Hi I owned my Yamaha Fazer FI V2 2015 model.Upto now I driven only 35000km.But few months back I got a noise from engine and batters drains out continuously.Then i left my bike in local mechanic shop but the problem is not rectified.So I left my bike in Yamaha service centre in Avadi.They told the engine is about to in ceasing condition so need to open the engine and they checked.Also they got approval from me to change the whole part of the engine and they changed.

My question is, about 35000km the engine gets ceased??although am servicing my bike periodically.

Nearly I spent 30000rs to get ready..I need real explanation and also need to claim warranty for this.

Then what the ### you are manufacturing the bike??Often having self start problem, brake failure problem and much more seen in this bike.

I need GENUINE result from your side.

    Parts replace. 8pis. Pickup problem not solp sem problem continues. Lost my many. Total rs 4400+3200=7600/

      Hello sir mene 1 month pehle bhi complaint ki thi magar koi responce nhi kiya hai ane jo apko esha hi karna hai to bhi me bike ko apko free me de deta hu rakh lijye aapse diller chhe bat nahi kar sakto to aap itni badhi company kayu leke bhethe ho service insurance bhi nhi kiya aap lok ne abhi taq call bhi nahi kiya hai aa p kush kro nahi to me abhi aage compalint kar dunga

        Dear sir,

        With this highly esteemed organisation and a brand of repute i was very very much disappointed since continuos 2 year and now i get frustrated with this.
        The reason is i bought extended servicing for 3 years for the bike model yamaha fz-s milltary green colour in september 2014 to n angul odisha, there service was outstanding,

        But i came to bathinda in 2016june,

        But the servicing provided by yamaha showroom here is very poor and disgusting,

        All they say is, " sir i do only this and this in servicing, very awkward behaviour of technician, a helper is operations my bike results in unnecessary replacement of brake drum, seems like they are snatching my pocket

        Management is also rude and not supportive.

        Sir pls inspite of this i have paid for the service hoping to get better, but now my limit has crossed,

        I beg u plz stop this cheat and distrust in the name of getting money for extended service and damaging the valuable branded bike of consumer by using these non technical personnel,.

        Please take it as matter most urgent.

        Take immediate action against yamaha bathinda showroom cum service point, for poor service and creating distrust among consumer

        Where will these consumer go, to i[censored] will not support?

        Bought this bike only because of the trust in Yamaha even without having a trial, this was the level of trust even now I love Yamaha bikes inspite of there costly but quality spare and even this bike has till now never disappointed or regretted me.

        But this servicing has troubled my life.

        Bad service after sales even customer care also not providing customer centric delivery service, they are on dealer side and finding out customer lacunae... Bcz they think that dealers matter most than customer.

          मेने साईं सुमन मोटर्स डूंगरपुर राजस्थान से यामाहा कंपनी की नइ मोटर साईकिल खरीदी किन्तु 10 दिन बाद मुझे पता चला की मेरी गाड़ी में कुछ पार्ट्स पुराने डाले हुए थे
          जब मेने इसकी शिकायत डीलर लोकेश एव महेंद्र जांगिड से की तो उन्होंने मेरे साथ गाली गलोज की तथा बोला की ऐसे ही पार्ट्स आते हे तुजे तक्लीफ्फ़ हे तो जा कर आगे बात कर साथ ही वो मुझे बोलते हे की किसी और कंपनी की गाड़ी दिला देता हु तुजे जबकि में पिछले 20 सालो से यामाहा परीवार से जुड़ा हुआ हु .
          ये लोग न सही से गाड़ी की सर्विस करते ह न ही आयल डालते है और डालते है तो जला हुआ और नए पार्ट्स निकाल देते है और पुराने डालते है

            I went to yamaha service centre for general service of my vehicle sz-x. I said some problems like self start not working, less milage and speedo meter not working. But after service so many new problems are occurred with old problems. No one will be rectified. Self start, headlights, horn, fuel indicating meter not working. But i paid as service bill rs.1912.                 Shanthi motors, chennai is cheating customers by never offering free service after the first 4 or 5. There are alternative free services available after the first five services. But they never offered those. Always charging for the same. If we asked about that, getting very anger reply from the management, even with the lady sitting in the front office.

                  I booked Yamaha (Fascino) on Saturday 18.08.18 with full payment, Later i came to know that cost of my vehicle is less than what i paid, so i discussed with Mr Mani about the costings, and he really made effort to solve my issue with good manner, after a long conversation he discuessed with his manager Mr Edwin in order to solve this issue. Where as Mr Edwin didnt took any effort to talk instead his answers were very harsh, and iam really upset with this, he really need to learn how to treat a customer when they asked for a help, even after making the full payment.i assure that people like him made the customers to feel very bad.i kindly request you to take proper action for this incident.

                    I would like to inform that my name is gaurav dhiman and i have buy a new yamaha fz bike on 21july 2018 at northern yamaha dealers, faridabad and i m very disappointed with yamaha bike. The main issue is bike is vibrate after 65 km. I m already check my bike at northern service center. But they do tight some bolts and chain. But problem remains same. Very very disappointed with yamaha bike. I never purchase any yamaha bike in future and also says to my friends don't buy any yamaha bike. Worst bike and their services.

                      I have given my YAMAHA FZS Reg. No. GJ04BJ 9938 to your bhavnagar(gujarat) authorized service center for insurance claim.
                      First they told me that parts are not available so kindly wait for 10-15 days i have ordered your parts.
                      Then after 15 days i have visited the service center they told me to drop your bike in their garrage and he will complete all formalities related to insurance and handover me my bike after 2-3 days.

                      I have given bike to service center on 07.08.2018 and after that i am continuously in touch with service guy and he continuously giving date after date and doesnot return my bike till today i.e.20.08.2018.

                      Every tile we called him, he ignores our call then we have to call him from another mob no so as to reach him and every time he answered that insurance surveyor is on leave our worker is on leave and bla bla bla.

                      So i request you to look into the matter and as i am facing very much hurdle.

                        I am using yamaha bikes from very long. Now i have yamaha fz bike.. Model 2017..10 days back i went for a service in lila motors service station in patna kadam kuan.. They told me about service charges plus extra charges for accessories it means total charges of servicing was 4500/-+ gst.. Still i paid that amount.. But after servicing i am facing same issue in my bike also they have changed many of my original parts as well.. Now i am asking for another service then they are saying that u have to pay for it... Also they are neglecting of changing my product as well... Kindly do the needful or i am going to complain it in consumer forum too..

                          I purchased an scooter yamaha ray zr last year august from adityayamaha dealer located in tezpur city. The front fibre portion of the scooter is damaged due to the wrong installation of external accessory when i reported the incident to the dealer he told me that fibre is not under warranty. Further i told him that this happened due to the wrong installation by your service man so it is under warranty as per your warranty terms and conditions. Finally he denied to change the damaged part. Pls do need full action.

                            I purchased yamaha fz250 one month ago. I got the bike with wrong soccer alignment. My bike was imbalancable. Though would be temporary behaviour.
                            I drove my bike very less and as i am working guy i was not able to visit and complaint. Today i have come for first service and shown everything. There behaviour was very bad. The service center and showroom is located in noida sector 10. I purchased from here only. Now they are not accepting it and behaving rudely. I am sitting here since morning and they even didn't have touch my bike. I am requesting them to do the servicing and rectify the problem but they are giving lame excuses. I am very disappointed with the service and product. The problem occurring like clutch, getting of frequently.

                            If you can provide the level the service why would you charge 140000 rs.

                              I have given a break down vehicle in our yahama showroom kadapa regarding complaint given but the service has done yesterday there are no more changes in service they just give me thevehicle what i give them. They dont do anything. Is this responsible of yamaha service. Is this correct for you.                                 I have fzs fi my chain sprocket sound and when visited yamaha service center he say change your chain sprocket only 7month and my chain sprocket sound it is not solution to change sprocket and every single parts when change then labour charge included i can't understand which parts in yamaha include in warranty i think yamaha cheat every yamaha bike customer no any solution from there end every time parts change then labour charge included in bill

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  Please refer to my earlier e-mail where i had registered a complaint on YAMAHA Fascino mileage issue.

                                  Subsequently after the 1st complaint was registered at your end, i got in touch with some PACER YAMAHA staff in rajarajeshwarinagar, bangalore.Again they held my scooter for 1 full day and promised that the problem has been rectified and the mileage has improved from 32 kms/ltr to 40 kms/ltr.

                                  Now, it was my turn to check their claim.But to my utter disgust after checking the readings for 3 continuous times, the reading did not change and the mileage remained at 32 kms/ltr.

                                  Subsequently, Yesterday i called on the showroom in-charge Mr Pradeep and explained him the same.He told me to bring the vehicle.After i went there from my office place, again to my surprise and dismay, he said that some tool to check the mileage is not available currently and told me that he would arrange for the same and call me today morning.

                                  UNFORTUNATELY, EVEN TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED HIS CALL..

                                  It has been more than 5 months these ### at YAMAHA have been dodging me, Kindly help.

                                    Hi my name is shuaizab. I have purchased yamaha fz250 on 1 may 2018. Bike was told to be bought on small carrier van and its actually driven to me. New bike at speed of 100 plus. From second day its having problems starting, poor average, vibrations etc, i complaint this to yamaha toll free number and they sent first service manager, who checked bike and found no problem.. I am not satisfied then later asm came and checked my bike and found it as faulty. And then later came rsm who checked my bike and said i have to do wheel balancing, valves change and tappet adjustments. I said no to him as its my new bike and i dont want it to be open. I am complaining from past 1.5 months and still yamaha is not listening. I even complaint on consumer forum with docket number -826809.
                                    And public grievance number - registration no. : darpg/e/2018/14154
                                    The showroom guy from where i purchased this bike is ride on auto aligarh uttar pardesh.
                                    He lied to me from first day and lies are - he havent provided me bike bills.
                                    He lied that he brings my bike on van but i have proof as challan that this bike was bought to aligarh by riding it.
                                    He sold me this bike with prices like 144129rs. I want clearance on this issue.
                                    I did finance of this bike, financer sitting on showroom did fraud of atleast 10000 extra which i settled with hdfc bank.
                                    My bike is now working as sluggish engine with average of almost 26 kmpl and other bikes give above 35 kmpl, lots
                                    Of vibrations, poor handling and brakes,... This bike feels like old bike and i doubt this bike as test drive vehicle.
                                    I want replacement of this bike or i want fully refund of my bike.

                                    No they're not ready to help me like the way I want help, they just want to open my bike and fix it, which I never let them do because my bike is new. ...I want bike replacement or engine replacement to be specific.
