I have purchased fascino on 01/03/2017. At the time of purchase of the two wheeler, i asked for the warranty card of the battery. But the dealer didnot handover the guarantee card, saying that the card is pasted on the battery. After 4 months the battery was discharged and i got it recharged. Now after a period of 9 months, the two wheeler started giving problem while starting with the ignition. I take the bike to the show room and hand over the bike for setting right the problem. The service center charged the battery & stated that the problem is resolved and charged rs 177/-, which i have paid. Now, my question is whether the battery installed in the bike does not cover under warranty and not to be recharged by the showroom/or by the battery dealer? The another question is how the battery got discharged within 4 months from the date of purchase and again within 5 months? Is the battery installed in the bike was faulty? If so, who will bear for these recurring charges for recharging the battery?

Yesterday, I was facing problem in starting the bike. So I visited the service center and reported about the problem. After checking the bike and the battery, the engineer found that the battery was faulty and he replaced the battery. It takes 9 months to get it replaced. The period is so long and irritating. But thanks at least engineer agreed to that the battery is faulty and ready to replace. The same should have been done very early, as the customer is paying money for each and every part of the vehicle and you are expecting that the customer should beg for the service and got it solved after requesting so many times ? The service center engineer be advised to render service properly.

I have registered a complaint in the company's customer portal and the complaint number is REQ 0955 and the company has acknowledged the complaint vide their mail dated 06/12/2017, further action from the company is still awaited. Now the battery has again started giving trouble in starting while using the ignition button. Whereas, while starting the bike using the kick, there is no problem.

    Hi i bought s rr 4 weeks back first one week bike went good... But aftr one week while driving bike is automatically turn off... When i try to kick start /self start i have to wait for 10 min at the same place.. Worst experience in yamaha bike which i bough new one i bought at shanthi motors chennai i raised complain on first week itself... They undergone service and charged me 450 they said like that air block.. Sat i took bike from showroom today again same problem while driving what can i do?

    My vehicle kl 16 Q 3162 fz will feel beating noise at 1200 km .I inform that to the service adviser he will not correct the mistake.after8 months these same vehicle will catch for a claim work.in the time they pick my vehicles sparkplug and put it in crossbolt after my vehicle will much miss firing.these work will do at shreya motors attingal

      It's been 2 years since i got this but and i've always had problems with the chain kit, apart from the one that came with the bike itself, i had to change the kit two times but the chain is still not silent and is making sounds like it did previously, if this continues i believe the chain kit will again go bad. However, when i asked the service center to check they said it's not a problem and the sound should go away in 2 weeks and it's happening since it's a new chain but before that they used to say that get the chain kit changed and i'll make the chain/bike silent which isn't the case. When i changed the kit for the second time, i still had complaints and then they said it's due to the shock absorber and then i got that changed as well but the sound is still there and i am again not sure how the shock absorber can go bad in 2 years when i'm the only one driving the bike and with utmost care. So, when i forced the service guy to make the chain sounds go away completely after those 2 weeks, he checked it again and now they say it's due to the dryer cell going bad and i'll need to get the engine opened to get this repaired. What? In 2 years every original thing is falling apart and the service guys are not able to confirm the exact problem and making me change whatever they want. If it was a problem with the dryer cell, it should be there since i had to change the first chain kit but these guys didn't locate the problem which is why the second chain went bad too fast and i've had problems even when i changed the kit the second time.

      So, this is a complaint about how the original parts like chain kits, shock absorber, dryer cell are falling apart and the mechanics at your authorized service center aren't able to find the problem at the right time which made me pay for 2 chain kits and how can the dryer cell/engine go bad in 1 year when i am only guy driving it and getting it serviced at the authorized center always. I seriously need you to look into this and help with the same i've had to pay for too many things in just 2 years and for chain kit i had to pay twice which makes 3 kits in total and the shock absorber thing, dryer cell is pending now and i need you to look into this and help further. On top of all this, i've sent an email to yamaha about 13 days back without any response, also the tyre quality is so bad that i've to replace it now. It's like most of the things are falling apart in 2 years which is awful.

        I received my bike after service with a different torn seat and the tool kit was also missing at the time of receiving the bike from indel yamaha service centre kalamassery, kochi, kerala. Till now no confirmation has been provided by your team or the manager. It was informed to them at the time of receiving the bike on 27 nov, 2017 and approx 08 days have passed but no action is being taken by the team. If it is not resolved by today dated 04 dec, 2017, i will have to register a fir against the same in the nearest police station at kalamassery.

          I bought yamaha fazer a year ago dated december 2016.

          Dealer name amar agencies mahad.
          Raigad, maharashtra.
          When i buy that bike with in month the gear shifter was looking rusted even i complain to owner of showroom they said they will arrange the new one with in few days and now almost passed a year.
          One more thing when i went to service centre for claiming free services the mechanic has opened the rear tire and he has not fitted properly thats why a tire is damaged from one side only in this situation what should i do please look into this matter and revert back as soon as possible.

            I purchased bike with chassis number me1re3529h0026375.in the name of chaitra neelakanta on 06 october 2017.
            During purchasing the dealer named johnson of aya motors sulur tamil nadu. Promised to provide me a owner manual, service book, extra fittings including a tour coupon with an attractive gift (Ucb money purse, thormose flask, fast-track wrist watch) any of the gift with 3 day tour coupon all for ₹ 76800/- including rto and insurance
            After purchase of the vehicle
            He started annoying me for every single things he took 20 days for registration done and took a month to fit all extra fittings after spending 6 hrs in showroom.
            I feel worst repose with no customer satisfaction treatment. I really got annoyed on the team but i complained everything on [protected]@yamaha-motor-india.com with all proof and every details as asked by yamaha team. After complaining only i got yamaha owner manual and service book and insurance copy only but i not received the tour coupon benefit with an attractive gift. I signed on the customer satisfaction copy produced by the manager aya sulur. With my dissatisfaction details as i not received the tour coupon with gift. I really feel team yamaha is going to help me out at earliest as possible.. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue...

              I bought yamaha ray-zr (Black variant, chasis no. Ms1sed-168h0051989) in september (Challan dt : 16/09/2017, booking no.[protected] at first they gave me scooty on 25th august 2017, then they said they will call when passing needs to be done. They never called. Then i called them reminding about scooty passing, so they said "get your scooty tomorrow & we'll do passing, it will take 1-2 days". So i submitted scooty to the showroom. After that they didn't give any call or anything about passing, so i called them back to ask about it. They gave reason that there was fault in the scooty so they will give me new scooty (Of which challan i currently have). Now it's been 3+ months but still rto passing has not been done. Mr. Ankit & his dad who owns the showroom - sakshi motors, juinagar, navi mumbai - do not attend calls or any kind of communication. It's not just me, all the customers who bought vehicles from sakshi motors have the same problems. Yamaha will face many problems because of this one showroom. Need your support in this matter as soon as possible.

              Yamaha India, you are very irresponsible. Even after sharing all the possible details, you are not able to provide customer A REGISTERED VEHICLE (RTO Passing). Initially I thought it was Showroom owners fault (i.e. Sakshi motors, Nerul, Navi Mumbai), but I was wrong. Even Yamaha couldn't deliver help to customers complaint. Vehicle baught in September 2017 is still not registered by Yamaha and today is 9th January 2018. Now that you guys are not receiving my call, not replying to my emails. I have to take strict action against you. Thanks for wasting my money. Good Luck to your brand image. I'll try and share this as much as possible.

                  I booked fz25 amd was informed a downpayment of 62500. I paid thr same and got the delivery. The remaining amount was financed and i expect it for the remaining 88000. I got a msg tht a loan is dispersed for 130000 and when asked he said that in the dp i paid they have taken 3 months pre emi. Which will be like i have to pay interest for the money tht i have given them.. I called the panache manager he understood tht it is an issue and asked for a days time.. Today they had called and informed tht they couldnt do much and i have to take the loan..

                  Why should i take the loan for 130000 and pay intereset when i have already paid 62500 as down payment. Hence i informed tht let me pay the entire amount and cancel the loan which they are not willing to do as well.

                  I called yamaha helpline and spoke to ramya and was informed tht i should get this sorted with bussan finance.. I walked into yamaha sbowroom and was told it is yamaha finance. Fine i called the so called finance and spoke to the team leader viswa and he asked why didi sign the document. I tried explaining him and he was not willing to listen and wanted to let go off the call.. He promised a call back in5 min and said tht he will talk to the guy surinder the financr guy in panache and i am still waiting for the call.
                  Can you plz help me sort this out. I am being cheated.

                  Would be great if i cud get the contacts of higher officials in yamaha and bussan auto finance.

                    I purchased my fascino on september 29 2017 from sakshi motors and i got the vehicle after passing on 09/10/17. As per the dealer commitment (Ankit) the vehicle will get registration before 23/10/17. Today is 28/11/17, till now i did nt get the vehicle registration, extended warranty details, service book. I am daily follow up with them for my registration, ankit is not picking up the phone and i am not aware of my status of registration, if my vehicle stolen who will be the responsible person??? So please look into my matter and solve my issue as i purchased vehicle from your authorized dealer, so you are responsible to solve my issue.

                        Pathetic experience iam facing from yamaha support staff. (Oswal motors, gujranwala town, model town delhi) it's my fifth year with my bike, always there is some or other problem in it. When ever i take my bike to the service centre they used to charge unnecessarily. And more over they used to bltake bribe a to get it resolve, make personal calls and deals, saying that actual bill is this but you can pay this much to me, but you will not get bill and all, even refuse to give the bill as well. A guy named prasad who is responsible for all this #. My bike was having some. Starting problem, when i went there they said the problem was with the battery, i replaced it as it was under warranty. Next day morning again i faced the same issue, battery was ok and the current was not passing by. I towed my bike to the service centre, this time they said now the problem is with coolant seal. And spark plug. And said the bill will come around 3000. Some how i told them i don't have money now i can give only 1500, again that guy prasad asked me to give 200 extra.. Best part my still having that same issue. Refuse to start. Due to it battery too getting down. Really pissed off with this fraud people. They only need money. Used to give calls all the time to bargain. Kindly investigate and do the needful.

                          I had put my gladiator bike to your pepal yamaha service center, at 243-244, narottam chambers, near prakash nagar bus stop, jawaher chowk, maninagar, ahmedabad 380008 as on dated 14.10.2017 to till todays date my bike is not ready. Everyday i get new confirmation for my bikes delivery.
                          Is it yamaha company has draught of skilled manpower?

                              I own a yamaha fz25 (250 cc), firstly at the time of purchase the showroom people had fitted a wrong leg guard which resulted in damaging my front mud guard, secondly when i reported a manufacturing fault during my second service in regards to a faulty exhaust pipe which the service centre people acknowledged however the fault was identified during the 2nd week of october, i was assured that tbey have placed the order and i would recieve the exhaust by 2nd or 3rd of november, to which i agreed. Today 25th november when confronted these guys and i came to know that the order was placed on 18/11/2017. I wonder what were they doing. And 18/11/2017 is when i called up the guy named runtu who was dealing with the case.

                                  I serviced my yamaha fz 16 at yamaha service station named daiwik motors till 8 th service. I mentioned my complained related to the missing of vehicle on all the free servive and paid services. They told its normal nothing to worry. But it tends to make accidents while riding. Now i cant even ride vehicle properly due to missing. Now that service centre is not opening. Now i contacted another service centre named george maijo in kollam. They also told its normal. And they cleaned the carburator and i wasted the money. Agin after running 100 kms problem again occured. Now i took my vehicle again to the same service centre. Now they are rejecting my cliam

                                    I gave my bike fz-25 blue colour on 6/10/2017 for repairs and till date i haven't received my bike, im constantly being told by the dealership that ill receive it in 1-2 days but it has been more than 1 and a half months and i haven't received it yet, also i had been provided with fake registration number and till date nor i have received my bike nor my registration number and im constantly being harrassed by the dealership, now im gonna take legal recourse/action against the company as well as the dealership/franchise.
                                    Also i was given a cheque by the dealership of the value of the bike on the promise that ill will be given my bike

                                      I bought a new fzs 2017 model in august and it was running fine but after my 1 st service my bikes engine check light blinks even when i am riding at normal speed of 50 and engine gets off when i reported it to showroom where i purchased my bike they said there is no complain in bike even after the checked i get same probelm i again approached them. They seem to service for name sake and no proper diagnostics and solution for that pb. I am really fed up to contionously take my bike regularly to that same service centre so the exactly same pb. Each time they convince me get money for service but never solved the problem.

                                        I bought my yamaha fz for 95800 rs... After that they used to charge rs 700 to 800 rs approx in every free service... I used to tell them about engine sound and all... But few days after service.. The same problem occured every time.. Now itt will be 1 year to my vehicle in dec 2017, and before that left front side shocker has got leak... And when i came to yamaha sec 10 noida from where i bought the vehicle... They are saying that this is not under gurantee... Its because of the road and the pits... And they have told me to pay rs 600 for the repair... And after paying also they are not giving any gurantee pf the repair they will be doing... My bike is not at all accidental... Shocker is one of the main part in the bike and they say that the parts in shocker is also of yamaha company... So now if tge comany cannot givethe gurantee of the own parts... What can we expect from this brand... Such high price and zero quality... Bajaj is far more better than this # brand... Company says that they give the gurantee on wiring and engine... On applying front brakes my back light is not glowing... And i had mentined this problem during my vehicles service... He did something and the light was glowing... But again after 3 days the problem is same... Now they dont want to change the wiring as well which comes under their area of gurantee... I want my shocker to be repaired for free and my brake wiring problem to be resolved for free.. Over all servies are very disappointing.... Really pissed off
