Dear yamaha,
There has been a lot of trouble while getting my rayz repaired from the service station:
1) spare parts are not available in gwalior. It comes from delhi taking a long time.
2) it took 40 days to repair engine, crank-axel[protected] to[protected]
3) your serviceman (Job card no-0153) are not fully-trained. The rayz wasn't able to get repaired even by 3 serviceman. The service centre then gave rs 300 to other third-party to get repaired.
4) rs 6500 was the cost to get repaired.
5) there is no calling service response from service centre, even after trying long.
6) the serviceman misbehaved (Were drunked).
7) during repairing, some of our parts were missing (Like steal gril carriage, etc and till today it hasn't been given)
8) after all this, i'm not satisfied with the status of our vehicle.
Please take the appropriate actions as soon as possible, we trust your service and after all this we are not in a position for a good review.
