I have brought new yamaha ray z scooter in month of october. It's being only months i have gone through two services but having lots of problems in self start and scooter not able start by kick. Why it seems like battery is not working properly. Why new scooter faces such a problem in 2 month. I need to know why i am facing such problem with new scooter.

Complaint number is IC-34134-F8J7 : Yamaha India, is very irresponsible. Even after sharing all the possible details, you are not able to provide customer A REGISTERED VEHICLE (RTO Passing). Initially I thought it was Showroom owners fault (i.e. Sakshi motors, Nerul, Navi Mumbai), but I was wrong. Even Yamaha couldn't deliver help to customers complaint. Vehicle baught in September 2017 is still not registered by Yamaha and today is 9th January 2018. Now that you guys are not receiving my call, not replying to my emails. I have to take strict action against you. Thanks for wasting my money. Good Luck to your brand image. I'll try and share this as much as possible.

    I have purchased fascino on 01/03/2017. Now after a period of 9 months, the two wheeler started giving problem while starting with the ignition. I take the bike to the show room and hand over the bike for setting right the problem. The service center charged the battery & stated that the problem is resolved and charged rs 177/-, which i have paid. Yesterday, i was facing problem in starting the bike. So i visited the service center and reported about the problem. After checking the bike and the battery, the engineer found that the battery was faulty and he replaced the battery. The dealer may be asked to refund me the amount of rs 177/- charged for charging the faulty battery, as it the duty of the dealer to provide me service and replace faulty parts during the warranty period.

    Nature of complaint I have purchased fascino on 01/03/2017. At the time of purchase of the two wheeler, i asked for the warranty card of the battery. But the dealer didnot handover the guarantee card, saying that the card is pasted on the battery. After 4 months the battery was discharged and i got it recharged. Now after a period of 9 months, the two wheeler started giving problem while starting with the ignition. I take the bike to the show room and hand over the bike for setting right the problem. The service center charged the battery & stated that the problem is resolved and charged rs 177/-. After 6 days the problem again started and I again rush to the service center. This time the engineer, after careful study of the bike and battery, agreed to that the battery is faulty and replaced the same . Why should I pay for the faulty battery recharge ? it is the duty of the company and dealer to replace/repair faulty parts during the warranty period without any cost. In view of the above, the dealer may be advised to refund the amount charged on account of "battery recharge".

    My complaint regarding charges levied by the dealer for faulty battery charging has been solved and the showroom has refunded me the amount through adjustment in my servicing bill. Thanks for the support. But it takes a long time, and the issue should have been solved in somewhat early time. Thanks once again, hoping better service in future also.
    Dr. Sir are madam.. I was buy new Scotty name was fascinos but 6month was completed.. But my Scotty was not passing... I contact showroom they was not proper talking us...

      Dear sir / madam

      I am radhakrishna and i have using yamaha r15 version bike since two year, for the past couple of days i am struggling much with the bike.

      I approached the ss motors - chengalpattu - 603001 for the bike issue but i am totally dissatisfied with them because my bike get stooped while riding in the road.

      Also showroom persons were not detected the defect in the bike so they not communicated the exact problem to me.

      The following activitied carried by ss motors,

      1. Air filter replaced:
      2. Battery changed
      3. Plug changed
      4. Coolant oil changed
      5. Rectifier changed - not working

      Note: most probably i am riding in national highways unfortunately this problem occur and spoil all my works & mood and it may lead to an accident.

      I hope yamaha will involve in this issue and give me an best solution.

      If get failed then soul responsibility will be belongs to yamaha motors.

      Hi

      As per your instruction, i handover my bike to Yamaha showroom (S S motors) on 20.12.2017,

      again they changed the spares like relayer and returned my bike on 23.12.2017.

      Yet i am facing the same issue and still my bike is in trouble.

      Till date i spend my money approx Rs 10000 but result seems nothing.

      Due to this my daily activities getting affected and it leads to more fatigue.

      I am totally dissatisfied with Yamaha brand.

      Tell me How you going to solve my issue ?, How you will bare this issue?.

      At last i have only one option, going to raise legal action against this issue.

      I give Service for October for 3rd service that time I told him servicing person to rectified chain noise & low pick-up, clutch hard that time he was saying that not problem all r adjusted now ok, after 20 days only I drive the vehicle approximately 600 km . running time chain sprocket

        My friend suggested me this Alpha scooter, And really very happy when I purchased this scooter from Yamaha, from the purchased next week There was sound from front body and till the 8th service they couldn’t resolve this problem, each every service they resolving the problem like ( you can check attachment), Sorry to say you that, this is my worst situation I have faced from Yamaha.
        I heard that yamaha is the no.1 quality in their product.

          Hi, this is regarding the issue with my yamaha fz250 which is recently purchased form shinrai automobiles cochin kerala. My handle is vibrating /wobbling when i am cruising at a speed of 75 know and above. The vibration has increased and i can feel it even with my hands on the handle. Nobody from the service station nor the area office has been able to solve this issue neither have they shown any consideration towards this issue. Kindly take this issue in to consideration and help me find a solution to this issue.

            My name is eshappa s. From bangalore. I buy the new yamaha salute125 bike 2 months back.in katriguppe road showroom. It's running good first month but after 1st service it is to much to jarking during in 1st to 2nd gear and 2nd to 3rd gear. I don't know the actual problem but showroom service is very bad.               Y yamaha has not providing live service for customer. why i am asking like this service centers are not doing proper service when free service time they doing only water wash only... i faced things last time.. that's y i am asked this time live service they are telling they are not providing live service. why?

                  During previous service of my new yamaha bike which was done a month back, it was said to me that the clutch plate needs to be changed. On very next day the speed and performance deteriorated. When inquired the service center about the problem, it was said to get the clutch plate change again as it has no warranty for single day also. I suspect that in name of clutch plate the adarsh yamaha service centre, lado sarai, new delhi is fooling customer by not changing it and just charging the money. It is 3rd consecutive service where he has asked me to change the clutch plate. I know the customer care of yamaha is also poor and will not do anything in this matter. They only register and close complaint without intimating me and favouring dealer. Previously also they register complaint for my bike damage by service center and close it within 7 days without resolving it.

                    I had purchased a new fzs-fi on 24/09/2017 for sonu motors. Vehicle detail mention below. I found a complain during the ride engine sound has been change. Coming sound like kit_kit time of riding. The sound of engine defer then new bike. This is very irritating i complained in to service center in 2nd servicing of bike not problem still same.

                    Your bike look is awesome, but due to engine sound issue i m very disappoint with this bike and ride.

                      I, advait berde, own a yzf r3, purchased on august 12 2016, registered on the number mh02ej3475. My rear suspension needs to be replaced urgently as there is no damping in the spring. I had placed an order for a new suspension more than a month ago at my yamaha, malad west, but i still have not received any replacement. Please look into the matter as soon as possible, as it is really irritating me to ride my motorcycle with a spoilt rear suspension.

                        I have bought yamaha fascino before 10 month. While purchased the time vehicle performance is overall good but couple of month after making heavy undue noise and several times reported to service center but no improvement. Stopped i calling the service center due to non technical people done periodically maintenance without attending the complaints. Still complaint remain same condition, kindly intervene on this issue and do the needful before the year, ensure entire replacement parts has to come under warranty claim.

                            I bought my vehicle 23 months before 2015 january. I have serviced my vehicle only with uthorised yamaha dealers. Yeasterday i have replaced the total clutch plate kit and i have spent almost 5000 rupees and once after taking the vehicle i have got a gear shaft problem and they they sayit cost rupees 6000 for replacement.. I really got messed with my vehicle mentally about the problem. Please guide me to take care through any warranty claims before 2 years. Do me the thanful..

                              Bought scooty in june. Haven't got the bluebook till today. I think its the company's responsibility to see the customer satisfaction. Showroom does not try to contact the buyer. I don't think it takes 7 months to issue a bluebook.in contacting the showroom they say the court has not sent them the bluebook. Like what the hell. Yamaha keep some responsible and energetic sales person and executives. Whoever is concerned look at the matter. Do not provoke us to file a complain.

                                I have purchased fascino on 01/03/2017. At the time of purchase of the two wheeler, i asked for the warranty card of the battery. But the dealer didnot handover the guarantee card, saying that the card is pasted on the battery. After 4 months the battery was discharged and i got it recharged. Now after a period of 9 months, the two wheeler started giving problem while starting with the ignition. I take the bike to the show room and hand over the bike for setting right the problem. The service center charged the battery & stated that the problem is resolved and charged rs 177/-, which i have paid. Now, my question is whether the battery installed in the bike does not cover under warranty and not to be recharged by the showroom/or by the battery dealer? The another question is how the battery got discharged within 4 months from the date of purchase and again within 5 months? Is the battery installed in the bike was faulty? If so, who will bear for these recurring charges for recharging the battery?

                                Yesterday, I was facing problem in starting the bike. So I visited the service center and reported about the problem. After checking the bike and the battery, the engineer found that the battery was faulty and he replaced the battery. It takes 9 months to get it replaced. The period is so long and irritating. But thanks at least engineer agreed to that the battery is faulty and ready to replace. The same should have been done very early, as the customer is paying money for each and every part of the vehicle and you are expecting that the customer should beg for the service and got it solved after requesting so many times ? The service center engineer be advised to render service properly.

                                I have registered a complaint in the company's customer portal and the complaint number is REQ 0955 and the company has acknowledged the complaint vide their mail dated 06/12/2017, further action from the company is still awaited. Now the battery has again started giving trouble in starting while using the ignition button. Whereas, while starting the bike using the kick, there is no problem.

                                  Hi i bought s rr 4 weeks back first one week bike went good... But aftr one week while driving bike is automatically turn off... When i try to kick start /self start i have to wait for 10 min at the same place.. Worst experience in yamaha bike which i bough new one i bought at shanthi motors chennai i raised complain on first week itself... They undergone service and charged me 450 they said like that air block.. Sat i took bike from showroom today again same problem while driving what can i do?

                                    It's been 2 years since i got this but and i've always had problems with the chain kit, apart from the one that came with the bike itself, i had to change the kit two times but the chain is still not silent and is making sounds like it did previously, if this continues i believe the chain kit will again go bad. However, when i asked the service center to check they said it's not a problem and the sound should go away in 2 weeks and it's happening since it's a new chain but before that they used to say that get the chain kit changed and i'll make the chain/bike silent which isn't the case. When i changed the kit for the second time, i still had complaints and then they said it's due to the shock absorber and then i got that changed as well but the sound is still there and i am again not sure how the shock absorber can go bad in 2 years when i'm the only one driving the bike and with utmost care. So, when i forced the service guy to make the chain sounds go away completely after those 2 weeks, he checked it again and now they say it's due to the dryer cell going bad and i'll need to get the engine opened to get this repaired. What? In 2 years every original thing is falling apart and the service guys are not able to confirm the exact problem and making me change whatever they want. If it was a problem with the dryer cell, it should be there since i had to change the first chain kit but these guys didn't locate the problem which is why the second chain went bad too fast and i've had problems even when i changed the kit the second time.

                                    So, this is a complaint about how the original parts like chain kits, shock absorber, dryer cell are falling apart and the mechanics at your authorized service center aren't able to find the problem at the right time which made me pay for 2 chain kits and how can the dryer cell/engine go bad in 1 year when i am only guy driving it and getting it serviced at the authorized center always. I seriously need you to look into this and help with the same i've had to pay for too many things in just 2 years and for chain kit i had to pay twice which makes 3 kits in total and the shock absorber thing, dryer cell is pending now and i need you to look into this and help further. On top of all this, i've sent an email to yamaha about 13 days back without any response, also the tyre quality is so bad that i've to replace it now. It's like most of the things are falling apart in 2 years which is awful.

                                      I received my bike after service with a different torn seat and the tool kit was also missing at the time of receiving the bike from indel yamaha service centre kalamassery, kochi, kerala. Till now no confirmation has been provided by your team or the manager. It was informed to them at the time of receiving the bike on 27 nov, 2017 and approx 08 days have passed but no action is being taken by the team. If it is not resolved by today dated 04 dec, 2017, i will have to register a fir against the same in the nearest police station at kalamassery.

                                        I bought yamaha fazer a year ago dated december 2016.

                                        When i buy that bike with in month the gear shifter was looking rusted even i complain to owner of showroom they said they will arrange the new one with in few days and now almost passed a year.
                                        One more thing when i went to service centre for claiming free services the mechanic has opened the rear tire and he has not fitted properly thats why a tire is damaged from one side only in this situation what should i do please look into this matter and revert back as soon as possible.
