Dear Sir,
I am Krishna Pal Singh, Magadh Colony, Gaya, Bihar. Lot of complain registered in Yamaha India Pvt Ltd & consumer complain center but till date pending.
I have complain regarding Looting money during service and not done service properly and some spare parts changed but I face the problem.
My two-wheeler service by Parvati Vehicle Pvt Ltd, Gaya, Bihar on 25 Aug 2018 to 28 Aug 2018. He takes time 04 days but not done properly.
Call received from Mr Prosun Biswas, Yamaha, Patna, Bihar he say to me, “You are requested to visit service centre for service the vehicle.
Today, i.e 19 Sep 2018 I am go to service center at 12:45 PM. I am call to Mr Prosun Biswas and say to him, I arrived at centre. He say wait, I am calling to Mr Santosh.
Staff comes to me, what is problem, I all points related to bike service say to him, what is problem. But all staff are comes to bike and go inside and do any. Only asked what is problem.
I wait continue 02 hours where. After discussion staff and me he say we are not done the Job of work the vehicle.
Due to leakage of oil my vehicle’s paint are discolor and burned. I say to clean the carburate, but he say we could not do.
Then I come back at home without service the vehicle.
some parts change to my bike but not functioning the proper. The following problems cerate in bike :
(a) At Right Hand side Disc break parts and fluid change but all oil leakage and break failed during driving bike and face accident that time. Due to leakage of oil and put on body, body paint burned.
(b) In addition, back wheel break pad changed, but not proper break and break light burn.
(c) during service I am say technician / attended, please clean the carburate, but he not clean.
(d) After service, attended check the bike, some sound in from front. He not done. Till date sound create.
But till date no any query / action taken by yamaha pvt ltd.
Please take necessary action against the complaint.
