Sir i had yamaha fz-a bike which was still in waranty. There is a problem of smoke and oul cunsumption in engine so the dealer sayas to change block piston and cylinder under warranty but asking for labour charge but as i got to know that there is no labour charge for bike which are under warranty. First they refused to give warranty in piston block then they talk there sinear and ready to give warranty now they are taking labour charge another company would not take any labour charge when vehicle is under warranty please help me sir they are taking too much amount to repair my bike

    I have given service, my bike fz red ap11aj8187, on 12/09/18 at mrc automobiles near shaker nethralaya gate road, rr pet, eluru, 534002 w. G dist, ap, made the payment, but the staff damaged by bike, tanker, and head light, front wheel cover ect, please let me know i want total replacement with genuine parts, and do needful

      Meri bike start hone m problem hoti thi kbhi hoti thi kbhi nahi hoti thi then the told me ki self motor is not working then i ordered it from their showroom wo motor bhi 20 din baad aayi inke showroom m bad service then inhone motor lgayi tab bhi bike m problem aarhi thi fir showroom wale bolte ki battery khrab hai aapki mne kaha m battery bhi new lgane ko tayar hu but tab bhi problem aati h to muje mere paise self motor k or battery k refund chaiye then they said aisa possible nahi hai this is my issue worst service provided by yamaha roshanpura showroom i mnot saying all showrooms are like them but this new opened showroom providing bad service to the customers

        Hi,

        We have purchased yamaha saluto bike from patparganj industrial area (Himgiri showroom) in jan month 2018.

        Vehicle no - dl13sv 3007

        When we are riding the bike, we are facing pickup issue from bike from day one, rwgading this complaints to yamaha sales staff & engineer on same time, they are saying pickup is coming in first service.

        We have done 3rd service of my bike but still not coming pickup, i have informed & every time said to service engineer for pickup no coming,

        In the 3rd service of bike engineer said carborater issue it will be change also informed to service center manager. He said part not have in our inventory & taken time for friday, when call to yamaha showroom, they want more time, bike have in warranty.

        Why making fool yamaha from day one.

        Pls take action & resolve my bike issue.

          Sir,
          Most respectfully i want to state that it was my first visit to this service center. My vehicle no. Jh01ay 7545 model szr. I was very dissapointed after service tank lid lock was not working. Rh front shocker was licking as it was repaired but there was scratch mark on shocker pipe. They neither inform me either asked me to replace shocker pipe.

            I have given my yamaha fz s version 2 bike for service in supreme yamaha today. 13th september 2018. After checking they have intimated all those details and told that will i get the bike tomorrow. I have told ok for that. They have called me back at 07.20 and intimated that the chain sprocket is damaged a little and so it will make sound. I have intimated that it is only 15000 kms only last time changed the sprocket. But they have intimated that it won't come after that. But while changing the sprocket they have told that it will come more than 25000 kms. Why are they giving false comments. If it won't come they don't want to tell anything right. They are giving false comments and now telling that it won't come after 15000 kms and have warranty till that kms only. Why fake promises. And she calling at 07.20 pm they have told to come and pick the bike. I have asked for the amount to be paid. They have told that will call back after confirming. They have called back by 07.26, call made by the person named geetha and she have told that the amount to be paid is 1825 rs and the service billing has closed so come and get the bike by tomorrow morning. I am ready to take in the morning, but why these false conversation. At first called and intimated to come and pick th e bike. Then after 10 mins called and insisted not to come because they have closed the transaction in the billing.
            Mainly i have to intimate one thing that this is my 15th service in this supreme yamaha. And this is the third time getting this kind of worst service. First time i had not intimated. Second time have logged complaint and they have reacted like anything. Now the same happens after three service. Where is your service going in this competitive world. I am damn sure that i am not comijng back this long way from coimbatore to erode just for service. I am having more places to go with and they are also seeking for us. Take it in mind that you are not the only one who are doing service. Thank you for the service that you have did for me these many years. You have spoiled your brand name because of these kind of staff's in the branches. Make sure they are well prepared before recruiting. And also make sure that don't hire and please recruit.

              I buyed r15 v3 from tajshree motors pvt. Ltd at nandavan main rd., nagpur on cash. They had not given the following things while purchasing bike:-
              1. First aid. 2. Tool kit. 3. Manual book
              4. Battery warranty book 5. Billing and insurance paper.
              The speedometer is not in working condition. I have contacted to mr. Sachin sir ([protected]) and i am not satisfied with their answer. They are forcing me to buy accessories from them and also saying it's compulsory to buy which costs 4695/- rs but i didn't want any type accessories.

                  Hello team

                  From the day when i have done my first servicing in yamaha kharadi pune iam facing lots of issue now my bike is run 20000km in this period i have change below parts from last year
                  1) brake pads 2times
                  2) chain spocket
                  3) rear suspension
                  4) rear bearing
                  5) cone set 2 times
                  6) headlamp which was not working
                  7) front fork oil
                  8) clutch wire
                  9) chain

                  Now today i am facing front shock absorber which service center is saying it is leak so i am frustated now & will recommend other that donot purchase this yamaha bikes due to huge expensive mainteinance.

                    1. The water inlet in digital meter and indicator.
                    2. Other accessorizes material is to bad u can check following attachment photos.
                    These are issue is obtain in first four month.. I was complained at distributor but no any reply.. Service in to slow. No ane any decision making engineer available at ur distribute at kolhapur.

                      I would like to bring to your kind attention, i am purchased yamaha fz-s-fzn 150d on 14.07.18 at m/s. Sampathraj motors thiruvallur, near chennai, i am surprised my vehicle back wheel air pressure reduces slowly with in week time and i have checked at puncture shop, there is no symptoms of puncture and unfortunately i am find out there is a pin hole leakage in alloy wheel (Photos attached) and this leakage occurred due to manufacturing defect and i have noticed to the dealer point, there is no proper response.
                      Kindly replace the same. This is for your information and immediate response in this regards highly appreciated.

                        I purchased a new yahmaha ray, and within a week only its color is changing, its not working properly everday day im facing new issue. When i informed to dealer they told me that they wil repair it but i didn't get any proper response. My question is i purchased new vehicle so why should i go for repair. I want that u guys will replace it or refund my full amount. Not at all happy with your service.

                          Hi, This is pooja

                          I purchased Yamaha fascino in the month of december 2017 and an helmet in the same showroom(SUN Motors_CMBT_Chennai) Amount got deducted twice and i tried all the possibilities from my bank to get back the money. But it has not reflected in my account.
                          I contacted several times the manager and still it is not refunded and the amount is Rs1300/-

                          Sir its sad to inform that we are not getting the required spares for Yamaha gladeyate as type 2009 model speeds metre holding clamp set so please provide to the respected dealer and we request it from past 4month they're informs that the spare parts are probably stopped the manufacturer so please provide the spare parts we request kindly

                            Dear sir,

                            I, krishna pal singh, magadh colony, gaya to handover for service my two wheeler at pravati vehicles pvt ltd on 25 aug 2018 at 1300 hrs. My vehicle model no is gladiator 125ss, reg no br02y 4352 and chassis no - me135b058e2024400.

                            My vehicle is service by parvati vehicles pvt ltd finally given to me on 28 aug 2018 at 1530 hrs and job card no 4334 and invoice no is pvpi[protected].
                            I am very badly frustrated due to service time too long taken by service center. He is take lot of time for service i. E. 04 days.

                            That is very bad and taking service time to long.

                            After service i found my cash memo, i am surprise in labour charges. Because a extra amount charges in labour charges. All parts purchases from stores and fitted in my vehicle. Paid service incl washing charges is 250.00, i know is right.

                            But the following points are observed in my bill and surprised how more and extra amount is charged by me :-
                            1. I shaw in bill one rh mirror nut bolt for fitting charges is 20.00
                            2. Clutch work amounting to rs 200.00
                            3. Acc cable change amounting to rs 60.00
                            4. Silencer cap change amounting to rs 40.00
                            5. Clutch cable replacement amounting to rs 40.00
                            6. Front brake pad change amounting to rs 50.00

                            Sir, i am asking to their staffs but not given to right reply to me. I am service the vehicle plus purchases of all accessories of vehicle of your stores, then why surcharges to me. I say to him at billing counter for extra amount surcharge to me. But not leasing what is i am saying to him. He say pay the bill, it is right amount of service.

                            Sir, also i call to customer care for complaint on phone no is [protected]. I am requesting but he is not given reply and not register the complaint.

                            Sir, i am also enclosed the copy of invoice copy who paid by me.

                            You are requested to take necessary action against my complaint.

                            I also request at yamaha india pvt ltd for above matter. But he could not good reply till date.

                            Good Morning Sir,

                            I lodge the complaint again and again but not action till date against looting the during service center and service the vehicle.

                            some parts change to my bike but not functioning the proper. The following problems cerate in bike :

                            (a) At Right Hand side Disc break parts and fluid change but all oil leakage and break failed during driving bike and face accident that time. Due to leakage of oil and put on body, body paint burned and show badly.

                            (b) In addition, back wheel break pad changed, but not proper break and light show.

                            (c) during service I am say technician / attended, please clean the carburate, but he not clean.

                            (d) After service, attended check the bike, some sound in from front. He not done. Till date sound create.

                            But till date no any query / action taken by yamaha pvt ltd.

                            Please take necessary action against the complaint.

                              I am facing big issue with my yamaha fz 25 it's not getting start light in display is available, indicators glowing, horn working but self not working, still just it not giving sound of any starting. When i push self start switch it doesn't gives any sound, it is fully silent.
                              Very bad thing happened
                              I stucked at road in night and left bike at a parking place.

                                Last month 4th august i made full payment to book and received yahama facino, while delivering the bike to me, they said the registration will be taken care of by themeslves, but i did not expected that they will take almost 1 month to get the registration done, initially they asked me to visit rdo office with bike for the registration, and they got the bike then returned it to me by 16 aug. After that i was waiting for my bike number but there was no response from the showroom even though i myself contacted them they were no person who can answer a customer with gratitude, this was irritating, after a long struggle of 2 weeks, they have provided me with registration number, it took exactly 24 days to get my bike registered which is not even tolerated, they made me to think why these sort of irresponsible people are there under yamaha. My primary concern is, now i have 5 free service with the same showroom this is again a big trouble, am currently looking for your help on this hope you can do needful

                                  I gave my bike for servicing on 29-aug-2018 wednesday and now it is more than one week and i have not received my bike yet. I called service centre many times and they are saying parts are not available (Engine head valve), once the parts are received then we will deliver your bike on thursday or friday not sure. 6th or 7th sept). I don't understand what kind of parts they are looking for and how come it...

                                  I've purchase one yamaha ray zr bike from anna nagar showroom chennai. When i started driving bike i noticed some issue on the bike disk. I've visited the service center and they informed that this might be the issue with the disk break, during the first service, i'll sort it out.

                                  After that i've given service on 29/08/2018 at perungalathur service center. On that day evening, they called me and said that this is an issue with the bike suspension, i'll change it by tomorrow.

                                  On 30/08/2018, i'll called them for the bike. They informed that this is a manufacture defective and we've escalated this issue to yamaha, engineer will check and replace it.

                                  After that there were no response from them. Today, i've visited the service center but there are telling the same story.

                                  I insisted them to give the bike immediately, within 30 minutes they changed the bike oil and generated the bill. I've successfully saved my bike from them by paying the bill for non servicing.

                                  They haven't repaired or replaced my bike.

                                  I've sent an email to yamaha 3 days before till now, i haven't received any update from yamaha.

                                    Despite of raining in morning, I somehow managed to reach Yamaha service centre Sri Sai Yamaha at Rukanpura Bailey Road Patna Bihar and got a token no 6(05 members were also waiting before me). After checking he gave me a slip with delivery time 4 pm as there was a lot of work to do in the bike. After 2 pm I went to check if there is everything going properly and is there any other job required. There I saw 5 to 6 workers were dealing with some other bikes and my bike was at the same place as I saw in the morning. Already there was one person who was yelling at the Sri Sai Yamaha staffs for not attending his bike. When I enquired he told me his token number was 11 and he told that till that many bikes have been attended which came much later to me or him. It was a bit shocking for me and when I asked the yamaha staffs they replied that your time is 4 pm. I asked him I came 6th and you are doing for bikes that came after me. He replied those bikes have less amount of job. I was left with no option but to put complain that even though I delivery time is 4 pm why work on the bike not started on time. And if you can work it in 2 hr (2 pm to 4pm) why you gave me 4 pm time at 8 am i.e. 6 hrs more. There should be a strict penalty for such service centres.

                                      Writing this after losing all the patience. I'm sure and confident that yamaha has a great name among other competitors in india for its great customer value, hospitality and commitment.

                                      Unfortunately, i loosing my all these in my present and recent past experience.

                                      I own a yamaha sz rr v2
                                      My bike is now 1+ years old.

                                      I brought vehicle in my home town erode, tamil nadu and took it to chennai, tamil nadu where i work.

                                      Incident 1 :

                                      After taking vechile from my 2nd free service the speedometer stopped working and the service centre told that the cable has broken and replaced it with a new one under warranty.

                                      Incident 2 :

                                      After riding some another 2000kms the speedometer again stopped working, then i took it to the same service centre. They told me that the cable has broken and it will take 2 days to replace under paid replacement.

                                      When i questioned the quality they told me that all these have a limited lifetime, i questioned whether does it look like any rat bite? They said that there is no way a rat could bite, its only the quality of cable.

                                      I wasn't ok with the reply and got a genuine cable spare and went to local workshop and replaced the speedometer cable.

                                      Incident 3 :

                                      Last month my cletch cable got cut off. I don't want to here the same reply from service centre, so decision to buy a genuine spare cletch cable and got replaced from a local workshop.

                                      Incident 4 :

                                      Now it's 7000+kms again my speedometer cable got cut off. I lost all my patience.

                                      I called service centre and asked for warranty coverage, they told me that these things can't be covered in the warranty as.
                                      I'm really fed up with this problem.

                                      I request you to provide possible solution so that that the cable problem could be solved permanently
