Dear sir/maam,
Its is always privilege to be proud owner of yamaha bikes. But there must be also some responsibilities from designated dealer who running service center.
On date 25 october 2018. I went to service center located at gaya bihar under paravti yamaha. But the worker who dealing with bike servicing behaved very badly and misbehaved from me.
Actually my bike servicing number was very early and when i went up there i found that other back number bikes are getting servicing before me and my bike was just placed in washing bay.
When same i asked from worker dealing there, he responded very rudely and suddenly all worker started to shout on my self and started abusing me, also threaten to bit me. Some how i manage to escape from there, i was totally help less no person helped me there regarding that. Even the man siting at gate for bike registration only told me to escape from there other wise we will ask for bike washing charges.
So i urge for yamaha to support me for such miss behavior, if not valid action taken on all those worker then i will put this issue to legal formalities.

Dear sir i purchase a yamaha saluto in jan 2018 . Last tuesday midnight onroad vehicle rear wheel damage due to speedbrakers. When i go yamaha service point they ask me this is not manufacting problem this is accidentel plzz solve my query as soon as posible

    Its less then 15 months i purchased fz250, i have faced 2 issues which i claim was due to manufacturing defect hence i want to claim warrenty.

    1) rear disc plate has uneven surface which is forcing rapid consumption of rear disc rubber, plz replace rear disc plate under warenty terms. I already replced rear disc rubber by my money, it was told to me by staff that ur disc surface is not smooth that is causing repeated issue. I am agian hearing sound while applying rear break as it happened earlier and i understand that soon rear disc break will consume again.

    2) yesterday on 27th oct 2018 less then 15 month of date of purchase. My battery got low and i have to tow my bike home. Its low and bike not starting. A battery has 24 months warranty, plz give me replacement certificate from agency so that i can replace battery from the dealer.

      Hi this selvan i buy the one bike yamaha fz-s 2.0 for 14/02/2018 afterthat 05/08/2018 i got a accident then i'm going to giving the service center chinnasamy auto agency name:chinnasamy they are tell so much amount everything is high cast rs: 27, 100 /- i paid 25600 i not paid transport charges only that the reason they not giving my service book then one more that they are not doing peoper service and all now again my bike engine got problem now i askyamaha showroom they are asking 8000 the engine warrenty 5 year why they asking 8000 i want raise the complaint about the yamaha showroom chinnasamy auto agency and now i need my service book and they resolve the engine problems but i'm not willing to pay parts charges

        As per government amma's two wheeler scheme, i ordered ray zr street rally scooter and paid rs.76, 409 on oct 16, 2018 in a single payment.. Scooter got registered on oct 17, 2018 and got delivered on oct 18, 2018.. Due to consecutive government holidays for the the four days, the dealer told me to give out rc book within tuesday (23/10/18) but i finally got rc on october 24, 2018.. I went to collector office to submit the forms to get subsidy, the official said "there, in rc a government two wheeler scheme seal was missing and so we couldn't accept the forms" i don't know what to do and asked the showroom dealer about this.. They are totally irresponsible and gives irresponsible answer which irritates me and makes my mind collapsed.. The staff are totally irresponsible.. I request you to consider my complaint and try to avoid it further.. Its yamaha's responsibility to solve my issues.. Thank you.

          self start not working for yamaha fascino

          I have purchased yamaha fascino in april 2017 from srijaya motors, yelahanka, bangalore.

          The vehicle has self-start problem from first few months itself, its battery is always drained out. I have given vehicle for service multiple times, just to resolve this self start issue. Every time they charge the battery and it again gets drained out within the next 2 days, and we have to again resort back to kick start. This is a bs-iv...

          Below email was sent to [protected]@yamaha-motor-india.com on oct-15-2018 with supporting documents, still my issue is not resolved and my bike is still in service center more than 2 weeks.
          Worst part is not getting proper response from customer care too. It's highly frustrating and worrying.

          Hi yamaha team,
          I am writing this email to express my deep concern on the yamaha motor cycle product and the service provided.

          I purchased yamaha fz-s-fi-2gs600 on dec-2018. Since my purchase i have faced self-start issue 5 times in below different intervals.

          Each time, i get it repaired at service center where i have purchased the bike. Each time they say a different problem and claim that this self start issue will not happen again.

          Issues:

          1. Just before 1st service

          2. Just before 2nd serivce

          3. Just after 2nd service.

          4. 09/29/2018

          5. 10/10/2018

          On the 4th time, service center requested us to give our motor cycle for additional 2-3 days to get it observed and validated by the yamaha team. This time, they provided us the health check report and claimed that this issue will not happen again.

          Within just 2 days from the date of dispatch, i got the same issue for the 5th time (10/10/2018). When checked with service center i could not get proper response as they mention that they cannot hold repsonsibilities for such issues as they claim it as a manufacturing defect. I would like to get clarified on who should held responsibilities for such issues? Is it service centre (Dealers) or yamaha company?

          Inspite of complaining in online yamaha customer care site (Ic-40781-c8k5) i didn't get proper response from yamaha or dealer. It's been more than a week since 5th time, still my bike is not ready and dealer says it will not be delivered this week.

          As a customer i have lost trust in the product, service and customer care.

          You should understand the frustration that i face when the same issues repeats for 5 times and 3rd time it happens on the way to office.

          I'm writing this email with a last hope that it reaches concerned team who really hears our concerns.

            I am totally fed up with yamaha service... I purchase yamah fz -25 and i really njoy the bike ride and its engine note... After few months, i feel hard gear shifting.. I complaint on this... They send a service person and he simply loose some screw to solve the problem. I took my bike and back to home, i feel its engine note is compeltely change and gear shifting experience was as before... For this, i visit showroom, they took 3-4 hours but still face the same problem... Engine note is different... Seevice person have no knowledge about the bike... They replied me that after covering certain distance engine note changes... I agree with them and took my bike back to home... I still confused about the engine note so i visit the showroom from where i purchase the bike and ask the same bike for riding... It was really shocking to me as.. When i heard the engine note of the same bike... It was really different than mine... Even sales person agreed with engine note as it was different than mine.
            I also write mail on this... Yamaha custmer care assure me that yamaha service engineer visit me and check my bike... So they fix the appointment... And intrestingly my complaint was closed as mention their.. Action has been taken... But no action taken yet so far.. No calls no notifiactions from yamaha...
            They cheat me... I m going consumer court for the same...

              My r15 s bike showed warning light sometimes. I also complaint in chalakudy marvel yemaha but nothing happened. They changed battery and related items. But with in 3 months new battery was damaged again. It's not charging properly. I was waited one week. But not get new battery (Battery was under warranty). Due to the necessary of bike i changed the battery again on 18/04/2018 and still they not informed me about the old warrantied battery. On 28/09/2018 i serviced i my bike again then also i enquired about the battery and they said they will call on 29/09/2018. They didn't call. So i enquired on 1/10/2018. Then they said they will return by battery in next week. Now i am writing this letter because, after 28/09/2018 service speed reading is not correct and new battery have also some complaints. What is the matter is after service it's not starting properly. You must test it and realize how bad your service is. After 5/10/2018 i don't used my bike due to the specified conditions.
              I request to you kindly solve my problem and take immediate actions.

                Did my servicing 2 weeks back and now they are saying the front soch absoseber has less oil as it is producing some noise. There was no complaint like this while given in service. I asked i am ready to pay for oil changes but not for the labour charge. They are not ready to listen and saying it’s not getting covered in general servicing. If the mechanic can not recognise the issue during servicing how it is expected for a non tech person to find out.

                  I have been facing various rusting problem with my bike fazer 25 from 1-2 months of purchase. Various internal parts some nuts bolts have started rusting and the major rusting is on the disk brakes which is very dangerous.                   The service provided by the yamaha cervice center of Sambalpur is very pathetic and the wating period for the average bike is talking from 11am to 4pm and the when the complain is being made by the to showroom authority there response is its the customer fault that they are coming late in the morning its a kind of mental tourture

                    I own szrr version 2 purchased on 1 jan. 2017 reg no. Hr51bm*. From that date till now it's a piece of #. At 1700km it's meter wire torn out i complaint at service centre they simply asked get the new one it's a common problem in our bikes and u paid labour+ spare. Then again at 3200km it's meter cable worn out again i paid the same now serious night mare come at after service just clocked 64km and the spark plug fused am driving at night around 10 pm and bike won't start i called my friend and he pushed my bike with his bike around 8km at night imagine it. Now more over after opening the toolkit the most interesting twist of yamaha came that yamaha does not even provide a tool that is used to open a spark pulg in emergency. Even hero company provided that (Shameful yamaha). Next day i visit to dealer and they told me that they charged me to bring my bike to there place. (Greedy company) as i'm not ok with that so call my friend to again push it to service centre they again charged me for spark plug +labour (I am # off tired with this bike). Now at 4400 km the circumstances came to life threatening that at moving with the speed of 50kmph suddenly clutch wire torn out and behind me there is a full loaded truck with iron bars public somehow managed to stop that truck and after that incident i am not harmed thankfully now immediately i visit the service centre with worn clutch they all get shocked and what the # is that the manager mr. Punia in a slow volume asked me that give clutch+ labour charge. Here it comes to my life and they don't even bother.. All these things happened to me with in 4500km which is total km from date of purchase. (This is your international brand... Shame on you people)
                    Now from today incident i have all photos off all incedents with me along with bill. Yamaha i asked you one question about all these things what is your quality that meter wire broke 2 times 1 clutch wire. I am here to listen to your response with in 2 days and there after consumer courts are not very far..
                    Pls. Provide me the solution regarding this i am fed up with this o[censored] take money better provide quality also get me my response from higher authorities as soon as possible

                    Also all these incidents are fron green automobiles faridabad. I only visited that service centre.
                    Also provide me the basic tools to minimal open my sparkplug if any this truoble came in future from your product side..

                    Your slogan is "yes yamaha"

                    And acc. To my opinion it's "no yamaha", "never yamaha", " greedy yamaha"... And even more

                    Look into your q. A department to get done with my answers soonly.

                      I have booked Yamaha RZS-FI at Sri Motors, Kattupakkam, Chennai and got it delivered on 18th February 2018. From the day one I am facing low air pressure problem in the rear tire. Even I have checked for any puncture but there was no puncture reported. Still I am facing the air leak issue in my bike rear tire. This tire was fitted with Tubeless tire. I need the concerned team response to replace the complete Rear Tire along with Rim Assy.

                        Hi sir/madam
                        My mother in law have a fascino scooter, i have done the service on 09/10/18 at pace motors south nada, kodungallur. And they adjust headlamp position for no reason. I didn't tell them to adjust. Yesterday (12/10/18) headlamp start fidgeting.. And i went to the service center today and ask them how it happens. Nobody knows who repair my fascino even service advisor. Now they told me to change the doom.. It's their fault. So kindly take action to this dealer for doing like this.

                          I have given my yamaha fz bike for second service at walters yamaha, #33, medavakkam high road, kilpauk, chennai-600 010. They changed engine oil only but i have paid rs.950.00. Explanation also not sufficient and correct. Please confirm why this much money for free service?.                             Scooter was given for 2nd service at yamaha service jakkasandra.
                            Front disk breaks are making bad sound and getting skid. Extremely bad servicing.
                            Totally dissatisfied.
                            The executive there asked to ride 15 km to check.
                            The scooter makes sound just like a old 20 years scooter or a truck... Wherea the scooter is just 3 months old and 1500 kms run.
                            Kindly suggest what to do?

                              To whom it may concern, sir i have bought a yamaha r3 bike 2018 model in april 2018 from royal yamaha motors, jammu and ever since i have bought it, the front shock absorbers of my bike are not performing well, they are giving a weird nose when they go down and come up, i have told this about my dealer and he said when the engineer comes from the company we will tell u and u can tell your complaint to the engineer, and the engineer comes from the company at the date 9/10/2018 and i had got a call frol the dealer and i had gone to the showroom at the above said date and the get my bike checked by the engineer and the engineer behaviour towards me was so unprofessional, he test rode the bike with me as a pillion and i was getting the noise even as a pillion but he said he is not getting any noise, he said these noise comes from the shocker, sir i have been driving bikes from the past 10 years and i had owned a lot of bikes in this span of time but none of them has given me this type of noise from the front shockers and u was so frustrated with the engineers reply and behaviour.
                              Hes said fine we will open your shockers and check them and when they open them they said that shocker oil was less in both the shockers and then they put some oil in the shockers and handed the bike to me but the noise was still the same.
                              My question to you sir is that, you are giving such services to your premium customers, in just sfive months my whole bike was opened, u just fir urself in my shoes and think, i want to get my shockers replaced in warranty, plz sir look into tvis this matter, u don’t know how we students get these premium bikes from our parents and you are giving such a pathetic service and reply, i just want my shocker to be replaced in warranty

                                I am purchasing yamaha fz250 since 13/02/2018. Last 1.5 month i have facing so many issues like ignition switch lock loose, brake not working properly, starting problem, noise is coming from engine side & chain set. My vehicle is in workshop for last 15 days they don't have the parts even they never called me and never update he status when my parts received or not i am very much dissatisfied with the services provided by the workshop & specially mr shukla

                                  I recently services my yamaha fz25 in tanushka auto baguaihati kolkata.
                                  My bike was giving minor issues and heating problem, the engineer suggested clutch assembly change and replacement of chain sprocket. I also asked him to check and clean my fi system (I thought it was not working properly).
                                  The next day i collected the bike and got back home just to discover that the axel nut was not fasten. I narrowly escaped a near death accident while i was riding at 40 kmph. After contacting the service center they refused to pick up my bike and the reason given was that their is no such service available.
                                  To add to it when i sent pictures of the carelessness of the services center to the manager he called me and replied that now the issue is solved so nothing more needs to be done from there end.
                                  These people don't understand that it almost caused me my life. And even after paying 6000 rs all the issues remain the same.

                                    Got my bike yahama r15 five months before, after second day of purchase, i had a problem with self start, i asked to repair that one in my first service itself, still

                                    That problem was not rectified, and main thing is worst engine performance, it is not able to touch 70 km/hr speed, some unwanted noise are coming out from the engine,

                                    Again i asked to service section to fix it, they didnt fix it till now, very worst service, why i need to get a bike of one and half lakh rupees without self

                                    Satisfaction. I thought they gave a secondon bike to me, because engine performance of my bike very worse. Really worried abt it. Worst showroom in pondicherry is
