Hi team,

This is regarding the complaint related to the rc (Registration certificate) which is not provided by yamaha bike showroom - "orion yamaha bangalore".

I have purchased the bike fzs-fi version 3.0 on 03-may-2019; it's been 7 months and still now i didn't get my bike rc. People in the showroom are not providing any information related to this and not sharing the respective dealer or manager's information as well.

After multiple follow-ups, now (On 23-dec-2019) they are asking 350 rupees for hsrp registration.
Please note, this hsrp registration for the two-wheels rule is effective from apr-2019 in karnataka as per my knowledge.

This is a miss from the showroom as i have purchased on may-2019 and i have already paid 1000 rupees for ind registration.

When i checked with rto personals they mentioned there is no charge for hsrp registrations.

Could you please help checking this issue and update me as earlier as possible.
*if the hsrp registration 350 rupees is mandatory as per the showroom then, what is the penalty they have for me to ride without rc for 7months.

Note: below is the exact dealership information and it is not present in the list.

    On collecting my bike (Fz v3.0 fi) after the first service, i took the bike to over 75 kmph when i noticed a particular vibration coming from the gear-box portion of the bike at 5000 rpm. This vibration started when the speed is 67 kmph and it stops at 70 kmph. The rear-view mirror of the bike which has no vibration when the speed is 90 kmph, started vibrating at this speed (5000 rpm). I checked it in different conditions, with different people and in different fz v3.0 and on after confirming that only this bike has a special vibration (And not just my feeling) i took it to the service centre (Mcp yamaha, thrissur, kerala). I gave the service adviser (Mr. Ranjish) a detailed explanation and he took it for a ride. He returned and said he is not getting the vibration but what i am feeling might be due to the lack of chain lube (Which was already done during the first service). Disappointed, on my way back, i drove the bike at a constant speed of 69 kmph for about 5 mins, in a stretch and noticed that a burnt smell is coming from the bike. I checked if this smell will be caused at a different speed and for that i drove the bike at a constant 90 kmph speed for about 5 mins and no smell arose. I called the service adviser and he instructed me to come the morning of next day. I did as he said. The adviser said he will inform me once the service/check is complete. I waited the whole day for a call from the dealer until it was 6:30 and then i called. He replied that the bike was ready hours ago but forgot to call. I said i will collect the bike now and went to the dealer to find the shop closed but my bike was parked outside. I explained the situation to the security and took the bike. The problem still persisted. I took the bike again to the service centre and asked him to get on the bike. After driving a few kilometers, the adviser agreed the bike has a vibration but lied that he did not feel it when the problem was reported to the service manager. They both asked me to change my driving pattern and i was very offended by their behaviour and i created quite a scene there. They asked me to bring my bike on a different date and they will inform when the engineer comes.
    Three weeks later, the engineer (Mr. Aswin) was sent from yamaha and i went with my bike. After driving a few kilometers, he agreed there was a vibration in this vehicle, at that speed onlu, and that it could be either of four reasons, but concluded that it was due to ‘balancer wheel’. He asked me to drive another bike, an fzs v3.0 fi (Test drive vehicle) and i did not feel this vibration in the new bike. He then asked to interchange the ‘balancer wheel’ of the two bikes and i drove my bike with the replaced ‘balancer wheel’ and still felt the same vibration and i reported the same. He then drove the bike and said that he can’t feel the vibration and that the problem is solved now, and that they can’t do anything else but to inform the higher authorities about this. I agreed and left after placing the balancer wheel back. When i drove back home, i felt the vibration at another speed too. I immediately turned to the national highway and check for the same and found that the bike was vibrating and more speeds i. E. At 46-48 kmph (In 3rd gear @ 5500 rpm), 56-58 kmph (In 4th gear @ 5250 rpm) and 67-70 kmph (In 5th gear @ 5000 rpm). A few days later, i drove a fz v3.0 fi of my friend (Which had just crossed 5000 kms) and observed that the bike was so smooth even at 69 kmph. That bike had no vibration till 90 kmph. I took both the bikes (On a later date) to the dealership and asked the adviser and the manager to drive and compare the two bikes but they kept saying that they are not feeling the vibration i was speaking about. On seeing that there is no point in arguing with the ignorant, i decided to file a consumer complaint online and one to yamaha india.

      I have given my bike for servicing on december 2nd they have informed me that they will deliver by 3rd december and today is 27th december till now i havent received my vechicle and still they are asking for one more week saying the reason that spare parts are not available
      This is the 6th time i have visited the showroom for delivery of vechicle
      And showroom people also very unkind to me and answering in very pathetic way

        I gave my yamaha szr bike for serviving on 14 dec. 2019. It had to do servicing and change some parts.
        He was called 2 day later on16 dec. By not giving a bike to same date. I am also a private employee in vivo in the post of asm. Due to no leave, i went to take the bike on 23 dec, meanwhile, we had received five times call that ur bike is full service and complete.
        When i saw the bike, no parts were changed and servicing was not done properly. Because its front wheel was fully jammed. I was given the bike three times by the mechanic and the manager there, saying that the bike was complete and after checking it, he found the fault, due to which the mechanic and the manager also got into a fight and abused him. But those people came down among themselves as well.
        Whatever problems we had and whatever management we had to write about their management system. So we asked him for a compact book and his manager got panic as he asked for a compact book and misbehaved with us and our friends, got on the scuffle and also got down on the abusive galouge.
        Maximum amount was paid to him and again and again because some problem was coming out. Due to which the parts were coming, it seemed that some amount had gone to the approx 500 in front. On the demand of asking for a what weather complaint book and such dispute, i left my bike there too and we have not taken rest amount. But i want you bike home delivery.
        After this we went to his showroom where he was not his manager, some other employee talked and he said, "we can't do anything sir and this is the behavior we are with people too, so we can't do anything." can mail

        We have some video clips in which his manager prem did what he did to us and our friends, and if we tell you the answer we got from his showroom, i can send it to you.
        My bike is still in the service center and we and our friends also got a feedback call and this whole incident is of parvati yamaha service center and showroom in bihar.

          As per scheme given from the Yamaha motors India to serve the jacket(Riding Gear) with MT-15 bike. Bike delivered since 1 st Oct, 2019. According the company the riding gear should be receive in 45 days after the delivery of bike.We have not received the jacket(Riding Gear) till today (25th Dec, 2019).We have contacted the customer service of Yamaha Motor India, but no reverted details of jacket(Riding Gear) to be delivered. The customer service not giving proper response for courier service from their side. We have contacted them to many times but no response received. The messages are reverted as attached file in the complaint. The Dispatch details are given from Yamaha motors India to DTDC Courier & cargo services. The tracking details are also in-corrected given from Yamaha Motors India.

            Hi,

            I have an r15 version 2 bike (Ka 15 ca 9449) which is being not running well from past year. I got it to the yamaha authorized service center in bangalore several times but they did very terrible service. You can check my old services but i never been satisfied with the service even once in past year.

            Before also my brother raised the complaint regarding the very terrible service we got from your authorized service centers. Both the perfect riders service center in the bannerghatta main road and in the lalbagh road. Give very bad service.

            My bike engine was making some awful noises when it was going above 60kmph but both of the service center were unable to resolve it for me yet. I got more than 7 services done in the past year but still it make the same noise.
            I was having problem in the body fitting of my bike but still they didn't able to fix it for me.in each service, i have put it to get it fixed but in the end of the day it stay still the same broken and noisy.

            In one of the service, the service guy said they have to remove one of the screw from the front body as they said it was broke but they didn't show me that. And afterwards my front body also start making noises and yet till now they didn't have a single screw to get it fixed. It been more than 8 months. Don't you people have a single spare screw?? I didn't ask to put it for free but at least put it there and fix the problem.

            In my last service, they said they get the body fixed but the next day only my bike body part's got broken in the mid of the highway. You can assume how terrible it will be that the bike body broke in the middle of the highway when it was going above 80kmph. How much damage that broke piece that fall on the road would did.
            When i reach back to the service center they told me that some other body part connected to my bike's back body is damage due to which it would have fall. Seriously they just found after the accident happen? Did they see it before when they were fixing up the body or the just confide it in so that i again have to go back and make another service for that separetely.

            Also in the last service i got my handle fixed and on the next day only i got to know there is some leakage happening from the bearing. It was not happening before i get that service done. So either the it was got damage during the service and they confide it again to get more money in the next service. Or the damage was there before and they were so pathetic or ignorant they they didn't even notice it or ignore it to get me fixed in the next service.

            Seriously, i am totally fade up by the type and standard of the service i am receiving from your authorized service center. If you can't provide the good standard service do let us know, we won't give damm about your bikes, there are other brands also in the market which can provide good bikes as well as good services.

            Sir i have wasted more than 50k in the bike in the past year and yet again my bike is broke and not yet fixed. Also they always somehow got the bill amount around 10k in each service. And in the end they said, sir if you got any problem you can come back anything. Do you think the customer is jobless idiot?? The customer is a freeloader?? Do you think cutomer is a fool and is always free to stay on your schedule and keep screwing his whole day for your pathetic services??

            I got my last 3 services done under the supervision of the manager of the store and the service was still awkward and pathetic. It took them 2 services to get my suspension fixed. Can't they just get it fixed in one service?

            Sir, now you tell me what i should do and before suggesting do check my last 7-8 service i have got it done. And one more thing,

            One more thing, on my last visit to the service center, i asked them to give me the copy of the invoice of my last 6 services but they refuse to give me that.

            That's a very beautiful that you people actually respond after 2 months.
            I actually lose trust in you people and i got my bike service outside.
            Sorry i won't be bring the bike to any of the service center as i would like to get it service by the people who actually know things not by a bunch of fools who can't even help figuring out the problem and who only care to put everything on the bill to increase the bill amount. You can keep your money suckers to you .

              One day i experienced starting problem with my yamaha f16, i contacted my service center, muthoot yamaha trivandrum, they asked me a couple of questions and hung up and then did not respond. Somehow i managed to start the vehicle and at once reached the service centre. I was informed that the choke cable was stuck and had to be replaced, along with the choke cable, the throttle cable, clutch cable, fork oil, spark plug, starter cable etc were seen replaced according to the bill received for rs 3088/- from them. On riding the vehicle home it was noted that the clutch was very tightly set. No sooner you release the clutch the vehicle jumps forward. Even though the throttle cable was replaced the throttle was tighter than usual. The ignition switch was tight as during washing water must have entered. The chain was grinding against the sprocket, while running. After service before handing over the vehicle to the owner kindly ensure that it is perfectly done as per stipulated specifications, as it is difficult to come back every now and then for rectification. Further it is amusing to note that for replacing spares worth rs 1076.43 i had to pay labour charges of rs 1450.00.

                I have order the part on 23rd november 2019 from namrata motors andheri east mumbai. But last 15 days they are giving excuse that we will arrange next day or give my 2 days more. Even i have called customer call also on 13th of december to till date they are least bother to filed complaint regarding my matter they are also telling that can't filed against them because company is inactive in there record. If company is inactive then how can company do service of yahamana

                  When i was given i have told my bike issues after that when the bike was delivered i have same issue and i have another issue with handling after servicing this is the way servicing in lb nagar sriganesh yamaha service center. They said after 2 days they will clear my issues but when i went after 2 days they are not responding correctly and saying another 2 days. So is this the way of behaving.                     Hi, robert from chennai. I have purchased fz v2.0 in january 2018, exactly in one year time i come across a vibration issue when releasing the clutch once bike was well heated and an issue with the chain sprocket were while running it creates a grinding sound near the small sprocket of the chain (Near engine). For this issue i went to authorized showroom repeatedly i din't get any proper solution on it. I have done with 4th service of my bike yesterday but still, the issue was not resolved. I have contact yamaha customer service many times but always they are assigning someone to check who have no idea to resolve or troubleshoot the issue, finally, they are coming up with no issue report, yamaha should think about if there is no issue why should i want to waste my time with them?

                      I have bought yamaha yzf r15 v3 9 months ago. Two weeks back i had engine start issue and showed the bike in cag showroom. They informed that issue is with petrol pump not delivering fuel to the engine and it can be replaced with warranty. Its been a week since i left my bike and when i reach out to them they say the stock fuel pump is not available in the warehouse and they are now sure when this item will be in stock. I not sure how long i have to wait for it. With out bike i am unable to reach my workplace and no public transport available aswell.
                      Please take this as a complaint as the stock is not available anywhere in tamilnadu as per the update from showroom person.

                        Hi,
                        I am ranjith from chennai.

                        Recently i went for my bike (Fazer) service in anna nagar branch where they inspected my bike and told more issue on the bike white smoke are coming so need to pay more for doing engine work.

                        Then i got my bike and took it to another branch in maduravayol, chennai, there they inspected and told no major issues and they completed my service.

                        I just want to know, is the anna nagar branch people are cheating the customers or maduravoyal branch people are not inspected the bike properly.

                        How this can be sort it out.

                        Yamaha have to do something for this kind of confusion. Customer should pay happily

                              I wish to complain about yamaha motors pvt ltd, and their service centre sri srinivasa automobile, (Dondapathy, visakhapatnam., andhra pradesh-530017) about the malpractices done at their service centers. I am complaining because they changed my bikes parts (Yamaha ray zr, ap31du3276) with obsolete spares without my knowledge during the service of my bike. When i first learned of this problem, i contacted the online customer support of the company, they told i would get a call from the service centre, then i visited the service centre as per their request. I asked them why new problems are began after the service, but they rudely refused to repair the bike and get lost, and i was told that nothing could be done about my problem except paying for the parts that would cost around rs.5000. I believe that this response is unfair because the bike before service had no problems, i gave the bike for change in oils and normal service, but after the service new problems started like the front wheel cap producing sound, my new brake pads were replaced with older obsolete brakes that were very loose, and produces sound, starting ignition problem. When i visited the service centre there were 2 more customers who had the same grievance, but the service centre is rudely told everyone that paying the extra charges are the only way to get our bikes fixed, because these part wouldn't be available in the local service markets. I even mailed the yamaha india customer care but no action was taken from the company. This has made think that both the yamaha india and the local service centre are together in doing this malpractice to their customers, for achieving additional income.
                              I registered a complaint on the consumer app (Grievance no[protected] on 26nov, 2019, but didn't receive a resolution or a response from the company or the consumer forum till now. I kindly request you sir/madam to get me a necessary resolution from the company and immediately take strict action on this malpractice done at their service centers. Waiting for your reply.

                                Hello yamaha,

                                I bought yamaha r15 from naman motors panvel.

                                Ever since i've purchased the bike i've been experiencing wobbling issues, and despite of visiting the showroom multiple times after the first service, they have not been able to fix the issue.

                                I visited the showroom the 4th time and the issue was inspected by a senior yamaha engineer and after inspection the fault was found with crankshaft position sensor and engine stall which was fixed however the main issue of wobbling persists.

                                The senior engineer kept telling me to give the bike for servicing and also said that this is going to be a paid service. My bike is 5 months old under free servicing hence i am not sure why do i need to pay for the servicing also the local showroom technicians did not seem to be interested in hearing me out about the issue

                                The senior technician was involved as a result of the complain i registered on the yamaha motors site, however the issue persists.

                                I have also contacted the showroom owner multiple times and i haven't received any assistance nor did he show the courtesy of calling me back.

                                Requesting yamaha to get the issue fixed for me or replace my bike as the faulty product is only going to question the credibility of the organization and it's services and attitude towards the customer.

                                Also requesting yamaha to start it's own factory showrooms/outlets and not outsource it's services to a dealer or a vendor and to also hire quality technicians who are actually concerned about the customers.

                                I hope this message reaches the top level personnel at yamaha so that he/she is aware of the product and the poor service provided.

                                    I serviced my bike (Fzs v2.0) at satav automotive, shewalwadi, pune on 22 july. They mishandled the vehicle resulting in scratches on fuel tank and front mud guard. They said that they were going to order stickers and would call me once stickers are available. I am still waiting for those and well over 4 months have passed!! Whenever i contact them, i hear that stickers will come in 2-3 days.

                                      I made my bike service in "rise automobiles" madinaguda (Hyderabad) few days back.
                                      I am not at all satisfied with the service and approach them twice & thrice for the problems i am getting. I spent a lot of amount even though the bike service is wors.. Please find the below issues i am facing even after service.

                                      - disk/obsorber sound
                                      - hard gears

                                        1. I bought a new yamaha fascino 4 months back. But my speedometer cable got issue after the 1st free service (2months) when i asked in show room they said ofcourse bike is in warranty but warranty is not applicable to spares and accessories... Then what is the purpose of warranty... Why should i have to buy a new cable for a new bike even with in 2 months... I bought a new cable and they changed that but they disconnected my headlamp and then rectified... If you approach for an issue... Instead of fixing that they are creating another issue...
                                        2.in free service they are doing just water wash only... They didn't do even any general check or services... Below issues are not rectified...
                                        #noise is there while applying brake-not rectified.
                                        #engine noise issue - not rectified.
                                        #engine getting over heat even for 2-3 kms of running - not rectified.
                                        3. After service they're calling us to pickup the bike but when reach service centre make us to wait for nearly 45 mins... Then why they need to call us...
