I went to yamaha safetymotors dealership for servicing my vehicle (Yamaha fz version 1.0) on 15.02.2019. They said that estimated amount of about rs.2000 but at delivery, they told service amount of about rs.2700. And also they delivered the vehicle without fitting front bumper, not cleaning the spark plug and also not fitting properly indicator buzzer. I felt dissatisfied with their services. I need proper explanation for this.

    Dear sir, i came to yamaha showroom, dist:- dumka, 814101, jharkhand on 19th of february 2019. The mechanic wants to change only front chain spoket as it is out of order but the rear chain spoket is absolutely in good condition, but the owner of this showroom is forcing me to buy the whole chain spoket in vain which is bulky amount. The behavior of this showroom is completely unsatisfactory. I request you to take appropriate action as ur customers don't have to face any problems ahead. Thanking u

      Hameedha Yamaha service centre at Tirunelveli I stop my r15 bike at the service centre in 09/02/2019. Still my in same condition when I stop my bike there is no work at my bike when I come the service centre today morning bike is not done I ask the service supervisor he didn't respond and not so proper answer to me I come the service centre 9.30 am now the time is 7.00 pm but my bike not done and the supervisor in the service centre not answers me I couldn't do any complaints in the service centre there is no response at ne the service supervisor is rude at me.         I have purchased Yamaha FZ-FSI V2 in November 2015 the rear tyre got bubble in it and it's been difficult to drive on roads and I might met with an accident so I need assistance as soon as possible will I get exchange of tyre because it's in its warranty period

            I bought sz r in 2011. From that point, i am facing problem like whenever i drive in speed 70 or windy day the bike is runs like it's going to get into reserve. But actually it's not.
            I have been doing regular maintenance in yamaha authorized dealers. But they are doing something so that problem will not occur for few days. Once it 2 to 3 weeks, the same problem will occur.

              I have given my r15 v1 for service.
              Petrol tank was rusted totally, fork racer kit has to be replaced and for general service.
              Technician was aware of that (Fuel tank can only be scrapped) but he was much interested to clean the tank, which was a foolish idea.
              This took them one week of time.

              I reached service center for delivery and paid the charges at one shot.
              Technician asked me for petrol and i have provided them one liter although bike has 3litres of petrol prior service.
              Final stage of delivery - bike was not even starting.
              How come then could get the bill paid with un-serviced bike?

              And now technician has come to decision fuel tank, fuel pump and fuel injector has to be serviced. Which will cost around 20k.
              So they offered a r15 v2 fuel tank instead of r15 v1. Which was said, it would fit perfect for v1.
              Fuel pump of v1 will not fit for v2 fuel tank. This was unknown by the technical. Then wtf they call themselves reputed service center for yamaha.
              Now technician advised to fit fuel pump of v2 with fuel tank of v2 in my v1 bike. This will waste 3000 rupees of my money.
              This is much of dramatic play done by the service center with only intention of money not customer satisfaction.

              It is been around 20days still i haven't received my bike. They treat customers very bad and give lame silly reasons - each time i call or reach service center directly.


              This peoples aren't even fit to service a bicycle. Only motive is to drink the money from customers.
              Please don't go for this showroom.

                    Hello yamaha i'm from hyderabad i have given my bike fz-s for engine service to india yamaha motors pvt ltd authorized dealer raghavendra motors. They had taken my bike for 2 months to service. And they gave word that they will use genuine yamaha spare parts. But they didn't use any of the part even the handle griper. Comparing current condition of the vehicle is too worse than before service. After service i had faced so many problems as oil leakages from engine, cross fixing safety rod, abnormal noice from engine (Comparing to before service) repeatedly engine getting off after visited the service workshop for second time still the problem has not resolved. Chain has loosed, handle cross, gear shifting has becamed hard & it is skiped for 3rd gear low quality spare parts..
                    I request you to please solve this problem for me. As they are taking the vehicle service for long time.

                      Before details of dispute, i would like identify myself as a consumer of frank yamaha. Details are as below:

                      Coming to the matter - my scooter met with an accident 2 months before and i have had given it for repairing in one of your shillong center at frank yamaha, nongshilliang, nongthmai, shillong, meghalaya. Today, i paid a visit to get my scooter and i received disgruntled response from your service representative at aforementioned address.

                      I was address as 'sale' instead of 'sir' and i was abused for multiple time for i went to inquire for my vehicle, and sadly, sent back home after multiple visit to your service center. I was unhappy, insulted, dis-respected, abused and unsatisfied with such ill response from your service center. I rigidly demand an apology, explanation and result for such response.

                      My question is - is this how you treat your consumers?

                          I had given my bike as a complaint to raj yamaha, thorraipakkam branch, ch - 97. Engine noice.. After checking important part of the engine was missed added by service person. They kept my bike for 2 days and gave me yesterday back. Today i was far near virugambakkam... Suddenly clutch was not working and local mechanic was unable to handle. I am writing this complaint to take necessary action to that service center for thier careless work and service.

                            F25 - bad sound and vibrations from the bike when riding with pillion

                            My bike has completed 3 free services, the issue is not rectified even after addressing the issue 3 times. Post each service the sound is reduced but after using the bike for a week the sound and vibration starts again. Request yamaha to give a solution for my problem with the investment on your product.

                            My bike is Yamaha FZ dual disc 2018 models.
                            I had meet with accident on Dec 18 and gave my bike for repair on Dec 20 it been more than a month dealer is saying he had ordered spare parts, which has been delivered from Yamaha. I don't understand why Yamaha is manufacturing bikes without spares parts.

                              Why the existing owner of r15 v3 can’t get the abs feature for the non abs version... Is it our fault that yamaha launched then same model of r15 with abs with the same price... Did the company play game with customer? Please provide abs system for the nonabs v3.                                   I have yamaha FZS double disc armada blue from date of purchase i have complaint about gear shifting but problem not resolved it increased day by day . Already done 4th service but condition same.Always service advisor said that time we take care but condition same pls suggest right service centre for resolve this issue.Don't suggest Siddhart yamaha sec 14 gurugram its totally waste of time.

                                    Myself navies dickens from chennai, i have bought r15 v.2 on 2017 august the showroom in medavakkam high road kilpauk the purchase of the bike was on net cash and not on due payment the retailer has been failed to produced rc book for the bike the insurance in the company has been expired and i have paid for insurance renewal to the store manager still now dated 2.2.2019 i haven't received the rc book or renewal insurance i'm fed up of the retailer i just get into the store each and every time they say it would come in a week and said they will call if it's done i check every month still they fails to produce the rc record now i'm not using my bike because of no records i need an immediate action toward the the store manager everything time we approach he fails to resolve this problem we even asked about the rc book details he fail to give and douges us it will come in a week please do take action
