25 monster edition at orpi agencies, dealer of yamaha at coimbatore. The dealer registered my bike with a wrong rto. When i raised the issue with him, they were unresponsive. Wrote mails to yamaha india about this and no response form the company either. Their contact number[protected] doesn't connect at all, seems to be an inactive number to avoid customer complaints. No wonder, you are going down yamaha....

I bougt a saluto bike by trusting the brand name of yamaha. Am a satisfied owner of the bike but there are some notable cons.

1. The front mudguard got damage by bumber while putting sudden breakes and in some improper. When i asked the dealer they said al the vehicles are having the same issues. They changed the pumber but isn't attractive. Whenever some one sees my new bike it will get noticed.

This is unfair that one of leading companies executives who all are showroom behave like this. There is a etiquette to talk with customer. During delivery i was not informed about bike break in period (First 1000km), without knowing break in period i drove my bike harshly after 1000km i came to know about break in period. Now i am worrying about this.
Please tell me, is any remedial measures? And why they did not inform about break in period during delivery?...

poor service and low response rate with irresponsible behaviour

This is regarding my fz25. I have bought the vehicle from charaple motors, islampur in december 2017. Meter reading is approximately 31000 kms as of now. Rto passing number is mh10cy 2347.

I was facing vibration problem and some unusual noise from engine was noticed. I immediately taken the bike to samarjeet yamaha, pune. Its been almost 3 weeks now, still there is no precise fault detection been done regarding the problem....
