Hi i purchased a yamaha ray zr scooter in full cash last month 29 july. Still vehicle registration is not done. I have been following up in call and person everyday but the dealer says it will done tomorrow everytime.

    After the 2nd service of my vehicle it has started making so much noise during riding it creates sound like an old vehicle i am sure that they have changed my vehicle's part and fixed it in another vehicle. I payed for the engine oil i have a bill also but in my vehicle there is no engine oil. Average is very poor i am facing so much problem after the servicing and i am truly fed up with this vehicle. This complain is for yamaha showroom which was located near balliwala chowk and now shifted to niranjanpur

        I've baught FZ in feb and RTO passing done in March but till now Vehicle number not recieved due to Tax Amount pending. Dealer is not responding well and ignores my call...today i went to consumer court and complaint against him...
        Today i Complained against dealer so court will decide the resolution of matter. If company ignores then court will take an action against company also..

          Previously i had a bitter experience from your dealer - dolphin yamaha regarding the oil leaking problem, still it is pending but the main serious issue is your dealer technician is failed to identify and not able to show me the new replaced spare part in my bike for which they charged me. Even they loose the bolt of the disk brake oil resulting the entire oil is throw on my cloth putting me an embarrassing condition in office.

          They billed me spares wide invoice no : 2018/wb/1114 dated : 29/06/2018, amount : 4059/- but when i told them to show me the replaced spare they are not able to do it and blame each other for that. I also pointed this things in my earlier complain that why yamaha appointed these type of dishonest dealer who just not able to give proper service but cheated customer by taking money from him for spare but actually not replaced in actual.

            Hi this is gaurav, i'm from sonipat haryana,
            I love yamaha & i'm a big fan of R15 as also i'm using this..
            I used to go for service my bike regulary from when i bought it but now a days the yamaha service centre from sonipat has been shuted, so i serviced my bike on 26 july 2018 from yamaha workshop Safiyabad road, Narela because it is near from sonipat,
            On service centre an receptionist Ma'am gave me an manual bill of 1515 Rs.& said that online billing is not possible at that moment, we'll send you the bill tommorow, in which she includes
            E.oil for 405rs,
            Oil Filter for 160rs,
            Shiner for 50rs,
            Chain spray for 150 rs,
            Air filter for 300 rs
            Disc brake oil for 50 rs
            Labour charges for 400 rs.
            Total:-1515 rs.
            I paid the money there they return my bike after serviced without using chain lube or chain spray, i came out from there & gone back there again for chain lube they said,
            Oooh.!! We forgot sir.!!
            Then after took chain lube treatment to bike i came back to home from there, now after 2 days of servicing i called them for 3 times for online bill, then they send it on30th july after 4 days of servicing, they send me the bill of private firm of Oswal Auto Azadpur, that bill seems to be like totally fake as i had never saw that much stupidity in billing from the name like yamaha,
            It was without Name, Kms & without chassis no. & the billing was for only 1445 Rs.
            I'm very upset to see such things from yamaha,
            This is the top most company in world & these stupid peoples ### the company status badly, please improve this system

                Hello sir/ma'am,

                My motorcycle (Yamahar r15 v2) was having some issue regarding loosing acceleration. I went to the service named yamaha wheels, pin:144401 then it happened:

                1st day.
                I went to the service centre with the issue, they started searching for the fault, after nearly 4 hrs (Cleaning the fuel injector, and looking here and there) they said your bike is ok now we have found the fault you can take it, i went out for a test ride the issue didnot get resolved and then they again took it inside and then again looking here and there they changed the sparkplug which was perfectly fine. I repeatedly asked them did you guys find the fault they said and somehow convinced me to believe its perfect now (Here the cheating session starts). I was taken to the counter, they said your bill is 500 (120 sparkplug 200 cleaning fuel pump and the rest labour) then they asked me to pay without bill because gst and few other taxes will be charged and they were being so sweet and finally i managed to pay 400bucks. One other guy took the bike outside and said now its perfectly fine. I came out and took a test ride again, the issue didnot get resolved, the bike was loosing acceleration and the engine was shutting down again and again. I again called them they started making faces already and again somehow convinced me to keep the bike and come next day so that they can look after the issue again. I again asked them that you guys already charged me saying you found the fault and fixed it, they again formed a group the manager, the workshop guy and one more guy convinced me to keep the bike and come next day. I again repeatedly asked them not to put any new part without letting me know because i was afraid they would charge me for things that are not necessary like the spark plug and asked them to call me and ask me before putting any parts and they agreed to it. As being a mechanical engineer i had overview knowledge of engines and parts. I left.

                2nd day.
                The next day i got a call from the manager around 12 pm (No:[protected]) saying we found your fault, the original part costs 10700inr and therefore to save your money we have specially called a guy from other service centre somewhere from hoshiarpur with a fuel pump from a totalled bike and we have changed it and we will charge you 5000inr (Cheating and looting continues) and they also said we will you return you the fuelpump which was in your bike. I was freaked and asked them repeatedly who asked them to change part without my consent. I went to the showroom in the evening and then i asked him the same thing, they said if you don't want to keep the fuelpump that we have put in your bike, you can pay us 1000 inr as labour charges, we will again put your fuelpump and you can take your bike. I asked them what type of customerservice is this, if i don't want to keep the part which they had put without my consent and you are charging me for this and that, i even said i already paid 400 inr for the issue which did not get resolved and then grouped again by calling the workshop guy and started showing me cctv videos. They were showing me look at this guy he came from so far, he doesn't even work here just to work in your bike and you have to pay 1000inr as labour then only we will let you take your bike. I was shocked with the experience as they were forcing me to pay either way. I went outside to think, i was in a hurry as i needed to shift delhi the next day.
                I somehow managed the money from my friends and then went inside. They said we can do one thing we will keep your fuelpump and we will charge you 4000inr for the used fuel pump without any bill. I paid the money took my bike and left. Just after riding for 10 the bike started making some weird noises which was coming from under the tank (Somewhere where the fuelpump is placed), i called them up and said them the issue and they were like we will look into it bring it to us, i already had a doubt they are planning to make more money. I said as i am leaving for delhi i will just park my bike and i will bring once i come back because it was already late and the service centre was closed and i was leaving the next day. They said its fine.

                3day. July 23.
                I reached jalandhar and i took my bike to the service centre regarding the issue. I reached there they were like making faces and avoiding me and asked me wait in the waiting room. Waited for a while then i went to the workshop guy and asked him to look into it as i was in hurry and i was returning delhi the same night. The guy replied its my lunch time please come back after 2hrs. I got freaked out and said him that you already know what is the issue just have a look into it and let me know. He came out i ignited my bike and told him about the noise. (The cheating continues as expected). The guy put his mobile torch and looked for a minute and said the noise is there because a screw is missing near the fuel pump and it will cost you 1000inr and also the screw is not available at the moment we will order it and have to leave the bike and go. Everything was happening as expected and they were trying for a next round loot. I went to the manager and said him he is like yes you have to pay 1000inr for the part and leave the bike. I said to them see i have been riding this bike since so long, there was no such issue before, after i came here to fix my bike to fix it all these are happening and i have already paid you 4400inr for my concern but it didn't get resolved yet and it was even less than 10 kms the bike started making that noise. They replied its beyond our policy the screw fell down its not our fault and we cannot assure you about that. I said them it was you who opened the bike without my consent, it was you who said we have fixed everything and everything is perfect and even i asked what type of service centre is this if the customer cannot ride his bike for 10 kms after getting it fixed and repaired from service centere for two consecutive days and after paying 4400inr. Their reply was we can't do anything, the screw fell down you need to pay 1000inr to get it fixed and it was not our fault. They were using their same strategy by grouping me and said do whatever you want to do you can mail to anyone you want but we won't work. I refused to them and i came back. (Closing of getting cheated again).

                I please request you to look into the matter seriously and please take some action immediately.

                I got done the 6th servicing, on the same day i had self (starting) problem. And the servicing was very poor, the oil stains were there on the bike. Oil stain wasn't gone. This is what happened. Am really unsatisfied with ur service.

                  My self khattab husain, want to complain to you one of your dealer dolphin yamaha, sakinaka, i had done the paid service in your dealer of my bike fzs on 29th june 2018, since than i suffered lot from oil leaking problem. I had paid 4059 rs to the dealer against the invoice no : 2018/wb/1114 dated : 29/06/2018.in that service they replaced oil and oil filter along with other spares. Since than oil has been leak from bottom. I had already complained to the dealer but they want money to rectify the problem. Why i paid to the dealer because of their problem? If your dealer is not capable to handle the service issue why you spoil your image to appoint such type of the dealer? I am complaining you in hope that you resolve my issue as i am using the well known brand like yamaha.

                    I am complaining for my bike r15 v.3... Its now a 2 and half month getting over.. And odometer reading is 6380 km.. My front right side shocker is leaking... Due to leakage of shocker my front disc brake not working properly due to the oil coming out from the shocker i want to make it good.. So the company jk yamaha jammu has to give me the solution of that for free of cost due to under warranty of the bike

                      I am lijin. I have r15 v2(2013) model bike.I am servicing bike in thiruvala pathanamthitta(kerala) in 10/03/2018 my bike just turn off in running then I contact to service station they said change the fuse but it didnt work .so I give the bike to the showroom they fix it but my bike has engine knocking sound so they said I have to change the crankshaft so I said to change it after service I brought my bike from showroom somesound is occuring from the engine then I contact the service station they said brought the bike back to showroom just like this I brought my bike to showroom 6times but they can't fix the sound .actually they dont whats the problm is. I really like yamaha bike and other product .but by this I really start to hate it .evrybody say yamaha is brand but I say its ### .attaching my bill nearby

                        I am having bike of yamaha motor india model fz, i am always get my bike serviced from adarsh yamaha centre, lado sarai new delhi.
                        This time i am unable to take my bike for service at their service station due to busy schedule so i thought to change engine oil instead of servicing of my bike so i visited to purchase engine oil for my bike at this adarsh yamaha service centre lado sarai delhi & they are denying to give me engine oil they are saying we don't have engine oil if you bring your bike only then we will give you engine oil else we can't give you engine oil.
                        This is very bad behaviour.

                          Since last three times i have got my bike serviced from yes Yamaha service centre, opposite bhinphore mandir, main road, dhanbad, Jharkhand. However, every time I got worst service and the spare parts I received was duplicate and not in configuration with my bike.

                          Seeing the kind of service and fraud nature, I request you to address my complaint or I will go to the consumer forum and courts!!!

                            I would like to bring to your notice that i bought my YAMAHA Fascino Scooter in oct 2017.The PACER YAMAHA showroom staff claimed that the mileage would be around 50 kmps/ltr after the 2nd service and would be around 40 before the 2nd service.
                            Till the 2nd service i used to get a mileage of around 38kmps/ltr.But after service, it decreased to around 32/ltr.
                            A month back, i left my fascino at PACER YAMAHA centre in Rajarajeshwarinagar and explained the same to the service in charge.He opened the job card along with other minor complaints.Subsequently the vehicle got ready in 3 days as they claimed were unable to arrange for a spare which they would get 4 days later.

                            Unfortunately, that 4 days still has not come and the mileage also has not improved inspite of their assurance that they have done accordingly.

                            KINDLY TAKE UP THE MATTER SERIOUSLY AND ENSURE THAT THE PROBLEM IS SORTED OUT IMMEDIATELY.

                              I purchased Fascino Scooter from Keerthan Motors, Chennai-600 058. Vide Tax invoice No : GST/0026/18-19 (tax invoice from Sun Motors, Anna Nagar Chennai 600 102) dated 05-Apr-2018.

                              I am not satisfied with the product. I agree that Fascino is successful scooter in market, with this belief I bought this scooter and have faced FAILURE that my electric starter was not functioning properly. I addressed this failure during my first service on 10-July-2018, Job Card Serial Number 1829, Keerthan Motors, Chennai 60058. After completing first free service they removed battery from vehicle and asked me to run vehicle without battery two days I struggled with my leg kicking (why I should buy scooter with electric starter???) again I asked them about my battery they installed some other OLD battery (not the one I purchased with scooter).

                              Now the reply from Keerthan Motors sub-dealer is that the battery which was originally supplied during my purchased got failed and I need to run the scooter with their supplied spare battery. This is totally not acceptable to me.

                              1. How come well known JAPANESE TECHNOLOGY battery gets fail in two months duration / 1600 Kms running?
                              2. If the battery fails with in warranty period dealer need to ensure of replacing brand new battery with NEW BATTERY WARRENTY CARD.
                              Now I am running my scooter with unknown old battery provided by Keerthan motors. I do not know the health of this battery if I am lucky the battery will function else this also get failure for which I do not have warranty card to claim failure if be.

                              Great service by JAPANESE TECHNOLOGY to INDIAN NATION.

                              I lost faith in trusting the casual approach by dealership management. In a word I simply wasted my money in choosing his product. Customer care systems also so casually designed that consumers always there to have PAIN and manufacturers always enjoys pleasure.

                              Deeply disappointed.

                                I had taken my Yamaha YZF R15s for defect in electrical system (warning indicator) to your dealer (Adarsh Yamaha F-26/4, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi - Pin Code: 110020) on 15th July 2018. This I was informed shall necessitate replacement of a component, to which I agreed and minor service as required. During the course of repair, many other unnecessary parts and system has been changed for which I had not complained. To my knowledge there was no defect in performance of the bike, e.g. clutch cable and complete clutch plate with kit has been changed whilst I had no problem with my clutch plate & system. Similarly many other components has been changed and all this without my approval.

                                I have been billed an amount of Rs. 12030/- (copy of bill is attached) which is exorbitant, considering that I had gone for the electrical issue which should not have cost more than Rs.1000/-

                                I request you to kindly refund me an amount of Rs.10000/- which is the component o[censored]nnecessary work & overcharging amount.

                                Very rough talk of way by employs and service is very bed because my number is 2nd but 3rd number is service complete and gone. when I complaint to employees they are saying I know my work don't teach me

                                  I bought my new fz25 in they month of april from mira road apex yemaha dealer day before yesterday my bike main headlight stop working today morning i gone to workshop they told taken my bike for checkup from morning till evening they tried everything every part which connects to light but still they couldn't rectify the main problem in bike still they are trying to rectify the problem i just want expect support from yamaha team with asap reply for the same its my new bike i hope u people will understand

                                      Today(16/7/18) i left my SZ RR in Raj Yamaha (Navalur, chennai), The cleaning was not proper, only some places were cleaned still there are some left out portions which are not cleaned well. As other technical complaints resolved can be checked only after few days. So only cleaning shows the service identity for bike. Kindly ask appropriate people to do it properly further or some customers may lead to a private mechanic if it continues.

                                      Dear Yamaha Motor Team,

                                      I'm from Bangalore and very old user of Yamaha motor's and I use it because I love Yahama bike from very beginning but this time I have experienced some hopeless service. Just to bring into your notice I have actually bought my second new bike from Yahama Motor showroom which is next to my house in the month of March 2018, and I have been promised and charged for RC Card to get delivery in my residence by 45 days, but it has been almost 4 month's since I have not received any . Today "16-Jul-18" I have visited to enquire about the same but they have no clue about my RC card and then when I forced them for information they asked me to check Local RTO which is also near my locality so not much pain I been there immediately and they have provided me some kind of Indian Post tracking number when I have tracked that it showed me somewhere out cast of Bangalore and then to it has been delivered on Month of May.

                                      Now I need help from Yamaha Team to find my RC Rard ASAP .

                                        My bike MH03BU8401 was unable to start, I went at dolphin YAMAHA ASALPHA, They did service & made billing of more than Rs.5000 & within a week again its not starting.
                                        My bike is 3.7 years old & I do service in every 2 months from the same service centre most of the time.
                                        It seems they are trying to ruin goodwill of YAMAHA.
                                        Please take an appropriate action & fix my problems.

                                        Nature of complaint - Parts like digital metre, self starter is not working & suspension is in bad condition. Yamaha FZS F1

                                        I am unable to start bike with self, every time I am pushing it to start.

                                        After just 3500 km digital metre is not working.

                                        Suspension is not in condition.
                                        It's not about service centre, its about this bike, after a high maintain though its giving problems.

                                        This is to give feedback to every single customers who is thinking to buy Yamaha Fz version 2.0. Please don't do this mistake as I have done & bearing since 3.6 years.
                                        In every second month I did maintain my vehicle by servicing, oil change, etc.
                                        Even though within 3 years I have faced following major issue & had to change which all are very expensive.
                                        SUSPENSION, SELF STARTER, DIGITAL METRE, CHAIN SPOKET, CLUTCH PLATE, WIRING ISSUE, FIVER PARTS, ACCELATER WIRE MANY TIME, MIDDLE STAND, etc.

                                        Except engine I have changed almost everything.
                                        So please friends think & then go for this bike.
                                        Service dealers are thief in making bills.
                                        Ruined Yamaha's goodwill.
