I bought 2018 model fz v2 on 23 rd aril 2018.. Reg no ka53ew6635.. Aftr few dats only in fifth gear if i try to accelerate everything goes fine till 55kmph... Just after that engine loses its refinement and becimes rough n vibrates

I been to many service centers and dey looted money but didnt fix the problem... I had changed my engine sprocket, bearing n bushes... Nothing resolved... I had registered complaint with yamaha ref no 3751... But didn't get any response... Pls resolve dis issue by sending a yamaha technician

    I have my free service but when i go for service they told that they will not do.. My service and they have behave rudely with me.. Company name deepjaya graphics.. On. B. T. Road.. So pls resolve the problem otherwise i would take any other action for this. Issue
    The manager is for what i don't know.
    Before that i also have many issues like this but i m not complain but this time they reach there limit.. And rude behave with me.

      I bought yamaha r15 v3 in october 2018.. Registration no is.. Mh 47 ah 6606
      Chasis no.. Me1rg5219j0037394. Engine no.. G3k5e0035663

      When i started riding this bike i found the rear break is not working..
      We changed the break pad considering its a maintainance issue..
      But after changing the break pad also sometime my break was not working..
      Once i was riding the bike on highway my break failed while riding.. Immidiately i took it to apex motors at mira road and complained about the break...
      That time i got it reapaired in warrebty and did not pay any money.. Apex people told me that they have changed the breaking systen..
      After few days i was riding my bike on malad flyover and while i was riding my break got failed and i met an accident.. (In feb.. Check with insurance co.) i claimed the damage and got it repaired.. I had injury in my hand and shouldiers..

      After that again on highway my rear break got falied.. Anyhow i managed to ride my bike to my place.. That day i made the video of the break. — not working...

      And today 21st may my break falied again and met an accident.. Now i am going to take your company in consumer court for ddelivering me such pathetic bike which is having manufacturing problem..
      Please talk to apex motors, mira road, thane. Contact no.. [protected].. They will tell you the history of my bike...
      Today my son got injured.. Its fatal bike.. I am going to claim 50 lacs for damages done to us...
      I request you to change the bike immidiately..
      I am also planning to do the demo in media of the breaking system failer in media..

        bike quality

        This bike is having defect in handle, many time i informed about the same to the service center, every time they tide and loose the handle but the problem persist after 10 days the handling of this bike is poor because of this only the bike got skate to times now service center asking to replace the cone set and it is to expensive and i am not sure after replacing this part my issue will resolved or not, bike ran 5000 kms only on highway...

        I have given my bike to repair at yamaha service centre at vadakara, kozhikode district, kerala. They changed my seat with an old one. I went to complaint about it. They are not doing anything. I am sure that it is not my seat. Please help me in getting my own vehicles seat. The seat they replaced is old type and it's so disgusting. Kindly help me in this situation.

        Okhla phase 2 seriously pathethic service given to the customers

        I have a yamaha fz fi i bought a bike in oct 2018. Before one week i had faced a problem of self start during my visit on long route on 16 may 2019. After facing so much of problem, have arranged a mechanic who had helped me to start my bike.
        On 16may itself i had visited yamaha showroom located at okhla phase 2 and met Mr. Sonal and Mr. Anil (showroom executives) to resolve my aforesaid problem and initially they both hd denied to resolve the said issue in waranty period and informed about the charges i.e Rs. 1300 for resolving the said grievance. Later on, after a long discussion, they got convinced and asked me to come after 2 days. After 2 days i hd again visited d showroom and got same reply.
        Such a response from an executives of a branded and reputed showroom is unaccceptable and disappointing for the customers. With this type of service, cannot recommend anyone to buy a bike of this brand.
        Hope for a positive and earliest response.

          I gave my yamaha fzs-fi v2, to the service center to change the front headlight set, while giving the km reading was about 7850km, but when after 1 week i got my bike, the meter reading was showing 21000 km. After calling to service center, they told that by mistake it has been exchanged with another bike came for servicing. Now it's been 15 days i have got my bike and still they are not changing it with my original odometer which is there in the other customers bike. I call them every day, they keep saying, supervisor is ill or he is not there in the showroom.
          Kindly do the needful asap.

          I visited service center at guduvanchery chennai. It was too hot for a human to stand there. but i could see staffs working there. when enquired them, statement was 'there was no action taken even after many complaints'.why do you give such an horrible experience to your customer and staffs

            The security who was present at 4:30 pm today (16.05.2019) misbehaved with me & told me that my bike can’t go inside the workshop, his words & behaviour was very harsh. I told about this matter to the manager but i didn’t see any actions from them, even the security was not sorry for what he did. I want a justice for what he did, hope i’ll get a good feedback from yamaha.

              Hello Team
              I perchaged Fascino bike on 27April on 2017 from samhita yamaha showroom bapatla(tenali main branch), it is cost around 76000 Rs with out accessories.
              When i inquired in GOODWILL showroom vijayawada, the cost is almost same with accessories and helmet included.
              So finally i got know that the cost difference is around 5000 difference between
              bapatla and vijayawada.
              when i discus the same matter with samhita showroom management there is no proper response .
              i paid money around 7000 for 5 years full insurance but they paid only 4900 for 2+3 third party insurance .
              kindly required solution for my issue.

                I made a slight delay on my second service for fzs v2, now the service centres claims that my bike is not covers the warranty anymore, but my concern is after made the second service at sunmotors at koyambedu i had the following issues within 3 days after done the service, battary is dead and self motor is screaming, i have visited the service centre after a week and complaint those, they just replaced the new battery and don't do anything on self motor but at the time the sound was not doesn't cream higher but it is noticeable, they just told me that it will automatically will come to normal after days o[censored]se, but after a month the self motor noise is gradually increased, when go for my 3rd service to jmb service centre at tnagar they told me your warranty is not claimable becoz of the service skip, this is totally disappointing and sun motors must stolen my new spares at time wen i gave for 2nd service, this is rediculus.

                    To whomsoever it may concern,

                    I’m prasanth from trivandrum (Kerala). I had purchased a yamaha fz (Engine no. G3h7e0004961 / frame no. Meirg4213h0004953) on 25/08/2017.

                    I had done the first 3 free services at a yamaha authorized service centre. The 1st paid one was done at a centre next to my place, which has not been entered in the book.

                    The issues started after the 2nd (Paid) service, which was done at aishwarya motors, kuzhithara. I had informed during the service that there was a peculiar sound coming from some part of the vehicle, which needs to be addressed to. They checked the vehicle and told me that the issue was with the crank and that they will not be able to do anything right away and to be back after 15 days.

                    By the time the 3rd paid service was done (At muthoot, next to p. R. S. Hospital), i never got any update from them even after almost 2 weeks. I had informed them also about the sound coming from the vehicle, but to my surprise, the mechanics at muthoot had come up with a theory that “the crank was working absolutely fine and there is no need of changing it. Instead they asked me to change the clutch bells”.

                    I’m getting frequent calls from aishwarya motors asking me to get the vehicle so that they can change the crank from the last 15 days.

                    I have totally lost the faith i had in yamaha when i bought my bike, because of these supposed to be service centre and i will never recommend yamaha to any of my friends or relatives.

                    I have been riding the same bike from my house to my work place daily and it feels irritating and tiring to have the same issue coming up time and again.

                    I have absolutely no other choice to lodge a complaint in the consumer court, if the issues are not sorted out as the bike is physically and mentally draining me out.

                    This mail to you is just a final attempt by me before i move legally to see if any one responsible at the yamaha would find it and try to sort my issue out.

                    Looking forward for a positive and quick revert from you.

                    I have changed my back shocker October 2018 in my bike and shocker is warranty but they are not change this...
                    The shocker is not working in properly and service advisor not to response for this change I have change this paid and shocker in warranty service engineer is very rude behaviour so please take a action very fast...

                        27/04/2019 vide inovice no 5832 of. M/s omganesh motors, shimoga (Karnataka)
                        My fzs rear tyre replaced. But when change the tyre, not using the machine to change the tyre, manually opreted by the screw driver or any other metal, so my disc is dented sevarl parts.
                        Then the problem is when taken deliver of my fzs, & parked in my home next day full air of the tyre reduced.
                        Complint to ur service maneger in shimoga he said, plese fill the air & check one day.. If the problem still there come to our showroom we will solve the problem.
                        Ok what about my dameged disc problem?
                        Why we go to authorised service center for our vehicle releted problems?
                        Plese make arrange to solve the problem otherwise i will left my fzs in ur yamaha showroom & go to consumer court againest ur shimoga dealer
                        Hope u will consider my request & do the needful at ur earliest.

                          I bought a yamaha r15 v3 on september of 2018. After 1000kms i started facing several problems on my bike like my engine sounded very harsh. I took my bike to the service centre in sivakasi, tamil nadu. They convinced me that the sound is normal. Then i started facing problems frequently and someday error code "15" was shown up on the display for few minutes and vanished then. I filed a complaint on the yamaha india website. Service engineer showed up he said that the o2 sensor was loose and he convinced me that the bike is in good condition. Now i started facing problem with the engine rpm. When i start my bike rpm goes above 2k and it kept on varying. I gave my bike to the service centre, they kept my bike for almost 10 days and they said that the wire assembly is faulty and was bitten by some rat but i'm sure that there is no chance for that to happen. I even inspected my wire but found no such thing. They have changed spark plugs, o rings, coolant oil, wire assembly and they want me to pay for it. They didn't even informed me about changing these spares.in case the wire is bitten by a rat i need a proof and this time error code "15" showed but they are saying that wire assembly needs repair. How can i pay for these. And the service centre guys dont even follow the maintenance schedule given by the company. Yamaha says valve clearance has to be checked every 3k kms but they refuse to do so because it consumes a lot of time and even if they do, they do charge for that. And as per the periodic maintenance schedule they don't even provide health card for my bike after every service. They keep on neglecting my problems. I trusted yamaha than any other brand but i'm totally fed up now. I need justice.

                            Recently i met an accident on bike yamaha r15v3 got impact on front alloy so in showroom they changed brand new alloy (29.03.2019) i taken vehicle from showroom but after a 26 days (25.04.2019) i find some uncomfortable in front wheel while driving a vehicle so check the front side suddenly i have noticed that alloy got bend without any impact immediately i informed regular service center (Sri motors - kattupakkam) and met service manger in person mr. Bala he is said that again we can claim an insurance to solve the issue but i'm not satisfied with the product, spare and service only 7 months ages my bike but till today i have faced many quality issue with service and spares. I think its all in your system here i'm mention the issue i have faced
                            1. Speed o meter issue - i sent email and you accepted the problem change the speed o meter
                            2. Paint peel issue - same thing happen
                            3. Two month back faced heat issue again i sent to service center they said coolent oil leaks at radiator - without any impact it happened - i have fight with showroom and changed the spares

                            Now alloy problem see the quality of the great yamaha, really fed up with it only 7 month ages bike but almost 4 to 5 went for the service center for this quality issue.

                            Even all service are doing with authorised service centers only now use of it spending more money than the market and doing a service or change spare at authorised yamaha service centers,

                            Very poor service and spare quality you are saying we are providing genuine product but result is null

                                    I have purchased yahama fazer 25 from the arjun auto, kompally, hyderabad on 18th april 2019 with full cash. On the delivery date they said that within few hours t/r number will be sent in message to me as there is some network issue going in showroom.
                                    But till today i. E, 22nd april 2019, i have not received the temporary registration number. Feed up with requesting them to process the t/r.
                                    Never expected yahama after sales will be like this.

                                    Never buy again any vehicle from yahama motors not suggest people to buy yahama vehicles.

                                      Last week i was driving my bike and bike stopped suddenly. I had repaired my bike from the service center of mayapuri the mechanic said that your bike engine has been sealed we need 2 days time to repair. But after 2 days, he told me something (Engine me tube hoti hai woo fatt gyi thi) when i told the manager that there were some strange sounds in my bike after last service, it was to say that you drive bike fast, because of which all this happen now your manager will tell us how to drive our bike and one more thing...
                                      I bought this bike from zoom roadys palam
                                      So far i have not got a service book and seat cover and etc. It's not good thing
                                      Last week i had repaired my bike from the service center of mayapuri but still his strange sound comes from the engine
                                      After the service, whatever problem the bike was in, i have not yet done any kind of fix please please suggest me another service center from where i can repair my bike or check my bike properly coz this bike really sound strange. I don't know this bike has manufacturing problem or not
