Hi am sathish from chennai. I have booked fasino vehicle on jan 21 & paid 40500 rs initially in raj yamaha showroom at chennai kottivakam & the executive name benjamin. Everyday he giving a false commitment after 59 days completed till now i didn't get my vehicle. So i ask him to cancel my booking & initiate refund. They inform to get refund in 3 days.
This is worst experience in yamaha service.

crank metal ramming while riding above 4500rpm

After changing head cylinder assembly, cam shaft, rocker arms, the issue remains the same.

Drop in mileage, fuel leakage while ignition is on, starting trouble, clutch humming enormously since very first 2500kms

After many complaints problems are not solved yet.

Engineers giving false information and lame excuses....

First of all, I would like to recommend a motto for Yamaha : 'NO YAMAHA'

I bought my first bike from Yamaha, a brand new Fz25 priced at 1.50 lakhs around two months back. Had my first service on Jan 18th and now my bike just covered 2800 KM. After the first service, i noted an abnormal 'Rrrr' sound from the engine when the bike cross 4000 RPM. I did double checked with my friends to make sure its not a normal engine sound....

warranty fraud

I have issue with my new r15 v3 engine, there was a noise from the engine. I gave it to the authorized service center for service, they say the engine oil was not changed in there service center so the warranty cant be claimed. I know for sure that there is no rule in the warranty act that the oil has to be changed in the service center. The rule in the warranty act is that i have to change oil with the same grade as the company as recommended....

I had given my bike at Yamaha showroom, PADI, Chennai on 23.02.2019 for changing the lock set as it was choking. While taking back my bike from service on 25.02.2019 I found my seat torn at the back. I told the supervisor regarding this but he was too careless about the situation and told we didn't do this and we can't do anything. While leaving my bike the seat wasn't torn at the back at all.
