My name is Mukesh Saini I am writing this email regarding my bike service bike number is HR 26 CK 29 71 I purchase this bike back in 2014 since then only one service was done perfectly fine and I was happy with it and that was first service.
since then I go for bike service every time I need to ask them to repeat the same thing I ask them to check the bike shocker and every service they work with a Soccer and the charge me for everything every time I need to pay labour charges every time I need to pay pay service charges but the bike soker was never fails even its not fix right now.
One incident was where one of your employee his name is Pramod was asking me answer of paying the full amount to the bike service pay me this amount in my side I will fix your bike like a brand new bike and I did that and casual nothing happen I end up paying twice.
one of your manager over there I ask them that I come here for every time for bike service and every time I need to ask them to repeat the same thing to say how can we believe you I said please check the your computer history this year we can't check our history since the GST has applied.
I complain lot of time but no one did the resolution for a given a customer service girl who called me out for this I inform them several time but nothing happen.
One incident happen where my bike front alloy wheel was banned and I went for Insurance insurance company has declared their Yamaha parts are local quality they cannot give me the Insurance claim then same thing I complain to the manager and the manager help me to pay 40% of the alloy wheel and 60% will be there by the insurance company and that time I had the insurance with the Yamaha outlet it's out that was zero debt insurance.
does a one guy I think he is a manager who has the bike tattoo on his arm when he is around that time people work nicely.
and your customer service team charge money like a medicine as in the medicine you cannot judge bargaining for a price the same thing happened here you cannot bargaining hair for a prices.
I went last Monday for my bike service they ask me that I need to get my bike engine service done and it not any two cost around 16000 so I asked them kindly do that but they said they do not have a parts they need to be order and it will take 3 to 4 days and then I asked him ok give me my wife I will come up here after 4 days now after 4 days I need to again pay the labour charges and engine oil charges and out this charges again.
when I say this to them this this year so we can't do anything if you can't do anything why you are at this workstation way you can't help your customer if there's someone or something that I read this customer service of Siddharth Yama or green Yamaha I would rate in a negative rating - rating
it seems to be like this Yamaha outlet does not care about their customer sofack inexpensive there a middle class man is not able to afford his bike maintenance.
and if you ask me why I go again again at this place for bike service if I am having so many problem you just that because I need to find the another outlet but I do not have any other outlet near me and I live where my location is.
