My name is sasangka sharma.. I purchased yamaha fzs bike from kalpana dealers at mangaldai, dist - darrang, assam.. Now i am having problem with my headlight.. Lower headlight is showing problem.. I have visited 3 times but my problem is not being solved neither the staffs are co operating me rather they are taking me for granted.. Kindly take serious note of this and provide a solution to my problem

    I purchased FZSI on 24.04.18 and today it is 26.09.18, within a span of 5 months my battery got low. I asked your authorized dealer to solve it asap. He told me for battery problem you need to visit the battery dealer on your own with all your original documents. He told we cannot help with this battery problem as it is not our area of concern. I went to battery dealer with the battery and necessary documents, over there he told me after atleast 2 days we will be able to furnish your battery report and will act accordingly. This was the whole scenario described. Now I just need you to answer my few questions.
    1. At the time of purchase I didn't ask to install battery which was suggested by me. Hence why so much delay in the process. Within 5 months how can a original battery can be drained??
    2. In spite of purchasing a bike which costs more than a lakh, but no battery and bike is total USELESS. Why not give kick start or instant battery replacement.
    3. In my service book, there is 3 pages with heading pre-delivery inspection report. This report is totally blank and I am attaching the copies of the same. I don't understand why customer service is not given utmost importance in your company. I am even attaching my bill with this complain.

    I purchased bike from global Yamaha situated at navranpura, ahmedabad, Gujarat. Since the time of purchase I am having some or the other issues regarding billing, insurance. I feel that this is worst franchise I have ever meet in my life. Full of inexperience and lack of customer relationship. Hope you will take this complain seriously and revert asap.

      I bought yamaha rayzr on 25 september 2017...after purchase..it was all fine but after first service at the same workshop frm where i purchased..it started making very wierd noise while accelerating it...
      Everytime the dealer and service manager calls me and repair it ..and after some days it starts making noise again...i thibk there is some problem in roller or belt...but they are not making any solution...what should i do? I also complain yamaha head office on customer care they also didnt gave me any resolution to the problem...i am very fed up and dissatisfied with such a response..i have now no option left except for going to consumer forum for my problem..as my hard earned money gone waste and a new vehicle...i should have buyed other honda or hero vehicle ..
      Will wait for sooner response for this complaint...or will proceed with some othr ways..

        Useless fellows - service manager-nizam mudeen & technician-vinoth

        Have paid & changed the left side holder lever for the left side mirror which was malfunctioning from my free service. Every free service it has been raised but all were no results.in my 1st paid service, i have asked to rectify the same problem if i am ready to pay any part needs to rectify.

        They charged on 04.09.2018 and the same problem occurs hardly third drive itself.
        I sent the vehicle with service bill through my staff to change the parts as it is no result even though paid.
        In which i had talk through phone and explain that the vehicle only for my daughter"s near by use with in vicinity around 1-2km. Only else we have used our fortuner or volkswagen.
        The useless service manager (Nizam mudeen) & technician (Vinoth), initially told that we have not changed the particular parts in 04.09.2018 service. Once we produced bill he sent to the billing department to confirm the parts name. (He does not know the parts name - he is... My vehicle service manager..?)

        He told that no warranty since your vehicle left side mirror might have been over turned / threaten (@ rotated simply) by anybody at some places you parked.

        My question is all my complaints about from the free services only for left mirror and no complaints about the right side yet.
        I do not understand that if any mishandling may be happened only in left side which have been from the 1st service (You can see the service records from the first free services itself)

        No matter of cost inured if it is one rupee or lakh but trust.

        If that goes out due to your useless staffs like that then your owner / management / company have to slide downwards on their business to treat your customers like that.
        It is my thought as a business man.

          This is to inform you a bike has been purchased from aquad yamaha b. T. Road kolkata model yamaha szrr on 30/03/2016 but repeated reminder for last couple yr yet to received bluebook form your distributor.in this circumstances i have decide to go to consumer court yamaha motor as a one of the party with your distributor aquad yamaha. So pls take affirmative step to avoid any legalities. Thank you

            I have yamaha fz 2.0 but its tire is completely depleted with one side, i have been complaining this matter for five months, i have complained it 4 to 5 times and because of this my bike did not running properly. The staff's behavior is also not good, still i'm not getting any help from staff, they say that this is the problem in every yamaha bike.

              Sir/madam,
              We have purchased our fascino vehicle in the name a. Moorthy on 4th january 2018 from samyuktha autos, mylapore, chennai but till date i. E 23rd september 2018 we have not received our registration certificate (Rc) we have visited the showroom several number of times and even through calls but there was no proper response from their end.

              As per the conversations we have made with the sales person and the branch person we could clearly figure out that they have lost our rc and the extra fittings we have received along with the bike is to very worse the number plate got rusted within a month and then the side mirror got removed automatically and we had to go for service and then even that wasn't proper.

              We didn't expect this kind of service from yamaha which we thought the best service provided has proved us totally wrong.

              We do request you to take action immediately and resolve the problem. If the issue isn't taken up immediately i would stop buying yamaha products and will refer people not to go with yamaha as your service will not fulfill customer need.

                I was requested by mettuguda yamaha to reach the vasudha yamaha sainikpuri and i did the same.
                They took my bike for trial and asked me to leave the bike there for 3 hours.
                After that the service manager told me that issue is solved there is misalignment in tyres after hearing that i hoped the problem is solved they took a sign from me and closed the issue. But after travelling about 10 kms the same problem is repeated immediately i informed the same to service manager through phone. He said to bring the vehicle and after taking the trial he informed me there is problem with tyres and they need to be changed he also assured i will intimate this to yamaha and after that you can take your vehicle to tyre showroom and do the needfull.
                Its becoming very hectic to me that these stupid yamaha people are such careless # they are unable to solve their manufacturing defects properly.
                Wasted my one lakh rupee on this stupid bike instead i could have gone to other brand.

                Now my sincere request is to solve my bike isssue at the earliest.

                  I reg ma vechicle no kl34d82 for a paid service and i has experienced a poor care by yamaha service center.. They didnt do anything properly and nothing do wat i said.. Abt a one and half month i put my bike on their.. I submit 3 part changes costs 2500.. Btt they give importance to parts only after my delivery and they said it may take 20 days to come parts. Wat can i do i dont make ma vechicle hold for 20 days. And they perform badly... So i experienced bad caring from yamaha service situated at kodimatha kottayam kerala.

                    On my first service of the vehicle they changed my foot rush after that my left side foot rush started vibrating
                    I went to service center they repaired it and my dipper button was not smooth as i give the dipper it get stuck at that position only it get repaired
                    But after that my indicator get starting stuck at the side i give the indicator and my right foot rush start vibrating at my second service i told them to repair it they said it is done as we can but after some time it starting vinrating again
                    And my gear change indicator is also not working they made a video of it and said they will respond me but it has been 2 weeks and i have not got any response from them
                    I am just tired of all this thing going again and again to service center
                    I have made the biggest mistake og buying a yamaha product

                      This below complaint is still pending and dealer is not giving bike documents.
                      Dear sir/mam,
                      I buyed r15 v3 from tajshree motors pvt. Ltd at nandavan main rd., nagpur on cash. They had not given the following things while purchasing bike:-
                      1. First aid. 2. Tool kit. 3. Manual book
                      4. Battery warranty book 5. Billing and insurance paper.
                      The speedometer is not in working condition. I have contacted to mr. Sachin ([protected]) and i am not satisfied with their answer. They are forcing me to buy accessories from them and also saying it's compulsory to buy which costs 4695/- rs but i didn't want any type accessories.

                        Dear yamaha team,

                        I purchased yamaha saluto 125 cc bike this year april, that time your sales team showed in decent hospitality way, but after purchase responding is zero, today (20sep) i came to showroom for service, service representative didn't respond well, only morning time only they can take bike for servicing after 1pm service will not take (In rude way service representative said to me) and staff was sitting in a customer lounge and we are sitting in sales team area..
                        Mean while staff seen us and also stayed in customer lounge and watching tv..

                        This not perfect hospitality to customer..
                        We felt international ethics yamaha having but here the staff ethics and which words they are pronuncing very cheap and not maintaing minimum standards..

                            Dear sir,

                            I lodge a complaint so many times, but till date no action behind it.
                            My bike is facing the problems, service centre no do proper service. I have complaint but not attended attend the problem. On 19 sep 2018 visit to service center for re-service the veh for stand 02 hrs continue but no (Tall motal) do any thing. I also call mr paruson biswas, patna but not help me.
                            Service centre say to me, you pay again all service and parts. Some parts are installed in bike but it defect. He not change parts.
                            And also due to defect parts my bike body are discolor and show bad looking.

                            Sir, i am also complain against looting a money during service. I am continued complaint but no call and no action against it.
                            Please do needful and return my looting money from service centre.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I am Krishna Pal Singh, Magadh Colony, Gaya, Bihar. Lot of complain registered in Yamaha India Pvt Ltd & consumer complain center but till date pending.

                              I have complain regarding Looting money during service and not done service properly and some spare parts changed but I face the problem.

                              My two-wheeler service by Parvati Vehicle Pvt Ltd, Gaya, Bihar on 25 Aug 2018 to 28 Aug 2018. He takes time 04 days but not done properly.

                              Call received from Mr Prosun Biswas, Yamaha, Patna, Bihar he say to me, “You are requested to visit service centre for service the vehicle.

                              Today, i.e 19 Sep 2018 I am go to service center at 12:45 PM. I am call to Mr Prosun Biswas and say to him, I arrived at centre. He say wait, I am calling to Mr Santosh.
                              Staff comes to me, what is problem, I all points related to bike service say to him, what is problem. But all staff are comes to bike and go inside and do any. Only asked what is problem.

                              I wait continue 02 hours where. After discussion staff and me he say we are not done the Job of work the vehicle.

                              Due to leakage of oil my vehicle’s paint are discolor and burned. I say to clean the carburate, but he say we could not do.

                              Then I come back at home without service the vehicle.

                              some parts change to my bike but not functioning the proper. The following problems cerate in bike :

                              (a) At Right Hand side Disc break parts and fluid change but all oil leakage and break failed during driving bike and face accident that time. Due to leakage of oil and put on body, body paint burned.

                              (b) In addition, back wheel break pad changed, but not proper break and break light burn.

                              (c) during service I am say technician / attended, please clean the carburate, but he not clean.

                              (d) After service, attended check the bike, some sound in from front. He not done. Till date sound create.

                              But till date no any query / action taken by yamaha pvt ltd.

                              Please take necessary action against the complaint.

                                I have purchased yamaha fascino 25th august 2017 from yamaha saryash auto, solapur., maharashtra.in order to get a number of my choice to my moped, i applied for it in the rto and handed the receipt of the same to the showroom. After a year, asking to the showroom about the rc book, they say that we have lost the file. And i can't get the number of choice. And my moped is not yet registered, after i checked it in the vahan. They are demanding about providing a affidivate.

                                  Hello, i took my new yamaha fz v.2 on feb 2018, the bike was really good until 1st service after that engine vibration started i took more than 4 times to service center they did not clear the problem. Its very uncomfortable while riding. Not only that even braking, idling etc. So i request yamaha motors to solve the problem. Until now 3 servives have been completed. Its like riding an old vehicle.

                                        I never ever seen such a irresponsible firm. I have given my scooter fascino kl53 n 3669 on 06.08.2018 at speed motors, manjeri for some minor issues.
                                        Which was faced an accident and i bring it to this showroom. After checking they told that will i get the scooter within 15 working days. But still till now 17.09.2018 i didn't get my scooter back. They told me that some parts are missing it takes some more time. I don't know what they are doing. What can i do
                                        Sir/ mam. This is the first time i have this much bad experience. Sir/mam you are requested to take necessary action against my complaint.
