As per the conversation 3 weeks before all the sakshi motors (Juinagar) customers were diverted to naman motors (Panvel) for registration of vehicles purchased from sakshi motors. I visited naman motors, panvel few days ago to check the status of registration. But naman motors has not received the approved list of all customers whose rto registration is delayed because of sakshi motors, juinagar. I don't know how many more months will it take to register my vehicle (Yamaha y-zr). Also when contacted bajaj insurance i found out that sakshi motors has provided me with fake insurance papers and this has all happened under yamaha authorised showroom. Yamaha, i don't need another "template" of "sorry for inconvenience message" from you. I need results.

    I had bought new alpha and facing battery issues within 15days. Its been 8 months and i am been promised every time i go to repair that they will replace the battery with new one. But my problem is unresolved and i am facing the same battery issues. Staff really don't know how to talk to a customer. Zubin rajan and navin poswal did nothing to help out.
    Now i have wasted my time energy and money on this. I want a compansation.
    I have left my vehicle in the workshop. I[censored] guys can't solve the problem, keep the vehicle with you

        Since i purchased bike FZ25 i was getting problem of engine oil leak from oil supply pump. I told about that to the SVC he told it appears before first service. Fine, i waited for first service after first service it continued leaking . I visited another SVC for inspection firstly he said its a leak from washer . They ordered washer. But the problem was that there was crack in pipe . I again visited and told them this is the problem . They said we will order product . It will take time as it is a new model from company. Then finally got that part replaced after wasting soo much time. Again the same problem is there leakage of oil from cracked pipe. First time a customer of Yamaha and such a pathetic experience.
        Never gonna own it again and will also recommend others to go for any other better company.

        I purchase yamaha FZ bike about 3 years ago, i service this bike regularly on shinrai yamaha service station on free services, now the bike was very less fuel mileage about 20 -25 km/litre .please help me from this issue and service my bike freely

          self starter not working

          We gave our yamaha razr vehicle for 5th service, on 30.12.2017, we received our vehicle after service on 30.12.2017. After the service our yamaha rayz r vehicle is not working properly, center became jam and not working, fedameter is not working properly. We brought our new vechile yamaha rayz r on 14.2.2017, it didn't complete one year itself, but the battery became weak, though it charges it dosenot working properly, headlight is weak, self start is not working. So finally we did not satisfy with your service. So kindly solve this problem immediately. Thank you..

            Complaint on pearl yamaha service cnetre
            I met with an accident on january 28 i gave my bike for servicing in pearl yamaha on that day they checked and said few parts are damaged and it should be replaced, i said okay please start the work.
            After 15 days they said service is complete, when i went for a test drive worst service made to my new bike
            No brakes not at all working
            Same some bad sound from bike
            When i asked y this sound and brakes are not working they took my bike and they hit my bike disk plate with a big hammer and they gave for a test drive again. Then the sound is still there and brake is not up to the mark it's some how working normally but it's a disk brake it's not working properly. When i asked y u didn't replaced this disk they said u didn't said to replace when i gave my bike for service on 1st day they gave list of the parts should be replaced on that day, after service they shouted on me saying that u don't know how to talk and u have to say the problems on your bike not us. The manager mr. Jagadish was too rude and the boy who serviced my vehicle. All of the service people where shouting reverse. When i took my brother he said he will complaint to yamaha then they said don't worry we will do some thing and come after 4 days.
            Is this is the way yamaha staff treat us we are purchasing vehicle by investing lakhs and u people giving very poor service.
            Please respond to this and give justification. This is not the way yamaha treat customers.

              We bought a fascino on 12 january 2017 on 21 december 2017 there was some prblm in the vehicle's battery when we took the vehicle to the agency they told us that you'r battery is damaged and a new battey is needed to be put in its place you should now go to the exide agency and complain about the battery damage before the warranty date to them. When we went there the exide manager told that the battery which they have used in you'r vehicle was 6 months old and the battery's expiry date has passed so you should now go to the yamaha agency and complain about it when we went there the dealer was totally negligent and refused to replace the battery and told us that if we want to file a complaint against them we can file it but he is not going to change the battery and your moving to the court is just a waste as nothing will happen. This is totally not acceptable by any customer first using old parts in our vehicle and then being so ignorant as if we are at fault. This olny proves that yamaha is sch a fake company and no one should buy any vehicle from there. This complain is against the yamaha agency, shivpuri road, in front of jai academy school. Jhansi up

                Complaint number is IC-34134-F8J7 : This might be 10th time I'm complaining about scooty I bought in septemer. Even after sharing all the possible details, YAMAHA is not able to provide customer A REGISTERED VEHICLE (RTO Passing). Initially I thought it was Showroom owners fault (i.e. Sakshi motors, Nerul, Navi Mumbai), but I was wrong. Even Yamaha couldn't deliver help to customers complaint. Vehicle bought in September 2017 is still not registered by Yamaha and today is 9th January 2018. Now I have to take strict actions against YAMAHA & YAMAHA India. I wasted my money. I'll do everything to get my money back & that too with interest.

                  Today i went to samrat motors 74/2 ram nagar, kirana mandi, ghaziabad -201001 for servicing a my fzs bike, my bike purchasing date is 5 aug 2016, they done a paid service instead a free service, then i told him that in my service and warrenty book there is one 6th free service aleready avilable and there was written that vaild for 530 days from the date of purchase but they refused to do free service and they charged me a paid service charges i am very disappointed like this behaviour now what can i do, i wish to get my money back as soon as possible otherwise i will get you to court...

                    Recently i visited royal yamaha showroom/service centre at jammu. I was having issue in chain kit of my motor cycle, the company told me to replace chain kit and told me to receive the vehicle after 3 hours. When i went for the delivery of my vehicle, i saw that the self of my bike was not working, head light and indicators also were not working, they changed the front disk pads of my vehicle as the pads were ok. But i thought i must replace the front disk pads and asked them to replace the same. But now i m not able to use my front disk properly. They told me that the front disk will work fine after 2 to 3 days but now it is almost 15 days but there is no change in the disk brakes of my vehicle.
                    Main issue of my vehicle is that i m hearing so much noise from the chain which they had replaced. Now please tell me what to do further.

                      My vehicle has been given at ia motors salem, chassis replacement has been ordered and still not received the material, response from yamaha has been too worst.
                      Nearly 15 days my vehicle has been in service centre waiting for chassis.
                      The chassis hasn't been received by the dealer at service point, also their was no response from the concerned officer.
                      Please solve me the issues because my job is full of travelling and i need a two wheeler for my marketing job.

                          As i purchased yamaha r15 6 months ago and a serious problem of draining battery arises. I'm unable to start it. The thing is it doesn't pick self and therefore i'm unable to start it. Although i've complained to the nearest agency but instead of repairing they are making excuses. Please i'm requesting you make it ok or replace it. So company should pay attention to my complaint.

                            It's the first time ever worst service or behaviours given by the supreme yamaha service providers. They have given the estimate time as 05.45, but i didn't get a call back from them. I called them at 06.00pm and then at 06.45pm and then at last 08.00 pm. But only they have informed will call back. But they didn't turned back and called back. It was very very irritating and i have called these many times and didn't get a proper response. Need a very clear explanation from the concerned team and a solution that i have to pay for the service and if this is a kind of service by the service providers why did i want to pay??? I have come from coimbatore to erode just for the service itseems. But???

                              I am so disappointed from this serving center the name is"yamha showroom and servicing center, lumding, my accident happened 2 month before and i gave my bike at servicing center, after my insurance process they told me we will order the product it will take two months for repair but they didn't not repair and also not giving proper response and service. The behaviour of staff and manager is not good.

                              Complaint number is IC-34134-F8J7 : Yamaha India, is very irresponsible. Even after sharing all the possible details, you are not able to provide customer A REGISTERED VEHICLE (RTO Passing). Initially I thought it was Showroom owners fault (i.e. Sakshi motors, Nerul, Navi Mumbai), but I was wrong. Even Yamaha couldn't deliver help to customers complaint. Vehicle baught in September 2017 is still not registered by Yamaha and today is 9th January 2018. Now that you guys are not receiving my call, not replying to my emails. I have to take strict action against you. Thanks for wasting my money. Good Luck to your brand image. I'll try and share this as much as possible.

                                I have purchased a new r15s bike from sun motors in chennai on august 22 2017.. Right from the first day i was facing some problems in bike. The problem was the temperature indicator was on when i have just travelled 5-6 kilometres hardly. I told this problem on my first service. But the very next day i faced the some problem. Then i went to the service centre again and questioned them "why does it occurs again and what have you done in the first service" for this gave me an answer that "sir, we didn't take it serious and we thought it would be corrected by itself", then they changed the coolant oil. After few days may be around 2 or 3 days i still faced that problem once again and went to service centre once again. Again the replaced the coolant oil. When i questioned them "just few days before you guys did this and why are doing again?" for this they replied that "on that we didn't fill it fully and now we did it" and i had no other choice so i left the place. On december 14 i gave my bike for second service. On time of delivery i was found that there was a big scratch in the side mirror's back side and also in the yamaha plate which has been placed in the silencer. When i questioned the person who delivered me the bike he told me that "i'm just a person from washing unit do not question me"so i left the place. The very next day there was unknown noise came from the rear brake and after ew days from the front brake too. Then i went to the service centre nearly 5-6 times (If you don't believe me then go check the camera footage also) every time after few kilometres i found the same problem ad also a new one that my engine was not smooth. They said it happens in all bike so leave the place. They even asked me to do a test drive in an another bike and fortunately my goodness i didn't feel or hear any unwanted sounds in the test drive bike. At last they told me that "i didn't hear any noise from your bike so you may leave now". With a great disappointment i left the place. Tow days before i found that the battery was dried totally in my bike. Immediately i called the service centre, they told me to start the bike with the help of others and leave it in on for around 1 hour. Again the next morning the battery was dried totally and once i started my bike on the instructions given by them and left it in on for around 45 minutes... Suddenly i found some smoke coming from my bike that to from engine and so i went out and saw. The coolant oil from my bike leaked fully. I still wonder that how the coolant oil was fully leaked. Then i decided to take my bike to the service centre.. But the battery dried once again and i was on the road. I contacted them... They came and took the bike. Now they are telling me that the rr unit has to be replaced and the censors too. And also they told they have no ideas regarding the unwanted noises from front and rea brake. This is how yamaha products be like? Hardly 3 months from the date of purchase and i'm facing problems right from my first day of purchase and the service also so cheap. I want a solution. You guys are responsible for these things. How dare you guys have given me a defective product... This is not fair... How come it supposed to be a need to change the rr units and censors within such short period of time? I demand an explanation and you guys are solely responsible for this. Take back your product and replace me with anew one. I'm not gonna take this one since its having such a lots of problem from the next day of purchase and its totally your staff's mistake as they neglected these problem when i informed them at beginning itself.                                   Dear yamaha,
                                  There has been a lot of trouble while getting my rayz repaired from the service station:
                                  1) spare parts are not available in gwalior. It comes from delhi taking a long time.
                                  2) it took 40 days to repair engine, crank-axel[protected] to[protected]
                                  3) your serviceman (Job card no-0153) are not fully-trained. The rayz wasn't able to get repaired even by 3 serviceman. The service centre then gave rs 300 to other third-party to get repaired.
                                  4) rs 6500 was the cost to get repaired.
                                  5) there is no calling service response from service centre, even after trying long.
                                  6) the serviceman misbehaved (Were drunked).
                                  7) during repairing, some of our parts were missing (Like steal gril carriage, etc and till today it hasn't been given)
                                  8) after all this, i'm not satisfied with the status of our vehicle.
                                  Please take the appropriate actions as soon as possible, we trust your service and after all this we are not in a position for a good review.

But till date bike is not registered... I was contacted to rto agent and he said me registeration amount including penalty is upto 20000... Sir i have not able to pay this amount.
