I had purchased fz25 on August 31 2018. My bike starts some coin noice from engine while riding above 70 kmph. In service center i said my complaint and ask to clear it. But after 2 free service that problem is still not solved and the response, behavior of that service center is much worst. Is this yamaha employers treat their customers. Very disappointing by YAMAHA.

I went to yamaha safetymotors dealership for servicing my vehicle (Yamaha fz version 1.0) on 15.02.2019. They said that estimated amount of about rs.2000 but at delivery, they told service amount of about rs.2700. And also they delivered the vehicle without fitting front bumper, not cleaning the spark plug and also not fitting properly indicator buzzer. I felt dissatisfied with their services. I need proper explanation for this....

Hameedha Yamaha service centre at Tirunelveli I stop my r15 bike at the service centre in 09/02/2019. Sir main ek scotty liya hain 1st jan main. I bought sz r in 2011. From that point, i am facing problem like whenever i drive in speed 70 or windy day the bike is runs like it's going to get into reserve. But actually it's not.
I have been doing regular maintenance in yamaha authorized dealers. But they are doing something so that problem will not occur for few days. Once it 2 to 3 weeks, the same problem will occur....

I have given my r15 v1 for service.
Petrol tank was rusted totally, fork racer kit has to be replaced and for general service.
Technician was aware of that (Fuel tank can only be scrapped) but he was much interested to clean the tank, which was a foolish idea.
This took them one week of time.

I reached service center for delivery and paid the charges at one shot.

F25 - bad sound and vibrations from the bike when riding with pillion

My bike has completed 3 free services, the issue is not rectified even after addressing the issue 3 times. Post each service the sound is reduced but after using the bike for a week the sound and vibration starts again. Request yamaha to give a solution for my problem with the investment on your product....
