fz 2.0 150cc 2018

I brought a new fz on 20th july from prince yamaha udhyog nagar new delhi. Today i went there for my 1st free service but they have charged me extra 617rs. For oil i know charges would be extra which they have used for 305rs 4 stroke engine oil however my bike is 5 stroke. Secondly they told me filter which cost is 50 rs in market.. Its nt fair they have told me i'll be getting free 9 services from yamaha so what's the benefit for free service...

1. When i bought the motorcycle, the handel of the bike was disputed, they (Service center and deler) told me, they change it in next service but, i make 3rd service now, till they told me it was unavailable/it is natural for this bike..
2 last time in service they made a huge scratch on gear paddle, i think they change it and give me a faulty old one.

I have given my bike for servicing at pearl yamaha, tolichowki hyderabad. Even they did not able to check the sound where it is coming from. They charged me with rs.1681 for general servixing, front shock observer oil leak seal, front disk pads.

They have given me an invoice which haven't a sign and seal.

It has been two times that i am having horrible response from shinrai yamaha at cochin kerala. Previous time after my periodic service on my way back the back wheel nut went of and i fell down. The service manager apologized to me and told it wont happen again. Yesterday afrer my service the tecnician forgot to put the lid on the engine oil knob and oil fell on my scooter on the way back.
