I received a call from Yamaha customer, I explained the same to that lady about what i made complaints. And they rectified the issue but the next day I have problem in engine getting some abnormal sounds, same reported to shore room. I spoke to them they agree that complaint in engine is reasonable. I am sorry to say about this bike and responding from shore room guys.
I purchased this bike as I said march first week 2018, Till now completed 5 months with three servicing. Following complaints were
1) Battery get fail in the middle of the traffic. This is the first issue that I faced with in 15 days, the day I brought bike from the shore room. We reported to shore room they said this is common problem for these bikes. Please consider if this complaint is common for these bikes... why you guys are selling these bikes. When we are purching this kind of bikes you will explain this bike is good in this that good in that.. if it is like that why don't you tell battery problem for this bikes as a draw back. Finally battery charged and rectified in the next day.
2) Self start by closing cletch leaver not working, 3 times this issue we faced. We start informing and they rectifying temporary. This complaint I put in consumercomplaint.in and rectified with new spare.
As per our discussion with your Customer Care Executive. She advised me to keep the vehicle on under observation.
3) The day slef starting rectified next in 2 days got engine problem getting some abnormal sounds in the engine area, spoken with shore room guys and said will rectify and need bike for 2 days in shore room.
Now you guys advice me what to do with this bike. As you said from phone call and email, keep bike under observation, 2nd day only I have this problem after your call from Yamaha customer.
This is not a game or funny thing that keep playing with money every time with bike complaints and wasteing of our time. May be Yamaha shore room can play with us but we are exhaust keep visiting your good shore room with complaints again and again. Because every one busy with their life why should we waste time on this hell of your bikes. I really frastated with this and also response from your shore room members. Now you guys tell me should I take bike back or not. In my view it is useless to take bike back wasting of time and my money. How many times u guys will change with new spares and paying bill for new spares and there is no any guarantee period this bikes. How can I believe you guys can this complain will not repeat. This type of complaints getting fail in the middle of the traffic leads to my life. Name of the shore room VARAHALAXMI MOTORS, SRIKAKULAM in Andhra Pradesh.
