I have bought an yamaha sz rr on 14 oct, 2018. Since then i'm facing starting problem of my bike specially in the morning. The service center has replaced the battery thinking it as battery problem but the problem still persist. As it is not even 3 months from the purchasing of the bike, i need the problem resolved asap.

    Regarding poor services of walters yamaha chennai
    Im moving around this show room from 6 months they are keep on changing the parts but problem has not yet corrected.
    I bought fascino in 2016 after that i noticed wobbling at handle site and i asked them to clear. After 2 services the problm has not been corrected they asked to me to change front disc, then front tyre, then handle fork problem. Yes everythg done but problem remained the same. Later they told problm was with back tyre they replaced back tyre the problm is same, for this the service manager of 4 show rooms named mr stalin mobile no - [protected] attended but problm is same.
    Yestersay i went to show room to inform to their md regarding their worst services but they told that md wil not speak to customers. I was waiting from 6.45pm to 8.30pm. The manager of that show room mr venu mobile no - [protected] have closed service center and asked me to sit outside the show room. Yes i did i sat infront of the show room on the road finally they have called the police to vacate that place.

    To whom we should complaint after their worst services
    Is this the respect u give to the customer?
    How can they change all parts without knowing what exactly the problem is?
    Is your company has such protocols that if customer is not satisfied they should send out and make them not to come for any service again?

    May i know that complaint status.i know you wil support your employees
    I purchased Fascino on 22Nov2017 with 3500kms running.
    Always engine starting problem and finally Engine failure.
    Very very worst useless brand I chooses in my life.Feeling ashamed of myself for choosing wrong product

      In service centres the workers couldnot repair the bikes properly and they are lazy to work. The mechanic tells silly reasons about the bike where he has to work. The bike is super but i am losing the my opinion on my bike due to mechanics in service centre. The people working in the service having no responsibility and patiance on work. The customer could not satisfying from the show room

        महोदय,
        मैंने अर्जुन वासु आँटोमोबाइल देहली रोड मुरादाबाद उ० प्र० से यामाहा कम्पनी का फैसीनो (fasino) स्कूटर खरीदा हैं, शोरूम के अनुसार स्कूटर की आँनरोड। किमत 64500₹ थी ।जिसमे स्कूटर की कीमत के अतिरिक्त स्कूटर के एक वर्ष के बीमें, स्कूटर का पंजीकरण शुल्क तथा स्कूटर के वन टाइम टेक्स की धनराशि भी सम्मिलित थी, स्कूटर को फाइनेंस करते समय मनोज चौधरी ने बताया कि फाइनेंस करने पर 31205₹ नकद जमा करो 36700 ₹ का फाइनेंस हो जायेगा लगभग 3060₹ की प्रति महीना के हिसाब से 12 महीने मे पेमेंट पूर्ण हो जायेगी स्कूटर 64500 की जगह लगभग 68000₹ का हो जायेगा अपने बैंकखाते के नौ चेक जमा करो किस्तें (Emi)बैंक खाते से आँनलाइन निकाल ली जाया करेगी, किस्त आँनलाइन न कटने पर चेक द्वारा ही निकाल लिया करेंगे।
        मुझसे 31205₹ नकद जमा कराये ओर 36700₹ फाइनेंस के लिए. एक खाली फार्म मुझ से हस्ताक्षर करा कर रख लिया ओर स्कूटर की डिलीवरी दिला दी जिसका CHASSIS NO- ME1SE77F5G0183226 व ENGINE NO-E3N8E0271346 है मैने फाइनेंस फार्म को अपने सामने भरने के लिए कहा तो बताया कि फाइनेंस धनराशि की सही सही गणना करके बाद में हम भर लेगें आप वे फिक्र रहे आपके साथ कोई धोखा नहीं किया जायेगा
        लेकिन सहाब लोन 36700₹ की जगह 40956₹ का फाइनेंस हुआ ओर किस्त 12 महीने की ना होकर 18 महीनों की कर दी गई पहली किस्त 16/12/2016 को 2777₹ की चेक से निकाली गयीं लेकिन जनवरी व फरवरी 2017 की किस्त न तो बैंक खाते से आँनलाइन निकाली ओर ना ही चेक से यह दोनों किस्त मुझे मुरादाबाद जा कर शोरूम पर ब्याज के साथ जमा करनी पडी
        इन्होंने कहा कि मार्च2017 की किस्त भी नकद जमा करो मैंने पूछा किस्त आँनलाइन क्यों नही कट रही तो इन्होंने बताया कि अभी मार्च क्लोजिंग चल रही हैं इसलिए आँनलाइन किस्त अप्रैल या मई मे बैंक खाते से जमा होने लगेगी।
        मैंने मार्च 2017 की किस्त धनराशि 2777₹ नकद जमा कर दिये रीसिव मांगी तो कहा आज रीसिव बुक नहीं हे रीसिव बाद मे ले लेना
        सहाब मार्च 2017 की किस्त 13/03/2017 को बैंक खाते से भी आँनलाइन जमा हो गई और मुझ से नकद भी जमा करा ली उसके बाद बहुत बार माँगने पर भी रूपये वापस नही किए ओर ना ही रीसिव दी।
        फिर मैं जब भी इनसे बात करती तो ये सीधे मुहँ बात ही नही करते बहुत ही बहतमीजी से बात करते ।
        मेरे बैंक खाते से अप्रैल, मई, जून2017 की किस्त लगातार जमा होती रही।
        लेकिन सहाब इतना समय बितने पर भी इन लोगों ने ना तो मेरे रूपये बापिस किए ओर ना ही मुझे कोई रीसिव दी
        और ना ही स्कूटर की RC दी मतलब स्कूटर का कोई पेपर ही नहीं दिया
        तो सहाब मैंने जुलाई माह मे मनोज चौधरी से ही मार्च मे दिये गए रूपयों को ही जुलाई माह की किस्त मे जमा करने को कहा ओर रीसिव माँगी, फिर अगले माह कहा, फिर...
        ओर यह लोग धोखा ही देते रहे, इस तरहा दिसम्बर बीतने लगा फिर हमारे बहुत जोर देने पर मनोज ने कहा आगे कि किस्त जमा करो हम आपके द्वारा मार्च2017 मे दिये गये नकद 2777₹ को भी छूटी हुई किस्त मे जमा कर सारा मसला निपटा देगें ।
        सहब मैंने जनवरी 2018 से मई 2018 तक.की किस्त लगातार जमा की ओर मैं छूटी हुई किस्तों को भी जमा करना चहती थी लेकिन बाद में इन्होंने मार्च 2017 मे दिये गये नकद रूपयों को छूटी हुईं किस्त मे जमा करने को मना कर दिया ओर बापिस करने को भी ओर इन लोगों से बात करती तो बहुत उल्टा सीधा जबाब देते ।
        यह स्कूटर फाइनेंस का मेरा पहला अनुभव है ओर इसी मैं अपने आप को ठगा हुआ महसूस कर रही हूँ क्योकि मुझ से स्कूटर खरीदते समय जो 31205₹ नकद जमा कराए थे उसकी भी इन्होंने मुझे 27000₹ की रसीद दी बाकी 4205 रू० को रोड टैक्स आदि का बता कर उसकी रीसिव नही. दी
        इन लोगों ने मुझे आज तक मेरे स्कूटर के पेपर और आर० सी० भी नहीं दिया ओर साथ मे यह लोग एक दी गयीं नकद किस्त 2777रू० की भी बेईमानी कर ली । ओर ना ही यह लोग मेरे लोन खाते का हिसाब किताब खत्म करा रहे हैं
        जबकि मैं बचीं हुई बाजिब़ किस्तों को जमा कर अपने बैंक खाते पर NOC लेना चहाती हूँ, ओर स्कूटर की RC प्राप्त करना चहाती हूँ,
        इसलिये मैं इस सम्बन्ध मे अपने जिले के जिला अधिकारी महोदय व वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक महोदय सहाब को बहुत पहले ही अवगत करा चुकी हूँ
        ओर 27/NOV/2018 को भी मैंने BAF INDIA COMPLAINT पोर्टल पर www.complaintboard.in पर अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करा चुकी हूँ लेकिन BAF INDIA COMPLAINT पोर्टल पर शिकायत दर्ज कराने पर भी अभी तक मेरी सम्स्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ हें ओर नहीं कोई जबाब मिला है
        इसलिये श्री मान जी आपसे विनम्र निवेदन हैं कि सारे मसले को दखने के बाद उचित निर्णय लेते हुये हमारी समस्या का समाधान करने कि फृपा करें जिससे मैं छूटी हुई बाजिब़ किस्तों का ही भुगतान कर सकू ओर अपने बैंक खाते पर NOC व स्कूटर की RC प्राप्त कर सकूं।

          On 14th november 2018 i purchased a yahama ray zr scooty from m/s kanti yahama showroom from dhanbad, jharkhand. At the time of purchasing the wire of speedometre was missing and after necessary charging of seat cover and other accessories, but sorry to say that till date near about one month and seven days going to pass neither wire nor seat cover has been received. Today is the edge of competition we could not accept this type of service.

            I'm hasbi beema ibn mahamood abdullah.
            The owner of yamaha fz 2.0,
            It's only going to 3 months since i bought a yamaha fz 2.0. & it's only run about 1500kms
            Then it's got oil seal damage of front telescopic suspension and i've contacted to yamaha dealer ship holder hara motors podikundu-kannur

            Yesterday,[protected] the service manager find out the damage and it's source, that was a manufacturing defect
            But they didn't get us even discount and other things on bill amount
            Then i had to pay the full amonut of rs 417/-

            Then i contacted to mr: jinesh (Floor incharge, hara motors)
            He behaved badly & ugly to me, and he behaved with me not to talk to a conscientious objector,
            He don't know how to behave with a customer

            I assure you,
            If you do not take legal action against the ugly behavior of mr: jinesh, it will be bad for you too.

            I hate yamaha because of his dirty behavior and their dirty services

            As a yamaha customer, i'm hoping a suitable replay for me

              I bought a r15 v3 bike in thalassrry, kannur district branch. After the 1st service oil leaking in the top of engine head. Then i complaint it to clear the problem in showroom. But they dont change the gasket cover and they fix it by some kind of gum. They gave me the vehicle and told me it is perfect. Now the problem is repeating. I need a permanent solution and replace the complaining parts

              Recently I bought a r15 v3 bike in mumbai. Few days ago the engine oil start leaking from the head of engine. Then i complaint it to clear the problem in showroom. They said me that your bike engine magnet gasket cover gets damaged due to some reasons & they also said me your bike engine casing also get a cracked thats why the oil was getting leaked. I have a questioned that within 2 months of new bike how the engine magnet gasket cover gets damage? & casing also gets a crack? How the new bike have an internal issue?

                I have been doing my yamaha r15 vehicle servicing at pearl yamaha, gachibowli since last 6 months. However since my last servicing i am not at all satisfied. On oct 26th 2018 i gave my bike for general servicing and asked them to check why am i getting red light (Which is due to engine heating) whenever i am riding during heavy traffic? They neglected the issue and delivered without fixing it. I was on a impression that they have fixed the issue until last week when i had encountered the issue. On 18th of dec 2018, when i went to them for general servicing again and asked them to apply teflon coating, check the issue with red light again. They are such inexperienced technicians that they took two days to identify that radiator fan is not working. Since i will be travelling out of station, i had to collect the vehicle yesterday. After collecting the vehicle while riding i realized that rear brake is not at all working. Somehow i have managed to come home. Question is who is responsible for such negligence? Who will come forward when there will be an accident or loss of life?

                    I bought a new bike sz-rr 4 months back from delhi motors uttam nagar. From the first day i am having problem with this bike. There is problem in the back tyre. I only ride this bike on weekends and in 4 months i ride it only about 980 kms.in 4 months i visited this showroom and their service point regarding this issue. Firstly i have to wait there for atleast one hour they dont even listen to us. Then they just repair it temporarily and then again the next day the same problem comes. I am tired of visiting this centre and soon i am going to file this againt yamaha in court. Either help me or just wait.

                      The yamaha service center (Devu yamaha) at vedimara junction, n. Paravur, ernakulam, kerala had misbehaved with the customer. The bike was given in order to repair and was kept there for 3 months due to thier irresponsibility, the showroom authorities had told us to bring another bike for them so, that they can repair by checking the parts of the another bike
                      So i humbly request you to take necessary action against them

                        Last week i bought a new vehicle in one of the dealer in bangalore.

                        Dealer information:
                        Bangalore wheels
                        #51/a, manuvana, near hdfc bank atm, vijayanagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560040

                        They have delivered the vehicle without doing the pdi due which rear tire alignment was not proper, after riding it for 300km i came know from one of my friend that the alignment is not proper and chain is rubbing the rear tire
                        Due to which the left side of the tire is worn out a bit (Can refer to attached snaps)

                        Now if i ask for the replacement of the tire bangalore wheels is denying to do so and if i ask the same in written they are not ready to do it they are not ready to give it in written and they are not ready to sort out the issue

                        If i inform the manager to give it in written so that i can go ahead legally he's making life threatening sentences like "he'll break my face like anything" this so bad, this is how he behaves with the customer which seriously affecting the india yamaha motors business.

                        I request yamaha to take serious action against the dealer and also the manager its a shame for yamaha to keep such kind of employees.

                          1) i purchase yamaha fz s bike on 18/10/2018 from shreeniwas yamaha, pooja park, near sai baba mandir rajiv nagar cidco, nashik. But still my bike rto registration not done. Showroom authority said that there is rto dept. Problem for delaying. So i asked in rto office in nashik about my problem. Then they found it that showroom authority not paid there registration fee. That is why my file is pending for passing. When i asked about this matter to the showroom persons then they give me unsatisfied answers.
                          2) one more thing i notice that why the showroom persons put purchase date in my rto file is 22/11/2018. But i purchase bike on 18/10/2018 date.
                          Like is in process.in after that they ignoring my phone calls also.in mean while traffic police captured me twice and fine me for not registering in two months.
                          So i request you to please do kindly look in this matter immediately

                              As my bike's front brake keep jamming periodically while trying to reduce the speed it completely holds the front brake only by itsel[censored]ntil the vehicle stops or again apply it to release the front brake this is highly risks the life of mine while riding at high speed i already complained about this 4months before but they simply serviced the vehicle and returned it to me but now again it is happening so i took a video also about this issue and shown to the dealer's mechanic they accepted the issue but yamaha's so called service engineer doesn't have any idea about that issue and keep trying to explain how the abs works but the issue is the front brake jams even without applying it. So i wanted to take this to the next level please help me to resolve the issue.

                                I am a big fan of yamaha automobile and bought yamaha fz25 on 7th october 2018 from aquad yamaha (Kamarhati, kolkata, west bengal, kol-700058). Even after 2 months of buying a new vehicle in cash, i haven't received any documents like insurance, vehicle registration is still pending and bike is in my home from last 2 months. As a result i can't even drive my new bike without vehicle registration in kolkata. I am recursively contacted aquad yamaha (The dealer), but they giving me a date over date. Presently i'm very disappointed to choose yamaha now because of poor after sales service. Feeling extremely bad after connecting to yamaha and they're simply wasting my time. Please look into this matter or please tell me the procedure to get my money back as i don't need the bike now.

                                  I have purchase fzs1 mh20eq2270 16 month ago but last couple of day we oil obser leakage on front fork so accordingly company policy we contact to dealer but he denied to cover on warranty. As per manual front fork, rear shocb has 5 year replacement warranty.. So please resolve thia problem on urgent basis..
                                  Also your dealer not manners how to talk customers..in time of purchasing bike dealer are talk very sweet and after buying and found problem he talk badly.
                                  This is not expected from yamaha. Also me talk my friend not buy yamaha bike beacause very warst experience...

                                    Hi,
                                    Before describing the problem i would say i am in depression because of yamaha motors as they are mentally and economically harassing me.

                                    Now coming to the point, i purchased yamaha fzs-fi version 2.0 on 19th oct 2018. From the first day heavy vibration issue was there. But vibrations will only start at 48kmph in 4th gear and at 58 kmph in 5th gear. After complaining it was said that it will be fixed in first service.
                                    I have done the first service on 19th nov. After service also the problem did not change even 1%. Then it was said that you come on 24th nov, we will resolve it as we are thinking this is assemble issue.
                                    On 24th nov this was my third visit at service center. The person has done something with the assembling and now also the problem did not changed a bit. Now the service center representative asked me to come on the next day that is 25 nov.
                                    Now this is 4th time i am visiting the center. The whole day the mechanic took some try and at the end of the day heavy vibration problem did not changed a bit.
                                    Then the service center representative told me that we are escalating this issue to my senior person who is regional head as we were thinking this is assembling issue but it is not resolving.
                                    I was asked to bring my bike on 28 nov.
                                    Now on 28 nov this was my fifth visit to center. The senior person looked into the issue and after analyzing he said that it is engine issue and we need to open the engine and we will replace the crank. As it may happen that crank is not able to transfer proper power to bike. But he was not sure that the vibration issue will be surly fix then. As my bike is just one month old and only 700 km driven i did not agree with the decision he was taking as opening engine will start producing some new problems. I said if you are not sure then please go for some other option. Now he asked me to escalate this issue again to his senior. Now he is the rajasthan state head and he will check the bike.

                                    On 04th dec this is my 6th visit with the same issue and now after analyzing bike the senior person said either gear is not proper in engine or there is a balancer in engine that need to be replace. Now another person and again another diagnose. He is telling that we need to open the engine and we will give try on the gear and balancer but we are not sure that only these parts are generating vibration.
                                    He is saying that my bike is the first in region with this heavy vibration issue. So we are not sure with the solution.

                                    So this is like some r&d they are doing on my bike. And as yamaha has delivered the defected item to me, i feel like i am robbed by yamaha company.
                                    If i would have given my bike to the first person, then he would have changed the crank. If i would have given the bike to current senior person, then he would change gear and balancer. So i think there is a huge mistake in my bike and i request to replace the item or refund me the money as this is mentally and economically harassing me.

                                    My bike is one and half month old and only 700-800 km driven. I am not able to use this bike as the heavy vibrations issue is very irritating. Kindly help me with this problem.

                                      Respected Sir/Ma'am!

                                      I am Chaturbhuj, from Rajasthan, India. In the month of June 2018, my bike Yamaha R15 Version 1 broke down in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. I called Yamaha service centre and they transferred my call to Shubhlakshmi Yamaha, Jaipur.
                                      After few day, in the month of June, 2018 only, two guys came from Shubhlakshmi Yamaha and picked my bike from Maharani Farm, Jaipur. They didn't provide me any receipts or else. They asked me to come Shubhlakshmi Yamaha Centre. I went there in the morning and came back in the evening but they didn't pay any attention to my requests. They didn't check any problem in the bike and they just told me to go for full engine work.
                                      Even after giving my consent, they didn't do any work in my bike. During these five months, I tried to call Shubhlakshmi Yamaha, but their call number is always busy. I called Shubhlakshmi Yamaha Service Centre but there is no solution. It's been more than five months and my bike is parked in Shubhlakshmi Yamaha unrepaired.

                                      This is my final request to Yamaha Motors. If I don't get my request resolved within 15 days, I am going to file a suit against Yamaha Motors India. I hope my request gets resolved as soon as possible and I get my bike repaired as well as delivered.
                                      For your perusal, I am not going to pay any cost to anyone for the repairing services because whatever the cost will be, it shall be compensated against my 5 months inconvenience cost. I may also seek compensation in consumer court as well if I don't get my complaint resolved within 15 days after serving a 15 days notice to Shubhlakshmi Yamaha as well as Yamaha Motors India.

                                      Dear team,

                                      Thank you for your response. I have already a mail same day I filed a complaint here (from [protected]@gmail.com). I have attached RC of the bike in that bike where you can file all the details.

                                      I just hope that I get my problem resolved within 15 days from the day I have sent the mail.

                                        I have got a brand new Ray Z and found the battery is a defective one within one month after purchasing. Applied for battery replacement in warranty to the dealer. Its been 20 days that I didn't receive the battery yet. It's not even 2 months I have used the bike. Whenever I am calling the service desk, the reply I am getting is battery is not from yamaha, so we wont take the responsibility. The shocking thing is the same reply I got from yamaha customer care as well.
                                        My question to yamaha is we are buying the battery along with the bike. We are paying to you for the battery as well. If the vendor is not good or their service is not good, its your responsibility to change the vendor. Very disappointed with yamaha
