To whom it may concern, sir i have bought a yamaha r3 bike 2018 model in april 2018 from royal yamaha motors, jammu and ever since i have bought it, the front shock absorbers of my bike are not performing well, they are giving a weird nose when they go down and come up, i have told this about my dealer and he said when the engineer comes from the company we will tell u and u can tell your complaint to the engineer, and the engineer comes from the company at the date 9/10/2018 and i had got a call frol the dealer and i had gone to the showroom at the above said date and the get my bike checked by the engineer and the engineer behaviour towards me was so unprofessional, he test rode the bike with me as a pillion and i was getting the noise even as a pillion but he said he is not getting any noise, he said these noise comes from the shocker, sir i have been driving bikes from the past 10 years and i had owned a lot of bikes in this span of time but none of them has given me this type of noise from the front shockers and u was so frustrated with the engineers reply and behaviour.
Hes said fine we will open your shockers and check them and when they open them they said that shocker oil was less in both the shockers and then they put some oil in the shockers and handed the bike to me but the noise was still the same.
My question to you sir is that, you are giving such services to your premium customers, in just sfive months my whole bike was opened, u just fir urself in my shoes and think, i want to get my shockers replaced in warranty, plz sir look into tvis this matter, u don’t know how we students get these premium bikes from our parents and you are giving such a pathetic service and reply, i just want my shocker to be replaced in warranty

    I am purchasing yamaha fz250 since 13/02/2018. Last 1.5 month i have facing so many issues like ignition switch lock loose, brake not working properly, starting problem, noise is coming from engine side & chain set. My vehicle is in workshop for last 15 days they don't have the parts even they never called me and never update he status when my parts received or not i am very much dissatisfied with the services provided by the workshop & specially mr shukla
    Kindly give my vehicle today with resolve all the concerns other wise i am sending a legal notice to you.

      I recently services my yamaha fz25 in tanushka auto baguaihati kolkata.
      My bike was giving minor issues and heating problem, the engineer suggested clutch assembly change and replacement of chain sprocket. I also asked him to check and clean my fi system (I thought it was not working properly).
      The next day i collected the bike and got back home just to discover that the axel nut was not fasten. I narrowly escaped a near death accident while i was riding at 40 kmph. After contacting the service center they refused to pick up my bike and the reason given was that their is no such service available.
      To add to it when i sent pictures of the carelessness of the services center to the manager he called me and replied that now the issue is solved so nothing more needs to be done from there end.
      These people don't understand that it almost caused me my life. And even after paying 6000 rs all the issues remain the same.

        Got my bike yahama r15 five months before, after second day of purchase, i had a problem with self start, i asked to repair that one in my first service itself, still

        That problem was not rectified, and main thing is worst engine performance, it is not able to touch 70 km/hr speed, some unwanted noise are coming out from the engine,

        Again i asked to service section to fix it, they didnt fix it till now, very worst service, why i need to get a bike of one and half lakh rupees without self

        Satisfaction. I thought they gave a secondon bike to me, because engine performance of my bike very worse. Really worried abt it. Worst showroom in pondicherry is

        Srinivasa motors, address: no. 1, 2 & 3, 100 feet road, near hotel janakiram inn, sundararaja nagar, mudaliarpet, puducherry, 605004. Kindly request you to refix my

        Bike condition as new one. A good service is needed.

        People are working there are not really serious about the customer satisfaction, they only concentrating on the sales side. They are not giving response to me. Very

        Worst dealership. If i know this before, sure i would go for honda cbr. Now people working in srinivasa motors clearly made me understood. My brother too looking for

        Yahama bike, damn sure i dont suggest to take yahama motor bike especially in srinivasa motors, why he need to suffer the same, very bad ownership.

              In indeed i applied for a job in yamaha after next day i got sms from yamaha one of mr grisha srivastav he told me they changed rs 6000/- for the post of supervisor and same day i got call from mobile no[protected] and told me to deposit amount in one of mr rajat kumar sagar a/c no[protected]& next day they call me to deposit amount one of vipin kumar a/c after deposit amount not any appointments letter i got and he is not pick my call.

                Hi,
                Last month, i got my bike serviced yamaha service centers in kilipalam, trivandrum, kerala. They billed me an amount around ₹10000/-.

                When i chose to pay using my card they said that i will be charged a further 1% processing the payment.

                Out of curiosity, i asked why they had to collect an additional charges from my side while making card payments when the government of india is so keen on promoting cashless payments or so called digitalisation. Since the manager wasn't available at the moment, the staff herself told me that the bank would be charging extra charges for card payments for which they have been instructed to collect the same from the customers.

                Subsequently when i enquired the matter, i came to know that it is the vendor's liability
                To pay the additional charges and not the end customers. Kindly clarify the same.

                  During ridding noise occurs from handle when bike goes through potholes and bump road. Also bike handle moment is hard. Still bike has run only 6000 kms only. So bike is in warranty period. And this issue occured.
                  And such problem i am facing so i am completely dissapointed with quality.

                    I gave my r15 v2 black for changing complete back portion (both side tail) when i submit my bike its 10:00 am they said my serial no is 4 and they said to collect bike at 12:00 pm and when i came to collect my bike at 12:30pm my bike is standing there as it is as i left, they are doing service of other bikes and scooties, your supervisor(jitender dahiya) is not doing his job honestly..my kind request to yamaha motors to change the supervisor

                    I have really bad experiences with service point.they force to bay defective motor cycle.I WANT saluto 125 cc dics break bike but which one available there those bike have some problem with regarding for front dics break, its make noice and continues friction with dics.                       The front mudguard has damaged while changing the fork oil from authorized yamaha service center cag yamaha coimbatore on 20 sept 2018. Eventhough they accepted that this is happend from their side, are not ready to replace the broken part with new one instead offering an old piece. Moreover they are saying the mudguard of fz is very brittle and often brake. What to say...
                      I have been charged more than 3200 for the service. Attached the bill and images of the bike for your reference.

                        Hello,

                        I have purchase yamaha fzs in april-2018, at time of purchase right side leg cover (Generally where battery is located) was not properly fit and i had complain at that point of time. Dealer (Planet yamaha maninagar) assured me to fit it properly. Now since last six month has passed but facing same problem. Every time after paying rubber charges of rs 10+gst still that side cover will loose always. After complaning no one is listining

                        If you guys are not able to provide proper service and proper product, then why your are selling such defective products. Further services was also not done proper, every time i am complaning for fuel sensor, but no one is taking any action.

                          I K.Pavan Asrith recently on 22/09/18 gave my bike for servicing at Venkatesha motors Yamaha service centre, Erragadda, Hyderabad, Telangana and they haven't washed after servicing saying that the washing motor has broken down and they have given me the commitment that they are going to wash my bike at any time during their working hours.So for that I have taken my bike for washing the very next week on 28/09/18 and they denied that there were many bikes to be washed after waiting for 15 long minutes breaching their commitment.So when I questioned them hardly and shouted at me back very rudely in front of other customers which was an insulat to me as a respectable person.Is that the way service staff behaves with their customers.Are they eligible to work and is this a kind of people recruited by Yamaha company.I really suggest my friends not to buy from Yamaha.Really disgusting behavior by the staff.

                          Actually i love n believe Yamaha fz. It really good product from company. But very very bad service in service center. After completion of 5th servicing it was become oil leaking from engine's head and damaged. And also theft some bike bike bolts of mine.
                          I demand take necessary action on service center and recall to further servicings.

                            My name is sasangka sharma.. I purchased yamaha fzs bike from kalpana dealers at mangaldai, dist - darrang, assam.. Now i am having problem with my headlight.. Lower headlight is showing problem.. I have visited 3 times but my problem is not being solved neither the staffs are co operating me rather they are taking me for granted.. Kindly take serious note of this and provide a solution to my problem

                              I purchased FZSI on 24.04.18 and today it is 26.09.18, within a span of 5 months my battery got low. I asked your authorized dealer to solve it asap. He told me for battery problem you need to visit the battery dealer on your own with all your original documents. He told we cannot help with this battery problem as it is not our area of concern. I went to battery dealer with the battery and necessary documents, over there he told me after atleast 2 days we will be able to furnish your battery report and will act accordingly. This was the whole scenario described. Now I just need you to answer my few questions.
                              1. At the time of purchase I didn't ask to install battery which was suggested by me. Hence why so much delay in the process. Within 5 months how can a original battery can be drained??
                              2. In spite of purchasing a bike which costs more than a lakh, but no battery and bike is total USELESS. Why not give kick start or instant battery replacement.
                              3. In my service book, there is 3 pages with heading pre-delivery inspection report. This report is totally blank and I am attaching the copies of the same. I don't understand why customer service is not given utmost importance in your company. I am even attaching my bill with this complain.

                              I purchased bike from global Yamaha situated at navranpura, ahmedabad, Gujarat. Since the time of purchase I am having some or the other issues regarding billing, insurance. I feel that this is worst franchise I have ever meet in my life. Full of inexperience and lack of customer relationship. Hope you will take this complain seriously and revert asap.

                                I bought yamaha rayzr on 25 september 2017...after purchase..it was all fine but after first service at the same workshop frm where i purchased..it started making very wierd noise while accelerating it...
                                Everytime the dealer and service manager calls me and repair it ..and after some days it starts making noise again...i thibk there is some problem in roller or belt...but they are not making any solution...what should i do? I also complain yamaha head office on customer care they also didnt gave me any resolution to the problem...i am very fed up and dissatisfied with such a response..i have now no option left except for going to consumer forum for my problem..as my hard earned money gone waste and a new vehicle...i should have buyed other honda or hero vehicle ..
                                Will wait for sooner response for this complaint...or will proceed with some othr ways..

                                  Useless fellows - service manager-nizam mudeen & technician-vinoth

                                  Have paid & changed the left side holder lever for the left side mirror which was malfunctioning from my free service. Every free service it has been raised but all were no results.in my 1st paid service, i have asked to rectify the same problem if i am ready to pay any part needs to rectify.

                                  They charged on 04.09.2018 and the same problem occurs hardly third drive itself.
                                  I sent the vehicle with service bill through my staff to change the parts as it is no result even though paid.
                                  In which i had talk through phone and explain that the vehicle only for my daughter"s near by use with in vicinity around 1-2km. Only else we have used our fortuner or volkswagen.
                                  The useless service manager (Nizam mudeen) & technician (Vinoth), initially told that we have not changed the particular parts in 04.09.2018 service. Once we produced bill he sent to the billing department to confirm the parts name. (He does not know the parts name - he is... My vehicle service manager..?)

                                  He told that no warranty since your vehicle left side mirror might have been over turned / threaten (@ rotated simply) by anybody at some places you parked.

                                  My question is all my complaints about from the free services only for left mirror and no complaints about the right side yet.
                                  I do not understand that if any mishandling may be happened only in left side which have been from the 1st service (You can see the service records from the first free services itself)

                                  No matter of cost inured if it is one rupee or lakh but trust.

                                  If that goes out due to your useless staffs like that then your owner / management / company have to slide downwards on their business to treat your customers like that.
                                  It is my thought as a business man.

                                    This is to inform you a bike has been purchased from aquad yamaha b. T. Road kolkata model yamaha szrr on 30/03/2016 but repeated reminder for last couple yr yet to received bluebook form your distributor.in this circumstances i have decide to go to consumer court yamaha motor as a one of the party with your distributor aquad yamaha. So pls take affirmative step to avoid any legalities. Thank you

                                      I have yamaha fz 2.0 but its tire is completely depleted with one side, i have been complaining this matter for five months, i have complained it 4 to 5 times and because of this my bike did not running properly. The staff's behavior is also not good, still i'm not getting any help from staff, they say that this is the problem in every yamaha bike.

                                        Sir/madam,
                                        We have purchased our fascino vehicle in the name a. Moorthy on 4th january 2018 from samyuktha autos, mylapore, chennai but till date i. E 23rd september 2018 we have not received our registration certificate (Rc) we have visited the showroom several number of times and even through calls but there was no proper response from their end.

                                        As per the conversations we have made with the sales person and the branch person we could clearly figure out that they have lost our rc and the extra fittings we have received along with the bike is to very worse the number plate got rusted within a month and then the side mirror got removed automatically and we had to go for service and then even that wasn't proper.

                                        We didn't expect this kind of service from yamaha which we thought the best service provided has proved us totally wrong.

                                        We do request you to take action immediately and resolve the problem. If the issue isn't taken up immediately i would stop buying yamaha products and will refer people not to go with yamaha as your service will not fulfill customer need.
