I bought a yamaha r15 v3 on september of 2018. After 1000kms i started facing several problems on my bike like my engine sounded very harsh. I took my bike to the service centre in sivakasi, tamil nadu. They convinced me that the sound is normal. Then i started facing problems frequently and someday error code "15" was shown up on the display for few minutes and vanished then. I filed a complaint on the yamaha india website. Service engineer showed up he said that the o2 sensor was loose and he convinced me that the bike is in good condition. Now i started facing problem with the engine rpm. When i start my bike rpm goes above 2k and it kept on varying. I gave my bike to the service centre, they kept my bike for almost 10 days and they said that the wire assembly is faulty and was bitten by some rat but i'm sure that there is no chance for that to happen. I even inspected my wire but found no such thing. They have changed spark plugs, o rings, coolant oil, wire assembly and they want me to pay for it. They didn't even informed me about changing these spares.in case the wire is bitten by a rat i need a proof and this time error code "15" showed but they are saying that wire assembly needs repair. How can i pay for these. And the service centre guys dont even follow the maintenance schedule given by the company. Yamaha says valve clearance has to be checked every 3k kms but they refuse to do so because it consumes a lot of time and even if they do, they do charge for that. And as per the periodic maintenance schedule they don't even provide health card for my bike after every service. They keep on neglecting my problems. I trusted yamaha than any other brand but i'm totally fed up now. I need justice.

    Recently i met an accident on bike yamaha r15v3 got impact on front alloy so in showroom they changed brand new alloy (29.03.2019) i taken vehicle from showroom but after a 26 days (25.04.2019) i find some uncomfortable in front wheel while driving a vehicle so check the front side suddenly i have noticed that alloy got bend without any impact immediately i informed regular service center (Sri motors - kattupakkam) and met service manger in person mr. Bala he is said that again we can claim an insurance to solve the issue but i'm not satisfied with the product, spare and service only 7 months ages my bike but till today i have faced many quality issue with service and spares. I think its all in your system here i'm mention the issue i have faced
    1. Speed o meter issue - i sent email and you accepted the problem change the speed o meter
    2. Paint peel issue - same thing happen
    3. Two month back faced heat issue again i sent to service center they said coolent oil leaks at radiator - without any impact it happened - i have fight with showroom and changed the spares

    Now alloy problem see the quality of the great yamaha, really fed up with it only 7 month ages bike but almost 4 to 5 went for the service center for this quality issue.

    Even all service are doing with authorised service centers only now use of it spending more money than the market and doing a service or change spare at authorised yamaha service centers,

    Very poor service and spare quality you are saying we are providing genuine product but result is null

      I want tax breakup invoice for my bike, which i need for rto purpose. Contacted multiple times to garuda motors (Rourkela) for this, but they are avoiding and not responding. On multiple visit to the store still not happening.
      I need for my shifting of bike to different state. Its required immediately.

            Hi,
            I have purchased yahama fazer 25 from the arjun auto, kompally, hyderabad on 18th april 2019 with full cash. On the delivery date they said that within few hours t/r number will be sent in message to me as there is some network issue going in showroom.
            But till today i. E, 22nd april 2019, i have not received the temporary registration number. Feed up with requesting them to process the t/r.
            Never expected yahama after sales will be like this.

            Never buy again any vehicle from yahama motors not suggest people to buy yahama vehicles.

              Last week i was driving my bike and bike stopped suddenly. I had repaired my bike from the service center of mayapuri the mechanic said that your bike engine has been sealed we need 2 days time to repair. But after 2 days, he told me something (Engine me tube hoti hai woo fatt gyi thi) when i told the manager that there were some strange sounds in my bike after last service, it was to say that you drive bike fast, because of which all this happen now your manager will tell us how to drive our bike and one more thing...
              I bought this bike from zoom roadys palam
              So far i have not got a service book and seat cover and etc. It's not good thing
              Last week i had repaired my bike from the service center of mayapuri but still his strange sound comes from the engine
              After the service, whatever problem the bike was in, i have not yet done any kind of fix please please suggest me another service center from where i can repair my bike or check my bike properly coz this bike really sound strange. I don't know this bike has manufacturing problem or not
              (I think is bike me koi issue hai starting se abhi tak mai is bike ko bohot logo ko dikha chukka hoon yamaha riders ko sbka yahi kehna hai bhai complaint kro again bike me prob hai) please try too understand i don't have too much money or time to waste

                  I met with an accident last February unfortunately and i had to let my bike in a nearby yamaha service centre and showroom Dasarhalli Bangalore. They where behaving very badly to customers. They added amount in billing for many parts which they did not even had to change and they where not even changed. When we found out that they made us pay more and took more time more than a month and a half to repair my bike. The main complaint is even though they delivered my bike late which cause me loss of pay in my job as i had to visit them directly for multiple times they added a bill of 26975 in which 5695 was for labour charge which is much more than any other showroom infact yamaha showrooms demeant of. Please find me justice this is not just me this is to all thos e who had same bitter experience from the same showroom.

                  I have got my first servicing done from Perfect Yamaha Koramangala. They gave me invoice and later on I got to know that they have not update it on Yamaha portal. Now I am facing problem because of it. I spoke with the representatives of Perfect Yamaha but they are not helping me to get this issue solved.

                    Hi team,

                    I had purchased Yamaha Alpha during September 2018. At the time of purchase I had faced serious problems with HDFC financer and was forced to opt out of financing option and proceeded with the full cash payment for purchase. I would like to bring to your attention that when I opted out of financing and chose cash payment, I expected my insurance to be devoid of any hypothecation in favour of HDFC. But the branch which sold the bike did not apply for hypothecation removal back then and I was kind enough to give them a reasonable time for removing the hypothecation.

                    Now, it is 8 months since I bought my bike and the insurance is still hypothecated in favour of HDFC. Inspire of regular follow ups with the alandur branch manager of Yamaha Bikerz, I am still waiting a solution for this issue.

                    I am not hopeful of any resolution in this regard and therefore I have decided my course of action. I will be dropping my bike at Yamaha Bikerz by Friday evening if this issue is not resolved till then and hand over the keys to them and will proceed legally.

                      Sorry to inform you that. Today i service my yamaha r15 at liberty yamaha service centre in kattappana and i am totally. Unsatisfied with their total service.
                      They don't know how to behave in customer, in every where they serve customers but here we need to beg them for their services, especially the service advisors cannot ready to attend the vechicle. They simply wasting the time. I went 2 times for the same complaint but they. Don't repair properly plz consider this and take an action

                        I purchased yamaha r15 v3 dark knight color just yesterday ie. 02/04/2019. The odometer is cracking by self from inner side more and more as time passes today. Not a single scratch from outside on the screen, it is cracking from inside without any touching. My guess is it could be because of hot weather or i don't know why is it happening on its own. I cant figure out the logic why this is happening on its own. I spent 1, 73, 000 inr just 5 days ago and this is hurting me a lot. I very humbly request u to understand my matter and see to this matter. This quality of plastic used in the odometer is not acceptable when the motorcycle is this premium. I hope to get a resolution soon. I can send pictures if required. Its cracking more and more as the time passes and i dont know if this will stop or not. This is a quality issue and offcourse this should be covered in warranty. Its cracking from inside not outside so it should be covered in the warranty.

                          Hello, i bought acoustic guitar yamaha f310 from a local dealer, later a found a manufacturing defect in the guitar. I complained about the issue to dealer within warranty period and he told me that it will be replaced. Dealer also told me that he has replaced the three guitars last year of this model (Yamaha f310) with the same issue that i have. I was regularly contacting to the dealer about the guitar replacement, now it has been ~45 days and dealer said that "you should call at company contact and ask abount the case, i didn't get satisfactory reply from the dealer then i discussed the issue at the contact number of company, and they refused to replace it.
                          Please help

                            The quality at your third party service centres is below average. Its an open truth for sure. Not just yamaha, many other competitors of yamaha as well.

                            First hospitality should be improved.

                            2nd an automobile engineer should examine the bike at the receiving. He is the only to understand the bike based on customer's report.

                            3rd. Technicians should not crave for tips at the delivery. We're already paying enough. Its inconvenient to reject.

                            4. Service quality should be audited by yamaha.

                            5. Bikes are delivered just after water wash (Life decreases). I believe, all moving parts should be lubricated after water wash to improve the life. None at the service centres understand this or they neglect.

                              I wanted to purchase a bike for which I finalized Yamaha FZ V3.0 after some research and reviews. After inquiring from 2 to 3 dealers i found AVIAN YAMAHA of Imambada, Mumbai, Maharashtra trustworthy but unfortunately later that came out to be the opposite. I wanted to buy in the name of my company so I was quoted Rs 124000. I even confirmed that I will be making full payment in cheque. As agreed upon I made the payment of Rs 124000 by NEFT. After collecting the bike, I had gone to collect the bill and bike documents I was shocked to receive a bill of Rs 95000. On asking about this I got a reply that 'this is what comes'.
                              I wasn't ready to accept this so the owner Mr. Mustufa tried to convince me that the tax receipt is of 18740 and insurance bill is of 3051 totaling it to 95000+18740+3051= 116791 and the difference will the Rs 7209 of which i would get a DEBIT NOTE.
                              I do not understand if I make a payment of 124000 then I should get a bill of total 124000 and not anything less than that. I should get a proper full amount GST Invoice. Also there is no breakup of accessories in bill.
                              I raised this concern to him to which he said "aisa hi hota hai" (this is how it works). I was shocked on hearing this. How come such kind of practice is going on? I thought yamaha was a professional, trustworthy and reliable company but this came as a shock to me.

                              To verify this I called another yamaha dealer and presented myself as a new buyer, I asked that if I buy from you will I get a total amount bill? To which he absolutely agreed and said that it’s a definite thing. I even have the call recording.

                              Therefore, I hereby demand you to either refund me the full amount or take your bike or refund me the difference which has been taken from me illegally. For the time being I have collected the debit note. I have attached all the relevant documents for proof and refrence.

                              Please look into the matter at the earliest

                              Yesterday i spoke with your executive Ms. Rashika on the phone. After listening to my issue she first said that in Yamaha we give debit note only. I was again shocked and asked her that if you give debit note for the accessories dealer provided and not a gst invoice then is that accessories in black? And i[censored] don’t give a bill on the service charge with the dealer took then is that money going in black? According to my knowledge gst is on service also and the dealer has mentioned this in debit note thereby avoiding him to pay any gst. She had no answer to this and said that she will talk to dealer about this.
                              After a few minutes she called again and told me to visit the dealer again. I have already visited the dealer three times and called him at least 10 times. I would like to ask you if I wanted to visit the dealer why would I contact Yamaha and if you are telling me to talk to dealer only then what the point of contacting Yamaha. I have already visited the dealer three times and got the same reply every time. I would also like to inform you that I am partner at my company OMARSONS & CO And I have got bigger job to do then to just keep visiting dealer again and again. I would also like to ask you that am I at fault for asking a proper bill or is he is at fault by not giving a proper bill? If he is at fault then why should I visit him again and again? Don’t I have any other job? I want to make it clear that I won’t be visiting the dealer again and if he wants to solve the issue then he will have to call and courier me the right invoice otherwise I will have no other option then going to higher authority and all other departments that is gst, income tax finance minister and also to various newspapers
                              On speaking to Ms. Rashika she also mentioned that if I want a bill of the rest amount then I will have to pay more gst thereby acknowledging the fact that my current accessories and service charge is under black money. Because if gst can be charged now then why wasn’t it charged earlier? Was it given under black earlier?
                              I sense some kind of fraud in this and believe I have been targeted by this fraud. I will wait two days for a proper reply and clarification on this and won’t settle with anything less than a proper bill amounting to Rs 124000. After which I would forward this to various departments that is gst, income tax, finance minister and also to newspapers to uncover this fraud.

                                Dear sir, i have purchased a yamaha fzs-fi v. 3.0 by cash on 12/3/19 and invoiced 12/3/19 on with engine number : g3j3e0425977 and chasis : meirg4482k0007731 from one of the sub dealer of snc udyog named as ashima auto and the owner of the shop assured that i will get the registration number within 8 to 10 days since it is from howrah motor vehicles. I need a bike in my everyday work, i need it badly and it was also shared with the owner. But till date i didn't get my registration number. But already i lost my leave for the month since i am getting late to attend my office and due to that my salary would also be deducted for the last month. Also i am facing very very tough to travel everyday via bus and train. The distance from my home and office is too far and due to scarcity of enough bus it is very difficult to reach office on time and even while i return to home. Several times i have contacted the sub-dealer and snc udyog but it is undone till date. For your knowledge one of my fried purchased honda hornet bike recently and he got the registration number with 12 days from the purchase date and it is quite normal for howrah motor vehicles. But simply due to yamaha dealer and sub dealers unsupportive nature and delay processing i am getting in to trouble after buying a new bike. Now another thing is that the first service date is within 30 days from the purchase and since i don't have registration number i can't take my bike for servicing and in that case who will take the responsibility.

                                  I've enquired for a new scooter from holyland yamaha, they give me all informations regarding my enquiry. They said that i need to pay 20% of the amount of scooter so that they can apply for loan and as soon as the load is passed they will handover the scooter. I paid on 18/3/19 and my loan passed on 23/3/19. When i call the showroom different people are attending the phone they are not serious about me, and cheating me by saying that, i will get scooter on tomorrow, tomorrow, and so on...

                                    I bought my yamaha, alpha bike on[protected]. But before few months (I. E in january) my bike had a starting trouble. It didn't start both in self start as well as kick start. So i gave my bike to bikerz yamaha showroom and they sent my bike battery to company and said that the company returned back the battery saying that its working fine and they said they have rectified the starting trouble of my bike.

                                    After that my bike had no starting trouble for few days. But again starting trouble arised.
                                    So during my fourth service[protected], i again complained to same service centre (Bikerz yamaha, alandur) that my bike has a starting trouble. While returning back my bike, they said that some bolt near battery was loose, so only bike gave starting trouble, it would be fine now. But now again my bike gives starting trouble. Its not atal taking self start. Even kick start doesn't happens soon. It s really irritating when it give such problem while starting to office. And my didn't even complete one year, such soon it gives so many problem to me.

                                    If this starting trouble is not due to battery problem, then look after which causes this starting trouble.

                                      It is to bring to your notice that i am not able to buy original cylinder kit for yamaha rxg. Yamaha has stopped its production when there are vehicles in the market and users are forced to buy duplicate product. Using a duplicate cylinder kit has it's affect on the power & performance of the bike. Even the mileage has been reduced from 50 to 37 in spite of doing various services.
