I purchased yamaha fz250 one month ago. I got the bike with wrong soccer alignment. My bike was imbalancable. Though would be temporary behaviour.
I drove my bike very less and as i am working guy i was not able to visit and complaint. Today i have come for first service and shown everything. There behaviour was very bad. The service center and showroom is located in noida sector 10. I purchased from here only. Now they are not accepting it and behaving rudely. I am sitting here since morning and they even didn't have touch my bike. I am requesting them to do the servicing and rectify the problem but they are giving lame excuses. I am very disappointed with the service and product. The problem occurring like clutch, getting of frequently.

If you can provide the level the service why would you charge 140000 rs.

    Website: I'm complaning about the service in kadapa yamaha showroom

    I have given a break down vehicle in our yahama showroom kadapa regarding complaint given but the service has done yesterday there are no more changes in service they just give me thevehicle what i give them. They dont do anything. Is this responsible of yamaha service. Is this correct for you. This is the worst service i never held in any showoom still my complaint is pending about the drums in back wheel. Please contact me and clear the issue.

      I have fzs fi my chain sprocket sound and when visited yamaha service center he say change your chain sprocket only 7month and my chain sprocket sound it is not solution to change sprocket and every single parts when change then labour charge included i can't understand which parts in yamaha include in warranty i think yamaha cheat every yamaha bike customer no any solution from there end every time parts change then labour charge included in bill

        Dear Sir,

        Please refer to my earlier e-mail where i had registered a complaint on YAMAHA Fascino mileage issue.

        Subsequently after the 1st complaint was registered at your end, i got in touch with some PACER YAMAHA staff in rajarajeshwarinagar, bangalore.Again they held my scooter for 1 full day and promised that the problem has been rectified and the mileage has improved from 32 kms/ltr to 40 kms/ltr.

        Now, it was my turn to check their claim.But to my utter disgust after checking the readings for 3 continuous times, the reading did not change and the mileage remained at 32 kms/ltr.

        Subsequently, Yesterday i called on the showroom in-charge Mr Pradeep and explained him the same.He told me to bring the vehicle.After i went there from my office place, again to my surprise and dismay, he said that some tool to check the mileage is not available currently and told me that he would arrange for the same and call me today morning.

        UNFORTUNATELY, EVEN TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED HIS CALL..

        It has been more than 5 months these ### at YAMAHA have been dodging me, Kindly help.

          Hi my name is shuaizab. I have purchased yamaha fz250 on 1 may 2018. Bike was told to be bought on small carrier van and its actually driven to me. New bike at speed of 100 plus. From second day its having problems starting, poor average, vibrations etc, i complaint this to yamaha toll free number and they sent first service manager, who checked bike and found no problem.. I am not satisfied then later asm came and checked my bike and found it as faulty. And then later came rsm who checked my bike and said i have to do wheel balancing, valves change and tappet adjustments. I said no to him as its my new bike and i dont want it to be open. I am complaining from past 1.5 months and still yamaha is not listening. I even complaint on consumer forum with docket number -826809.
          And public grievance number - registration no. : darpg/e/2018/14154
          The showroom guy from where i purchased this bike is ride on auto aligarh uttar pardesh.
          He lied to me from first day and lies are - he havent provided me bike bills.
          He lied that he brings my bike on van but i have proof as challan that this bike was bought to aligarh by riding it.
          He sold me this bike with prices like 144129rs. I want clearance on this issue.
          I did finance of this bike, financer sitting on showroom did fraud of atleast 10000 extra which i settled with hdfc bank.
          My bike is now working as sluggish engine with average of almost 26 kmpl and other bikes give above 35 kmpl, lots
          Of vibrations, poor handling and brakes,... This bike feels like old bike and i doubt this bike as test drive vehicle.
          I want replacement of this bike or i want fully refund of my bike.

          No they're not ready to help me like the way I want help, they just want to open my bike and fix it, which I never let them do because my bike is new. ...I want bike replacement or engine replacement to be specific.

                I have purchased one yamaha motor bike from your aar ess autocom dealer bistupur jamshedpur, but i am not satisfied with the dealers response i got hassared and mentally disturbed with the in appropriate information provided by the dealer the vehicle was not properly check before delivery beside my complete payment towards the said vehicle, i was asked to visit the service center at adityapur their response was also not satisfactory i waist my complete day due to dealers miscommunication. Its very shame that such a big brand name yamaha has such a poor response towards the customer.
                With a hope that you can respond my complaint otherwise i will be bound to take the matter with appropriate forum.

                Chain socket was gone with in 7000km. And water is going inside to the digital meter. Sand and water going inside to the indicators. Please make fast response.

                  As i was using yamaha r15s for several months as i was dissatisfied of your service during 2nd service... Because i was charged for coolant top up... Since i was a technician at jaguar land rover... How possible.. There may me lack of coolant in my bike with in 3000kms.. Since your service people telling there is no coolant leak... Then how it possible i don't know... Really as i'm technically know there is no possibility for coolant topup required within 3000kms.. They are cheating me.. How far others since it is serious issues i need clarification from your side

                    The R15 version 3, fuel tank is getting open when we sit into the riding position and now the colour is getting faded of the bike, so how come Yamaha have done such a worst fuel tank which is getting open when we sit and have used low quality colour, we have paid huge amount for this bike and the bike colour and parts is getting worst with in one month of the bike purchase, we need a solution for the same. Otherwise stop selling R15 version 3 and stop cheating customers.

                      My self sateesh guntu, buy a yamaha r15 in march first week 2018 registration no. Ap30 ap 1765. The following repairs has been faced in middle of the traffic
                      1. Battery get fail after 1 week i buyed. Shore rooms personnel said this complaint common for this bike and charged in the next 2days.
                      2. Self start by closing clutch leaver not working. Three times shown to shoreroom finally they given word that they will change with new set. But still they not yet changed. So we decided to give bike to shore room. Because u guys in shore not responding properly. Even in my localty also saying same thing like how they behavior with customers. This leads to yours reputation. Any way kindly sort out my problem or take my bike back.

                      I received a call from Yamaha customer, I explained the same to that lady about what i made complaints. And they rectified the issue but the next day I have problem in engine getting some abnormal sounds, same reported to shore room. I spoke to them they agree that complaint in engine is reasonable. I am sorry to say about this bike and responding from shore room guys.
                      I purchased this bike as I said march first week 2018, Till now completed 5 months with three servicing. Following complaints were

                      1) Battery get fail in the middle of the traffic. This is the first issue that I faced with in 15 days, the day I brought bike from the shore room. We reported to shore room they said this is common problem for these bikes. Please consider if this complaint is common for these bikes... why you guys are selling these bikes. When we are purching this kind of bikes you will explain this bike is good in this that good in that.. if it is like that why don't you tell battery problem for this bikes as a draw back. Finally battery charged and rectified in the next day.

                      2) Self start by closing cletch leaver not working, 3 times this issue we faced. We start informing and they rectifying temporary. This complaint I put in consumercomplaint.in and rectified with new spare.
                      As per our discussion with your Customer Care Executive. She advised me to keep the vehicle on under observation.

                      3) The day slef starting rectified next in 2 days got engine problem getting some abnormal sounds in the engine area, spoken with shore room guys and said will rectify and need bike for 2 days in shore room.

                      Now you guys advice me what to do with this bike. As you said from phone call and email, keep bike under observation, 2nd day only I have this problem after your call from Yamaha customer.
                      This is not a game or funny thing that keep playing with money every time with bike complaints and wasteing of our time. May be Yamaha shore room can play with us but we are exhaust keep visiting your good shore room with complaints again and again. Because every one busy with their life why should we waste time on this hell of your bikes. I really frastated with this and also response from your shore room members. Now you guys tell me should I take bike back or not. In my view it is useless to take bike back wasting of time and my money. How many times u guys will change with new spares and paying bill for new spares and there is no any guarantee period this bikes. How can I believe you guys can this complain will not repeat. This type of complaints getting fail in the middle of the traffic leads to my life. Name of the shore room VARAHALAXMI MOTORS, SRIKAKULAM in Andhra Pradesh.

Last time jab battery wala problm aaya tb mene apne papa ko bheja to agency walo ne unhe bevkuff bna diya or sara khrcha mujhe bina btaye insurance se utha liya... Mene kitni baar bola ki aap whicle change kr do ki mujhe har month kuch na kuch theek karwana padta hai to wo logo ne meri nhi suni...

                          Me pehle v comlaint krwa chuka hu...
                          7 august 2018 ko ye problm fir check karwane gya to agency ka owner bolta ki is gadi ka feedback achha nhai hai.. Or kha ki me is scooty ko bech du or iski jagha activa le lu..
                          Ab ap hi btaiye kya ye solution hai is baat ka...

                            On 4th july 2018 me and my hubby gave my yamaha ray zr for service at whitefield yamaha at whitefield bangalore.

                            The technicians in there branch have no any idea about what to do.
                            They taken our 10th claimable service coupon and charges rs. 1123/- from us. They cheated us.
                            For general service that took rs. 531/- and didn't do cleaning and polishing. Mat and tries are full of mud and greeze, mirrors are also same.
                            My scooters horn are good. I didn't said to them for change it, but after the service they stolen my scooters horn also.
                            For oil charges they took rs.877.96/- they didn't change that.
                            Morning 10 am we gave my scooter there at service and they gave back at only night 8.30 pm
                            They stolen our yamaha logo.
                            The staffs who working there are very useless.
                            Now i think they stolen my scooters engine and tyres.

                            I requesting you to please do the positive action against there.
                            If not we are planning to go for legal action and complain with consumer court.

                                I had given my bike for changing brake pad and chain lube and water service. They took the bike by 10am and by 2.30 i got a call from service center saying that brake pads and chain lube are out of stock and bike is washed. Again by 5.30 i received a call stating that the bike is not washed and it was a miscommunication. When i arrived at showroom nothing was done and they have issued a bill of rs.177 of labour charge for doing nothing. When i talked with service advisor the so told out of stock brake pads we're available and ready to change. Is this a way your service center guys deal? Check the attachment for details.

                                  After the complaint i received a call from yamaha and they asked me to visit nearest dealership. I went to the dealer from where i had purchased the vehicle, ashoka motors mettuguda hyderabad.

                                  Informed them about the complaint and asked them to resolve the issue and also do the first service since it reached 950 kilometers. They after completing the service took the vehicle for trial and after trial they are just convincing me that there is no problem.

                                  They are not interested to solve the issue. Now im helpless
                                  Service is worst as i didn't expect this type of after sale service from the yamaha brand.

                                  I took the trial of 3- fzs of my friends all of them are butter smooth, only i got the defect piece.

                                    I had a worst experience with yamaha r15 v3 since i never got a chance for test drive. Never expect such a experience from the popular brand. Actually i came to bought a new one and without test drive how can i will be satisfied. Im just putting this experience in behalf of you to take necessary arrangements for providing the same.                                         My name is Mukesh Saini I am writing this email regarding my bike service bike number is HR 26 CK 29 71 I purchase this bike back in 2014 since then only one service was done perfectly fine and I was happy with it and that was first service.

                                        since then I go for bike service every time I need to ask them to repeat the same thing I ask them to check the bike shocker and every service they work with a Soccer and the charge me for everything every time I need to pay labour charges every time I need to pay pay service charges but the bike soker was never fails even its not fix right now.

                                        One incident was where one of your employee his name is Pramod was asking me answer of paying the full amount to the bike service pay me this amount in my side I will fix your bike like a brand new bike and I did that and casual nothing happen I end up paying twice.

                                        one of your manager over there I ask them that I come here for every time for bike service and every time I need to ask them to repeat the same thing to say how can we believe you I said please check the your computer history this year we can't check our history since the GST has applied.

                                        I complain lot of time but no one did the resolution for a given a customer service girl who called me out for this I inform them several time but nothing happen.

                                        One incident happen where my bike front alloy wheel was banned and I went for Insurance insurance company has declared their Yamaha parts are local quality they cannot give me the Insurance claim then same thing I complain to the manager and the manager help me to pay 40% of the alloy wheel and 60% will be there by the insurance company and that time I had the insurance with the Yamaha outlet it's out that was zero debt insurance.

                                        does a one guy I think he is a manager who has the bike tattoo on his arm when he is around that time people work nicely.

                                        and your customer service team charge money like a medicine as in the medicine you cannot judge bargaining for a price the same thing happened here you cannot bargaining hair for a prices.

                                        I went last Monday for my bike service they ask me that I need to get my bike engine service done and it not any two cost around 16000 so I asked them kindly do that but they said they do not have a parts they need to be order and it will take 3 to 4 days and then I asked him ok give me my wife I will come up here after 4 days now after 4 days I need to again pay the labour charges and engine oil charges and out this charges again.

                                        when I say this to them this this year so we can't do anything if you can't do anything why you are at this workstation way you can't help your customer if there's someone or something that I read this customer service of Siddharth Yama or green Yamaha I would rate in a negative rating - rating

                                        it seems to be like this Yamaha outlet does not care about their customer sofack inexpensive there a middle class man is not able to afford his bike maintenance.

                                        and if you ask me why I go again again at this place for bike service if I am having so many problem you just that because I need to find the another outlet but I do not have any other outlet near me and I live where my location is.

                                        since then I go for bike service every time I need to ask them to repeat the same thing I ask them to check the bike shocker and every service they work with a Soccer and the charge me for everything every time I need to pay labour charges every time I need to pay pay service charges but the bike soker was never fails even its not fix right now.

                                        One incident was where one of your employee his name is Pramod was asking me answer of paying the full amount to the bike service pay me this amount in my side I will fix your bike like a brand new bike and I did that and casual nothing happen I end up paying twice.

                                        one of your manager over there I ask them that I come here for every time for bike service and every time I need to ask them to repeat the same thing to say how can we believe you I said please check the your computer history this year we can't check our history since the GST has applied.

                                        I complain lot of time but no one did the resolution for a given a customer service girl who called me out for this I inform them several time but nothing happen.

                                        One incident happen where my bike front alloy wheel was banned and I went for Insurance insurance company has declared their Yamaha parts are local quality they cannot give me the Insurance claim then same thing I complain to the manager and the manager help me to pay 40% of the alloy wheel and 60% will be there by the insurance company and that time I had the insurance with the Yamaha outlet it's out that was zero debt insurance.

                                        does a one guy I think he is a manager who has the bike tattoo on his arm when he is around that time people work nicely.

                                        and your customer service team charge money like a medicine as in the medicine you cannot judge bargaining for a price the same thing happened here you cannot bargaining hair for a prices.

                                        I went last Monday for my bike service they ask me that I need to get my bike engine service done and it not any two cost around 16000 so I asked them kindly do that but they said they do not have a parts they need to be order and it will take 3 to 4 days and then I asked him ok give me my wife I will come up here after 4 days now after 4 days I need to again pay the labour charges and engine oil charges and out this charges again.

                                        when I say this to them this this year so we can't do anything if you can't do anything why you are at this workstation way you can't help your customer if there's someone or something that I read this customer service of Siddharth Yama or green Yamaha I would rate in a negative rating - rating

                                        it seems to be like this Yamaha outlet does not care about their customer sofack inexpensive there a middle class man is not able to afford his bike maintenance.

                                        and if you ask me why I go again again at this place for bike service if I am having so many problem you just that because I need to find the another outlet but I do not have any other outlet near me and I live where my location is.
