में आप लोगो को कोस दिनी पेहेले मेरा बाइक का "yamaha sz rr" carboretor problem का complent क्या था, आप लोगो ने अस्सी तरह से मूझे मेरा बाइक ठीक नही कर दी, इसिलए मेरा बाइक का ओर एक प्रॉब्लम सुरु हो गेया,, हमारा यहाँ मतलब dibrugarah में बहोत ठंडा पर राहा है, में ये बात इसीलिए बात राहा हों कि किसी भी नई बाली बाइके 2 या 3 साल की बाइक ठंडा मौसम में एक kik या एक self से start हो जाता है,
मेरा bike का main problem ये है कि में जब सुबह बाइक को start करना सहता हों तो मेरा दिमांग खाराब हो जाता है, किक मारने से start नही होते, किक मार मार के self मार मार के पोरीशन हो जाता हूं, मेरा बाइक लेने को आज दिन से 1साल 2 mounth हौवा है, आप लोगो की yamaha bike ठंडा दिन में start नही होती है क्या?,, ये 1 साल में अपनी बाइक की एक बैटरी ओर पुरे carburetor सेट को change किया, इतना नया बाइक का एटना ज्यादा प्रॉब्लम हो राहा है 2 या 3 साल में मेरा बाइक उस प्रॉब्लम की बजह से कबाड़ी को बेसना पोरेगा,

इसिलए आप लोगो ने मेरा बाइक को पुरी तरह से ठीक कर दीजिए,,

    I bought an yamaha saluto 125 cc last year. I did all the service on time (Before reached the given km). Every time when i give the vehicle to service, they are saying many issues and billing around 1000 rs.in free service period. After an year, i feel the vehicle condition is very poor and i took the vehicle for service. Now they are billing between 4000 to 5000 and saying many part need to replace like chain bracket, break shoes, air filters and some work in fork. When i asked the mechanic he said, the vehicle ran 12, 500 km, after 12, 000 km, need to change all of these parts.
    Before this i had splender+ even i drives it for last 11 years, i didn't spend this much amount in that vehicle life. I changed only once the chain bracket. Compare to this i feel that 11 year old vehicle is much better.
    I didn't expected this kind of poor quality from yahama.

      I bought facino on 14th november 2018 from vardhman yamaha guduvanchery

      Vehicle driven only 199.5 km, then i found there us there is no sufficient gap between headlight and body. Because of this issue paint got damaged.

      I informed to delar, they told me to check with service center.
      Then service center person told not possible to replace the damaged part.
      Only we can do repair work. Because its wrongly fitted.

      I register complaint in yamaha india, till now one contacted me for this issue.

      No vale for customer for after receiving money.

      My name is A.SRIVIKASH i bought a Yamaha YZF R15 V3. Slowly the colour was shading. the material used for colour is very cheap quality.all the R15 models colours are shading.it is a very big problem for the yamaha bikes. please resolve the issue.and self start is also not working after servicing.

        I am a huge fan of you. I owned a fz15 2009 model till last october 2018. I am writing this email because i was cheated by a showroom when i went with a huge dream to buy fz25 to own another machine of yours. He's what happened.

        I visited this showroom on sep 2nd and 3rd 2018 (Nadhanii motors yamaha located at ooty - showroom which is not registered yet when i checked with yamaha customer support). The main branch is located at mettupalayam, tamilnadu. I spoke to the manager siva subramaniam regarding the purchase the on road price was 1, 44, 750. I wanted to exchange my fz16 (Which they promised to take for 25k which was taken only for 15k later) without any loan. I paid the amount of 1, 15, 000 within 3 days. Unfortunately when i paid the final split amount of 45, 000. The showroom manager said "the electronic billing system is not working and i will send the receipt in email". I work in bangalore, i had to leave, so i left the same day i paid the 45k. I was calling the manager regarding receipt, he said he will send and never sent for a week. I became suspicious and traveled back to ooty. I called up the gm (Don't know the name) of the showroom regarding the bike. I got to know through the gm that the manager had not billed the 45000 amount. Later after investigating the manager, i came to know that the manager siva subramaniamam had booked the bike under his wife's name and applied loan for 45, 000 which was the last split amount i paid.

        Here is why i am writing the email now. I somehow managed to get 20k from the manager but he is hiding somewhere and doesn't pick my call to get the remaining amount of 25k. I complained to the gm regarding the manager. The gm in turn dismissed the manager and did not take an effort to get my money back from the manager. I gm was very rude and said that "get your money from the manager and pay that to get your bike delivered". When i gave a complaint to the police station, they refused to file an fir since the gm knows the deputy commissioner of police in ooty. I was helpless, depressed and worried. I couldn't do anything. I need both my money and my dream bike fz25 which is pending delivery. I lended money to pay the remaining amount to get my bike delivered. Now that i have got my bike delivered on 8th nov 2018 after 2 months after paying full amount and now the registration is also done. But i haven't got my 25k cheated by the showroom.

        I was made to travel 5 times from bangalore to ooty (My hometown) which is 8 hours journey, which costed me 8000rs. And also they made me to take leave for 2 weeks due to this problem where i got a loss of pay from my company. I claim a compensation on that as well.

        Now my only scope is yamaha motors india. I may have to complain in consumer court, for giving authority to rowdies to do business with yamaha. Also i will have to go to consumer court if no action is take by yamaha motors india.

        Short note on the owner:
        The employees of this showroom says that he does not provide salary where they had to beg to get salary. Also he had cheated many people in and around his area to get wealthy. Same in my case. He has police power. I couldn't do anything being a common man. The gm frames a story that the manager is my relative. I have no idea who the manager is. I have never ever seen him before.

        I want my money with compensation for my leaves and travel. And more than that i was depressed and worried and had alot of health issues due to this problem. I hope you do the needful asap. I

          O buied yamaha fz on dt 07.11.2018 from airavat yamaha karad. As i am resident of satara they gold me that they will do crtm passing from karad rto then i have to go to satara rto for passing
          Even after 24 days of buying a new vehicle crtm through karad rto still not done any documents like insurance etc are still not given to me. I am tired of calling st yamaha karad. Booking done in the name of akshay avinash more

            The authorized service center pearl yamaha kukatpally hyderabad,
            They are not maintaining standard servicing.
            Engine oil is not genuine and engine sound is not smooth in 300 kms after servicing. Even they don't know how to adjust the breaks. Don't we have other works to visit always for complaints to your service center. We are coming to your service center only for warranty, not for spoiling our vehicles.

              I booked bike in raj yamaha showroom at velachery branch on 20th nov & i paid full amount for vehicle. They committed to give on 26th nov but still they not handover the bike. They give wrong information in day by day. I'm very disappointment to choose yamaha due to this kind of worst dealer. Feel badly to connecting yamaha. Its affects my personal life also.

                I've been giving my yamaha fascino bike for service center to global yamaha located at near stadium circle in ahmadabad since i purchased it in 2016 and to be very honest my experiene with it has gone only bad to worse. It seems they never fix anything in one go. I always have to come back to tell them about the isssue immedialtey after the servicing and it has happened regularly. This time they went too far. My self start was working properly before servicing and immediately after servicing my self start stopped working properly and when i ent to show them they told me to change the battery and the self motor. This is one way of taking money from the customer's. They told me that for a new battery it would cost around 1500 but i got the same and genuine battery from outside for only 1200. This shows that they are completely lying and are robbing the customer's money's.

                  Hi Yamaha India,

                  This is Rajkiran, hereby wanted to share you a story where I encountered a very weird experience with one of your Service centers in Beeramguda, Hyderabad (Raghavendra Yamaha).

                  I own R15 V1, 38B1 2010 model. I came to Rise Yamaha Showroom which is nearby to me and asked to replace Clutch Plates, Front Disk, One Way clutch, and Self motor, out of which Rise Yamaha has only Front disk with them and asked me for one week of time to get the remaining items. Since it is a too long time, I called Raghavendra Yamaha which is nearer to Rise Yamaha and got to know that I am getting the spares there, so I went there and here starts the problem. I knew that my model has only 4 clutch plates whereas 20P1 and remaining models of R15 V1 comes with 5 clutch plates, but he was stubborn and said V1 will get only 5 clutch plates, I have been dealing with R15's since my childhood blah blah, Ok then I made a note that after opening my bike if these are not for my bike I will return them, and he said yes. I took One Way clutch which also he gave me of FZ model and told that it would fit in, 5 Clutch plates, 4 Friction/Pressure plates from him, he charged me extra 2% for using my card which is around 189rs, I questioned him for the extra charge and he was like, if you want to take them pay extra or get away from here.

                  I took the spares and submitted to Rise Yamaha service center guys, and they opened my bike the next working day that is on Monday. As I said my bike has only 4 plates and what the guy sold me are not for my model, even the one-way clutch doesn't fit. I called the Raghavendra showroom spares guy and told the same, he is reluctant to take back the items even when they were not opened and that was his mistake giving me the spares which were not for my bike. I spoke to Rise Yamaha spares guy and he convinced him to take back them after cutting the GST which is around 700rs. I refused to do so, because even I tried to explain to him, without any knowledge he sold the wrong spares to me.

                  Am buying Yamaha seluto rx110, it was not given milage, buying time dealer sed 84kmpl, but it gives 50-55 in the speed of 50 below, 40-50 is 60speed...

                  This service centers not solving this problems no of times am telling..

                  What can I do? My frnd was telling to complaint consumer form, tell me pls solve this problem...

                    I am working in bosch automotive i had purchased yamaha version 2.0 2 and half year before. I have driven 15200 km till now. I used to service @ correct time. Jst month before i faced chain issue i had replaced total set around 4 k. Now i m facing starting issue. Starter motor is not starting. Motor coil issue. Does this failed within 3 yrs not even came for 20k. Such a bad quality starter motor used. Totally disappointed with a product quality. I choosed this bike only because of quality but now i feeling why i choosen.

When i contect to delear he just repair relay after some charges. After two days same issue has been repeat after running supped of 70. Plz help to close the same.

                          Iam using daytona exhaust in my r15s from last 6 months and it was working perfectly but now there's a missing at 4.5k rpm and above it and technicians said your exhaust is not good and it was perfectly working earlier and it is provided by showroom only if my exhaust is the problem and the reason of missing then they should check with another daytona exhaust but they don't have other one and they checked with original exhaust then there was no missing in engine but i said there is some other thing which is culprit and reason of missing and backfire and i asked them to check my coolant was also leaking from last 15 days they don't know the reason behind it. This is my second r15 but i am very disappointed with the service yamaha providing. I will show this thing on my youtube channel because i am helpless. Unsatisfied.. This kind of pathetic service is provided by yamaha when i spent 1.5lakhs on a bike and a trusted brand i registered a complaint on yamaha site but they called me once and said we will call you again and your case is escalated to high level. Then after servicing my bike next day when i woke up for office i started the bike and found some strange noise was coming from fuel tank. It was like some air is leaking under fuel tank then i went again to service centre asked to check it but there was no one to make job card then one girl came from service centre she made job card to check the issue and she said sir wait for some time we will call you then after 3 hours of waiting i found my bike standing at same place where i parked in service centre and no one checked it but somehow they agreed to check the issue then one new issue was there! They misplaced my bike keys but they said they will install new lock kit after that i went to office and came back in evening and in evening service centre manager said the problem in your bike is mixture screw and i asked what is it? He told me in your bike's throttle kit there is no mixture screw which is making noise and passing air from it then he said it will cost you 300 only so i said ok after sometime he said you need to purchase whole new throttle kit because now company does not provide mixture screw separately and i asked about the price of throttle kit he said it will cost you around rs 5000 i was shocked and i told him this is not my mistake this is your mistake because you have serviced my bike day before and one mechanic his name was gopi, he checked my bike by connecting it in kind of fi-check machine which check problem and display it in computer so my bike's idle rpm was not ok as per system showed the error on screen so the mechanic losen the mixture screw to fix it but he said he will do it on next service so that's the mistake of that mechanic who tried to fix that problem and may be he forgot to tighten that screw because of that service centre mechanic why should i pay rs 5000. I think they do these kind of activities with all customers to sell there spare parts and to earn profit and this kind of fraud was unexpected from yamaha service centre. I talked to service centre admin but he also denied to give me solution and i want solution otherwise i will proceed for legal action

                            I purchased yamaha fzs 2.0 on sep 2018 after one week i receive one message stating that there is some amount inr 3787 to be refined as i requested for zero brokerage insurance, since then the salesperson and insurance people over there making excuse for refunding my amount. Daily they are saying in evening they will give the cheque as manger has not signed on cheque. Now they stop receiving my calls as well. This is harassing and i am very disturbed because of this. Even i went to showroom on saturday meet suresh reddy and bharath there they showed me the cheque of inr 3700 but the actual is inr 3787 and assured the same that i will get in evening, but again they did not. Please help on this.

                              I purchase yamaha fzs-f1 bike on 28/06/2018 and have been using it for last three months. But the braking efficiency of the back disk brake of this bike have been found poor. Riding with inefficient braking system may lead to accidents. When i approach the service centre, they said that they cannot do anything of their on and advised me to contact yamaha motors itself. I request you to see that the braking efficiency of my bike is corrected for safe ride.

I will chang my bick body part vehical no. - cg15cn2014 in date - 29/9/2018 the dealer ask to me some parts are not available in that time he will order them so i will pay all the bill and say to call me when part is available and the dealer will not call me and a will call he not ans me properly and now 17/11/2018 morning i will call for my part and dealer say parts is available then i go but hole day dealer will not ans me properly in my parts and last he say parts are not available and he will not give my money back or not give any parts to me and say to me do what you do he will not give me any money or parts

                                  It's been 1.5 months i have parked my fz25 in yamaha showroom shivraj motors dhule still they are giving reasons like parts are not available as my insurance is renewed before 1month though there in not at all customer satisfaction and transparency instead ktm gives ur bike in 1-2 weeks (Max) if this situation occurs so i request yamaha to complete my bike as soon as possible 😑 and i am not at all happy by ur services, now i hope there will be call from showroom that ur bike is finished. I am really pissed of by calling them...

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      I am writing today to complain of the poor service i received from your company on (Put the date). I bring my yamaha (Put model of bike).
                                      I cannot imagine what would happen if i got in to an accident because of the poor service that i got.
                                      I brought my bike for service but after the service the alternator side was leaking with oil, i checked and it shows that they did not tight the bolts properly.
                                      If i did not seen it earlier i would have drove it and for sure because of the untightened bolt i will get into an accident. I have never encountered such a terrible treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.

                                        I purchased a bike yamaha fzs-fi on 5th nov, 2018 on cash from jm motors agra. They quotes rto charges of rs.11355/- and we paid it but when we check the receipt from rto department, their charges are different and less of total rs. 9055.

                                        So jm motor agra charged us rs. 2300/- more which is not correct.

                                        I want reimbursement of difference between rto charges. Also take some strict action against dealership of agra.
