Respected Sir,

My Self Vikas Yadav. I have purchased a bike from swiss auto (Farrukhnagar) on 11-OCT-2018. The agency owner Sandeep and Dhiraj Kumar. They make a Fraud with me. Total on Road cost of my bike is 138000 INR with 5 Years of Insurance. I have paid 86000 as the down payment. They give me 3 Years of Insurance with low value.

Value of 5 Years of Insurance is 10888 Rupees.

Value of 3 Years of Insurance is 6745 Rupees.

They have made a Loan with Bussan auto Finance amount is 58000. According to my down payment, the Loan amount is 48000. So, I want the difference money back with Interest of Bussan auto Finance. I have tried to make the calls by 3 months. I had visited many times at agency but they are not responding.

It is a very humble request you to please look into this matter. Because due to this kind of dealer and agency owners Yamaha is losing their Valuable customers.

    I recently buy this new bike in January 2019 and only after 3 days my back tyre was completely empty it was punctured i dont know how since i hardly drive that [censored] not more than 5km in those days, okay that is fine with me i gave that bike to this showroom and they submitted it but after two days they gave back me the bike saying they have corrected the issue, but only following day its air was again leaking and so on days passed on i kept on filling air and it leaks...i again visited the show room and ask them to correct it they again cheated me twice gave the [censored] back, these showroom people are cheating me fooling me giving false details everytime, moreover my fuel indicator is gone mad its shows sometimes full petrol when there is nothing and show empty when it is full i told them to correct it and they again submitted my bike doing nothing handling the [censored] back to me which is still not corrected yet, MY GEARS LITERALLY GOT STUCK IN BETWEEN WHEN EVER I DRIVE I MIGHT HAVE DIED 2 TIME DUE TO THIS, i again gave the [censored] to them they said they corrected it and they have done NOTHINGGGGGGGGG. what the hell is going on is this how you people fool your customers, moreover on the name of free teflon polishing these smart head gave me wax polished bike like what the hell do they think we are fool or what, moreover my back brakes have gone zero they are not applying any brakes i gave it for that too but same they have done nothing and gave me back .
    more over from the day first when i met these cheaters i my saying them my bike handle alignment is not proper its moving toward left i submitted the [censored] for that too they said they have corrected but you know what come and check my bike and then tell me if its coreected or not. i was my biggest mistake to go for YAMAHAHAHAAHAH

    now tell me one thing is this how YAMAHA fools its customer what you want more money okay i am fine giving that but what the hell you people gain wasting peoples time what is going on should i sell that [censored] to waste zone or what ... its not been a month and this bike has turn into [censored] ...

    answer this asap or i am going to case very soon i am not that kind of person who let go things easily believe me

      Gave my bike for general service on 30.01.2019 in j k auto agency tiruvannamalai. The job card no. Is 1804171. Little oil was leaking near the front shock absorber. The service person told to replace the oil seal which costs around 250. I asked them to replace the oil seal and left the service centre. After 2 or 3 hours, the service person called me and informed that the inner tube (Costing rs.1400) of suspension has damaged and it also must be replaced. If not replaced, the oil will be leaking again and the new oil seal which they replaced now will not be effective. I didn't know what that "inner tube" meant. When i went to take delivery of my bike, they showed the old inner tube which was brand new and not at all damaged. When asked about it they said that because of wear and tear it has damaged. My vehicle has run for 19401km only. The service guys have cheated me and replaced the inner tube and have charged rs.1400 for that. I am very much upset with this attitude of yamaha. Please make sure that this doesn't happen to other customers and give back my rs.1400 which you guys have cheated on me.

        This is to kindly bring to ur notice that i own yamaha r15 v3 and is 6 months old... I have been experiencing a long thudding sound while down shifting the gears and also a very irritating noise while upshifting the gears as if the clutch and gear are not operating in rythm.. Also irritating sound from chain and chain lock while running, chain is slightly rested when the time of delivery of new bike. I have complained it to ur authorised service station.. But was returned the bike with no proper solution.. Again i also had mailed the issue to ur company but no use... I have currently sent my bike to ur work station where ur people have asked me to wait as higher authorities will look in to this matter but even after 7 days there is no progress... I m planning to take this matter to consumer forum if i dont get proper results... I m from calicut kerala and my bikes registeration number is kl 11 bl 5132.. My vehicle engine no is g3k5e0019159, chase no is me1rg5216j0019149 its in ur service station at power bike and the matter is in hands of amg yamaha bulding no 27/2181... Which situated in 2181 mini bypass rd nr kallathankadav bridge. I would request u to take this matter seriously as i m a very die hard yamaha fan and am really dissappointed with this approach... It is under warranty and i need the problem to be looked upon promptly.. I need to get nee chain and socket through warranty.

          Hi,
          To whom so ever this may reach to...

          I recently bought a yamaha alpha from samukth motors in medavakkam chennai.

          The asked me to submit mu original aadhar card for vehicle registration purpose, at the time of delivery on 19th jan 2019 when i asked for my aadhar card, the showroom people said that they have in another file and will return it to me the next day. But when i asked them the next day they very coolly said that they have lost it and asked me to get another copy by myself.

          Adding to this they have also misspelled my last name on the invoice and as well as the insurance. Today it has been 5 days (24/01/2019) there is no communication from the showroom. When i called them today they said that the insurance company server i dead across the country and they are still waiting foe the server to be up and running. (I wonder how on earth this can happen!!! Is the insurance company in such a bad state that they cannot get their server up and running if its a nationwide issue?)

            Hello team,

            Please be informed i had purchased yamaha fascino on 5th november 2018 from vimal motors (Yamaha show room) address: sr no 32 bharat mata chowk, alandi dehu pahata, pune - nashik hwy, moshi, pimpri-chinchwad, maharashtra 412105.

            While buying vehicle i had received only gate pass from showroom owner nitin. Pfa copy
            Since i bought this vehicle i am keep getting promised by yamaha team regarding the vehicle registrations and other pending documents (Owner’s manual, vehicle invoice, service book, insurance copy).

            I am keep following in an internal of 10 to 12 days every month with nitin and yamaha team regarding my vehicle registration, now it’s almost 3 months to completing yet there are no signs of vehicle registration and pending documents handover.
            Every time i am getting fake promises from yamaha team stating. “sir your registration will be done in next week for sure. I am super frustrated with this pathetic services and silly reasons from yamaha motors.

            I am trying to call yamaha customer care however the executives are promising another fake promises stating sir you will receive the call from yamaha in 48 working hours.
            When i requested the yamaha customer executive to transfer my call to their senior managers they are strait forwarding refusing with reason “sir this is not in our policy to transfer the call to seniors, we have forwarded your request to our concern team and they will get back to you”. Since i raised the complaint till date i had not received any updates from yamaha. I am struggling with this since very long time and don’t have any faith on yamaha support.

            There are no evidence (Email, sms) shared with me by showroom owner regarding the documents submission for registrations.

            @ yamaha team could you please help me to understand is this a standard or the quality process of your organization how you work?

            Note for yamaha team:
            This is my biggest mistake in my life i had kept trust on yamaha and purchased vehicle.
            I am expecting my vehicle 100% refund at earliest. Please help to co-operate the same, so that i could look forward to buy another vehicle.
            If i did not received any response from yamaha regarding the same at earliest, i will be sharing this feedback socially also raising case on yamaha in consumer court.

            Apologies for the above hard decision as i don’t any have other option with me.

                I purchased yamaha ybr 110 cc bike in 2010. As its rear arm comp had broken so i am not able to use it. I requested for the part at the yamaha showroom in najafgarh delhi and they placed the order for the same (Order no - 10187p[protected] on 21/10/2018. It is almost 3 months but i did not receive the requested part (Rear arm comp) yet. I visited no of time and follow up on the call as well but no response.
                Please do the needful.

                As yamaha has stopped the production of these bikes so parts are not available in open market.

                  Since november 12, 2018 yamaha india neither able to fix the fork problem in new bike bought on navember 5th, 2018 nor they are replacing the spares
                  After paying 1l if this kind of service they are going to offer then law has to back up consumers in terms of getting replacement of vehicle or spare parts along with compensation for mental harassment

                  I bought R15 v3 on 30th december 2018, after 10 days when i ride bike 3-4 km with pillion the red light in its console started blowing that means engine is heating up and fan is started, i coplaint about that to Green automobiles yamaha in Faridabad, they take my bike for one day next day i asked for the problem they said that the coolent is below from its level and filled the coolent..after one week the same issue again started..😡😕

                    Hello, i am chayan bose from kolkata. I bought my new r15 v3 on 20th september, 2018 after waiting for 5 to 6 month. It's been an year i have joined in a new job so it's not possible for me to buy a bike in cash payment so i bought it in finance which i got from capital first. Last wednesday, at the date of 9th january, 2019 i gave my bike to the showroom for my 2nd service at the time of 12.48 p. M and they told me to take the delivery at 3.30 p. M. I went to the showroom at 3.45 and they told me that they kept my bike at the side of their showroom for washing and after that they were not getting able to find my bike, it has been stolen from the showroom and the showroom has my keys too.
                    Today it's 13th january, 2019 but still now they did not do anything to find the bike and give it back to me. I have all the documents and the job card for the servicing too.
                    Please kindly tell me that what is my duty now. I have my loan running, my bike has been stolen from the showroom when it was their responsibility, i am not getting any help from the showroom and so on.

                      Have purchased a bike of yamha r15 on dated 03 july 2018 and there is getting problem in starting a bike suddenly when i drive a bike and stand it and then again starting a bike with self there is error in ignition in the bike and i suffered with this starting or battery issue more than 2, 3 times within duration of 6 months

                        Respected sir/ma'am!

                        I am chaturbhuj, from rajasthan, india.in the month of june 2018, my bike yamaha r15 version 1 broke down in jaipur, rajasthan, india. I called yamaha service centre and they transferred my call to shubhlakshmi yamaha, jaipur.
                        After few day, in the month of june, 2018 only, two guys came from shubhlakshmi yamaha and picked my bike from maharani farm, jaipur. They didn't provide me any receipts or else. They asked me to come shubhlakshmi yamaha centre. I went there in the morning and came back in the evening but they didn't pay any attention to my requests. They didn't check any problem in the bike and they just told me to go for full engine work.
                        Even after giving my consent, they didn't do any work in my bike. During these five months, i tried to call shubhlakshmi yamaha, but their call number is always busy. I called shubhlakshmi yamaha service centre but there is no solution. It's been more than five months and my bike is parked in shubhlakshmi yamaha unrepaired.

                        This is my final request to yamaha motors. If i don't get my request resolved within 15 days, i am going to file a suit against yamaha motors india. I hope my request gets resolved as soon as possible and i get my bike repaired as well as delivered.
                        For your perusal, i am not going to pay any cost to anyone for the repairing services because whatever the cost will be, it shall be compensated against my 5 months inconvenience cost. I may also seek compensation in consumer court as well if i don't get my complaint resolved within 15 days after serving a 15 days notice to shubhlakshmi yamaha as well as yamaha motors india.

                          Varadaman motors - guduvanchery - tamil nadu promissed to issue corporate discount of 2500 cash back if we give hr letter & id card via email.
                          3 months completed after purchase till date they are making me to go their shop every week, but simply ignoring as if yamaha didnt give that.

                          For selling the bike they cheat the corporate people.

                            I have bought an yamaha cygnus alpha on 13 jun 2018. Since then i'm facing starting problem of my bike after second servicing.                               6.Please find this attachment and check all price details they provide Rs.56, 752/- and I Paid ₹76, 000;/-.When I asked remaining amount bill they said will provide later. I said that Please Provide tax invoice with Bifurcation then they provide rough Bill of ₹6921/-.

                                  Regarding poor services of walters yamaha chennai
                                  Im moving around this show room from 6 months they are keep on changing the parts but problem has not yet corrected.
                                  I bought fascino in 2016 after that i noticed wobbling at handle site and i asked them to clear. After 2 services the problm has not been corrected they asked to me to change front disc, then front tyre, then handle fork problem. Yes everythg done but problem remained the same. Later they told problm was with back tyre they replaced back tyre the problm is same, for this the service manager of 4 show rooms named mr stalin mobile no - [protected] attended but problm is same.
                                  Yestersay i went to show room to inform to their md regarding their worst services but they told that md wil not speak to customers. I was waiting from 6.45pm to 8.30pm. The manager of that show room mr venu mobile no - [protected] have closed service center and asked me to sit outside the show room. Yes i did i sat infront of the show room on the road finally they have called the police to vacate that place.

                                  To whom we should complaint after their worst services
                                  Is this the respect u give to the customer?
                                  How can they change all parts without knowing what exactly the problem is?
                                  Is your company has such protocols that if customer is not satisfied they should send out and make them not to come for any service again?

                                    In service centres the workers couldnot repair the bikes properly and they are lazy to work. The mechanic tells silly reasons about the bike where he has to work. The bike is super but i am losing the my opinion on my bike due to mechanics in service centre. The people working in the service having no responsibility and patiance on work. The customer could not satisfying from the show room

                                      महोदय,
                                      मैंने अर्जुन वासु आँटोमोबाइल देहली रोड मुरादाबाद उ० प्र० से यामाहा कम्पनी का फैसीनो (fasino) स्कूटर खरीदा हैं, शोरूम के अनुसार स्कूटर की आँनरोड। किमत 64500₹ थी ।जिसमे स्कूटर की कीमत के अतिरिक्त स्कूटर के एक वर्ष के बीमें, स्कूटर का पंजीकरण शुल्क तथा स्कूटर के वन टाइम टेक्स की धनराशि भी सम्मिलित थी, स्कूटर को फाइनेंस करते समय मनोज चौधरी ने बताया कि फाइनेंस करने पर 31205₹ नकद जमा करो 36700 ₹ का फाइनेंस हो जायेगा लगभग 3060₹ की प्रति महीना के हिसाब से 12 महीने मे पेमेंट पूर्ण हो जायेगी स्कूटर 64500 की जगह लगभग 68000₹ का हो जायेगा अपने बैंकखाते के नौ चेक जमा करो किस्तें (Emi)बैंक खाते से आँनलाइन निकाल ली जाया करेगी, किस्त आँनलाइन न कटने पर चेक द्वारा ही निकाल लिया करेंगे।
                                      मुझसे 31205₹ नकद जमा कराये ओर 36700₹ फाइनेंस के लिए. एक खाली फार्म मुझ से हस्ताक्षर करा कर रख लिया ओर स्कूटर की डिलीवरी दिला दी जिसका CHASSIS NO- ME1SE77F5G0183226 व ENGINE NO-E3N8E0271346 है मैने फाइनेंस फार्म को अपने सामने भरने के लिए कहा तो बताया कि फाइनेंस धनराशि की सही सही गणना करके बाद में हम भर लेगें आप वे फिक्र रहे आपके साथ कोई धोखा नहीं किया जायेगा
                                      लेकिन सहाब लोन 36700₹ की जगह 40956₹ का फाइनेंस हुआ ओर किस्त 12 महीने की ना होकर 18 महीनों की कर दी गई पहली किस्त 16/12/2016 को 2777₹ की चेक से निकाली गयीं लेकिन जनवरी व फरवरी 2017 की किस्त न तो बैंक खाते से आँनलाइन निकाली ओर ना ही चेक से यह दोनों किस्त मुझे मुरादाबाद जा कर शोरूम पर ब्याज के साथ जमा करनी पडी
                                      इन्होंने कहा कि मार्च2017 की किस्त भी नकद जमा करो मैंने पूछा किस्त आँनलाइन क्यों नही कट रही तो इन्होंने बताया कि अभी मार्च क्लोजिंग चल रही हैं इसलिए आँनलाइन किस्त अप्रैल या मई मे बैंक खाते से जमा होने लगेगी।
                                      मैंने मार्च 2017 की किस्त धनराशि 2777₹ नकद जमा कर दिये रीसिव मांगी तो कहा आज रीसिव बुक नहीं हे रीसिव बाद मे ले लेना
                                      सहाब मार्च 2017 की किस्त 13/03/2017 को बैंक खाते से भी आँनलाइन जमा हो गई और मुझ से नकद भी जमा करा ली उसके बाद बहुत बार माँगने पर भी रूपये वापस नही किए ओर ना ही रीसिव दी।
                                      फिर मैं जब भी इनसे बात करती तो ये सीधे मुहँ बात ही नही करते बहुत ही बहतमीजी से बात करते ।
                                      मेरे बैंक खाते से अप्रैल, मई, जून2017 की किस्त लगातार जमा होती रही।
                                      लेकिन सहाब इतना समय बितने पर भी इन लोगों ने ना तो मेरे रूपये बापिस किए ओर ना ही मुझे कोई रीसिव दी
                                      और ना ही स्कूटर की RC दी मतलब स्कूटर का कोई पेपर ही नहीं दिया
                                      तो सहाब मैंने जुलाई माह मे मनोज चौधरी से ही मार्च मे दिये गए रूपयों को ही जुलाई माह की किस्त मे जमा करने को कहा ओर रीसिव माँगी, फिर अगले माह कहा, फिर...
                                      ओर यह लोग धोखा ही देते रहे, इस तरहा दिसम्बर बीतने लगा फिर हमारे बहुत जोर देने पर मनोज ने कहा आगे कि किस्त जमा करो हम आपके द्वारा मार्च2017 मे दिये गये नकद 2777₹ को भी छूटी हुई किस्त मे जमा कर सारा मसला निपटा देगें ।
                                      सहब मैंने जनवरी 2018 से मई 2018 तक.की किस्त लगातार जमा की ओर मैं छूटी हुई किस्तों को भी जमा करना चहती थी लेकिन बाद में इन्होंने मार्च 2017 मे दिये गये नकद रूपयों को छूटी हुईं किस्त मे जमा करने को मना कर दिया ओर बापिस करने को भी ओर इन लोगों से बात करती तो बहुत उल्टा सीधा जबाब देते ।
                                      यह स्कूटर फाइनेंस का मेरा पहला अनुभव है ओर इसी मैं अपने आप को ठगा हुआ महसूस कर रही हूँ क्योकि मुझ से स्कूटर खरीदते समय जो 31205₹ नकद जमा कराए थे उसकी भी इन्होंने मुझे 27000₹ की रसीद दी बाकी 4205 रू० को रोड टैक्स आदि का बता कर उसकी रीसिव नही. दी
                                      इन लोगों ने मुझे आज तक मेरे स्कूटर के पेपर और आर० सी० भी नहीं दिया ओर साथ मे यह लोग एक दी गयीं नकद किस्त 2777रू० की भी बेईमानी कर ली । ओर ना ही यह लोग मेरे लोन खाते का हिसाब किताब खत्म करा रहे हैं
                                      जबकि मैं बचीं हुई बाजिब़ किस्तों को जमा कर अपने बैंक खाते पर NOC लेना चहाती हूँ, ओर स्कूटर की RC प्राप्त करना चहाती हूँ,
                                      इसलिये मैं इस सम्बन्ध मे अपने जिले के जिला अधिकारी महोदय व वरिष्ठपुलिस अधीक्षक महोदय सहाब को बहुत पहले ही अवगत करा चुकी हूँ
                                      ओर 27/NOV/2018 को भी मैंने BAF INDIA COMPLAINT पोर्टल पर www.complaintboard.in पर अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करा चुकी हूँ लेकिन BAF INDIA COMPLAINT पोर्टल पर शिकायत दर्ज कराने पर भी अभी तक मेरी सम्स्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ हें ओर नहीं कोई जबाब मिला है
                                      इसलिये श्री मान जी आपसे विनम्र निवेदन हैं कि सारे मसले को दखने के बाद उचित निर्णय लेते हुये हमारी समस्या का समाधान करने कि फृपा करें जिससे मैं छूटी हुई बाजिब़ किस्तों का ही भुगतान कर सकू ओर अपने बैंक खाते पर NOC व स्कूटर की RC प्राप्त कर सकूं।

                                        On 14th november 2018 i purchased a yahama ray zr scooty from m/s kanti yahama showroom from dhanbad, jharkhand. At the time of purchasing the wire of speedometre was missing and after necessary charging of seat cover and other accessories, but sorry to say that till date near about one month and seven days going to pass neither wire nor seat cover has been received. Today is the edge of competition we could not accept this type of service.
