I will give my bick r15 resistration no. Cg15cn2014 in 5/2/2018 at yamaha show room k d auto (Ishant autoworld) supela bhilai-490023. And he ask me to sum small problem in my engine like timeing chain but full surviving my engine will sound badly i will ask to repair my bick properly but every day he ask me new problem and at after 3day my problem will not slove i don't know way and show room worker will not me give any reason way my bick in this condition and he ask 2day more for survising am vary upset to suvise of yamaha and please call me at my no. [protected] i will ask my problem clearly

    fuel gauge indicator problem

    Hi sri, i am saravanan. Its been nearly two months since i have bought my r15. From last week onwards my fuel gauge indicator keeps on blinking on the screen. I thought it was because my bike was in reserve but even after refueling it, still keeps on blinking.

    Kindly repair the issue.

    Hi sri, i am saravanan. Its been nearly two months since i have bought my r15. From last week onwards my fuel gauge indicator keeps on blinking on the screen. I thought it was because my bike was in reserve but even after refueling it, still keeps on blinking.
    * when i start my bike its not start what is thr problem i donk know when i charge the battery then bike start but after few minutes drive the bike automatically ston and doesn't start plzzz help me

      Dear sir,
      I ve given my byke alba 106 for change of cluch-plate as per their instructionson 3/1/2018, after 2nd day i go to ser. Ctr to raise complaint to cluch plate will not be changed, then they take my byke & make some adjustments & hand over my byke, but after 2 days same prblm will be held.
      I told them, i'm not satisfied to ride this byke you are not changed cluch-plate. But charges will apply.
      Then they told me that too long procedure.
      I stop the all procedure from ur ser. Ctr. & check it out side,
      Then i realised that cluch plate will not be changed... It's totally fraud doing yamaha service center kolhapur branch...
      Kindly do needful...

        Engine oil drain bolt oil leakage, freezes all cables.. Choke, acceletor wire.. Etc. Engine oil ka risav ho raha hai.. Bike sirf 7829km hi chala hai
        ... Sabse pahle chowk cable wire jaam hua.. Ab accelerator jaam jaisii move ment hai..

I call customer care and oswal senior incharge .in 1st I complete u for my problems u can't take any action . then I go showroom they tell me I slove Ur problem please can't complet then I signed it in coustmer stratified paper .but I can't happy .
          In Ur side no can call me and not can any action please do .rs 60 seal take so much money and no washing no cleaning 1st I pay in rs 349 and 2nd I pay 200rs total I pay in my 1st service 549 rs if a pay this amount why I go showroom I go out side . Please call me and slove me problems i[censored] not slove i take any action for regarding my problems . U not slove my problems .             Bike is not getting start even digital meter is not getting on, horn also not working its 90days old bike.

            I have contacted vinayak yamaha domlur branch bangalore where i have purchased vehicle, its pathetic response from them they are least bother about customer problems, 1pm vehicle got breakdown till 6pm they didnt send any guy to check up after 6 hours they are telling they will send a guy tommorow this is not fare from yamaha brand & vinayak yamaha domlur branch bangalore.

              Hello dear sir i m pankaj aswani from mumbai (Ulhasnagar) my contact no: [protected] i had given my fz25 for servicing at swastik yamaha ulhasnagar 421003 they had told me for doing engine flush before oil change of my bike i had agreed to them but they had not informed me that they will use and 2nd party product to flush my engine and without getting my permission they proceed with that non yamaha product at the yamaha authorised service center (Swastik yamaha) and due to the useage of non yamaha procduct in my bike engine the bike is giving me several problems my clutch is getting hard my gear shifts getting hard my bike average also dropped and with in few days of servicing i had visit at the service center again regarding the problems after servicing which i faced then they opened my new bike engine and told me that your clutch plates had been burnt and your gear shifting rod also damaged due to usage of that non yamaha product in my bike engine my new bike is fully ruined by yamaha service center now they are not corporateing me regarding this issue and also they had given me the secondary non authorised bill of the product which they had used in my bike the product caused so much damage on my bike engine which is only 5 months old i am attaching all photos with this email.

                Hello,

                This is to inform you the bike body parts delivery issue and service problems

                I gave my yamaha Fz 25 (TN 59 BP 2772) for service to the JMB Yamaha, T.nagar, Chennai - 6000017 dated on 30.01.2018. My bike met accident at 29.1.2018 and the Yamaha service manager committed me the date of DELIVERY for the bike after service is 10.2.2018. But he is not receiving any ordered bike parts from their stock home, what he is telling now!!

                He is telling, it will take time again. I am really pissed off with this bad experience.

                  This scooter riding very heavy type and gives very abnormal sounds and vibration also. Engine stop in middle of riding on the way even after two days of purchase. Then i took it for service the service man saying for use drive it at minimum 3000km then they do something. Then too after two service today 5/02/2018 at night 11:30pm seven times stop on the way. And i took taxi reaching home. I get very harassment and not satisfied so now i want refund my amount.

                    I have FZ-FI Army Colour edition. It is 1 and half years old and it means bike is under warranty and i have an issue with built quality of that bike as i found cracks on both side at same place and i cant even understand how is that possible.This is really unexpected and what to say.Overall i'm satisfied with this bike but with performance only because now i lost my trust on built quality as it happens to me.Now all i want is that to replacement of that parts as soon as possible because i cant handle that anymore.

                      Last month i have kept my bike for 7th service while giving it was in good condition while taking vehicle from service center after 2 days i came to know that oil leakage problem is there i visit service center and files complaint about it they said that thread delocated so they said me to get new thread i said its not my job to get thread i talked with their supervisor they finally agreed to put new thread and they said it won't repeate once again after 1 day once again same problem occurs once again i went service center they said because of stock issue they have put second hand thread and i shouted for unsatisfaction and they once again put new thread now i am facing same problem what should i do now. This is a service what you guys are prviding to the customer, if anything happens to my bike engine you are the responsible for that. Once again m not ready to come to ua service center tell your mehanic to come here and repair it or else i will file a complaint against your company in consumer court,

                        Hello support team,

                        I have purchased the yamaha vehicle (Yamaha fzs battle green limited edition), on dated 07/01/2018, as you can see near about 1 month is completed, but still after several reminders and followups about my registration and vehicle number the dealer is not helping out to get the number soon.

                        If i am asking him about the vehicle number, he always gives excuses about rto. And now they are not picking up the call.

                          I have booked yahama fz version 2 on date 11/09/2017 buy paying advance amount 5000₹ trichy road adhitya yamaha. And due some personal issues now iam not able to buy the booked bike. I wrote a letter to the manager on 29/1/2018 and there is know response till date. I would like to make complaint on the manager. Who is not taking any action on this issue.

                            Dear sir,


                            Good day to you, i recently purchased a yahama ray zr from innovative motors located at tirunelveli., tamil nadu,

                            I was totally disappointed! Within a day i got a major problem with bike back suspension, i got some mysterious sound from the suspension regarding that i informed them and then i admitted my bike to them and after a day they called me
                            Back and told me that there was some loose contact in the suspension as the bike was new model., so that it creats a sound
                            And was resolved at that time and the next day the sound came back again and then i admitted to them and waited a couple of days and they told me that they gonna change the suspension i agreed for that and after also the issue was not resolved!!

                            I was shocked and was totally disappointed on yahama never seen such a issue like this and they told again to wait till first service!!

                            This sounds different and their service was totally worst and useless. I beg pls do take some action and resolve my issue as soon as possible

                              Last month 31-dec-2017 i gave my scooter for service during that time i filed the complaint of my back wheel air is leaking regularly (They noted on job sheet). On the same day they delivered the vehicle, i asked them why the air is leaking they replied the mouth washer was loosened.
                              While taking the bike it was good but next day morning the tyre was flatned same, immediately i contacted sri motors and i explained about all. He asked me to visit service centre again, so again i went to service centre asked them you told that issue is fixed but why it's resuming.
                              They ask me to wait for some time, the service guy came and told that tyre was damaged in the neck due to the old puncture. I replied him that puncture happened long back how you are pointing that, then no answer from him. He told need to change the tyre, i asked did it will cover under warranty he replied no.. I don't know why?
                              I am in urgency at that time i need to do the work faster so i asked him what we can do now?.. He replied that we can put a tube inside.
                              So i payed him 300rs for tube and fix it, so now my question is whether could i get the tubeless tyre replacement or not?

                                My complaint is for Harmeet Motor Kota (Rajasthan). Actually I purchased Saluto 125 Disc (Black Sparky) bike in Nov 2017.

                                When I got insurance policy, I got to know that chassis number showing for Saluto Drum, It seems that showroom team converted Drum bike into Disc bike by changing Front braking system and provided me in Disc variant.

                                I just wanted to know whether my bike is Saluto Disc or Drum. You can call me for any clarification.

                                  Hello i have given my bike for chain spocket change and oil change in yamaha cheerans thrissur. After i recieved my bike i noticed an oil leakage and when i ask them they told me that it is caused of the old chain. But when i gave the bike there were no such complaints as oil leakage. When i told them this case they gave me such silly reasons that it might be cause of the dirt on that surface. And they ask me to glue it. They are not taking any responsibility. And i repeat that there were no such oil leakage on my bike before service.

                                    I gave my yamaha fascino for the third service. I mention some complaints. They called me back around 2pm - 3pm. I reached their at 5.30pm. They make me wait up to 6.15pm. During this gap i noticed that they didnot do any thing as per my request. They did some stupid things and tried to convince me. They not even washed my vehicle, they just swipe it with a cloth. I figured it out and showed then. After some arguments they washed my vehicle and did the repairs mentioned my me in the morning. Are you guys interested in making money only. Have you forgotten that customer is the backbone of every business. Just try to behave like a meatured. I think you just focused on making profit by selling vehicles only. After buying a vehicle from your dealers you guys have no responsibility.

                                      I purchased a yamaha fascino in april 2017. For some months it worked properly but after october month problem releated to starting started occuring in it. We recharged the battery 3 times but it still gives problem in starting. We have to kick start it every time and also sometime it doesnt starts even in 50 kicks. Itgives a poor mileage of 20kmpl
